NiDo Caffe Italian Restaurant

The outside of the restaurant looks nothing like the inside and I wouldn’t have expected it to be as nice as it is. The food was well proportioned, and savory the bread was amazing too! I would love to visit again if I come back to Miami.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Nido Café! The food was excellent – we ordered the Frutti di Mare salad, short rib ravioli, and fig ravioli, and each dish was absolutely amazing. For dessert, we enjoyed a delicious tiramisu and coffee. The service was also great; unfortunately, I don’t remember the names of the two lovely ladies who took care of us, but they were both fantastic. We were with our service dog and felt incredibly welcomed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, like enjoying homemade food in a cozy local spot. A truly special and authentic experience!

My boyfriend and I loved our Valentines dinner at Nido! The food was amazing, the staff was super nice too. We had an amazing night, will definitely be going back again and again and again.

I came to eat at Nido Caffe and had a very pleasant experience. Chef Gabriel recommended the Fagottini Di Pera, and everything was delicious. Excellent service from Elena and Nardi. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone!

A nice local Italian eatery with a family style vibe, casual and relaxed. Satisfying flavors in pastas and other menu items, good portions, great friendly service and consistently good. Warm rustic slices of fresh bread to welcome guests is always a plus! We were hungry so only took photo of a half eaten octopus salad. But you cannot go wrong with anything you order. It’s all good! Will continue to drop in for when the Italian craving strikes. Alessandra always offers great service!

Outstanding!!!! All the food was amazing. There was nothing we tried that we were not impressed by. We even ordered double dessert. Highly recommend. Service felt they were a bit understaffed but our waitress was still always near by in case we needed anything. Definitely will be coming back

I can't tell you enough how great this place is the food is incredible. The taste is amazing. It's a little small place off of Biscayne Boulevard that I think a lot of people drive by and don't realize how good the food is. I came here after a few years and the quality of food has definitely dropped dramatically. I'm really disappointed by this last visit. It will probably be my last visit to this restaurant.

I stopped in to pick up an order. I went straight home and began eating my food, half way through my meal I notice a straight short hair strand in my food. I have long curly hair and was wearing it in a bun at the time of me eating this. I will not be ordering anything from this establishment again.

Nido is truly our favorite restaurant. It's quaint, warm, and always welcoming. The food is consistently delicious, the service is thoughtful, and they always make our family feel right at home. Dining here feels like being at our own family's table--comforting, familiar, and full of love. A gem we return to time and time again.

Great little Italian spot! This restaurant was very cozy. Friendly staff and good food. I had the short rib ravioli which was very tasty. Other diners with me had the fig ravioli, burrata and beef carpaccio. Despite nice meal, the table and chairs were not that comfy. Didn't make me want to stay and enjoy my coffee and company. We ate and left. Also, while the inside of the restaurant has cute pics of Italy all over, there was a random gray painted square in the middle of the wall with no picture or painting. It was strange. I would come back though as the food was good!

Been coming about once a year the last 10 years. Had a great Ribeye and Spaghetti Frutti de Mare. We will for sure be coming more often.

Di No is a hidden gem in Miami. A great Italian place that is a must for locals and visitors alike. The food is freshly made and the wine is imported from Italy. You won't be disappointed

Stop now and come to this restaurant. This is easily the best Italian food that I've had in Miami. This quaint little restaurant looks unassuming, but as soon as you walk in, you know you're about to have the best food of your life. They have a live band playing music, which is also really nice here. Get the short rib ravioli. This is a must. This umami bomb of a dish is easily, the best ravioli I've ever had. It is packed with incredibly tender and well seasoned short rib, and covered in beautiful cheeses and sauce. I also personally really recommend their potato gnocchi. This is another handmade pasta. That is absolutely delicious, filled with ricotta and potatoes, and served with an excellent fresh tomato sauce, and topped with mozzarella. Again, if you want some of the best Italian food you may ever have, and definitely in Miami, this is a place you must come to.

Love this neighborhood restaurant. Definitely had an authentic Italian vibe. The mozzarella app, short rib ravioli and seafood pasta were all really yummy. The wine was well priced. Loved the outdoor patio. So glad it's close to home. Can't wait to come back!

It's so good the food is delicious and the ambiance is nice outside is a little garden area which is nice and you get to see the make the pasta on the cheese wheel. Always a pleasure to have lunch here. I sit outside and enjoy the birds (and flies). Quick, good food. Parking karma always got my back. The olive oil is a delicious peppery delight.

Been here a few times and gollllllyyyyy!!!!! The fresh gnocchi.. the meat and cheese boards, ugh. Seems to be family owned and great for it. Not pretentious, welcoming, and just so damn good. Don't even think about it. Go. This place doesn't get as much business as it should.

The Pavlova is the only thing I remember from this dinner date. Our server was the owner, she was quite sympathetic. Food was ok, not good nor bad. For great Italian food there are better places I would say. They have an outdoor area and the ambiance in general was cozy.

Oh Nido how much I've missed you. Finally made it back to Nido caffe after a few years. The restaurant still does not disappoint. If you love authentic Italian food this is your spot. Started off with the Bruschetta Classica which was on a toasted garlic bread with delicious tomatoes and basil which were so fresh it kept you wanting for more. Next was the Risotto which I really enjoyed but I personally like the texture more creamy, I still enjoyed it though. My favorite was the Fagottini di Pera con Gamberi which is a pear cheese filled pasta with parmesan cream sauce and shrimp. All I can say was amazing. Every mouthwatering bite had the pasta melting in my mouth. It was a perfect blend of creamy pasta and sweetness of the pear cheese. I definitely recommend this dish. Finally ended with Tiramisu which was very good. Starters range from $10-$18, Entrees $18-$40, and deserts from $10-15. They are open for lunch and dinner daily. There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant along with nearby street parking. Nido does everything right. We had a good server which was able to explain the menu and was attentive. It's a charming space which also has a small outdoor patio. The whole place makes you feel like your in Italy. Nido is a must try right in the heart of the MiMo district.

Hands down great food and attentiveness food is totally outstanding, delicious!! Second time returning just keeps on getting better! Hats off to the chef and a big Thank-you, to the staff who are outstanding here!

The homemade short rib ravioli is to die for. The creamy truffle mushroom sauce was exquisite. We nearly licked the plate clean. A five star dish in a friendly rustic environment, plus they are a family owned business with fsntastic service. I will be coming back for this dish again and again! Brought my mom for her birthday and it is now our favorite Italian restaurant.

Went back for coffee double espresso and dessert. Good delicious desserts and a nice location with great ambiance. Nice staff and owners dinner here is a must great menu and also amazing pastas.

I ate dinner across the street from Nido Caffe and decided to wander in for coffee and dessert. The staff was very kind and attentive. They didn't have a coffee or dessert menu but staff provided us with their options. We ended up ordering decaf cortaditos along with a gluten free chocolate cake with ice cream and a tiramisu. The chocolate cake was absolutely delicious! Warm and flavorful. You couldn't guess it was gluten free. The tiramisu was also pretty tasty. The coffee was good and served with a biscotti. The restaurant's decor inside and out is so lovely and homie. The food looked great as well. Definitely want to come back to experience a full meal!

This restaurant is very nice and clean with easy parking. The menu offers a great variety of deliciously prepared food, loved the special: Vitel thonné and the caprese salad! For seconds, we tried the fillet mignon which was superb and the tuna tartare ...excellent!!! But the friendly service was the best!!!! Will return often!

I was super pleasantly surprised by NiDo Caffe. I hadn't really heard of it before coming, but I'm glad I came! All the food was delicious, and I definitely need to try more of their pastas! The restaurant is really cute and they also have a nice outdoor seating area. There's parking right in front in a small lot. I liked everything I had!

NiDo is my favorite Italian in town. They offer delicious authentic Italian food, the service is fantastic, I feel welcomed and taken care for every time I step in this awesome restaurant. Nardy, Alejandra and Elena have phenomenal energy, they know every single item in the menu by heart and are always very good at recommending plates according to your desire. I love the ambiance of NiDo. It's super light, they have a space to sit outside as well and overall is a cozy space. Love love love and super highly recommend this, my fave Italian restaurant in town!

I ordered a spaghetti alle vongole and they were kind of enough to make a substitution with the clams. Also service was quick and friendly. That said, the flavor was lacking and the nearly $30 dish was not worth the price. Looks like a friendly neighborhood spot, but I wouldn't order takeout/delivery again.

Highly recommend the pulpo salad and Ravioli Di Short Ribs! The dish were so tasteful. The people here were very welcoming. It's a cozy restaurant with plenty of tables indoor and outdoor. Plenty of parking. Good selection of wines and beers

Passing by biscayne, noticed this place i totally thought it was just a cafe so stopped and when I went in was surprised. Well my husband and I decided to have lunch here and we totally liked it. We ordered the burrata as the appetizer and for entre we had the carbonara and. Gnocchi alla sorrentina and it was delicious. To drink we ordered a bottle and wine and spent an amazing afternoon. Service was amazing, very attentive Coffee is a must

So glad I found this little spot! They have indoor and outdoor seating available. Quaint little Italian gem. The prices were reasonable and the food was delicious! Everything I tried was perfect! I will definitely be back soon! Our server was very pleasant and the menu options were good. If I could recommend anything I'd choose the burrata as an appetizer (eat it with the bread) and order the truffle short rib raviolis as your dish. Thank me later ;)

This is one the first restaurants I went to when living in North Miami Beach. This place has amazing delicious food, great wines and a very beautiful intimate environment. The owners and staff are extremely warm and very helpful. They also have live music on certain nights and the music is great. This spot is a true gem and would definitely recommend anyone to come dine here.

A great place for a slow food quick bite. It's my neighborhood gem or one of them. Quaint decor very very Italian very boho chic. Food is Italian so pasta, pesce e fromaggio. Cafe is excellent Dolce on point. It's quiet and laid back atmosphere is perfect for an intimate meal

One thing I have found as a northerner foodie traveling in southern Florida, do not discount a restaurant in a strip mall. If you are looking for fresh and authentic Italian food in the Miami Beach area look no further than NiDo. The egg noodles were divine and reminded me of my grandma's, almost as good . The burrata made me envious as I try and try but I can never get the right constancy and you can tell that this is made in the kitchen and is t rolling off of a truck. My only advice is plan to take half of your meal home so you can save room for dessert. I wish I would have stopped eating the warm bread so I could have had a slice of limoncello cake.

We were happy NiDo was open on January 1st. The food was great. The service was fast and I always like the homey atmosphere. We will come back soon.

Cute spot (We had no idea it was Italian but wanted some coffee) the menu sounded so good we gave it a shot . The service was good, the food was okay, i won't say it's the best italian ive had but i plan to go back to try some other dishes that sounded really good.

I always ride by here & wanted to try them out. The look & feel of this place takes you to Italy. It's non traditional & well decorated, I loved it. The food was just as good, but I really enjoyed my Italian sweets & coffee.

This is such an amazing family owned restaurant tucked away inside a shopping center just off 95. I've been coming for years but have just never left a review. From the moment you walk in you're made to feel like family. They have amazing wines that pair perfectly with your pasta or dish of your choice. I always get the pasta filled with pear, absolutely delicious! We also tried their ravioli filled with short ribs, wow! NiDo NEVER disappoints

It's sometimes hard to dine out as a vegan. While there are no vegan specific dishes- our capable and handsome head waiter and server Nicola from Naples rigged me a delicious quinoa salad with spinach and tomatoes and olives. I ate two plates. Would I come back? Probably not until the menu expands to include a vegan dish. But all of the non- vegans loved their dishes. Bravo Nicola!!!

Excellent food & service! Friendly and delicious. Just hosted my baby shower on their patio and everything was perfect. I was able to work with the management team before hand via email to lock in a set menu with plenty of options for my guests to choose from. Highly recommend for everything from a small dinner with friends or a large group meal! Thank you Nido Cafe for a great event.
