This is a good spot for live music but I wish the bar area was bigger. The sound and acoustics are on point, but the main floor gets super packed before shows, so just be ready to squeeze in and wait. There’s also a basement area where a lot of people hang out.
One thing to note, the drink selection is pretty limited. They only have a couple of beers on tap and maybe one non-alcoholic option.
We didn’t buy tickets in advance and were able to pay at the door, but honestly, it didn’t feel like anyone was really checking. Fifteen minutes after the show started, the person at the door was gone, and people could’ve just walked in for free. I’ve also read reviews from other shows saying that some people with tickets were turned away, so it seems hit or miss.
I also agree with another review I read, for such a small venue, the ticket prices are high.
It’s a cool experience overall, just go in knowing it might be a bit chaotic in terms of organization and pricing.
