Night Kitchen Catering

Night Kitchen is literally the best! We got married in 2023, and our guests still rave about the food. Can you open a restaurant? Our guests are asking, and I am eagerly waiting for another friend to hire Night Kitchen just to get a chance to eat their food again. Their knowledge of different cultures and cuisines is impressive. If you work with them, they will encourage you to explore and make the menu as personal as possible. No more standard steak, salmon, and chicken options. For our wedding, we had Chinese noodles, Filipino spring rolls, braised short ribs, Greek salad, Korean fried chicken, Indian pakoras... you get the point! The sky is the limit with Night Kitchen, and they are absolutely awesome!

Night Kitchen was amazing from start to finish! Highly, highly recommend them. To start, we greatly enjoyed our tasting, it was so much fun. The appetizers were delicious and chef Aaron prepared multiple stations for food themes we were interested in (a wide range of cuisines all done very well). We also liked that we were talking directly to the chef, which wasn't the case at some of our other tastings and was important to me because have a strong milk allergy. Chef Aaron took my allergy very seriously and even went above and beyond to create milk free versions of their desserts for our tasting. We absolutely loved our wedding menu: a Spanish station (paella, patatas bravas, kale avocado salad) and Mediterranean station (kabobs, falafel, Israeli salad, pita). For us food was one of the most important parts of the wedding, and Night Kitchen nailed it! Everyone at our wedding raved about the food, saying that it was incredible and by far the best food they have ever had at a wedding. It made us so happy. On the coordination side, Angela was a pleasure to work with. She's incredibly organized, on top of things, and pays attention to detail. We could tell that we were in good, very capable hands. For the event the catering team worked flawlessly, a well-oiled machine that created a seemless experience for our guests.

We had night kitchen cater our wedding and we could not be happier. Chef Aaron and the team went above and beyond designing a Persian inspired menu for us and executed it PERFECTLY. The team is lovely caring and so amazing to interact with. We loved every step of our process and enjoyed eating every bite. AMAZING

My husband and I hired Night Kitchen to cater our cocktail style wedding in Brooklyn, and I cannot say enough good things about them!!! Chef Aaron was the best. Every single thing we tasted from Night Kitchen was absolutely incredible. Chef Aaron worked with us to create a menu that was representative of each of our upbringings and our favorite foods today, while accommodating tough dietary restrictions with ease. We had an absolute blast at our tasting. His food is exciting, unique, aesthetically pleasing and absolutely delicious. We had several passed apps, a charcuterie spread and several food stations at our wedding and everything was truly 5 stars. Our guests raved about the delicious food. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

This review is so late but we are still (after all this time) so lucky to have chosen Night Kitchen as our wedding caterers. Quality: In my family, food is used to show love, to provide comfort, and to celebrate happy moments. We knew food was going to be a top priority to get right at our wedding. We are beyond grateful that we found Night Kitchen. Aaron and Angela are a dream team. From the moment we met them, we felt welcome, not at all pressured, and excited. Our tasting has to have been one of the best meals we've ever had the pleasure of eating. You can tell they are passionate about their food and pay attention to the finer details that really make a dish special. Aaron's dishes are crafted so well, it just feels that every bite is the perfect balance of flavor. They took our backgrounds into consideration and helped us create a unique and memorable menu. Reliability: Easily one of the top vendors we worked with. We wanted our wedding day to be as stress free as we could possibly get it, and they really helped. Communication was smooth and consistent. They were easy to reach via email and I never felt anxious about not getting a response. They followed up appropriately when I forgot to email back and kept us on track. It means a lot when you're contacting so many people. I am so thankful that they were truly professional and so very helpful. They handled COVID precautions with ease. When our wedding planner failed to secure the specific table settings needed, Angela stepped in to help coordinate. They were punctual to our event (sad to say one of our other vendors showed up late) and executed cocktail hour and dinner flawlessly. We weren't able to attend cocktail hour due to photos and they made sure we had our own plate! They even carefully stored our cake and donuts from other vendors and made sure they were brought out of the fridge and served at the right temperature. With all the other stressful things that happened on our wedding day, I can honestly say they were one aspect that I didn't have to worry about. Value: They delivered everything they promised and more. I felt that every dollar we spent on this part of the wedding was worth it. I thoroughly enjoyed every dish they served and our guests felt the same. We received so many compliments and even picky family members were impressed. I do want to acknowledge how special they made us feel - After our initial taste testing to choose dishes, we attended a few of their chef's tables events. I ended up falling in love with their version of soup dumplings made with oxtail. I expressed that I wanted them to be served at the wedding, if at all possible, and the Night Kitchen team made it happen. It is something that we'll remember forever. I have many fond memories of getting soup dumplings with my husband during the early stages of our relationship so it was such a special dish to have at our wedding. tl;dr Top vendor for our wedding. Would choose them again and again. Impressive, thoughtful, delicious food. So many compliments. Professional and caring. Thank you Night Kitchen team!

I had been to events catered by Night Kitchen over 10 years ago and I always remembered the exquisite deliciousness of each bite, the variety of flavors, and the great energy of Chef Aaron and the staff. When we decided to do a small open air family commitment ceremony in May 2021, I knew that Night Kitchen would make it unique and divine, and they would be a joy to work with. We wanted the vibe to be very easy, casual, and COVID friendly, so Aaron and Angela worked with us to make customized picnic baskets for each individual, couple, or family who attended our event. The eclectic mix included a variety of scrumptious flavors, all which "traveled well" in the baskets, and folks got to take their baskets (and a blanket we provided) home as their party swag. Angela set up an arrangement that was beautiful and easy for our guests to grab and go. We will always be grateful for the way Night Kitchen made our special day flow with ease and filled with memorable flavors that our guests still talk about! We can't wait to make it to a chef's table one of these days!

I mean it when I say that booking Night Kitchen as our caterers was the best decision we made in planning our wedding. We first had a tasting with Aaron and Angel in their kitchen and were blown away. We planned to have a cocktail style reception, and I don't think anyone can do this better than Night Kitchen. Our guests raved about the food. It was unique, eclectic, and tasted five star. Their staff is on point (even guests mentioned this!)- efficient, quick and kind. We asked Aaron for a Paella station, and he took this request to the next level. Not only did we have a large Paella pan, this station included all the fixings, including freshly seared octopus. They do everything top notch. And the cherry on top- Angela. We hired her as our day-of-coordinator, and she went above and beyond, giving us awesome advice, checking in with all of our vendors well ahead of schedule, and on the day of we didn't have a care in the world. Our photographers go to a lot of weddings in BK and told us she's the best at what she does, and I believe it. If you want creative, great tasting food, made and presented by awesome people, this is your caterer.

We hired Night Kitchen for our Brooklyn wedding and could not be happier with our choice! The Night Kitchen team were absolutely amazing! From our initial call with Chef Aaron, to our tasting, to our wedding day itself we enjoyed the full experience of working with them. The NK team helped curate a menu that was unique to our tastes, heritage, preferences and budget. They were thoughtful and friendly, and the food itself was incredible. All of our guests raved that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! Chef Aaron even made a custom dish for our cocktail hour that honored our family tradition - it was so thoughtful and meaningful and meant so much to us. The servers were also so attentive, friendly and all around wonderful! We also worked with Angela as our day of coordinator as part of the Night Kitchen team and she went above and beyond ensuring our day was a success. She worked closely with us in the lead up to the big day ensuring all the details were ironed out and cared for. Our wedding day truly would not have been possible without her. We cannot recommend the Night Kitchen team enough, they were integral to our whole day and we are so thankful to each and every one of them!
