Night Shift Kitchen & Tap - Natick

This restaurant is located in the Natick Mall and specializes in burgers and pizzas. The burger buns are quite ordinary and a bit salty, but the pizzas are outstanding and truly impressive. If you’re a pizza lover, this place is definitely worth a visit!

5 stars all across the board. We had probably one of the best Detroit style pizzas we ever had, great wings, and enjoyed our drinks. Our service and waitress was also excellent. For bar food, this was top notch. Everything is made fresh right in their kitchen. Highly recommend.

Night Shift Brewing is such a great spot! The vibe here is really cool, and it’s a fun place to hang out. The service is awesome—everyone is super friendly and we have always gotten our food pretty quick, multiple people checked on us while we were eating. The food is really good. The wings are the best I’ve had in the area, I’m eating keto for health reasons, so I love that they’re on the menu. My husband ordered the harvest salad and he really enjoyed it. We’ve also tried the pizza —the Hot Mess and the Figgy—and both were very yummy. The churros are our 10 year old’s favorite here. If you’re driving, parking is easy. You can enter through the food court if you park on the top level by the food court, or you can come in through the Level99 entrance. Highly recommend checking it out!

We have so much fun playing at Level 99, and love the idea of great food at the same place. Food was speedy and delicious. Our server checked on us several times. The areas for improvement. Are as follows: I had to ask for refill three times before I was delivered. My burger arrived with both cheese and sauce on it when it was ordered (and correct on receipt) with both on it. Our dessert was served with only two spoons when four of us were at the table - it was cold (a cookie) by the time we were able to flag people down to get two more spoons. So close to being an awesome experience, and I hope this review helps improve things.

Stopped by Night Shift this past weekend at Natick Mall. Mall was busy so we (4) stopped for a quick snack and drink. The restaurant Manager Peter was super welcoming and helpful. Took us right in and got us set up. We had two waiters Drew and Ethan who just made us feel welcomed and they were all very knowledgeable about the menu and beer list. Made our quick stay feel great. Id definitely go back. Thanks again.

I would rate 10 stars if I could! If you're planning a night out for a great dining experience or looking for a bite while out shopping for the day, I highly recommend Night Shift Kitchen & Tap. The food and drinks are all made in-house, and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was excellent as well. We experienced a mix-up with our reservations, but the General Manager went above and beyond to accommodate our party and enhance our dining experience. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Great drinks as you can imagine from a brewing company. I believe the drink selection is seasonal as I was able to get different drink each time I visit. The food menu appears to be the same. The food is average. The burgers and fries are great. The Detroit style pizza is just okay. The portions are good for one person. The service is fast and friendly.
