The 16 Best Restaurants In Juárez, Mexico City 2024

"Before you have a night at the neighborhood bars in Juárez, start with some green chorizo gyozas and fried fish tacos at this airy Japanese taquería right across from the newly opened Soho House. The condiments combine Japanese and Mexican ingredients in an interesting way, like teriyaki salsa and table salsa made with avocado and wasabi. If you’re going big, get the rib-eye and caramel miso flan." - guillaume guevara

Amazing food & dinning experience in Mexico City. The best of all in CDMX. The place is trendy and the food was fresh. Francisco is a great host and manager and we absolutely loved everything he recommended. Staff hospitality is unexceptional (especially high thanks to our server, Wences 🙌🏻). Highly recommended and must visit place❣️ - Recommended dish: Rib Eye Yakimiku, Ninya Taco

I am staggered by the few poor reviews. It’s like they got confused and reviewed the wrong restaurant. We absolutely loved Ninyas. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were so special. We didn’t know any of the dishes, so we took the suggestions of the owner. What a treat. Every detail was perfection. If you want a true foodie experience in a great atmosphere with service that shows up the moment your brain realizes you want something, this is the place. Stop searching. This is the one you’re looking for.

Ninyas, although having a beautiful and aesthetically pleasing restaurant in the Juarez neighborhood, lacks that wow factor when it comes to the food. The dishes were underwhelming at best—nothing special and downright mediocre. The service was good for the most part, we were treated well. But the food was a disappointment, especially given the high prices. I expected much more but felt dissatisfied. We started with the teriyaki gyozas, which were nothing special, and then had the tempura prawns, which weren’t tasty at all. I found myself eating more of the fried bits than the actual prawn. Overall, not only did I feel disappointed, but also still hungry. For the high price, underwhelming food, and still being hungry, it was the biggest disappointment I felt.

5 star experience and immediately going on my list of recommended restaurants in CDMX! The food was unbelievably flavorful, the service impeccable, and atmosphere is perfect. I highly recommend going to the bar upstairs for a drink before or after you eat. Francisco and his staff guarantee an unforgettable experience. Can’t wait to go back!

Great new concept with good food and very well served drinks!! I really recommend sake lichi drink and the taco ninya. Service is excellent, waiters are very helpful and kind.

Jazzy interiors and large crowds alas did not equate to good food. It was mediocre at best - sad clunky shrimp tempura. No miso soup even, whaaa?

Great restaurant; from the arrival we witnessed a wonderful design. We were welcomed by a very friendly waiter who took care of us as we were his first customers ever. About the food, you have to try the following dishes: Ninya, sakana fry, sea bass sashimi and the rib eye yakimiku. The last is a must try!!

When I left Mexico City, the first thing on my to-do list was to leave Ninyas a 5 star review. I was apprehensive because I had to take an uber/it wasn't directly in my hotel's neighborhood, but this was the best meal I had during my trip. For the remainder of my life I will be thinking about the Sea Bass sashimi appetizer and the ninya taco. It was such an interesting culinary fusion experience, not only was it delicious but it was unique. I truly cannot recommend Ninyas enough and I will be dreaming of the day I can go back.
