Nitecap Megastore

I've been to this store a few times and my experiences have really been hit or miss. Most visits I'm treated with genuine kindness and good service, which I truly appreciate. On a few occasions there's one woman who works in the mornings that I've had the misfortune of dealing with, and she's downright unpleasant enough to make me second guess coming back. The rest of the staff seem great and I truly enjoy the store.

Everybody who works here is a ball to talk too. Love the wall of stars and their dvd selection is off the charts. Me and my lady friend love this place.

I've heard some good things about Nitecap. I'm curious about the second level. Guys AND gals ? Straight ? Gay ? What kind of layout is it ?

Absolutely dishonest and unprofessional. I would avoid this place at all costs. This store blatantly lies about its hours and what they’re selling. I showed up based on the listed hours, only to find the place closed with no explanation. That would’ve been bad enough, but it gets worse…

Every time I got to this store, I’m greeted and helped almost immediately by staff. They are so kind and knowledgeable, which makes me feel comfortable buying their products. A big thanks to Julian and Gab for being so awesome and kind!

Came here for some toys and smoke stuff..I was not disappointed!! Staff Tony and Sana are the most friendly and helpful people. They are knowledgeable and so attractive. A great look for the store. Will be back again to try the booths!

This used to be a very comprehensive smoke shop with anything you can need. They’ve removed many things that make me scratch my head. I’ve wasted my time going in there more than once now.

I would have given 10 stars but Yelp only has 5 so it's FIVE PLUS !! There is no words to express how friendly and knowledgeable the whole staff is. Especially Samantha when it comes to the vaporizers and hardware. Keep up the GOOD WORK guy's !!! Eddie, Ricky and Mike are fortunate enough to have such a brilliant staff !!!! Lady made me feel uncomfortable, that's super uncool. Plus, they never have anything, and what they do have is expensive Amazon stuff.

This is a great store. I had a great experience going there. The merchandise is really cool and the people who work there are really cool and helpful. I was helped by Thai. She was really nice, sweet and kind and helpful. I really like this store and I would recommend it.

I absolutely love this store. While the merch isn't for everyone.. The smoking section has it all. So does the adult area! The coolest staff! It's a nice time to go and visit with your special someone or your smoke buddy!

i went to this store for the first time i was very comfortable walking in the staff was helpful and made me feel very comfortable so i felt i could ask questions. Me and my girlfriend always go here for whatever we need! Rocco always seems to help us and he's the best to go to for ANYTHING. Staff always welcoming and friendly.

It is supposedly the largest store in NYS of its kind, which I think is believable. They have a large selection and the staff is courteous, the right amount of helpful without hovering.

Well from the outside it's not much but once you step inside they're very welcoming and helpful, make sure you ask for Val she was funny and cool. Great selection for his and hers. Make sure you check it out

From the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted by a friendly sales associate named "Rocco" This put me at ease, as I normally do not frequent adult stores. Everything in the store was sectioned around nicely, so finding what I was looking for took little effort. The pipes are displayed nicely with huge variety to the types of pipes and bongs they sell. They had what I came for and the staff was friendly and informative when I asked questions. Floors were clear and clean and overall, I would recommend Nitecap to others who are of age. Very good customer service and products were organized neatly.

They have a wide selection of products for everyone and are open for very long hours. Staff is very kind and helpful as well! Store is clean and well organized.

Ummm this place is the largest supplier of adult toys on the east coast and largest in nyc...enough said! Another place on Staten Island out in the middle of nowhere with a small parking lot and a black windowless building only with "XXX" written on it in sight. So I went in and was (truly) pleasantly greeted by a well past middle age but not old looking italian gentleman wearing dark glasses and a newsboy cap standing behind a tall glass counter filled with cock rings, bullet vibrators, lighters, pipes, oils, and random flavored things you can put in your mouth under $10.To my left another man in dark shades walked out of a door labeled "for private use only". The attention of my sister, her two friends, and I quickly gravitated to the vibrators on display hooked up to batteries not far from us...an impressive , colorful selection. I was told the jack rabbit vibrator used in Sex and the City was "the cadillac of vibrators" by the friendly man behind the counter that greeted us into the store. Moving on, there were aisles and aisles of neatly organized films ranging in price and genre. To the right wall, a plethora of bondage and leather items. To the left wall pricey sex swings and other things I woudl probably need a set of instructions to use. Another wall labeled, cocks, dildos,and dongs offered a number of pre-packaged toys as well. While browsing, admiring, and saying "ooo" alot, I paid attention ot how clean, organized, and bright the place was. It even smelled delightful...like fresh fruit and oils. Basically I didnt buy anything (except for a penis shaped lollipop because I was hungry), but when I'll need something I'll know where to go!

Forget about Brooklyn, nevermind going to the city. Jersey? Are you kidding me... No need to feel nervous visiting Nitecap Video. Safe area and friendly staff make this a truly enjoyable experience. Possibly the largest collection of videos in the tri-state area right here on Staten Island. Not just for men either as there is a large collection of toys and lotion for the ladies. A great experience. Also, videos can be rented. A definite plus. A huge collection of toys for the ladies as well.

First time coming here and make sure you follow the right GPS directions cause you can def. drive around a loop over and over til you finally find it. You see it off the highway but its not as easy as you think to get there, lol Anyways the store is pretty big, they check ID. Theres plenty of parking. They sell from sex toys to hookah, porn and even have small peep show things, you pay and get happy haha whatever you call it. LOL & what I loved it didnt like feel creepy or like dirty, it was clean, smelled good and just all around COOL. Came to shop for a bachlorette party and found mostly everything we were looking for and some. The woman who works here is really helpful and nice, educated us on things and even gave us ideas on what to get and whats good or not. I can def. see myself coming back here, they also have great party favors and cool decorations also, nothing like a water gun penis to start off some fun. Plus im latina helloooo we keep things CALiENTE!

On my recent trip back east a buddy of mine (who is getting married) needed some gifts for his finances bachlorete party! He dragged me into an ADULT STORE / HEAD SHOP in Staten Island. Not typically my bag. But, I shrugged my shoulders and dropped into NITECAP MEGASTORE. At first I was expecting a seedy, dingy looking place. But Nitecap was completely different from what I expected. Then again being my first time in a place like this wasn't really sure what to expect lol. It's for sure not your typical "porn-shop" (although they have lots of DVD...I didn't count).... The first thing I noticed is that the place is huge, well lit, and smelt REALLY GOOD! The walls are brightly colored, some have funky tapestries on them, and it's big like a warehouse! What also surprised me was that there were women as well as men working at the store. It made us feel a lot more comfortable about being there. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us space to look around and from time to time would come over to see if We needed anything or had any questions. IN THE HEAD SHOP / SMOKE SHOP which is separate part of the megastore they have a huge vape section with mods and oils. The glass section is separated by shape, size, and designer. Though a non smoker I could see this meeting anyone's needs.....

They have some CBD products which is what got me there in the first place and their OK. A little pricey for the quality of the CBD bud and vapes. I checked in and tried to use my 15% off coupon and the store clerk said that the coupon went through when I asked him but when I read the receipt they did not even subtract the 15% off of the total! I was dissatisfied because I was trying to save some money due to other trial and errors.

I walked in & the store was so much more impressive than any of the photos could describe !! Ashley was working & was so incredibly helpful to find anything !! She was also so patient with all of the questions that my boyfriend , myself & our friends had to ask ! I couldn't have been in there for 5 hours & still walked around to see new toys , or pretty much any women or man could need !! Very impressive, I really hope to be back there as soon as I can !!

It's a sex shop and head shop with a friendly and helpful staff. They have yelp deals, and a huge selection. The head shop is separate from the sex stuff, so if you only want 1 or the other you don't have to mix. The selection for both is huge. Pretty much everything you want, can't see why it wouldn't be 5 stars. Also, no problems using the yelp deal.

They get five stars from me for having excellent customer service. The employees were so helpful and knew a lot about all their products, which made it easy for me find exactly what I was looking to buy. The items were up to date. It definitely had a great atmosphere.

Been stopping in here for about 5 years now, and every time i go in there, whether its for sex or smoke, the employees are knowledgeable on all their products, and even if they arent, theyll get you someone who does, their employees are cool as hell, and no matter the reason youre heading in there youll be 100% satisfied

The staff was surprisingly very friendly! I enjoyed the help from the one of their girls who was really helpful. I was surprised with their stock & knowledge on material in their store. Make sure you check in, to get their discount on your first purchase.

I was taken to the "vape" section of the smoke shop for the first time about 9 months ago when a friend of mine introduced me to the "e cig". This was a first trip for me to Nitecap video and I was surprised at what I walked into. The section to the right is a full service smoke shop with a huge selection of designer and top of the line E Juices for vaporizer pens. The guys (and gals) that work here are very knowledgable in this area of the shop. They also have your water bong section, glass bubblers, rigs and other smoke shop stuff if you will. I was amazed at the large selection of smoking papers orbrollingnpapers whatever they are called. I needed to be taught those terms since I had no idea what most of these things were. The rest of the building is filled with toys galore, and when. I say toys I'm saying its the BestBuy of the adult novelty industry with adult toys galore. I did take my wife here for something and she confessed that she didn't want to leave... Dildos, vibrators, bachelorette party novelty items, you name it and like a million DVD's. Here's a tip, tell them it's your birthday and have your I'd ready for a discount.... (small but it's something to appreciate). 9 months later and I haven't had a cigarette and am almost done with my pen.

Extremely clean, well lit, well stocked with everything from cheap novelties to high end expensive vibrators and toys. Also a great selection of lubes, as some are good for people with allergies or to be used only on certain materials. Note: While the Staten Island bus system takes you near there, you MUST have a livery cab or a car pick you up and drop you off. The building is far from residential streets and is along a desolate stretch of swamp and fields. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO WALK BY YOURSELF! The traffic cannot see you and there is no sidewalk. The gracious women in the store offered to call me a car service upon leaving at night and I was glad I did. No judgements, no prying questions, and every genre of film is labeled and categorized for easy perusing.

Went last night for a few things and again amazing staff and they welcomed the group on also place is clean and bright you don't feel creepy walking in there ! Love the staff so personable and helpful !

Had a wonderful experience with the associates here. Melissa and Jackie were incredibly helpful and nice, and I was able to get everything I needed done over the phone, which was extra good for me since I'm out of state. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and will be making this place my first stop next time I'm in NYC.

So this place is cool ...took awhile to know where the place it ...its like hiding in the most isolated area ....but when you walk inside the place is well organized .... there products are up to date... I'm not really a sex toy kinda girl..but once in awhile like to walk around these places just to look... They have every toy a regular sex shop should have... The most socking thing is I saw a lot of stuff for men ...the sex shops that I usually go are always limited to men...which I thought was pretty cool ...this is the only place that check my Id ... I didn't know walking into sex shop require to check ids ?!? Oh we'll there sell smoke bongs as well ...a wide selection of them...two people work there...the store size is decent...oh and they sell porn ....well duh lol

Great place out of the way for supplys. Linda was very helpful. Very knowledge able and help me get what i needed with any creepy vibe. Did not feel like a pervert and Will visit again.

I'm a regular here. I use my Belly card to get discounts. Staff are very helpful, never the hard sell. They explain everything very matter of factly and have personal experiences to offer customers deciding on whether to purchase a product or not. They have an upstairs area, I'm not quite sure what goes on , doesn't float my boat ( i don't think ) A word of caution however, there is a blond Amazonian mannequin dressed like the proper Dom that will scare the pajamas off you. She gets me every time, bitch looks flesh and blood.

If you haven't been to an adult store or you've been to some seedy ones you'll be pleasantly surprised by Nitecap. The shop is clean, organized and has a large variety of items. The workers are very helpful, the woman walked around the store with me helping me pick out items for my friend's bridal shower. She had a lot of knowledge of all the products, she made suggestions and didn't try to push expensive items on me. This is definitely the place to go for bachelorette party stuff, things to spice up the bedroom and they also have smoking items.

The Count & Countesss have shopped regularly here throughout the years, and it's grown into an even bigger and more fantastic experience with a wider array of the naughty and spice! I was visiting on Friday evening and the most lovely encounter with Sammie and Jackie - helpful and courteous staff who made it even better. So I'm updating my review after I posted my experience on yelp the owner sent me a message and handled the situation. Thank you for the apology and it's nice to know the reviews are being read ... I will continue to come to nitecap ... Thanks again :) I've come here twice and I like the store and they have toys to bongs so it works for me and sometimes I don't like takin the trip into the city to go to babeland ... The only thing I don't like are how the employees are which is why I give them two stars. I feel super uncomfortable when they approach me .. The chick who works there has a attitude I came there lookin for something specific and she's like you can order it sorry we don't can't have everything in the f****** store ... That's rude and then tells me about them having a great glass selection of toys meanwhile the section I was in wasn't close to that ... The first time I went she had told me at I shouldn't be afraid to ask that the employees have tried mainly every toy .. Umm tmi and obviously that's a given since you work at a sex shop.. Maybe I'm used to babeland and the niceness but even in babeland u don't get approached that way and if you have a question you go to them they don't just stand around weirdly trying to get you to buy ...

Clean, organized, and customer service exceeded my predictions! I was quickly greeted by "the woman with the red hair" (LOL) she asked if I needed help- being my first experience in a sex shop I was quite hesitant to ask for any. Her non obnoxious and friendly manner really made it easy for me to transition well. The products were all high end, even the lubricants. GOOD TO GO!

Great place i was there two days ago , products and video , the counter girls are definitely a big plus, the place is clean and the privacy in those video rooms for me is the most important thing , worth the trip.

Great collection of toys, anything you desire is probably there including batteries. Lube variety is also extensive. A wide variety of video available at reasonable prices. Annie is awesome, we went there to check out the toys and she helped us every time. The fact that my girlfriend is drop dead gorgeous might have helped but she seems to be great to everyone. She even helped me when I was alone. If you are looking for adult toys, this is a great place to shop.

Everyone in the store is very friendly and were excellent with selling smoking products and other items. One of the workers Nicholas was helpful with recommendation of products and wants to make sure the customer is happy when they leave the store. I would recommend this store to others.

I'm one of those people that is very uneasy about these places but Linda and Jeff are very helpful and accommodating without making you feel awkward. Linda took the time to walk me through a series of items and was very excited to help. It's great when people love what they do. When you stop by here ask for Linda or Jeff.

This shop has been great but the Vape section. They had a deal half off certain E Juices and those juices must be expire. They ruined two expensive Tanks i had. One i purchased from night cap. If your buying juice from them do not buy the half off ones.

Simply a pleasure to shop here. Relaxed atmosphere, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. I shop no where else for adult toys, and I live out in Brooklyn.

Everytime I go into Nitecap, the staff is more than helpful and extremely knowledgable. Justin and Tony are the two employees I have had the most interaction with and both have been so helpful with their ideas and sharing all their information. Justin especially has gone above and beyond to spend so much time explaining different facets and pieces I couldn't be more than happy every time I leave the store. If I were the owner id be thrilled to have such a dedicated hardworking staff!
