"If you eat in Phoenix long enough, you’re bound to come across Noble Bread on the menu. The celebrated bakery is a staple on restaurant bread boards, a long way from its beginnings in  founder Joshua Raducha’s garage. Made with local organic grains and an organic levain (a type of starter), the loaves are baked in a stone hearth, and each takes 36 hours to make. Phoenicians can take home their own loaves from the storefront at Noble Eatery but while there, try some of the bakery’s Italian-influenced dishes using the beloved bread." - Asonta Benetti, Bahar Anooshahr

"Jason Raducha, who founded artisan bakery Noble Bread, is also the brains behind this modern wood-fired deli, where his excellent breads are put to good use in sandwiches. The Caprese, tuna, and Italian sandwiches are menu staples, but creative daily specials are the superstars of the roster. There are salads, too, and a spectacular hummus combo involving spicy ’nduja, pickled vegetables, and charred pita. Get there early before items sell out, and be sure to take home a loaf of bread." - Nikki Buchanan, Chris Malloy

This is a great lunch spot! I stumbled upon it by accident and have since returned and brought others with me. I like the menu has new additions from time to time as well. The food is great quality and super fresh. Dining in or taking to go is simple amd quick.

I'm a cuban girl from Miami and have been trying to get to Noble for a while now but hadn't made it every time it was on special. I walked in Friday a little after 2pm and they hung a sold out sign right after. I was so lucky I made it just in time. Service was great and The CUBANO SHOULD be on the menu every day! Can't wait for it to return!! Keep up the great work.

I had the Italian on Semolina Hoagie Sandwich and it was SO good. The bread was amazing. The staff was super friendly. I can’t wait to try this place again!

Well if you are local to AZ and haven’t found out about Noble bread you must be living with your head in the sand. If you haven’t noticed yet, keep a look out for the “Noble Bread” call out on many local restaurant menus. In fact anytime I see it listed, I’m most certainly ordering it. Weather it’s Noble bread and butter, an app with accompanying Noble bread, or even just a burger with a noble bread bun. I’ve been lucky enough to stop by the Noble Eatery a few times. Gotten some sandwiches. The bread of course deserves all of the stars. But the caprese sandwich entirely a knockout ; probably my favorite sandwich I’ve had in Phoenix. Definitely going to look up how I can get my hands on Saba, which was an entirely new ingredient for me. The atmosphere and service are pretty standard for a sandwich stop. I’ve never come in during a lunch rush or anything to be able to give a full 5 stars. But certainly don’t let that hold you back from coming in for a bite, taking something to go, and stocking your house with all breads you need for the week.

Google
Neighborhood bakery shop with a very fast service. I got my order within 1 minute. I got the Italian on Semolina Roll and Semolina bread. The sandwich was delicious especially there were a touch of chili flake and pickle chili and salami was spectacular. The bread was chewy (nice way) with sesame on top. On the back of the bread’s bag, there is a recommendation how to keep the bread and how to eat them in the different stage of the freshness. Very caring. Will revisit.

Google
A must visit neighborhood bakery shop with extremely fast service. Very relaxed environment and all the food is freshly made. Most of the bread was already sold out by lunch time. We enjoyed the hummus and the pizza.

Holy smokes this place is a proper sandwich shop!!!. Staff is friendly and efficient- a well oiled machine. Product is consistent, great for value and delicious!! Well composed. Not trying to say too too much because I loved the ease of parking ordering and walking out very quickly.

Yelp
In this house we definitely eat Noble bread. Artisanal bread is such a treat and if you can get your hands on a loaf you're in for a treat. At most phx farmers markets you can find their stand but you gotta go early! They sell out fast My personal favorite is their sourdough Now if you're planning on visiting know that parking is slightly limited but you can usually find a spot. People are in and out all day. Their hours are 10:30-3:00 PM & closed on weekends. So this will be exclusively a lunch spot but nevertheless a great lunch spot. I've tried nearly all their sandwiches (lol it's close to us!). I'm partial to their Italian but I also think you can't go wrong with your order. Little tip: order online and you'll save yourself the line & be able to enjoy it basically right away if you're on a time crunch during lunch!

Jeannie K.

Yelp
Good stuff, unfriendly staff. I got the Italian sandwich. It has giardinera, which I love, and is a cross between an Italian and a muffuletta. I'd go again for the sandwiches to go. Not a place I want to sit down to interact with the team.

Michael G.

Yelp
The food was delicious. We ordered the quinoa bowl with beets and butternut squash, the Italian ciabatta special, and a chopped salad. While the food was tasty and generous in its portions, the service and staff left something to be desired. Their attitude and lack of customer service diminish the experience of eating in their restaurant. Here's a specific example. We came hoping to grab a sandwich on sourdough bread, one of their specialty baked goods. With a variety of breads at our disposal at near the counter, when we asked, "could we have our sandwich on sourdough bread?," we received a curt response: "we only have ciabatta today." I even asked, could we use the loaf here?, meaning we buy a sourdough loaf and then open it and have you put our sandwiches on it? The reply? "The bread we have is ciabatta." The staff desperately needs an in-service training on how to deal with the public and work with the needs and desires of their customers.

Yelp
Fantastic food and wonderful service. First time visit and I highly recommend Noble Eatery.

Olivia R.

Yelp
I came here during lunch and wow! It was so delicious! I shared a couple of items off the menu with my coworkers. We ordered the caesar salad, italian hoagie and the wood roasted broccolini with burrata and raisins. The broccolini was my favorite. Before we left we decided to try some of their sweet treats. We shared the chocolate chip cookie, snickerdoodle and oatmeal cherry chunk. All were so wonderful. My favorite was the chocolate chip and snickerdoodle. The inside was cute and cozy. A very relaxed environment. Even though the service was extremely fast the food came out beautiful. We will return soon.

Kat G.

Yelp
The boyfriend took me here (30min away from us) on a little lunch date. We got the hummus plate with Chorizo, it was freaking fantastic, and huge! Then we shared an Italian sandwich, which they split for us! It was flavorful and pleasing to the palate, the salad that came with it, was okay at best. The atmosphere was cozy and clean. We would Def come back during earlier hours to buy some fresh bread and so another little date, for sure!

Michael D.

Yelp
Not sure how this place doesn't get five stars. Great food, rotating menu, lovely staff.

Joseph A.

Yelp
Such a great healthy lunch spot! I've been here over 90 times and Noble honestly has sone great lunch options from sandwiches, grain bowls, avocado toast and pizza. Absolutely the best sandwiches in Phoenix! Slightly on the pricey side, but it's well worth it! Amazing food, cool interior and great location! The sandwich special of the week keep it fresh and are always amazing. Come here for lunch, you won't regret it!

Ziad S.

Yelp
Their bread is fantastic. We've bought several loaves to bring home and have been eating it every day. The restaurant is very good as well. We were lucky enough to score one of their pizzas that is cooked in the wood oven. Everything is wood fired- no gas which is cool. The hummus was good and the roasted broccolini was very flavorful as well. Will definitely be back for bread and the restaurant as well.

Bailey L.

Yelp
So, I LOVE Noble bread and frequently get it at the farmers market. I do not find myself at the eatery often, as it's not too close to me, but on this fine day the occasion arose and we ordered Noble takeout. Their online platform didn't allow much modifications and my friend was looking for something specific so I called in instead. The gentlemen on the phone was not the friendliest and made sure to note that I could have ordered online, which I do understand and is easier as I was getting food for 5, but also could have had a friendlier tone. I ordered the ham sandwich, friends got the turkey sandwiches, mixed green salad and Italian grinder. All sandwiches come with a side mixed green salad, very basic, just greens - but you can upgrade it to caesar salad. Lastly couple brownies and the hummus with nduja ( it's sort of like a chorizo sausage blend) and pickled veggies on top. It came with fresh house made pita bread. Most of the sandwiches come on their fired pita bread or hoagie. Considering they have so many delicious fresh loafs, but that's okay. Sandwich was quite tasty, fresh ingredients for sure. The brownie was also good, but a bit cakier than I prefer. The stand out for me was the hummus with nduja! I've never had anything like that combination, but it was absolutely delicious and I will definitely be ordering it again or would make a special trip for it! Order was done promptly in 20 minutes and packaged well with all the things we needed. I did noticed their menu changes, sometimes they have trio breads or maybe that was in the past or specials. Menu is not huge by any means, 4 or so sandwiches, classic pizza, variety of sides and take and bake pasta options. Everything is definitely fresh though.

Rachel C.

Yelp
I've always absolutely loved noble bread (we go out of our way on weekends to pick some up at the farmers market), so it only made sense to finally try their restaurant! I decided to order a sandwich and some chips to go for my first experience. I grabbed the turkey sandwich which comes on wood fired pide. I had no idea what pide was and I can only describe the flavor as the crust of a pizza with a little more texture but similar seasonings. It was absolutely delectable and the perfect way to serve this sandwich. The turkey is paired perfectly with cabbage, aioli, cheese, and pickled onions. Everything went so well together but the pickled onions really put this sandwich over the top. It's huge for $12 which made me feel better about spending that much on a sandwich. The chips are Vickie's brand. I would definitely try this sandwich again or one of the dishes but I think I would eat it fresh on site.

Dan B.

Yelp
Some of the best sandwiches and bread that I've had in the entire Phoenix/Scottsdale area, highly recommend this spot!

Kiki L.

Yelp
Noble is good but not great. One when we came in they were annoyed that we wanted to make a few small changes to our sandwiches- I believe I sun the cheese on mine and my friend requested no pickles onions. The cashier was rather annoyed. As everything else in this world it was expensive - two sandwiches and one bag of chips no drink -with tip was 36.00.. I guess food needs to taste as good as it costs.

Ana R.

Yelp
I've heard of Noble Eatery thanks to their delicious bread that you can find all over Arizona. Today, a coworker took me to this location for lunch and it did not disappoint. When you put burrata on anything it's going to be delicious. This unique take on a caprese sandwich was more than I expected. My favorite part of this sandwich were the sun dried tomatoes that added a hint of sweetness. Highly recommend if you're in the area to stop in, but beware! The lunch rush can create a line.

Larisa W.

Yelp
I had the Caprese sandwich. I'm not sure what the bread was some sort of pita? It was delicious! Even the side salad was very good with a small amount of oil and vinegar and maybe a little salt? It would definitely try it again. They also had a wide variety of breads available to purchase. The only problem is it really is out of my way limited hours

Katie A.

Yelp
My coworker and I came for lunch around 11:45 am, the restaurant was busy and we got one of the last seats available. The caprese sandwich was too good to pass up - served with burrata and fresh tomatoes and greens. My friend got the turkey and avocado sandwich which she said was excellent! The caprese was delicious, I ate the whole thing! We both got a sea salt, chocolate chip cookie and they too were perfectly cooked and soft! We would highly recommend Noble Eatery - make sure you plan in advance as the dining room is small and doesn't have a ton of seating. Noble Eatery also sells its bread and baked goods at local farmers markets in Phoenix and Gilbert! Very much worth it!

susie s.

Yelp
The Italian was fantastic- on a semolina with fresh meat and flavor. It's was busy and service was spot on. Great job !!

Lisa W.

Yelp
Food was phenomenal! I had the roast sandwich and it didn't disappoint. My hubby had the pizza that was on point also.

Vivian H.

Yelp
Heard a lot of good things about Noble and their breads, so this review is mainly for their pastries and bread. I haven't been to their brick and mortar yet, but hoping to do so soon. I first had an item from this bakery when we stopped into Press Coffee before indoor bouldering and I tried one of their lemon poppyseed muffins. Muffin was moist and flavor was on point! I'll definitely try this item again. Later, we stopped into the Uptown Farmer's Market and Noble sells their pastries and bread here on Saturday mornings. We opted for a loaf of Jewish Rye and Pumpernickel. Loaves cost $7/piece. Both loaves are fresh and the consistency of the bread is chewy and baked well. My issue with both loaves is that neither tasted like what they are supposed to be. The Pumpernickel loaf just doesn't taste like a Pumpernickel. The Jewish Rye also does not taste like Jewish Rye. Not sure what to make of all of this, but will have to pass on getting the Jewish Rye or Pumpernickel loaves again. I am willing to give this place another try and see if their other loaves are more on point... Overall, the breads and pastries are fresh and definitely a good solid choice, I would just recommend skip the Jewish Rye and Pumpernickel. Will report back on the other loaves when I get a chance to try them...

Nicole B.

Yelp
My husband and I have eaten Noble bread at many of the restaurants in town but had never had a chance to try their actual eatery until recently and I am so glad we did! We ordered the Wood Roasted Broccolini (with Golden Raisin + Burrata + Saba) and now we crave this constantly. It was just that good! We also ordered the sandwich of the week - a French dip with au jus. It really hit the spot and was delicious. We also took some bread home with us. Overall, I loved it and wish they were open on the weekends! Being only open on the weekdays makes it really difficult to get to this location, unless I have a day off work. Next time I do, I know where I'm going for lunch!

Susan K.

Yelp
Portions are huge. Loved the flat bread used for the turkey, avocado, cheddar sandwich. Side salad dressing had too much vinegar. Luckily my husband's salad had NO dressing. Purchased a loaf of bread for later. Overall a solid place for lunch if you are in the area. We will probably stick to just purchasing the bread at farmers markets.

Ashley L.

Yelp
I've been a regular customer for a few years, primarily picking up bread and baked goods at the eatery and local farmers markets, but sometimes eating in the cafe. Many of the offerings are fantastic but there are also a few misses so I'm going to go item by item here. Caprese Sandwich - Outstanding. I get roasted mushrooms added. They don't seem thrilled about providing this modification but I LOVE it. The bread on the sandwich is just delicious and I wish they sold just that for making toasted sandwiches at home. Turkey Cheddar Sandwich - The peppadew and aioli make this uniquely delcious. I couldn't eat the whole thing in one sitting for the life of me; even one half is beyond filling, so I usually don't order this unless I've got someone to split with, as half #2 doesn't save great. Imperial Sandwich loaf - At peak freshness it's a great sandwich bread or piece of toast. It gets weirdly gummy if heated in the oven buttered. Multigrain Sandwich loaf - Probably my go-to when all options are on hand. I like the oats on the outside and it's the most versatile for sandwich, grilled cheese, French toast, regular toast. Sourdough loaf (sliced) - A good sourdough. The pieces tend to be a bit large. I like it for grilled cheese, French toast, and heated in the oven with butter and dipped in soup. Wondrous White bread loaf - Bought it when it was the last loaf left. Nice and soft when fresh but super BLAND. Won't get again. Mini kona rolls - one of my favorites. I love them heated with butter or for mini sandwiches. Mini buttermilk rolls - a miss for me because the kona rolls are SO much better in texture and flavor. Plain bagels - one of the biggest misses. Too big in size for how bland and blah they are. You'd need a huge slather of cream cheese to try to make these enjoyable. Baguette - ok to good eaten day of purchase. I have crazy high baguette standards (be as good as the French or bust). Obviously superior to grocery store options. Chocolate chip sea salt cookie - A good cookie so I usually grab one. Not Phoenix's top but well worth the sugar. **Now, you have to go to the farmers market for these INDIVIDUAL pastries, but some hidden gems here (never seen in the store):** Cinnamon coffee cake - YUM so good, perfect for a coffee cake lover who doesn't want to eat a whole cake over days. Blueberry muffin - another win. It's such a good blueberry muffin and just the right size. Bonus points because I ate one before running a half marathon having never tried before (a big race no-no in the running world) and had zero stomach issues.

Julius C.

Yelp
Lovely place with a very comfortable atmosphere. We got a ham sandwich and the wood roasted broccolini and both were delicious. The cheese and mustard in the sandwich have a good kick and the burrata on the salad was something we've never tried before. I also bought one of their loaves and it tastes great. Only drawback is it's a little pricey but for such a small restaurant/bakery it's acceptable.

Tim M.

Yelp
Good sandwich on outstanding bread along with great service by the girl that took our order. They absolutely need more beverages options though.

Michelle E.

Yelp
I had a Caprese sandwich that came with a light salad. The mozzarella was very tender, I like the bit of balsamic dressing they added to the greens of the sandwich. I did not notice any basil which would have been a nice touch but the bread was comforting and had a soft flavor and texture.

Mishel D.

Yelp
Came here for the first time today. I ordered lunch for my husband and myself and picked up a take and bake ziti meal. Lunch was great. We both enjoyed our sandwiches a lot. Extremely flavorful and balanced. I was very impressed with the pre made dinner too. Ziti was delicious and cheesy. The salad came with a spicy dressing which caught me off guard a little but we enjoyed it.

Richard F.

Yelp
"A SÁNDWICH YOU MUST TRY!" Jason thank you so much for inviting my friend Norm and I to come eat at your establishment! I absolutely loved the Italian and the Cuban sandwich! Bread is always fresh and soft; the flavors were exquisite! I'm in love with your spicy homemade salsa; it adds the perfect amount of spice and kick to my sandwich! Also the lemonade is one of the best refreshing lemonades I've ever had! I could come back just for that! It's THAT GOOD!!! I can't wait to bring my friends to this place so they can experience it for themselves! I highly recommend this place; it's a must try!!!

Kyrliam S.

Yelp
Their sourdough country loaf is simply the best. I drive 20 minutes to stock up on bread for the week. Last time I went, I felt cheated. I mostly don't tip for the takeout (no offense, but you have to grab the bread off the shelf yourself and take it to the counter, the clerk just rings it up and puts it in the bag for you, not something I feel like I should have to top 10-20% for her to do). I paid with credit card and selected "no tip" on the terminal. When the receipt printed, I felt like the total of $40+ for 3 loaves seemed off and noticed that the system had added a 10% tip even though I elected not to tip. I brought it up with the cashier and she refunded the tip amount to my card immediately, but it still felt like they were trying to cheat me. I will continue to buy their bread because our family loves it and it's simply the best sourdough in the city, but that part was disappointing .

Lauren T.

Yelp
I love this place!!! It is underrated and not hyped up enough!!! The bread is SO good that a lot of local restaurants serve it (POMO pizza being one of them). Not only can you enjoy a delicious meal here, but you can purchase and take home any of their bread products. They have a variety of bread loafs, biscuits, and a few other things to pick from. The menu rotates every so often but there are a few items that are staples. My favorite item is the bruschetta but they didn't offer that the other day when I went. The lady behind the counter ensured me that it would be coming back soon though. We had the Caprese sandwich, the Italian sandwich, the meatball pizza and the hummus. All of the items were equally as amazing. The hummus came with warm pita pockets too. I try to go to this place at least once a month! Check it out!

Eric S.

Yelp
Great place to stop in for a quick bite or pickup some fresh bread, staff is friendly and quick, restaurant is clean and relaxing. Will be coming back.

Christine T.

Yelp
Was looking for a good place to have a sandwich after our hike at Camelback. Everything was super yummy. Sandwiches made with fresh made bread. Even my picky eater who wanted subway enjoyed every bite and said this was way better. Could not have agreed more. Walked away with two loaves a fresh bread. Can't wait to have a slice. Highly recommend!

Carla F.

Yelp
Love that we live so close to this amazing lunch spot! The turkey sandwich and Italian sandwich are both amazing! Next time we are going to try a pizza! Have a feeling you can't go wrong with anything on the menu here!

Kristine S.

Yelp
Interesting sandwich shop. Menu was very limited and several items were not available. My issue was we asked if some items could be omitted and were told No. I have a number of dietary issues and it was hard to get something to eat. The sandwich I ordered was very spicy so did not eat much of it. The rest of my party enjoyed their sandwiches and the bread was really good.

Laura C.

Yelp
I've eaten signature Noble bread at restaurants all over the Valley, so I was thrilled to finally visit and eat at their actual physical location! A friend and I met and didn't realize they are not doing inside dining AT ALL. Bummer but we ordered our lunch to go and sat at the metal tables outside in front, in the shade. She ordered their Italian sandwich on Semolina Hoagie & fell in love: ham, salami, provolone, oregano vinaigrette, aïoli & that special Italian relish, Giardiniera. I'd heard how tasty Giardiniera (pickled vegetables in a vinegar base, w/ a spicy kick) was, but never had the pleasure. Bread was divine. My friend gave me a bite of hers & I was absolutely in love with that combo of flavors as well. Che squisito! Her sandwich came w/ a little side salad too. My Arugula Salad was pretty much a bowl of arugula, with some pickled fennel on it (supposed to have pistachios, dried cherries, and Gouda cheese + Noble Bread bread crumbs sprinkled on top, but only a few at bottom of bowl). I went inside to ask if they could add more of the ingredients. Before I knew it, the guy behind the counter came up to me, took the Salad out of my hand & threw it in the garbage! (I was getting "No Soup" for you vibes) "What do you want instead?" he asked me. "Ugh, that Salad you threw away was perfectly fine. I just wanted more of the ingredients on it." He insisted on making a completely NEW one. It came out w/ tons of pistachios, dried cherries, Gouda, pickled fennel + breadcrumbs. Thank you to guy behind the counter who may have even been the owner - I have no idea! But that was incredibly generous. Ready to head back and get my own Italian sandwich next time!

Chibi C.

Yelp
High quality bread. Did you know they make the bagels for stoop kid? The cashiers can be a bit grumpy, but they are really yummy

Please T.

Yelp
food is a ten. rude is a thousand. the man who runs the place could not have been more nasty, unpleasant, unfriendly, nor less appreciative of afternoon customers. will never go back.

E M.

Yelp
I don't know why they make it so difficult to get their bread but it's been a headache trying to order their sourdough and they don't offer refunds if you get your pickup day mixed up for the farmer's market.

Troy M.

Yelp
Seriously the best bread in az, no wonder so many local restaurants use it. They bake everything fresh in house every day, and they have specials all the time. This week they had the pork belly sandwich, which was insane. I could eat it every week, I wish it was on the regular menu. Don't sleep on this place, even if you just need bread.

Hailey P.

Yelp
Oh man, for as close to home as this is, I do not make it in enough! This review is for their current operations during Covid-19; They're very impressive! You can place your order online and walk up to their door where they have a makeshift carry-out window/process setup! I called in and paid when I got there but regardless, it's super contact free and easy. They do not have any tables set up inside at this time since I'm guessing it's such a small space and too hard to distance the tables! That said, today I got their turkey and cheddar sandwich and I WAS IN HEAVEN! The flavors go together so nicely! I love that they put the sandwich on thin bread. The pickled onions, cabbage mix, and aioli make the perfect combo of sweet, tart, and salty. Yum! I will be back again soon since it's dangerously close to my son's school and I can pick it up without even getting him out of the car! Thank you Noble Eatery for always making my taste buds dance and for keeping us safe during this time!

Gill S.

Yelp
Their bread is legit! The semolina roll wasnt anything I was initially excited about, but this was just fantastic bread! The sesame seeds in top were toasted to perfection, with the sturdy yet pillow-soft texture. The sandwich meats and veggies were all well balanced and fresh. I didn't have much time to explore the rest of the menu, but this is hidden gem of the area. These bakers are true artisans in their craft.

Diana P.

Yelp
Found this place on Yelp as I was looking for a quick bite on the way to an appointment. I ordered the quinoa bowl (not the real name but I can't remember it). It had quinoa and farro, two of my favorites, and was absolutely delicious! And the service was fast. Amazing place!

Karlly k.

Yelp
Food was really good but customer service wasn't. Lady behind counter wasn't friendly.

Lauren C.

Yelp
Noble Eatery is hands down one of my favorite places to pick up lunch! This is THE sandwich shop, and if you haven't been you need to get over there stat. To start, all the breads are made fresh so your sandwich filling is guaranteed to be surrounded by love. Also, the standards they have weekly are solid (the Italian, burrata caprese, turkey.....yummy yummy yummy), but they also have a weekly special sandwich which is always stellar. What's also great is it is super convenient to order there. Their online ordering system is super simple to use, and you can choose your pick up time if you know you want to be there at a certain time. There's also the option for curbside pick up, so if you want to keep things contact free, that is an option. If you are looking for some bomb, fresh sandwiches, then Noble Eatery is a MUST visit for your list sooner than later! :)

Sean L.

Yelp
Really good sandwich. Probably one of the better takes on a French dip that I've had. You liked that a side salad came with it. Staff seemed a bit surly but I'm willing to overlook that. Interior was pretty basic but does fine for a lunch place.

Nicole B.

Yelp
Some of the best bread and pastries I've had in the valley! Their multigrain sliced bread is excellent both for sandwiches and just as toast. They have a regular booth at the Uptown Market and Downtown Public Market. Will always be back for more!

Brad W.

Yelp
Very poor construction of this turkey, avocado cheddar sandwich. First off, the bread was paper thin and it resembled and tasted like dry pita bread. The thin bread did not support the amount of guacamole they showered onto that bread and avocado is not guacamole, so they should update the menu chalk board. Also, cabbage is an odd choice and belongs in Cole slaw, not my sandwich. The side salad is also a joke - some fancy lettuce with oil and vinegar? The turkey quality is decent, but skip the lunch, buy a loaf of real bread and make your own sandwich.

Darya S.

Yelp
This is a quick-service restaurant so you have a lot of people going in and out and picking up orders, but there's a bunch of tables inside if you want to sit and eat. It seems they are really dedicated to fresh ingredients and healthy eating, which I appreciate! I got the Noble Grain Bowl with tuna for lunch, and while it was delicious with a really refreshing dressing, it was sadly not worth $13. The portion is pretty small and I was still hungry afterwards so I went to go get tacos. Id recommend getting the sandwiches instead!

Dave T.

Yelp
The breads are so delicious, I should know as my grandfather was a baker or breads back in the day in NYC. Love the marble rye and sourdough. Will try some others the next time a trip is made to Phoenix.

Lauren B.

Yelp
Best midday spot. Food is amazing, great bread, chill environment. Staff is kind. Italian Sandwich is top notch.

Hashy S.

Yelp
Great sandwiches on legendary Noble bread. So good! Grab some fresh bread on your way out
