Stop 🛑 getting my review taken down NOBO!! Let the truth BREATH!!!!
👎👎👎👎👎 10/10 — WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 👎👎👎👎👎
I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I had to speak up.
And before NOBO pulls their usual “brand-new profile, first-ever review” excuse — my Google account has been active since 2023. I just don’t waste time reviewing places unless the experience is unbelievably bad… like this one.
The flower here is OLD, DRY, and low quality.
Some of the product I saw looked questionable enough that I didn’t even feel comfortable smoking it. Check the harvest dates yourself — some strains from the Mischief and Rolling Thunder lines have been sitting for months. I am supper upset with my sale I bought an ounce of peach rings thinking it would be good. It made me nauseous 🤢 and gave me headaches.
Their “BLACK FRIDAY BIG HEIST” sale?
😂 It’s not a deal — it’s basically a clearance dump to move stale flower and gummies close to expiration. There’s nothing premium or fresh about it.
They’ve also had multiple robberies in real life, yet thought it was smart to turn it into a Black Friday “heist” marketing theme. If it wasn’t happening in real life, it would honestly feel like satire.
And let’s talk about their track record:
NOBO has been fined over $10,500 in CRA violations so far. It’s all public record.
If you need a laugh, just search Reddit — their reputation speaks for itself.
The worst part?
I was offered a shake-filled 1¢ preroll in exchange for a positive Google review.
That’s not only sketchy — it’s literally against FTC guidelines on honest customer reviews.
Incentivizing positive reviews is manipulating ratings, and it’s illegal.
Let me take my review back and see if they still offer the preroll.
Bet they won’t.
There are MUCH better dispensaries deeper into Michigan with better quality, better prices, and better ethics. NOBO doesn’t come close.
Even the building shows it — run-down, dirty, warped floors, loose deck nails… it honestly feels unsafe.
Do better, NOBO. Yours truly Freddy🧸

1. My profile is not new.
My Google account has been active since 2023. This isn’t a “brand-new-profile, first-ever-review” situation. It’s simply my first time having an experience bad enough to talk about publicly.
2. The experience did happen.
The flower I purchased was extremely dry, harsh, and made me nauseous. The harvest dates on several products I checked were months old. That’s not a matter of opinion — it’s printed directly on the packaging.
3. Calling my review a “drive-by post” is dismissive and unprofessional.
I shared my experience honestly, and instead of addressing the product issues, your first response was to attack the reviewer. That alone says a lot.
4. Your Black Friday sale absolutely contained old stock.
If a product is approaching expiration or has been sitting since spring/summer, then putting it in a BOGO promotion is a clearance move. Customers can see dates for themselves.
5. Regarding HR and “post-employment matters,” I am not a former employee.
This assumption is concerning. If multiple former employees are publicly raising complaints, that’s an internal issue — not something to project onto customers who give honest feedback.
6. I’m glad to hear you welcome feedback, but dismissing mine isn’t the way to show it.
If customer experience truly matters, addressing product quality and transparency is the best place to start.
I’m not here to argue — I just wanted to share my experience so other customers can make informed decisions. I wish you all the best.
