"NoButcher launched the first entirely plant-based version of a traditional deli in Vegas. Patrons can order vegan meat and cheese alternatives to go, or eat the house-created sandwiches, sides, and salads, available in combo deals. Choices include a pulled NoPork sandwich with barbecue sauce and maple mustard coleslaw, the Aloha NoRib served on a ciabatta roll, Mediterranean roasted vegetables, and their version of an Italian cold cut sandwich prepared with NoTurkey and NoPepperoni." - Katie Swalm

A Drive thru always steals my heart!!! I got the no pastrami meal with chips it was fresh and delicious. You feel so great about indulging with NoButcher and I stuffed my face!!! I love the deli case where you can make by the lb purchases and the desserts are pretty fantastic too!! I love the chocolate cookie and couldn’t resist taking home a tin of the lemon blueberry cake. I watch Triple D on food network so it didn’t surprise me to see Guy Fieri poster on the wall. I have limited time at lunch but now that I know I can drive thru!!!!! I will be a regular here. Don’t forget to sign up for rewards ❤️❤️

I'm not really vegan/vegetarian, I just don't eat red meat. I got the cold cut combo and Bruce got the no pulled pork with egg salad.(soooo good) They were both DELICIOUS....but that pork sandwich was to die for. I had the other half the next day and it was still fabulous. Highly recommend!! I can't wait to go back.

Great and unique vegan sandwiches! This was our first time at No Butcher, and we were really impressed. The owner was incredibly welcoming, answered all our questions, and even let us sample a few sides. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything we ordered exceeded our expectations—delicious, flavorful, and made with care. We had the Italian sandwich and the Greek sandwich, along with the no-egg salad and pasta salad sides, and everything was outstanding. We took our sandwiches to go, and they traveled well—still just as good when we enjoyed them back at our hotel. We only wish we had a place like this closer to home! Highly recommend!

Google
Such good food! I got the NoPork Bahn Mi as a meal and the NoPastrami sandwich as a salad. I also got a drink, Cole slaw and a cookie. All were delicious and the staff were so nice.

Google
Amazing vegan find! Excellent sandwiches. Lots of variety in flavors, incl hot or cold sandwiches and also salads. Fresh ingredients. They have a drive thru.

Google
This was our first stop in Las Vegas. We had dinner reservations in a few hours, so we didn't want to eat too much. We decided to split a sandwich. The server was so nice and cut it in half and gave us each our own tray. I can't remember what we ordered, but it was really good. And I really liked the lemonade. We added a cookie to the order and that was my favorite. It was SO good.

No Butcher has some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had!! I found out about them last minute on our trip to Vegas so we ordered it to the hotel before heading to the airport. It was the perfect travel food for a long flight. Literally the best pastrami sandwich ever!!

Google
NoButcher in Las Vegas is hands down the best vegan food I've ever had! The flavors, textures, and variety of options are simply amazing. I was blown away by how delicious everything was. Not only is the food incredible, but Sebastian, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He even took the time to meet my service dog and generously provided him with some water, which was such a kind gesture. If you’re in Vegas and looking for a top-notch vegan spot, NoButcher is a must-visit. I can’t wait to go back!

Yelp
AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING LOVE LOVE LOVE !!! The food is absolutely amazing Kai at cashier is super friendly and helpful this was my first time here, I didn't realize till after purchase that this is plant based food, I was scared at first since I've had experience with plant base foods but this is by far the best sandwich place I've had plant based or not, can't even tell difference, I've been in Vegas for 7 months and this is by far the best food I've had since living out here, if I didn't live 30 mins away I would definitely get everyday.

Yelp
The food here is mouth-watering! Honestly, some of the best sandwiches in town. Theirs side salads are phenomenal as well. The service is fast and workers are friendly. If you are vegetarian, vegan, or even a meat eater...don't skip this place! Try it out!! I wish I had photos to share, but I always inhale the food before I think to take pics.

Yelp
I keep thinking I've written a review about this place but I haven't yet! No Butcher is amazing for their sandwiches that are vegan. First time I tried them was during COVID we drove through and tried their Thanksgiving inspired sandwich. They have a monthly specialty sandwich. It was amazing and we always want to stop by whenever we are in Las Vegas again. Next time we went and dined in and got a pulled "pork" sandwich it was delicious. You can make it a meal with some sides and a drink for a little more. When my sister visited Vegas we asked her to bring back a sandwich and their No Steak was soooo good. That aioli! The Italian cold cut is also delicious with different flavors and textures. I honestly have found their specialty monthly sandwiches my favorite and you can see what it is on their Instagram. Inside they do have a long table and small 2 seater tables. You order at the counter, get a number, and staff brings out the sandwiches to you. Staff is very friendly and they make their now vege meats which you can purchase as well.

Yelp
Food is exceptional! My favorite thing about it was the texture of the bread. It was a nice crisp outer layer with soft insides. You could tell all the veggies were fresh. Primetime spot for Vegans for sure but would be a natural choice for any customer as well! The service was great too! We were constantly checked on and even sparked genuine conversation with the Cashier/Server. Ambiance was similar to any other sub sandwich joint with light hearted music & fair amount of seating.

Yelp
I am so impressed. The food here was delicious!!! I read reviews and everyone recommended ordering from their specials so that's what I did. I was not disappointed!!! So good! Hubby ordered the pastrami sandwich and he enjoyed it. The cookie and no turkey pasta also were great. We will be back. You order at the counter and pick up food when ready.

Yelp
This place has the best dang vegan sandwiches I've ever had. Objectively, their sandwiches are delicious as hell, even for someone who still eats meat. They knocked their Rib sandwich out of the park, holy cow I like that sandwich even more than meat rib sandwiches ! The ciabatta bread is perfectly toasted with their veggies inside the sandwich along with the generous portions of "meat" they give in the sandwiches. Their cookies are to die for also ! Best vegan cookies I've ever had, anywhere ! They've perfected the texture and taste of their cookies!! Their potato salad is super yummy also. I'm so sad I don't live out here. I'd frequent this place if it was close by to me. Their meals right now are ~$16. Honestly super fair prices !!

Yelp
Food: Very delicious, light sandwich. I haven't had pastrami in over 10 years and have been pescatarian for almost 9 years. This was the perfect fix. It was well constructed and not too small or jam packed. Service: Was efficient, informative and made good recommendations. Ambiance: Very chill establishment, had free WiFi so o was able to finish my work there free my lunch break. There was consistent traffic coming in and through the drive thru which is great to see for them. I will be back!

Yelp
Excellent everything! Friendly service small clean indoor seating area and there is even a drive through. We ordered two sandwich's and potato salad and all was 10/10. Blueberry lemon loaf is on standby and cannot wait to try. Hoping to be able to visit again during our time in Vegas. Thanks again :)

Yelp
I wish there was a location by me! I will go out of my way to get food here every time I'm in Vegas from now on! My friend told me about this place after she saw it on Chef's Table knowing I had a trip planned to Vegas so I could check them out. I couldn't get there to visit in person, but I ordered UberEats and had it delivered to our hotel just before leaving for the airport so we could have it for lunch before getting on the plane. I seriously wanted to try one of everything, it all sounded so good! Since I haven't had a gyro since I was little, I had to try the gyro full meal, and got it with potato salad. Then I ordered a dill cheese ball and 1/2 pound of no egg salad to take back home with me. My friend ordered the no tuna salad. The gyro was BOMB! I was especially excited about the tzatziki sauce since that is my favorite and haven't had it in forever. It was so damn good, I want to learn how to make my own so I can have it at home! The meat looked and tasted like the real deal, and the ciabatta bread was perfect with a slight crisp outside and chewy center. The entire sandwich was devoured and I wanted more!! The potato salad was good too (though I prefer mine without onions), and it was the perfect little side portion with the meal. The snickerdoodle cookie was soft and chewy and was a perfect fall flavor! My friend is not vegan but she thoroughly enjoyed the no tuna salad and said everything tasted fresh. I saved the no egg salad and dill cheese ball to have when I returned home to AZ, and now I wish I ordered a full pound! Oh my goodness this stuff is heavenly! Egg salad sandwiches were my favorite, and this tasted like the real deal. Again, I need this recipe so I can make it part of my weekly meal plan at home! The flavors bursting from the egg salad tasted like the real deal and I didn't even notice I was eating tofu. The dill cheese ball is made with cashew cheese, so it was a little more pungent and obviously not like a real cheese ball, but still good and goes great with crackers or potato chips! Hands down my favorite vegan place, and I can't wait to come back and sample some of the other sandwiches!! Highly recommend going out of your way to check them out next time you're in Vegas (or have it delivered to your hotel), you won't regret it!!

Yelp
O M G this place deserves alllllll the stars. I haven't had a pastrami sandwich since I was a teenager. Since going vegan, I usually don't care for the mock-meats. I just skip them 90% of the time. But holy WOW. I was craving a deli sandwich that was piled high with fillings and couldn't scratch that itch with my homemade veggie sandwiches. So I searched around and came across No Butcher. I got their pastrami sandwich (make it a full meal and you get a side, drink, and sweet treat!). This sandwich did not disappoint. It was absolutely delicious, I have zero complaints. Again - I'm not usually a fake meat fan, but they hit it out of the park. No Butcher clearly knows what they're doing! Also I had no idea they were on "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" until I went there and saw their poster on the wall! Hell yeah! My meat-eating boyfriend even loved their vegan version of egg salad (win win). Next time you're craving a classic deli sandwich like a pulled pork, Italian, or pastrami etc -- go for No Butcher!!

Yelp
I'm gonna say it now...and I mean it we don't need "NO BUTCHER"!!!! Found this place on trusty yelp since I'm in Vegas for CES...apparently it's been open for 4 years and the pandemic would've stopped me from being here for almost 2 years but what the heck happened last time I was here I didn't see this place show up!!!! Nice little eatery with a deli style and you can buy No Butcher meats to go as well...how awesome is that I think before I drive back to LA I'll pick some up to bring back!!! The gal at front was really friendly so I ended up getting her favorite thing there...what is that? THE GREEK! Basically look at the pics and tell me they don't give you a good amount of NoGyro into that!!!! Pretty much this was good and tasted like the days when I ate Gyros which was a LONG TIME ago!!! So tempting to try some of their desserts or cookies .... but I'll stick with the NoButcher meats on my next visit! Be back soon!!!!!!!!

Yelp
I usually get the full meal. My favorite year-round items here are the Aloha NoRib Sandwich, Bowtie NoTurkey Salad, and Half & Half (lemonade, iced tea). The fresh-baked cookie that comes with the meal has a rotating flavor to look forward to each time. I also enjoy the rotating sandwich. The most recent one I had is the Thanksgiving Feast Sandwich. Between the ciabatta bread are NoTurkey slices, gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and sage aioli. This was outstanding, as was the Pumpkin Pie Bar with its extra thick crust. NoButcher goes all out for Thanksgiving with the aforementioned sandwich and treat, as well as a preorder menu for pickup during the two days before the holiday. From this menu, I ordered the Broccoli Kale Slaw and Large Orange Cranberry Walnut Cake, which I'm looking forward to enjoying with folks.

Yelp
Really great place to eat, great portions and even better food. It's a must spot when we're in Vegas. So good, give them your money.

Yelp
Omg I can't believe I slept on NoButcher for so long. I don't go to LV too often, but I will absolutely be making a point to stop here when I do. Sandwiches, snacks, and service. NoButcher has it all. The regular menu of sandwiches alone is impressive, but they also have specials where you can snag some really tasty items. When I was there, they were doing a schnitzel sandwich for Oktoberfest and I still dream of it today. Getting it as the 'deluxe' meal meant I also got a side of sauerkraut and german potato salad--soo good. Later, I took a pumpkin bar to go and not only was it delicious but held up remarkably well in my travels back to SF. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and pretty talented balancing pre-orders, walk-ins, and a drive-in window. They do it all with ease and big smiles. The space itself is simple but welcoming. The brick wall on the left makes you forget that you are in a small restaurant in the middle of a walmart parking lot (lol). Easily top 3 vegan spots in Vegas - maybe even my favourite.

Yelp
NoButcher is one of those places that makes me super jealous of Vegas. So this is my shameless attempt to beg the good people at NoButcher to please open a location near Long Beach!!! I would so love that!!! Hubby and I came straight here after a 5-hour drive from SoCal. No joke. While we were supercharging at Primm, I looked up NoButcher's hours and thought it would be best to skip checking into our hotel and go straight to the restaurant before they closed. We arrived 15 minutes before closing, welcomed by the most friendliest gentleman. Since this was our first time, he gave us the spiel about their housemade seitan meats and nut-based cheeses. Everything looked and sounded delicious! The Greek Salad was the perfect meal to settle in after a road trip. Made with spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions topped with their NoGyro. I was impressed with the way they seasoned that seitan. It also came with a tasty tzatziki sauce. I would say that the greens to seitan ratio was unbalanced imho. I would have loved to have more greens to balance out the generous amount of seitan. That said, I'm grateful that they don't skimp on the NoMeat portion. https://bit.ly/3PnJUAr Meateater Hubby had the Pulled NoPork Sandwich. The seitan was covered in a delicious homemade bbq sauce and paired well with a maple-mustard cole slaw on a crispy ciabatta roll. Yum! Hubby also ordered a side of NoEgg Salad. At first, I wasn't interested in this, but then I took a bite and it totally rocked my world! Crumbled chunks of firm tofu mixed with creamy-creaminess flavored with something reminiscent of egg, or at least what I remember egg to taste like. I've heard that black salt taste like egg so maybe they use black salt? Whatever it is, this stuff is magical! https://bit.ly/46goBak Lastly, we've had the pleasure of enjoying their Lemon Poppyseed Cookie. https://bit.ly/3Nh3wDJ We loved this place so much that after our 3-day stay in Vegas, we decided to make a 2nd visit which was our last stop before driving back to Long Beach. I really wanted to purchase some of the cheese balls to take home. When I inquired about if they would last 5 hours in a cooler, the cashier let me know that they had some already frozen. Perfect for the drive back! So I purchased a Dilly Ranch Cheese Ball (https://bit.ly/46hLZ7l) and a Beer NoBacon Cheese Ball (https://bit.ly/3JqpkMe). I may have spontaneously decided on a large side of the NoEgg Salad to take home too. Seriously, it was worth it! NoButcher might be my new favorite place in Vegas! So again, I beg you, please PLEASE open a second location in Long Beach!!! :)

Yelp
The June special, the NoSteak sandwich is soooo good! The chimichurri aoili is good enough to eat by itself. If you haven't tried it yet hurry before it's gone!

Yelp
Came here for lunch one day after another place we had planned was unexpectedly closed. This was also a place I had found to try but my friend picked the other one because this place was primarily sandwiches. Located next to Tropical Smoothie in the same plaza as Wal-Mart on the Southwest corner of Spring Mountain and Rainbow, it was like a hole-in-the-wall place where no one knew about but had outstanding reviews. Small little restaurant with a decent amount of seating, we were already greeted by staff prior to entering the establishment. NoButcher is a vegan, 100% plant-based restaurant serving deli style sandwiches, salads, and sides. My friend had tried the OKTOBERFEST SCHNITZEL sandwich while i had tried the NoPASTRAMI COLD CUT sandwich. My NoPASTRAMI COLD CUT includes NoButcher's plant-based Pastrami, Swiss NoCheese, lettuce, pickles, spring mix greens, red onions, and a sweet maple-mustard aioli on a crispy WARM ciabatta roll. Typically pastrami sandwiches are stacked high in meat but this one, i actually didn't really miss the monstrous amounts of meat. It was a good balance between amount of NoPastrami and the veggies. The warm crispy ciabatta roll was delicious As for my friend's OKTOBERFEST SCHNITZEL sandwich, it included NoButcher's authentic German fried schnitzel (typically thin veal/pork deep fried) on red cabbage and brussel sprouts slaw with curry ketchup sauce on a crispy ciabatta roll. We didn't really enjoy this one as much. The ciabatta, again was great. And we really liked the slaw. The texture of the fried schnitzel wasn't really there and the sandwich was way over sauced. If somehow there could be a crispier schnitzel with maybe more of a "bite", with less sauce, we would have enjoyed it more. Overall, hey another vegan option for me to choose from when i need it, and its fairly close by. Maybe the other sandwiches like the NoPastrami would be better.

Yelp
Great place for a quick and filling meal. Never had anything here I didn't like. Always the friendliest people working and eating here! Nice quaint place with good music and few tables and counter seating.for vegan meal you won't forget

Yelp
First let me say I am neither a Vegan nor do I have a problem with gluten. That being said, I have had several great experiences at NoButcher! Their sandwiches are tasty with well thought out ingredients. I am a big fan of "the Greek", but everything I have tried has been delicious! That includes "the Italian", "the No Steak House" and "the Pastrami". The sides are also quite good. Finally, don't forget to have a rosemary lemonade!
google avatar

Sarah M.

Yelp
This food is not only delicious, but also compassionate as fully #vegan & #plantbased. Their customer service is great & they have a sweet energy in their restaurant when you sit down to eat in a clean environment (plus they have a drive-through if you are on the go). NoButcher is one of our favorite vegan restaurants in all of Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, & Pahrump, etc.

Yelp
I had the 'No tuna sandwich' and it was delicious , I don't know what they mix in with the tuna but I need to find out! Mine was a meal deal too, good value for money, loved the cookie which came with it and it was yummy too. The man there was very accommodating as well. I will definitely be back for sure.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I either get there too early, or I can't get there before they close. My son went here, and he loved it. I wondered why he didn't bring me anything???? I digress! It's really small and a tight fit inside the establishment. It took me a minute to decide what I wanted to get. It was either the Italian Sandwich or the Greek sandwich I decided to go with the Greek Combo, the lady said, that was a great choice! I got the coleslaw; lemonade and it came with a chocolate chip cookie. Everything looked amazing. The Coleslaw was perfect! The sandwich, the flavor was great, the meat substitute, the seasoning was great! My only issue, I don't like hard bread. Not only the establishment's fault. I have TMJ, and it was really hard for me to eat the sandwich because of my TMJ. which is one of the reasons, I lean more towards really soft bread. The sandwich was amazing though. The cookie, it was good, but I like my cookie cooked all the way through. I felt like it needed 5 more minutes in the oven. For me, I think it would have been better in a salad for me, and that is an option.
google avatar

Sophie D.

Yelp
Expensive and didn't taste that good :/ my mom and I both got different sandwiches and were both pretty disappointed. Vegan meat is so easy to get right today, im not sure what went wrong. Maybe we both just got unlucky with our choices, but I would rather go to any other vegan restaurant...
google avatar

Sammy B.

Yelp
I'm so grateful to have a place like this in Vegas. If you're vegan and love sandwiches, you have to try this place. Every employee is always so kind, especially the owners who are usually always there working hard. There's even a drive thru and you can order online so it's quick and easy! There isn't a ton of parking, but it's usually not super busy. It's in a spot next to a tropical smoothie. Everything they make here is always so good, whether it's a side, the deli meats, cheese balls, or cookies. You have to try the egg salad and the Italian sandwich!! Those are my favorites. They also have a great potato salad and seasonal cookie flavors! The wine cheese ball has such great flavor as well. There's a good amount of seats inside if you're looking to dine in, but we usually get these to go. I feel like it's always pretty warm inside the restaurant, but maybe that's just me. AC is expensive in the Vegas summers so I get it. Give this place a try!!
google avatar

Thomas B.

Yelp
Best vegan food in the valley!!! Seriously love this place and they are always really nice and pleasant. Always eat here on the regular.

Stephanie G.

Yelp
We absolutely LOVED NoButcher. The inside was clean and showcased their "cheeses" and "meats". The employees were super friendly, helpful, and just overall really nice :) We got the Greek sandwich meal deal with NoEgg salad and The NoSteakhouse with chips. Both were amazing and we ended up splitting them because we couldn't decide which was better. The NoEgg salad was delicious, especially with chips and tapatío. The Rosemary infused lemonade was super yummy and refreshing on a 104° day. Now I know why this place has such good reviews. Vegas has a gem.

Yelp
I was blown away by NoButcher and will definitely be back. The vibe is welcoming, the deli style presentation and offerings (you can buy vegan meat in the window) makes it really unique, and the staff is just lovely. I got the the Mediterranean Roasted Veggies Sandwich, which was perfection. It comes stuffed with freshly roasted mushrooms, onion, garlic, bell peppers, zucchini and slathered in an incredible balsamic / pesto / almond feta cheese that they make in house, topped with tomatoes and greens. And the bread was delicious. It's bursting with flavor and the combinations remind me of a hole-in-the-wall, legit Mediterranean spot my family has been going to for years and has been run by two generations. The sandwich is only made better by the meal combo option because you get to choose a side, beverage, and it comes with a surprise treat (a cookie in my case, one that tasted like childhood). I highly recommend the potato salad side. Being there in the days after its appearance on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins and Dives, the phone orders were busy and rightfully so - this place is very special. If you are a local or visit LV often, they have punch cards available.

Yelp
Soooo good! Our "bbq pork" and deli sandwiches, potato salad and cookie were all incredibly delicious and fun. My husband and I kept passing our plates back and forth so we could throughly enjoy each-other's sandwiches. The service was great and the atmosphere was comfortable and trendy. We took a lemon blueberry loaf home and it was probably the best dessert I have had during my entire 12 years of being vegan. This place is incredible and everything was clearly made with love! We will definitely return when in town.
google avatar

Alicia C.

Yelp
I'm not sure the owner could be any nicer. He was so friendly! This is a deli style shop with some cafeteria style seating and they also have a drive through. The food was terrific! I had the no pork pulled pork sandwich with the pasta salad. My daughter had the no tuna sandwich on the best gluten free bread ever. A suggestion would be to make the pasta salad with gluten free pasta but besides that everything was amazing! We will be back!!!
google avatar

Laura G.

Yelp
Let me start with I'm not a Vegan or Vegetarian, my husband is. He tried their pastrami last week and LOVED it - we went again so we could share a few other sandwiches. We had the Mediterranean (Gyro) and their special - Po Boy. Both were fantastic but the special was really good. Your greeted by a genuinely happy guy (owner) - he's friendly and helpful. Their bread is fantastic, the mock meats are some of the best I've had and their sides were great. We tried the potato salad and the coleslaw. I'm looking forward to trying the Italian Cold Cut and Tuna!

Yelp
A Vegan Butcher Shop!?! Yes, you have read that correctly--A Vegan Butcher Shop. Looks like I have found the butcher, only he goes by the surreptitious name of NoButcher. Clever! Nevertheless, NoButcher is a plantbased establishment that offers an array of different menu items including sandwiches and salads. They are located in a shopping center with plenty of parking just 10 minutes away from city center. I arrived and immediately thought how cool it was that they had a drive thru. So, of course, I went through it. I was greeted by Sebastian (one of the owners) and we got a chance to speak some German as that's where he is from. Great customer service! I already had an idea of what I wanted to order. I ordered the Greek sandwich single with a pumpkin pie. Where do I begin? A flame started from within as the sandwich itself was fire and delicious. The NoMeat was piled high and tons of fresh veggies. It was also drizzled with tzatziki sauce. Amazing omni flavors and textures. I was keenly aware of the food ingredients but as everyone knows the most important ingredient is love. Am I right or am I right? Well, It was everywhere. When you make your sandwich a meal it is served with a deli side, drink, and treat. The toothsome pumpkin pie was equally delectable. I'm not a huge fan of mock meats as I prefer simple veggies that have a meaty texture but it was quite tasteful. I look forward to trying the Mediterranean, Aloha NoRib, and Pulled NoPork sandwiches which are next on my list. The food was great and thanks NoButcher for making a fan of me! Any relation to the butchers daughter and the butchers son in SoCal? (Checkout those reviews) "Time is precious, waste it wisely!" TIPS: Home made vegan meat and cheeses that are not highly processed and lower in fat. No preservatives or hormones Loyalty card

Yelp
It a small little place and a butcher feel. It's actually one of my favorite vegan places. I'm not a vegan but found this place extremely delicious. They do not use the frozen process soy products. Their ingredients are homemade and fresh. I can't wait to go again, also, don't forget to get their frequent buyers card!

Yelp
Wow...just wow...vegans if you have been searching for a deli sandwich, and or vegan deli meats this is it!!! The sandwiches here are excellent and hand made with Plant based love. So many options on the menu. I do recommend the pastrami sandwich meal or their seasonal specials...and yes they are special. The specials are only available for a limited time,so take advantage of these delicious specials like we did. They also have an option to get different plant based meats and macaroni by the pound to go like a true deli for vegans. VERY DOPE Indeed! The cookies and cakes are amazing as well...you never know what the flavor of the day is,you will never be disappointed. The service is great, they give you a nice break down of each sandwich they serve...A good verbal taste before actually tasting it. The atmosphere and seating is great like a true deli...Relaxing and open, great ambience. We are true regulars and We will definitely be back...5 red and white yelping stars for No butcher baby!!!

Yelp
The menu was hard to choose an item from as i scanned it. The owner, Sebastian took my owner. He's a nice guy. Anyway, i was offered a sample of the gyro seitan and instantly became hooked. I ordered the gyro sandwich and recommend it. I'm from out of town unfortunately, but will come back when i go to Vegas.

Yelp
We arrived in Vegas around 6pm and realized that NoButcher closes soon. We didn't even bother checking into our hotel yet because I had a feeling check-in would take time, so we made our way here first upon arriving to Sin City. The SO had this place bookmarked and I'm always interested in tasting plant-based options for normal food. As we walked in, we were greeted by possibly the jolliest person ever. Very friendly and patient, although he did advise that to-go was the only option as they close in 15 minutes (we arrived at 6:15). Worked for us as that was our intent. I opted for their sandwich combo and got the pulled "pork" sandwich, with their NoEgg Salad as the side. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures because I devoured the food quickly. The sandwich was delicious and the seitan "pork" worked because it was seasoned well. In fact, I wish they had more slaw to help absorb the sauce from the "pork". Personally, I'm not a fan of ciabatta bread so I wish they had used a different roll. It's probably the only "flaw" with the sandwich and my opinion is biased towards my dislike of ciabatta. But the biggest surprise was that NoEgg Salad. I'm not actually sure what they used, I couldn't taste tofu unless it was firm and dried out very well (edit: I looked it up, it is tofu. VERY well done because I couldn't tell). But it really did taste like an egg salad (unless the egg salad was made with chunks of egg) and was delicious! Don't sleep on NoButcher, this place is amazing!

Yelp
Best vegan sandwiches I've tried by far and the options and sides are so good as well. They have a rib sandwich and it was better and tastier than I recall the McDonald's McRib ever tasting. Also had their Italian and that was amazing! The pulled pork also good. Their service was exceptional and quick and they welcomed us and any questions making it easy to be a first timer and be sad that it'll be a while before I can return again.

Yelp
NoButcher 3565 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas NV 89103 April 9, 2023 Sunday - 2:25 PM for Linner 1 Adult Atmosphere - 5 stars Food - 5 stars Service - 5 stars Background - Another business trip, hitting another Diner, Drive In and Dives. This falls under the fourth D, Deli. Guy has been paying tribute to his late sister by hitting more vegetarian/vegan places. The place is one of the latest additions to the triple D family in Vegas. Atmosphere - A small deli with a drive thru. I was surprised to see the drive thru. The seating is cramped. If this place has a history like other Triple D locations they might need to move, or open another location. Food - I do eat mostly vegan at home. So trying vegetarian/vegan places is always a great way of finding new things to try at home. I love my Italian subs and they have version here. The Italian Cold Cut, it is filled with plant based meat substitutes. NoTurkey, NoPepperoni, some greens, tomato, onion, vegan mayo, vinaigrette, and a nut based cream cheese. It does not look like an Italian sub, do not let that fool you. I did not miss a thing with the sandwich. All those zesty flavors popped in this sub. It was spot on, including the number of napkins I needed. Service - Simple, order at the counter, and they bring the food out to you. Maybe I was special there were was only one other person eating at the time. The chalk board menu is just line items, but there is a detail laminated menus with details. Future -Love to bring my family here.

Yelp
First off, they have a drive thru! Awesome for the hot days where you don't want to get out of your car! The inside is super clean and welcoming. Staff was beyond nice and helpful. Especially Alecia, she really made this an amazing experience. She was super sweet and you could tell that she truly took pride in this restaurant. She even let me try a sample of the "no egg-salad". I loved the egg salad. It tastes so close to regular egg salad, and it is delicious. I also ordered the "aloha no-rib sandwich", and wow...amazing. It had nice pieces of the "no-ribs", bbq sauce, slaw, cilantro, pineapple, red onion, tomatoes, and cucumber. Seriously delicious. I am so glad to have found this place, and will definitely return! They also sell the "meats" and some "cheeses" by the pound, which is a really great option too!

Yelp
This is my go to place for deli cravings. The food is good and the service is great. I usually take my food to go but the ambiance at this location gives you that usual "deli" feeling. The deli "meat" here is as close to the "real" thing (though I now consider vegan food THE Real thing). My favorite side dish is the Bowtie NoTurkey Salad with any sandwich combo. I haven't tried many of their sandwiches because I just go there to satisfy my cravings for sandwiches like: Italian Cold Cut, Pastrami Cold Cut, Alpine Cold Cut, and some Hawaiian sandwich that I thought was a special (might be the Aloha NoRib) but I can't really remember. I am writing this review after eating at this place many times (I don't like to leave reviews on my first visit, usually).

Yelp
Most of the sandwiches are so good! You have to figure out which ones you prefer. I really enjoyed the sandwich of the month for March. It was a Reuben sandwich, and it was to die for! I also had the pastrami, and that is super delicious! Can't wait for May's Sandwich of the month as I believe it will be the chicken sandwich. The last time I had it, I was told it was made with Cornflakes. So good! The sides are great, they have potato salad, coleslaw mac & cheese, I believe. Unfortunately, I have to say, their beverage selection is not the best. I don't care for the tea or the lemonade or the Arnold Palmer. It just doesn't have a good flavor to it.

Yelp
The lady was so awesome and helpful. I got two sandwiches. One was a special and the other was the aloha. I'm not vegan but the food was very good and I would definitely tell people to try it if you haven't already.

Yelp
Best vegan sandwich shop in Las Vegas. Fight me. I haven't had a gyro since forever and when it saw this on the menu I had to try it. You guys... it's so good I got it again a few days later. The flavor of the gyro "meat" is out of this world, the produce is fresh and the house made tziki sauce is perfect. The bread is nice and crispy but soft on the inside. I got the pasta salad for a side and super tasty cookie for dessert (got it as a combo) boyfriend got the pulled no pork sandwich and no egg salad on the side. We are from out of town but any time we go to Vegas, this is a first stop no matter what. We are from

Yelp
In Las Vegas, there's a vegan restaurant, A place where meat and cheese are made from plants. The Pulled NoPork and Aloha NoRib are grand, And gluten-free options are at hand. The staff is friendly and informative, And the food is described as delicious. The Yelp reviews are quite positive, And the restaurant is cozy and spacious. NoButcher is a small local business, 100% vegan owned and operated. It's unique and has its own uniqueness, A place where plant-based food is celebrated. If you're ever in Las Vegas, give it a try, You might just find your new favorite Vegan pie.

Yelp
This is a must have for all plant-based folks visiting Vegas. The cold cut sandwiches are amazing and the ice cream sandwiches are to die for. They also sell blocks of vegan cheese, which we took home for the plane ride as a snack. They have a drive-through and dine in seating. I've never seen a vegan restaurant with a drive-through so this was a really cool concept. The service was great as well.

Yelp
Excellent sandwiches! I had the Greek and my wife had the Italian. A few minutes after finishing the sandies, I told my wife that I wish I could still be tasting the delicious sandwich I was just eating. She emphatically agreed. We'll definitely be back! The lemon blueberry cake is also quite tasty!

Yelp
How have I not left a review? I'm a regular here. We recently got a big order for a party of mostly non-vegans and so many people asked us about the food/place. It's unlike anything else, their meats are so on point. The Greek, pulled pork, and Italian, as well as crab cakes are my favorites. Best side IMO is potato salad and best deserts are apple crumble (very rich and buttery) and cookies sandwich. The staff here are lovely, they have a rewards program and treats for dogs too. I have had a hard time calling in before because they do get busy.
