"It’s depressing to be gluten-free in Paris. It felt like all the delicious croissants and people enjoying them were taunting me with their flaky, buttery-fingered joy—until I made a trip to the 6th’s Noglu bakery. They make the impossible happen: chocolate eclairs, Paris-Brest, and different types of croissants, all made in a 100 percent gluten-free facility so it's safe to overindulge in one of everything on the menu." - Elise Taylor

Some of the best gluten-free food I have ever had! The avocado breakfast sandwich bread was so good. I couldn't tell it was gluten free. The chocolate croissant was also very good. We will be returning for another meal here!

Oh. My. Goodness. We are so grateful for Noglu! We travelled to Paris a month ago with two coeliac teenagers, and finding this 100% gluten-free haven was an absolute gift. It’s such a relief to know that everything is safe - and not just safe, but delicious! We visited twice during our stay and had lunch on both occasions. On our last visit, we stocked up on goodies and had the most magical picnic beside the Eiffel Tower. The baguettes were divine, and the croissants - yes, actual croissants in Paris! - were unbelievable. It was such a joy to watch the kids experience the simple pleasure of enjoying French pastries without worry. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to the Manager/Owner, you made us feel so welcome and cared for. Thank you, Noglu. You made our trip extra special.

A must go in paris for gluten-free and celiac while in Paris. Absolutely fantastic and I stop here now every time I am in Paris. -- completely gluten free kitchen & menu including french classics. !!! --- Staff is wonderful and completely aware of allergies allergies not just gluten. Many lactose free options if you also have that going on. A must go to for celiac travelers in Paris.

Google

Google
This is a DO NOT MISS in Paris! I have a gluten and dairy allergy and had the BEST pain au chocolate. Get multiple and bring them back to your hotel. I regret not bringing some home. If you have other allergies, they have a book to show all the allergens. The staff is very friendly and helpful too!

We visited the place with my mom today and ate there the New York bagel with croissant. We also bought some cakes as take away two days ago. Everything was really nice, and the bagel was absolutely delicious! I can not recommend the place enough!!!

Google
What a fantastic bakery to have breakfast or lunch! Especially for celiacs or gluten allergy’s. They have a huge variety of sweets and savories. We really enjoyed our coffee en breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Google
This is a gluten free cafe. Menu is a nice range of sweet and savoury GT, vegan and vegetarian friendly dishes along with nice assortment of coffees and other drinks. We had a late breakfast here recently. Found the Avo on toast with paprika to be very good. The Croque Monsieur served with salad was much enjoyed as well. Ginger coffee taken with our meal was just fine. Overall, this was a good, healthy light meal, one we'd be glad to enjoy again.

Yelp
The food is so good and I'm not even gluten free but my husband is. Options for dairy free too. Great service and helpful staff! We'll be back someday!

Yelp
I have been tracking this place for awhile on a FB travel page, I was fortunate enough to head to Paris for a work trip. The first thing I did was walk from Opera area to No Glu for lunch/goodies. It is tucked away on a busy side street, very unassuming. The place is not big, I would not go here with a large group. I was fortunate someone left as I was walking in. The pastries are in the front window, with no covers on them when you walk in the door. There is a small cash register you order at and you can pay later if you sit and eat. I ordered the baguette with ham and elemental cheese-wow! It has been so long since I have had anything like that, 16 years or so to be exact, how is not American bakery able to make this? I ended up eating the entire baguette even thought I wanted to save some. It came with a small side salad, I also ordered a matcha with no sweetner, it was fine-nothing to write home about. For my next few days at the office, knowing I would not make it back, I got the pistachio roll, an apple turnover thing and some other apple pastry, all were delicious! They look burnt but do not taste burnt. I hope I get to make another trip back for work, this will be one of my first stops and I will certainly buy more.

Yelp
Definitely worth the mission it may be for you. Super friendly! I have had gluten free croissants before - these ones were better, but similar - it is simply not possible to match glutinous flaky pastry. However!! The pain us chocolat was awesome, and the cookies were THE BEST I have ever had - especially as they were also vegan so I had not had my expectations high! Thank you Noglu! Funny note: everyone that came in was from North America! Ha!

Yelp
Tiny space, but huge heart. The staff here were excellent. The pastries were really good. Noglu means no gluten. They are a fully gluten free bakery, which means my child can eat anything there. She loved the place and we ordered lots of food. The only knock against this place is the amount of fruit flies... it's bad. I had to knock off 2 stars. There's only one WC here and it's not very clean.

Yelp
My wife has celiac and it can be difficult to find gluten free restaurants so we were happy to find this place. Especially in a place known for pastries!! It's a small place, having about 5 tables and a long table which seats about 8. Wow!! They had a little bit of everything and certainly do a great job of creating delicious treats for the gluten free crowd. My wife was very pleased with all the items she tried. We even took a few things with us when we left. For me, I occasionally dabbled in the gluten free. This time around I was 50/50. I had a baguette with ham and Emmental cheese and a cinnamon roll. I didn't particularly care for the baguette, however my wife thought it was great!! As for the cinnamon roll... it was delicious!! You couldn't tell the difference between it and a "normal" version. The only reason for 4 stars.. the coffee machine was out of service. That's a must in my opinion.

Yelp
I would come here regularly and often for the friendly service (speak English), dependably delicious food and clean, adorable setting. The carrot cake, salmon brioche bun and chi-coco pudding were all fantastic.
google avatar

Niki T.

Yelp
Good gluten free business. But a lot of the items were dry and stale. Eclair was amazing. I wanted to go back to order more. Baguette was very good too, but I would have liked options without spices in it. I was planning on going back, but ran out of time.
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing gluten free cake, pastries, and food. Staff also spoke good English and were very helpful.

Yelp
I made the trek out here because it's a gluten free bakery...in Paris! I wasn't wowed at the start but my takeaway order finished strong. *Vegan cookie - edible and large portion but unimpressive. Wouldn't order again. *Chocolate hazelnut cake - Delicious. Large slice. Comforting and rich yet dairy free! Nuts were perfectly roasted for an added crunch. *Tarte citron - Impressive. Well done. Devoured by a non GF group too. Wish it was dairy free but worth each bite. *Baguette - it was a little soft/spongy, but with a few min in the toaster: very satisfying Also, the WHOLE bakery is gluten free. And in Paris. A great find! Tip: Being your own bag to pack your takeaway goodies. Otherwise, holding items awkwardly might mess up your shopping day, as it did mine.

Yelp
Great coffee and pastries. Stopped in on way home from Les Invalides. Place is small but quaint. We were well taken care of by the staff. The coffee was good and flavorful. Took home a huge cookie for a treat.

Yelp
Amazing amazing amazing! If you need to be eating gluten free and find yourself in Paris, I can't recommend NoGlu enough! Their croissant is buttery and flakey and they had so many other pastries that were delicious.
google avatar

Leah S.

Yelp
Fantastic gluten free pastry and lunch options. Friendly service. The store is quite small and warm, so I recommend doing take away and finding a garden near by to eat your tasty treats!

Yelp
i trenched a foreign path to come across this land of gluten free goodies. it was a quaint little bakery and easy to spot. i got there a little late so i unfortunately missed some gluten free croissants but i was happen to discovery a gluten free donut. in all my years of gluten free ness i have yet to come across a homemade gluten free donut. i'm beyond excited to announce that i consumed it and it was delicious. also on my quest, i was able to obtain a gluten free baguette. in the heart of paris, there are many baguettes but none so epic as a gluten free one. this baguette was also amazing. i suggest many go on this unforgettable journey to NoGlu.

Yelp
Tiny, but it left a big impression! Service was wonderful and the food was delicious.

Hailey R.

Yelp
Okay. I hate to do this since I am so grateful Noglu is an option. However, the two times I went here I was disappointed. First of all, the staff is rude. But, okay you get used to that quickly in Paris. Second of all, their pastries are good, but I've had way better around paris (e.g., La Manufacture du Sans Gluten and some other bakeries in Montmartre). Now, this veggie burger. I don't know if I translated incorrectly or what, but this is a sandwich loaded with big chunky veggies. It was so hard and awkward to eat. Not enjoyable at all! I brought it home and combined it with another meal. Every time I show someone this picture (French and American) they chuckle at the huge pieces of broccoli. I don't know, to each their own, but it was just a very awkward sandwich. I was expecting an actual patty of some sort? Side note: during on of my visits, there was no sink to wash your hands after the bathroom. It was quite gross given that you touch all of the food and surfaces.

Yelp
I was surprised to see that what seemed like a random cafe was actually a gluten free restaurant that also had vegan options! I tried the chocolate hazelnut cake which was the perfect treat! I couldn't really tell it was gluten free and it didn't matter, I was in heaven for a moment.
google avatar

Alex S.

Yelp
Delicious! A really lovely place for someone with gluten intolerance in Paris. Staff were lovely and helpful, service was quick, prices were reasonable. Didn't have to wait for seats on a busy Tuesday afternoon Got the salmon bun (excellent), a chocolate & hazelnut loaf (divine), and a tasty oat milk latte! Plus got some gorgeous noodles to cook at home and a brioche loaf highly recommend!

Yelp
Having a daughter with GF makes vacationing a little challenging when it comes to dining out. We found NoGlu and the selections are terrific. Our whole family enjoyed almost everything they had to offer. Croissant, Pain Au Chocolaut, Cookies, Donuts, lunch and Breakfast Entrees, Many Desserts that you will be astonished are 'Packed with Glu'. We visited here twice while in Paris, to dine-in and stock up for delectables for a couple of early morning days. May we please have the donut recipe? And the ?

Yelp
Noglu blew me away! We came here twice on our three day stay in Paris. As a celiac it was so incredible to find a place with lots of delicious pastries and breads to make me feel like I was a normal france tourist. The first day I tried a sandwich with ham, cheese, and butter with a chocolate eclair, and cinnamon roll. Everything was absolutely delicious and flavorful. The baguette for the sandwich was perfectly made and seriously made my whole day! The next day I tried a croissant and a chocolate croissant. They were flaky, buttery, and delicious. As a GF girl- this place is a MUST if you come to Paris! Don't miss it!!!

Yelp
100% gluten free restaurant and bakery in Paris. Such a great place I had no idea. Our friend who grew up in Paris recommended Noglu and I will be back. I have told everyone since I went to check this place out. They have a wonderful menu and everyone had a great experience. Everything looked amazing. And I should have taken more treats to go! I'll be back. Thank you!

Nick P.

Yelp
Everything gluten free - crocque monsieur was delicious, strange that it came with a salad in the same box but it was still very good. Tartelette, eclaire, and croissants (regular and chocolate) were all more than delicious, the baguette wasn't eaten on the day that it was fresh which was my mistake but it still tasted very good
google avatar

Catherine W.

Yelp
I really hope they open a location in Los Angeles, incredible gluten free food!! If I lived near Noglu I'd go every day. Everything was delicious and as someone who hasn't had bread or pastries in a long time it was a dream.
google avatar

Clare F.

Yelp
If you are gluten free and visiting Paris, definitely stop by! This location is right by the Musee D'Orsay, so I would recommend going while you are in the area of the museum. I was excited to try my first croque monsieur, and it was really good! I also picked up a baguette (and a cookie!), so I could participate in the romantic picnic by the Seine river as a gluten free person. :) I was really happy to have found Noglu. One star is deducted because my friend and I were treated rudely by the staff because we are American. We politely asked if there was a table for two people for lunch, and the waitress said that it was really busy and there was no way that we could sit down for at least an hour. We said that was fine, and we would buy our food to-go. While in line, we watched a French couple come into the restaurant and sit down at an open table. (My friend and I had noticed that this is the custom in France, but couldn't break our American habit of asking for a table before sitting down.) I spoke to the waitress again, and pointed out the couple, and inquired why my friend and I couldn't be seated. She was clearly flustered and embarrassed that we had noticed this, and showed us to a table in the back of the restaurant right away. A few other reviews have mentioned that they received great service, so it may have just been my experience. I am still very grateful for this restaurant and the service that they provide to the GF community!

Yelp
Delicious treats. We were bummed to find out they stop serving cooked food at 16:00. They serve pastries and breads until they close at 19:00.

Austin R.

Yelp
The food is overpriced for the quality and quantity of food. 7.5€ for a tiny orange juice. The bread is decent for being gluten free. The mixed greens were saturated in pure vinegar to the point I could only eat one bite. Service is as expected in a small restaurant so no fault there. Didn't try other baked goods, just the brunch menu.
google avatar

Zachary K.

Yelp
Amazing friendly service! The server was very helpful when I told her about my nut allergy, and I felt a lot safer. The Buddha bowl and lattes were delicious, too. Lovely staff!

Patricia W.

Yelp
LOVED this restaurant. Great for celiac travelers (it can be very difficult in Paris). Delicious. Expensive but delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
Definitely a good choice for anyone who needs or wants to eat delicious gluten free food. This cafe was the highlight of my trip in France because the tour company I traveled with did not provide good options for gluten free food so I had to find this wonderful place in my free time. I LOVED the croissants with chocolate in the middle! I even bought extra to eat on the rest of my trip because I knew I wouldn't be able to find anything as nice for the rest of my stay.

Emma R.

Yelp
the best gluten free baguette i've ever had, and the best donut. I've tried some other things too, including the chocolate brioche and cheesecake, but the baguette and chocolate donut were my favorites for sure.
google avatar

Melissa R.

Yelp
Delicious gluten free food and lattes. Service was excellent and helpful. I got the gluten free baguette for breakfast and it was one of the best gluten free breads I've ever had. The staff was nice, bi-lingual, and attentive. It was so good that we had to get half of the glass case to take back to our hotel with us. Thank you for a wonderful meal that didn't make us ill.
google avatar

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Gluten free food: 10/10 Coffee: 10/10 Atmosphere: 10/10 Customer service: 10/10 The only thing I wish they had was some more sandwiches like ham and cheese or BLTs, but I was super happy that I found a place with gluten free pastries when all of Paris has gluten-filled pastries.
google avatar

Yelp
"Noglu" stands for "no gluten", and you bet it's gluten free! Tarts, cakes, breads, baguettes - some are even gluten free and vegan. Whatever your heart and tummy desires. Perfect for breakfast, lunch and dessert. Noglu has several locations in Paris. I found the staff in this location especially nice, and the atmosphere calming and welcoming. Thank you Noglu!

L P.

Yelp
The most delicious gluten free bread, the variety is amazing. Lots of options to choose from and everything is great. We had breakfast here and I had a sandwich and a delicious cup of coffee and bought some bread to go also. The bakery is really close to the hotel where we stayed so I visited every day, if you have the chance to visit you won't be sorry.

Amer K.

Yelp
I rarely ever write reviews, but my experience here definitely deserves one. The service was beyond incredible and the staff were the most friendly my group and I have experienced during our stay in Paris. The food was nothing short of amazing and the workers spoke great English. They were happy to accommodate to our large group and did not make us feel like a hassle whatsoever despite the place being a bit busier during lunch hours. We visited multiple times. Just perfect.
google avatar

Melinda M.

Yelp
Great little gluten free bakery in France! So amazing that they had eclairs and French bread. Not the biggest fan of the French bread as it tasted a little bland but I loved their pastries. The one with chocolate in it was to die for.
google avatar

Alix W.

Yelp
This place is amazing for a celiac or even just someone wanting to eat gluten free! Everything is good here but my favorite is their new croissants and their chocolate chip cookie! Their baguettes are also delicious.

Abhishek P.

Yelp
My girlfriend has a gluten allergy and we stumbled across this place on our am walk around Paris. Boy did we leave with smiles on our faces The place is incredible! First off it was cozy, small and super quaint. I mean we're in Paris right? You honestly won't even know you're at a place sans gluten. Seriously the pastries and dishes are that good! We've been to a lot of gluten free establishments in the USA and between NYC and San Diego we have plenty to choose from But Noglu is different. Like all things Parisian, the quality just overshadows everything we've had in the past. The gluten free cereal with apple cinnamon was to die for. A gentleman sitting next to us had what appeared to be a toast of some sort and it just looked delicious. The pastries were incredible and when we return to Paris we will Make sure we revisit! Whether you have a gluten allergy or not you will be thrilled!!
google avatar

Carolyn P.

Yelp
So happy to have found this wonderful spot while visiting Paris. Finally I can have baguettes in France! Everything in this bakery is wonderful and the people who work there are especially kind.

Pasha A.

Yelp
Nice food, nice space. Shame about the member of staff who kept coughing, taking down her mask and slamming the silverware and plates together loudly the entire time we were there.
google avatar

Nicole D.

Yelp
I had the most delicious gluten-free sandwich here! The pastries were delicious the soy chai incredible and I would highly recommend this place for those who need to eat gluten free in Paris.
google avatar

Jessica O.

Yelp
I literally cannot wait to come back to this establishment. We had lunch there today -- all gluten free -- and it was such a relief to have options. I had the soup, avocado toast, and a detox drink. My boyfriend had a sandwich. I *wish* I had gotten pastries or a baguette! I was full and stupid.
google avatar

Linda A.

Yelp
Glutenfree paradise. Went there with my Son and daughter who are celiac and literally EVERYTHING in the shop is glutenfree. Toast (with chicken & cheddar or Croque Monsieur), brioche bun with salmon, avocado toast with salmon, vegan burger, tarts, cakes, Cookies, croissants etc. All your heart desires. Very small place, not many seats

Maria R.

Yelp
Absolutely delightful little place tucked into a Paris street. Would highly recommend for gluten free pastries, tea, and the friendly staff who also speak English. Thank you!
