"There are a few things New Jersey has in relatively short supply, like major sports teams, transparent politicians, and great Neapolitan-style pizza. One noteworthy exception to the latter is Nomad Pizza. What started as a catering operation out of a restored 1949 REO Speedwagon has expanded to include two full-time spots in Jersey and one in Philly. The pies at the original location in Hopewell are essentially personal pies, but while each slice only takes about four bites to get through, every bite offers a completely different experience. The weight of oil and cheese makes the paper-thin tip taste like bread that’s been luxuriating in rich soup, while the middle highlights the toppings, like crispy guanciale with fig jam, as well as basil and herbs from its garden outside. The best part, though, is the puffy crust, which is like a lifeguard ring of sweet and salty dough that should be thrown to the anti-artisanal pizza crowd." - matt tervooren

"Nomad has one of the best Happy Hours in the area, with $5-7 personal pizzas and $5 glasses of wine on weeknights. But even if you miss Happy Hour, its still an easy option for a weeknight dinner with a few friends that won’t cost anyone too much but will still taste delicious. In the summer, they also put tables out front so you can enjoy your pizza in the sun for the few short months that it lasts." - Sydney McElwee

The pizzas were really exceptional. But keep in mind that these are "gourmet" pizzas, so they're smaller than what you would normally get in a pizzeria. The service was a bit slow and nobody really checked in on us to see how we were doing. It was busy, so I get it, but when we were able to flag someone, they were super nice.

Trenton pie was great! Had a little trouble finding the entrance/pickup area which was actually in the back by the parking. But the food was delicious!

We love Nomad! Could it get any better? Well yes, if you visit on a nice day you can sit out on their back deck and view their lovely garden. So thoughtfully planned, I love just sitting and looking at it! The wisteria is blooming in May. I also love that they grow many of their own herbs! This visit was also timed with Ramp Season! A menu that changes with what is really in season is my very favorite thing. It was so hard to pick from the many amazing options on the menu, but we went with the Ramp Pizza for the adults and margarita for the kids. We also got the asparagus (seasonal!!) and burrata salads which we shared with the kids. The service here is magnificent, and I love that our kids were allowed to wander in the garden while we waited for our food, giving my husband and I a quiet moment to ourselves. We will be back again soon!!

Delicious! Fresh ingredients. Smaller, personal sized pies. Seasonal specials are always good. Burrata appetizer is a must! Small indoor seating space, but outdoor is beautiful when weather allows.

Google
As always, excellent pizza, friendly and fast service.

Google
Fantastic pizza, small indoor eating area. Service was exceptional as well. Pizza was served in under 10 minutes. Little warm inside but cozy.

There is NO BETTER PIZZA in the Princeton area. I can’t go more than 2 weeks without their Quattro fromaggio. The sautéed onions! Yum!!! Great place to bring out of town friends.

Google
Great spot for Neapolitan pizza. Great to share or just eat by itself. Lots of interesting topping and flavors. I never imagined using fig jam on pizza.

Yelp
We had the most delightful experience at Nomad Pizza on January 6th, recently! We braved the storm to come out for a nice meal and we were blown away! Our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Stepping into Nomad feels like visiting family-- it's casual, friendly, and warm! I was with 3 friends and we each ordered a personal pie and shared the burrata app! The app was so tasty and just what we needed to start off the meal. I got the Tartufo Pizza, my fiancée got the Arugula Pizza, and our friends got the Margherita Pizza and Spicy Sausage Pizza! All delicious! I will say about the spicy sausage pizza- it's not like solid sausage like you would guess, it was tiny pieces that were spicy that kind of melt in your mouth! It was delicious, but not your normal 'sausage' per say. Everything was delicious and we shared slices and had a great time! I'm a big water drinker and the water was plentiful! We had multiple bottles and when we were empty, it was noticed and we got refills quickly. We were so full but we were still interested in dessert, because why not!! We ended up getting the passion fruit ice cream ( a special) & raspberry sorbet! Both were so delicious and served in little mason jars so we thought they were homemade. Our waitress even came out with the chocolate sorbet because she said it pairs so well with the raspberry and she was grateful we had come out during the storm! It was such a nice touch & we graciously accepted and savored every last scoop of all 3! Good portions as well. Also there's a second building for overflow with a foosball table, so after dinner we asked the waitress if we could check it out and she of course said yes so we went over and played a few games, super fun addition! We'll definitely be back to try other apps, pizzas, and the Nutella dessert pizza! thank you so much!!

Yelp
When it comes to Nomad I always seem to be the last juror to come around to the group consensus. Basically, they'll put anything on a pizza you can dream of, call themselves artisans and wait for the applause. I'm sorry but Kale is barely a vegetable and is not a legitimate topping. Otherwise, the pizza is fine if you're into doughy crust at a premium price. Four stars for the outstanding service and not being their Princeton location which is a madhouse.

Alina M.

Yelp
A lovely little pizza spot with delicious food and friendly service! They have so many great choices on the menu that it's difficult to pick just one but we decided to start out with some burrata followed by two pizzas. The Hot Soppressata (Italian tomato, soppressata, mozzarella, red pepper flakes, oregano, garlic, parmesan and honey) was definitely my personal favorite because it has all of the things that I love on it. I am partial to a red sauce pizza but we also got the Tartrufo (bufala, toma, garlic, shiitake mushrooms, parmesan, farm egg, topped with boschetto al tartufo bianchetto and black truffle oil) because who can resist truffle oil? They have both indoor and outdoor seating and such a nice environment. They are BYOB so don't forget a nice bottle of wine when you come here!

Reed M.

Yelp
Best Pizzas I've ever had! It's always crowded but the food comes fast. The online ordering buttons are a little confusing. Both locations close too soon.

Akshay H.

Yelp
Pizza options are A1. One of the best places around the area for wood burnt pizza. Good vegan/vegetarian options in the menu. Service most of the times is good. Ambiance is reasonable with music. Outdoor seating in Spring, Summer and Fall will give you the best experience. It is a BYOB. Best place for a family or friends reunion. They have good consistency with their menu as we have ordered more than couple of times from them for take out.

Helen T.

Yelp
The pizzas are delicious - authentic Neopolitan. Service is great and the outdoor patio is delightful.

Ryan M.

Yelp
We love Nomad Pizza! The pizza is always fresh and delicious and we also bring a bottle of wine to share, as the place is BYOB. The staff are always quick and friendly. The outdoor seating is lovely, it feels like your eating in a garden! Highly recommend!

Ritchenya D.

Yelp
Been ordering for years, since they opened. Best pizza in the area in my opinion. The Princeton location is great too. All their pizzas are great. Highly recommend!

Katie G.

Yelp
We just moved to the area, so this was our first time at Nomad Pizza. We came on a Wednesday night, and got a table right away. But the place was packed! All of the outdoor tables were full and there were many people coming for takeout. Many of the customers sound like regulars , which I'm not surprised after the great experience we had ! We started with the Burrata with prosciutto and roasted peppers. Enough for two to share. Absolutely DELICIOUS. We then shared the jersey tomato pie and the shiitake mushroom pie. Both were delicious. crust was on the thinner side, which is my personal preference. The pies were also a decent size for a gourmet/personal pizza! We took 1/3 home of each one. We finished with some ice cream and sorbet which they bring from the Bent Spoon in Princeton. I've had their ice cream before so I knew it would be fantastic :) Needless to say we were very happy with the experience and would definitely be back!

Yelp
Grew up in Long Island . Worked in NYC . Live in north jersey . Italian . I know my pizza. Just had the Trenton tomato pizza. Has to be top 3 pizza I have ever had. Sauce on top . Just enough olive oil . Great crust . Any other review that is not 5 stars for the pizza know nothing about pizza

Nancy E.

Yelp
Really good. Pizza was amazing. I didn't care for how the Caesar salad was "prepared" It was late and the service was just ok. Ambiance was nice. Social distancing in a beautiful garden setting with music from the bar across the street was a nice back drop. I'd come back.

Chrissy K.

Yelp
My last review for Nomad was a couple years ago and I'm still addicted to their pizza and the service is always amazing

Addie T.

Yelp
Best pizza in the area. We've been dozens of times and never been disappointed. The workers are great

John G.

Yelp
Great Pizza, Slooooooooooooow service. You would think with people waiting to be seated they would have good service.

Christa K.

Yelp
Nomad has been on our bucket list for awhile now. We came and got take out and it didn't disappoint. We got the Spicy Sausage and the Quatro Frommaggio pizzas. Both were delicious! However, I have a very low spice tolerance and there was absolutely nothing spicy about it. Definitely flavorful and delicious of course though. Still looking forward to coming back to dine on that sweet looking patio though!

Yelp
Okay, don't tell Italy, but Nomad's pizza was better than the pizza I had a week ago in Tuscany. (I wish I were lying, but evidently they place I was staying wasn't known for their pizza. Pasta and gnocchi, though ). There was a group of six of us. We sat outdoors and I was skeptical because I get cold easily and it's late October. But the outdoor heater we sat next to was wonderfully efficient and I stayed warm. We brought our own wine and beer - yay for BYOB spots - and we shared food family style: the greek salad, the arugula, and the burrata salad + spicy sausage pizza, tortufo (truffle) pizza, and a pesto pizza (one of our people was lactose intolerant and can only eat goat cheese, so it was great because it had only goat cheese). So delicious!! The burrata is top notch. The Greek salad is not exactly Greek, but it was fine for a salad. Those pizzas though- YES. The crust was bubbly and soft and thin, just as they should be. I loved the truffle pizza, because it was unique and *truffle oil*, and the spicy sausage was good...but I was most surprised by the pesto because there was a spicy kick! It was spicier than the sausage. I loved it. Keep it up, y'all.

Margaret W.

Yelp
I love Nomad pizza but last time I ate at the Hopewell branch I was disappointed. The salad listed "blue cheese" as the first ingredient and it had what looked like blue cheese "pebbles" - they weren't really even crumbles. And I would be surprised if the total amount was a quarter cup...My friend found a hair in her salad portion; and while the pizza is amazingly yum, the toppings were very skimpy this time. But I'll keep going back because it's the closest to the pizza you find in Naples...

Sal M.

Yelp
Pizza came uncooked with soggy doe in the middle.... everyone was nice tho

Len D.

Yelp
Italian real world pizza and a nice place for outdoor dining when the weather permits. A real treat for appetizer are the home made meatballs and the arugula salad is also a great starter.

Sandy E.

Yelp
Best pizza and service in Hopewell great outdoor space for kids indoor space is great you can see your pizza cooking in their great custom oven. We love this place.

Anita B.

Yelp
Brick oven pizza baked with the best and freshest ingredients. Cute indoor seating area with small tables and large community table too. Lots of outdoor patio seating with tables and picnic tables under a tent. Also has heaters for cool days! Right in downtown Hopewell with small parking lot and ample on street parking. BYOB

Bryan L.

Yelp
This place is a gem. Pizzas are creative and delicious. Good atmosphere and service too.

Yelp
Hadn't had Nomad since my friends hired the pizza truck for their backyard wedding back in 2015 - super excited to be back and try one of their locations! I stopped by Saturday evening with my cousins and three nephews - I was shocked we got a table outside with zero wait. The boys went to play foosball while us adults picked the pizzas. Minus one star for us personally not bringing any wine as my eldest nephew informed me when we got out of the car it's a BYOB - although they do have wine on the menu! We decided on 5 pies for the group of 6 - turns out that was one pie too many and zero complaints about leftovers for the next day. I chose two of them - the Guanciale, because I adore fig jam, and the Tartufo, because I love truffle oil even more! I could have easily eaten both pizzas on my own. Ok maybe not but certainly a half and half if they did that here. My cousin picked the Spicy Sausage (which we got two of) which was good, but apparently I wasn't in the mood for much spice that evening, and the Pesto Pizza which I was pleasantly surprised I loved! I could eat an entire one of those too! Service was great and they made sure we always had full water glasses and bottles at the table. For leftovers the next day I had another slice of pesto and another of Tartufo - just as delicious the next day! Please open a location in Hudson County! Would love to be a regular customer!

Rich H.

Yelp
Great pizza. We ordered on phone and they were ready right on time. Great pizza if you are in the area.

Sara A.

Yelp
Decided to try out this location and I can say I prefer it to the Princeton location. It's smaller and quaint. Very homey I liked the ambiance it felt very safe and family oriented. I had a pleasant waitress named Margaret who was very patient and understanding with explaining the menu to me. I would recommend this good tasting pizza with a range of flavors

Nick B.

Yelp
Will never return. After living in Hopewell for many years and regularly coming to Nomad and enjoying their pizza, I have pledged to never return again and will no longer recommend the establishment to anyone. Horribly RUDE customer service - we arrived at 8:29pm on a Saturday night with a party of 4. Plenty of tables available and a couple tables were just getting served. We stood and waited as all staff avoided us at the hostess stand. Then the hostess/"manager" tells us, "Sorry- we have a hard stop at 8:30 for seating anyone." We look at our watch and it's now 8:31. We all knew exactly what what we were going to order and asked if they could make an exception. "Sorry - the hard stop is a HARD stop!" She hissed as she walked away from us. So after years of patronizing this restaurant and recommending (and brining) all my friends and families to Nomad's, I can honestly say I will never return. Hopefully management can take a look at their very young and immature staff before they chase away all of their loyal clientele.

Cheryl R.

Yelp
We had a really lovely fall evening outside under the lights in a charming little town! Pizza, as well as salad and starters were delicious and Max took excellent care of us and we enjoyed his sparkling and cheerful personality!! Can't wait to return!!

Ana A.

Yelp
Sat outdoors under a tent and our server was attentive. We enjoyed a traditional Margherita pizza. Their pizzas are always delicious, great crust! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Rathi V.

Yelp
I have to say, I'm a sucker for brick oven pizza in general. Being from Maryland, the selection of mom-and-pop, local gems is quite limited. So every time I visit my bf in New Jersey, we try and dine at a new pizza place to satiate my Italian food cravings. Nomad's is everything you'd want in a pizza place...and more. The restaurant is BYOB, so I highly recommend you bring a bottle of wine to accompany your delicious meal. The ambiance and layout of the restaurant is super appealing, with vibrant lights hanging and illuminating the outdoor seating area. The hosts and servers are incredibly friendly, and the pizza is immensely flavor and satisfying. My only recommendation would be to increase the seating in the outdoor area to accommodate for more guests. Overall, one of my favorite pizza restaurants in New Jersey...and we all know how stiff the pizza competition is around there.

Anika S.

Yelp
I've had Nomad's bookmarked on Yelp for the longest time. I'm happy to say I'm finally able to check it off of my list of places to try out. Overall, I'd say I had a good experience but beware of the steep prices and other minor inconveniences (hence the reason why I knocked off a star). Read on for more details.... I really fell in love with the atmosphere. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is super cute and quaint. I loved the cute lights and gorgeous purple wisteria flowers that covered the garden area. Thankfully, they have a few heat lamps which are perfect for chilly nights. Nomad's is pretty small so keep in mind seating is limited. This place does get relatively crowded. There is a parking lot located in the back on the restaurant so don't worry about having to find street parking. Service was great. From the hostess to our waitress, everyone was nice and attentive. Our food and drinks were brought out promptly. The menu is fairly large. They offer pizzas, salads, and even dessert pizzas. They also have gluten free options. I was happy to hear that they sell wine by the bottle ($12 half bottle/$19 full bottle). I tried the Arugula con Prosciutto (arugula pizza topped with prosciutto) and Filetti (imported mozzarella di bufala, basil, cherry tomatoes, organic garlic, organic olive oil, organic parmesan, sea salt, and black pepper topped with prosciutto. Both were good... I had a hard time deciding which I liked better. All of the ingredients tasted fresh. I was with two other individuals and found that two pizzas sufficed for the three of us. But, it is important to note that none of us left feeling very full. I definitely could have eaten more. We were given a few pieces of dark chocolate with our bill. A very cute touch, I must say. Be aware that 20% gratuity is included in your bill. I personally liked this since it meant me not having to do any math! I did come across the following inconveniences. First, they do not take reservations. Second, they are cash/check only. Third, they do not offer whole wheat pizza (sidenote: I believe the Princeton location does offer this option). Last, prices are fairly pricey considering portion size. $19 for a small pizza definitely had me feelin' some type of way (it WAS good though!). Pro tip: come on a Tuesday for buy one get one free pizzas! This does not include dessert or to-go pizza.

BettyNova L.

Yelp
YES YES YES ---GO!! The crust is so amazing and the topping combos are terrific. The service is simple and quick.

Lisa C.

Yelp
greasy and gross. way better reviews than their pizza is worth.

Marlyn V.

Yelp
Hands down some of the best pizza I have ever had, and if that isn't fabulous enough, they were some of the nicest people ever too. The hubby and I went wine tasting in the nearby wineries and FINALLY headed to Nomad after hearing tons of people recommend it. We must've picked the perfect time on a Sunday to get here because there was no wait AND outside seating on the first gorgeous warm day of Spring. We brought our wine from Unionville nearby and was as soon as we were sat, we had wine glasses, water, and our bottled uncorked. The menu is not very extensive, but there are a few fancy pizzas with procuitto, pears and plain old pepperoni, which is what we ended up with. Our pizza arrived REALLY fast, maybe within 10 minutes or so and was topped with these giant slices of meat and slightly burned edges. As we cut out slices and enjoyed the gorgeous view of the main street area, the line started piling up by the host table. We ordered one pizza and it was enough for both of us, but then slightly regretted not having the second one just to go. As we went to pay with our credit card we were made away that it was cash only. Suddenly the server said the MOST RIDICULOUS thing, "There is a bank 3 blocks down, you guys can go get cash and then just come back and pay." What?!?! I guess they know that the joke would be on us if we ran out on our $15 pizza bill and were forever deprived of Nomad the rest of our days. Nevertheless, as a city girl, I was very touched by the gesture. I will certainly be returning to Nomad, with friends and many more bottles of wine.

William V.

Yelp
The Trenton thin pie destroys all other coal/wood fired pizza's I have eaten over the years. The crust alone crushes all competition

Ravi ..

Yelp
I moved to the area after 10+ years in NYC, and I am happy to say Nomad is as good as any place I've been to in NYC. I've been twice, the first time I had a Marinara without parmesan, and the second time I had the vegan pizza (which oddly is not on their website menu). Both were excellent, with perfectly browned crust and high quality ingredients. Other pros: * The ambiance in the garden * BYOB - love this, I was able to bring my favorite beer to pair with pizza * Service was impeccable

Selina I.

Yelp
I have to say, I wasn't that impressed with nomad. Maybe it's because we were sitting next to a freezing, wet window pane and I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time. Be aware: the space is EXTREMELY crowded during the winter time due to lack of outdoor seating. I'm sure it's lovely during the spring/summer but I was freezing the entire time we were there. A friend and I ordered the four cheese and tartufo pizzas. They had good flavor with a generous amount of mushrooms and cheese....but not gonna lie, def overpriced. $19 for pizza is outrageous. There just wasn't a wow factor, and it tasted like pizza I've gotten from Trader Joe's. Sorry but I don't understand the hype and I certainly wouldn't come here again.

Jessica W.

Yelp
This is a longtime favorite of mine, ideal spot to go with friends on a beautiful summer evening. Tonight, I got takeout, they were super busy, and the team was still stellar, fast, super friendly and helpful. The Guanciale is always so good. I'll be back soon!

Laleh E.

Yelp
Nomad Pizza was not the best, but not the worst. I went on a Wednesday evening with my friend and her parents, and even though it was packed we got a seat pretty much straight away. Self-conscious about ordering an expensive pizza, I got the caesar salad. What I wasn't expecting was for the lettuce to come in entirely un-cut leaves with the dressing sloppily drizzled on top. I wish I had worn a black t-shirt because I could hardly eat my food without making a mess. The cut-your-own lettuce stalks splashed dressing everywhere when I tried to slice it into edible chunks, so it was not the most enjoyable dinner experience, made worse by dark dining space (excuse the grainy photo) and deafening acoustics in the room. If I'm ever back in the Princeton area I'll definitely give Nomad another shot, but this time with a pizza.

Jade T.

Yelp
OH. MY. GOD. Nomad pizza is not only my favorite pizza ever, it's seriously one of the best foods that I've ever eaten in my life. I can't even put my love into words...but I'll try! Nomad pizza is located in the most adorable town near the NJ "countryside". Even just admiring the views and scenery driving there is stunning! You think you're in the middle of no where and then out pops this adorable colonial-like town. I first tried Nomad Pizza from their pizza truck at a fair, and loved it so much I had to visit the restaurant. I really just went for the food, and was blown away when I saw how cute the outside patio was. AND there was a live band! So the food isn't the only great thing about this place. I'm not the only one that loves Nomad; I've heard there's usually a longish wait. But Nomad is BYOB and even when you're waiting for a table, they'll open your bottle so you can sit around the garden as you wait. Now on to the FOOD- we went with the Tartufo after noticing how many people ordered it on Yelp. And we also got a basil pesto pie special they were offering that day. Even though both were amazing, the Tartufo was TO DIE FOR... For real. It was hands down one of the best meals of me and my boyfriend's life. And to top off the food and atmosphere, the service was great as well. Our server was fun and friendly! They also gave us complimentary homemade chocolate with our check ;) Nomad Pizza has made its way onto my list of top 3 places to eat. Even though it's a far drive from Bergen county, there's vineyards in the area. It's totally worth making it a day trip! I can't wait to go back!! *p.s-cash only

Liam H.

Yelp
If you like thin-crust, you've come to the wrong place. Nomad Pizza's crust is thick, chewy, and doughy. Around the edges of the pie, it bubbles up and blackens like the surface of naan. In the middle of the pie, it soaks up sauce and olive oil and cheese grease and becomes wet and flimsy. It's honestly glorious. The ambiance is beautiful - rustic interior decor and gorgeous outdoor seating. My only complaint is the price, which is $11-20 for a personal pizza.

Sandy B.

Yelp
Pizza has a whole new meaning to it after you have eaten at Nomads! Fabulous!! We haven't been to another pizza restaurant since we have eaten there!!! Try the Tartufo, you will not be disappointed!!!!

Donald A.

Yelp
Excellent pizza and a warm, friendly staff. Always a "slice above" in my opinion. I find their ingredients very fresh and use of herbs and seasonings is perfect. Highly recommend.

Elaine W.

Yelp
Delicious pizza with fresh ingredients! We shared two pies - spicy sausage and filetti. The spicy sausage wasn't too spicy and wasn't greasy like most other sausage pizzas you would get. The caramelized onions helped balance out the flavor of the sausage. The filetti pizza had fresh cherry tomatoes cooked on top and the prosciutto was spread over after cooking. It had the perfect balance of flavors! And to cap it off, they gave us homemade dark chocolates. Service was great! I'm from NY where there is a pizza place on every other block! The pizza I had here tonight is some of the best pizza I've ever had!

Elizabeth P.

Yelp
The Princeton location is AWESOME! from the staff the waiters and cooks everyone is friendly and accommodating. Good place for a date or a family outing or a catch-up. It's BYOB so guaranteed to enjoy your drink. The pizza aren't out of this world but they're good and the desserts are tasty. Definitely recommended!

Alex W.

Yelp
Nomad Pizza is a little outpost in Hopewell, New Jersey. Tucked away a bit from the road, it can be easily missed if you are not on the lookout for it. We arrived for dinner around five in the afternoon and were the first to arrive. The staff was still preparing for dinner, but we were promptly seated and our orders swiftly taken. I ordered the Margherita di Bufala pizza with a caesar salad to begin the meal. The salad was closer to a wedge style than the traditional pre-chopped salad. Though I prefer the pre-chopped variety, cutting it was not too much trouble. I found the salad to require more dressing than was originally on it, but the waitress was glad to bring extra. The neapolitan style pizzas were prepared using the brick oven. The individual sized pizzas do not come sliced so it is your choice how you want to cut the pizza. The pizza was quite tasty with a very fresh tomato taste. The cheese was very soft and almost melted in your mouth, although there could have been more on the pizza. However, one flaw I found with the pizza was the fact that certain pieces were hard to pick up due to the tomato sauce soaking through the thin bread. Overall, I would recommend this small pizza joint. The ingredients are very fresh and the pizza satisfying. However, the prices are a bit high for individual pizzas.

Kelly Z.

Yelp
Incredible pizza - smokey, chewy crust. We normally order the tratuffo and the margarita. Delicious offerings on the appetizer menu as well - go for the meatballs (incredible homemade sauce) and the luxurious burrata.

Bob H.

Yelp
It literally pains me to write this review tonight. I think Nomad has probably the best margarita pizza I've ever had. I've had it from their truck on a few occasions. Tonight we had a craving and said let's take the ride up and enjoy some good pizza. Well, 35 minutes later we arrive and their closed. Seriously? Friday evening at 6pm and you're closed? Per their website, yelp and google it states their open on Friday's. Rather then get too frustrated we called the Princeton store and they were open. We were roughly 15-20 minutes from there. They don't take call ahead but we explained we were just at the other store and they were closed. The girl said yeah their not open on Friday's, obviously. The hostess said they are on a 10-15 minute wait and we wouldn't have any issues. We arrive in Princeton about 15 minutes or so later. We go to check in and she said it's an hour and a half wait. Are you kidding me? A 15 minute ride makes us wait an hour? They don't do call ahead but you can reserve a time slot on yelp. It would have been nice for the girl to tell us that when we called from the store that was supposed to be open. Horrible horrible customer service by the hostess and they should update their webpage with the correct hours. We drove a total of 90 minutes for nothing. Never again! Your pizza is good but the ignorance of your employees is beyond me. I will not spend my money at any of your stores again. 0 stars if I could.

Emily D.

Yelp
Best pizza by far. Always ready on time. Only wish they had slightly more variety as we order often.

Lindsey R.

Yelp
The pizza was delicious. Pies are small so get a bunch. The sauce has a great flavor. Perfect to sit out in the garden on a fall night. It is byob and cash or check only. There is a pnc right down the street if you forget! We tried the meatball appetizer. It comes with a huge salad. The meatballs had good flavor but we're very hard.

Yelp
This place is so beyond wonderful!! Came here with friends, brought a bottle of Red and had such a great evening!! We sat outside in early fall under the twinkling lights - the chairs/table weren't the most comfortable, but the waitstaff didn't rush us as we stayed and chatted over empty plates and our wine (we didn't eat until around 8pm). The pizza is exactly what you expect, GREAT light/fluffy handmade crust with artisans toppings. We got 3 toppings; A Pear/Gorgonzola, a spicy sausage and spinach, and a Corn Pizza, which was awesome but very outside the box (a special of the week). The ambiance, the food, and the prices make this a favorite spot for a fun and relaxed evening! Absolutely coming back!
