I gave the atmosphere a 4/5 merely because I think they could curate better music. It was covers of hip hop and tropical vibes & the restaurant is a classy candle lit environment with very beautiful set dishes - contrasting. Food is unreal so well set mostly A La Cart menu items. - Mushroom soup is SO tasty, - bang bang chicken is a must have, - beef in bow buns is small but it's SO cozy & good, - and the smoked baby back burden rubs, buttery good. A must go for a kosher restaurant .

Avoid This Place at all Cost! Misleading, Unprofessional, and Not Worth It I had a terrible experience at Nome on Christmas Eve, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether. I came specifically because of an inKind promotion offering 20% off plus an additional $50 off when spending $100+. When it was time to pay, I was told their inKind system was “down” and that I should just pay with my credit card and the discount would be handled afterward. I was told other tables were doing the same. Because I was there with family on Christmas Eve, I didn’t want to argue or create a scene, so I trusted what I was told and paid the full $441. That turned out to be completely false. inKind later confirmed that the restaurant must process the payment through their system for the promotion to apply — meaning what I was told at the restaurant was wrong. I lost the entire promotion and was left paying full price. Since then, I’ve tried calling, emailing, and messaging through their website. No accountability. No resolution. And to be honest, even without the billing issue, the food was mediocre at best. Nothing close to justifying the price or the hassle. If you’re considering coming here don’t. Pick somewhere else. Between the misleading payment handling, lack of accountability, and underwhelming food, this was an all-around disappointing experience.

The food was delicious and the service was great. The location now hosts two restaurants with different menus under the same roof: Mocha Burger & Nome. The menu for Nome is a bit on the fancier side. We had steak, Bronzino and banana split. Everything tasted wonderful. I would definitely come back again.

The Nome is mocha burger but from a different side of the street. So the entrance is from 4th st. Food is ok but the place is very crowded. The service is slow and music very loud.

The food was excellent, our waitress was great. Atmosphere was eh. Bao buns, crispy rice tuna, baby back rib, rib eye and filet mignon, cocktails — all incredible. But the atmosphere was not what we expected. It’s a tiny little back room (a speakeasy) inside of mocha burger. Completely different menu with amazing food. Cool decorations, intimate, but a little too much so. The table for two was reaaaally tiny… it was fine, we weren’t in a rush. So sharing one dish at a time was okay for us. When we first got there, the music was low and we could hear the entire conversation of the people sat one table over from us (about 3 feet away). For a speakeasy, you’d think some folks would…you know… speak easy. But we had an obnoxiously loud couple next to us having conversations on the phone while it was near pin drop silent in there. Was weird. Then a table of 8 teenage guys walked in afterwards. Not a spec of facial hair in site. For a speakeasy in manhattan and for the prices paid there, respectfully, the place should be 21+. Eventually they turned the music up a bit which made it better. The music should be loud enough to be able to have a conversation privately the whole time, and with slightly larger tables and smaller groups who are old enough to enjoy the great cocktail menu there. All in all, would definitely go back for the food. If you want great food and great service for a pricey night out — the place is fantastic. But it wasn’t the intimate date night vibe we were looking for.

This has to be one of the best kosher restaurants I have ever been to. I took two people who normally don't eat kosher food and were concerned that the food would be sub par or there wouldn't be menu items that they would enjoy. To their delight they LOVED the food. We had the chicken l'orange, two starters, dessert and a bottle of prosecco. Dessert was a lemon merengue pie. Absolutely delicious!! The dinner came to about $400, it was worth every penny. The service and the servers were also outstanding.

They deliver delicious dishes with competent service. These meals show evident excellence. The experience here exceeds imagination. Their staff demonstrated competence while remaining warm. Every menu item shows kitchen talent.
