Broadacres Marketplace Reopens After Shuttering Over Immigration Fears | Eater Vegas

"Going all-in on New England summer, this new pop-up launches Saturday, August 2 inside Promenade Food Hall at Fontainebleau Las Vegas with a takeout menu of lobster rolls with crab chips, New England clam chowder, shrimp cocktail, and sides like potato salad and coleslaw. There are also focaccia sandwiches filled with oven-roasted turkey, Italian tuna, fried chicken, and classic Italian deli meats, and the shack keeps hours from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Thursday through Sunday." - Janna Karel

V disappointed with Nonas sadly. We got the shrimp & calamari platter which looks good in the display. For $30 we thought the platter would b perfect for a quick sit in. The platter came out ice cold and with only 3 pieces of shrimp and string like calamari. Once we approached the staff about cold food (which is fried) their first line of defense was that they called us 7 times and we didn’t come to the corner. As I stood online we watched the lady call each guest 1-2 times.

This is a pop-up restaurant at the fabulous Fountainebleu hotel. My review is 3.5 stars rounding up to 4. It's a cute little place offering seafood on the go or for just eating there. Basically it's cafeteria style where you walk up, order what you want, pay high prices, and go eat. It's Las Vegas! I ordered the warm Lobster Roll, which came with crab chips in a bag. It was $36.00. I asked for plain water. I was given a small paper cup without water. They refused to give me water. I was shocked at this type of service at a first class hotel. The lobster roll tasted good but I won't be returning here because of the service. For those who want to know, they do include the tip automatically in their bill. You can add more to the tip yourself.

I ordered 2 lobster roll meal thinking that each meal has 2 rolls. But it came out only 1 lobster roll for $36!!! I thought this way because of their little trick. They put 2 rolls on 1 plate so I thought if I ordered 1 meal it came with 2. There was a tag showing cold roll and warm roll not thinking it was 2 separate things. It was indeed separate but they placed it on one plate perfectly aligned with each other making the customer think there is 2 lobster roll for one meal. The service was fast but the lobster didn’t even have any taste and was not really fresh. Would not recommend too pricy and company tricks.

Google
Got only three shrimp on a $28 shrimp and calamari plate,, pretty ridiculous, just like other people have mentioned. The warm lobster roll was much better, but the shrimp plate definitely needs more shrimp. Service was fine, nothing special. Overall rating is a 3 because of the shrimp portion. Cleanliness: Pass Service: Pass Vibe: Pass Taste & Flavor: No Revisit intention: Maybe

Beautiful atmosphere, we went at 4pm, they were out of the Maine lobster- the fisherman’s platter was over fried/chewy, did not come with cocktail or tarter sauce, had to go back up and request it. ordered the cold lobster roll no substitutions were allowed - the chips were soggy - the Fountain Bleu is beautiful- but the level of service is just not there.

Google
This 28 dollar platter you get 3 shrimps, about 8-10 very thin strips of calamari and the rest are thin strips of onion rings that looks like calamari. And 4-5 fried pickles. Very misleading. The menu should’ve stated “thin onion rings with a few calamari and 3 shrimps platter”. However, the service was very good!

Located at the food court in the Fontainebleau hotel. I had a pretty good lobster roll at this lobster shack. The lobster was good, but there wasn’t enough meat inside for $36. There was a lot of bread. The bread was good, fresh and butter toasted. My friend had the clam chowder and she said she didn’t really care for it. Line was slow and took a while to be served, but it was the lunch rush hour. Overall I recommend for the convenience inside the hotel but it’s not a great price point.

Google
Completely felt ripped off. The lobster roll was delicious, but they mislead you with a roll that has a V cut that is maybe 1 inch depth, then they place the lobster to make it look it is full and loaded to the max, but you realize you have paid $92 for mostly bread.

Yelp
Excellent seafood platter calamari and shrimp. Also had the whole lobster. Honestly have to see how the cut it up and serve it. Probably the best lobster I've had

Yelp
Food is great!! I stopped at Nona's Lobster Shack mainly because of the rotating video screens in the food area showing their yummy lobster roll. It looked too good to pass up, so I decided to make it my dinner choice for that evening. Now, I know this is in a high end casino/hotel, so the price didn't shock me. But I'm a huge believer that the food & service should match the price point. The food: definitely meets up to its price! The lobster was fresh & tender with lots of flavor. And the bread.... OMG! It was amazing. 10 out of 10! I also had the crab dip, and it was very yummy. I woulda preferred it with a crostini or toast instead. But it was still great! (I know crackers are more traditional) The service: not quite up to the level of the price! The staff never smiled once during our interaction. They seemed pretty miserable to be there, honestly. But outside of that, this was still a pretty great experience, as my tummy was happy at the end of everything.

Yelp
Just opening a week ago in early August 2025, Nona's Lobster Shack at the Fontainebleau hotel in Las Vegas is a pop-up in their Promenade Food Hall. It's a welcome addition, bringing New England style seafood to the hall. I stopped in to get a Maine-style (cold) lobster roll and found it to be OK, especially for the price. It's a very small menu, and the lobster roll is prepared in front of you, in front of the kitchen. They use an authentic, heavily buttered split top hot dog buns. It was a great start...but there just wasn't that much lobster ($36) meat: what was there was in small pieces, not the big chunks I was hoping for. The bun could have absolutely held more lobster...result was that I had a lot of excess bun left over, way after I had finished every piece of lobster meat. It came with potato chips, which were in small pieces and kinda reminded me of what you get from a food service provider (no name brand).

Yelp
Oh my gawd! Please if you're near Fontaine Bleau Hotel. You must try this place on the 2nd floor of their food court! I tried their clam chowder and lobster roll. Chefs kiss!! The clam chowder alone was so flavorful. The lobster meat stuffed into a nicely toasted sweet roll also so flavorful. I decided to dip the lobster roll into the clam chowder and it was an explosion of greatness. This will be so perfect during the cooler months or any time of your a seafood foodie like me.

Yelp
Ambiance - this was in food hall. Food - hubby and I ordered the hot and cold lobster roll. I also ordered a clam chowder soup. The soup was very good. The rolls were served in a brioche bread. The bread was thick and a cut was made in the middle to make room for the filling. The cut was maybe a third through so when it was filled, it looked like it was a lot. For $36, I expected this to be more hefty. Sure, the bread was good but that is really more of what you're getting - a lot of bread. The oyster cracker they gave us which came with the soup, was already opened. When my hubby brought it to their attention after our meal , the woman cashier suggested we just throw it, without offering any apology. We felt ripped off by this meal. With tip, it was over $100.

Yelp
Was greeted by and helped right away. The roll came out quickly. OMG OMG THE BREAD WAS GRILLED AND SO SO SOFT! The bread was stuffed with lobster and butter. The chips were okay..they had Chesapeake crab seasoning on them.

Yelp
I saw this Nona's Lobster Shack appear on Vegas Girl Event's Instagram page that their first date of opening was Saturday August 2nd. I decided to make a visit for lunch. There wasn't a line as most people probably are not aware it's open. I am not a fan of Lobster in general & I don't eat it so I won't comment on that but if that's your thing, then by all means try it and I've heard good things. The first thing I wanted to try was the clam chowder, the influencer claimed it was delicious (add the tiny Tabasco bottle to it for extra flavor). I really loved how this wasn't a thick creamy dairy base. This was a nice lightly balanced clam chowder. The ingredients were portioned just right to complement each other. I wish they offered a larger size because I definitely would've ordered it. It was $14 for a standard bowl serving. I tried the $25 Italian Tuna sandwich. This was a foot long so it lasted me lunch & dinner. I came back on Sunday to order more food & thanked the chef for how great the sandwich was. The jalapeños & pepperocini added an extra flavor to the sandwich. The tuna was thick pieces & flavorful. Not some tuna you'd scrape out of a can. The service & staff of this small stand were very nice. This is the type of service I'd expect from Fontainebleau & has always been consistent with every establishment I've visited here. Smiles, greeted promptly, quick service, apologized when there was a delay , asked if I had a Fontainebleau rewards card, just overall friendly. When great service is combined with amazing tasting food, I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
This is such a gem!! I got the warm roll and it's was so delicious. Price point is good for the quality and service was also good. It just sucks that it's not on a busier casino so hopefully Fontainebleau picks up business since it's a newer and nicer casino. It has alot of potential but it's way at the end of the strip by Circus Circus. I'll be back just for the roll if I'm in Vegas.

Yelp
Absolute garbage. $39 (before tip and tax) for 4 pieces of canned lobster on a "roll" cut half an inch deep. The smell of the lobster made it inedible. Have washed my hands 3 times and they still smell like I fisted a sea animal.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic taste, quality and outstanding service. Food has so much flavor and is presented so beautifully. I may go back for more this evening.
