"Chef Ronnie Schwandt, a veteran of Blue Bridge Hospitality and Trust Restaurant Group just opened Verbena Kitchen with event pro Jillian Ziska of To Be Designed. Operating from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays, the restaurant’s menu of shared plates will change with the seasons but debut dishes include a farmer’s market salad, Peruvian-style shrimp ceviche, Moroccan-spiced lamb loin, and wagyu beef tartare while his Sunday brunch features an egg salad sandwich and beet-poached salmon.
