Our auditors recently conducted an independent evaluation of a late-night dining establishment, “Norms” around 11:00 PM. Upon arrival, auditors were greeted by an armed security guard at the entrance — a reassuring presence that contributed to a sense of safety and order both inside the restaurant and throughout the parking area.
Auditors were greeted and seated within one minute of entering. The restaurant was less than half occupied at the time of audit, providing a calm, comfortable environment with good music that complemented the atmosphere without overpowering conversation. The overall ambience was welcoming and well-balanced for a late-evening dining experience.
Drink orders were taken promptly and served within five minutes. Food orders followed soon after, arriving hot and freshly prepared within approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Every dish met quality expectations — flavorful, well-presented, and served at the proper temperature.
Service throughout the visit was exemplary. Our server, identified by a visible name tag as “Jasmine,” demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and consistent courtesy from start to finish. Her clear communication and positive demeanor contributed significantly to the overall customer experience.
Restroom access required a security code, ensuring a level of privacy and safety. The men’s restroom was generally clean, though auditors noted the one and only
stall running low on toilet paper and a lack of hot water. The women’s restroom, however, showed more notable maintenance concerns: no running hot water, floors and toilet seats in need of cleaning, and an overflowing trash bin at the time of inspection.
Overall, this establishment delivered a positive and secure dining experience marked by excellent service, good food quality, and a pleasant environment. Primary areas for improvement involve restroom maintenance and supply management to ensure consistent comfort for guests during all operating hours.
