I was surprised to find the food was tasty compared to the last time I visited and vowed never to go there again (never say never) 🤭 The service was good, I didn't understand the logic of serving 1 Turkey Patty into of 2 Sausages (on menu) because of the weight. I appreciate a good cup of coffee overall (I always base it off the coffee) so thus the 4 stars! I will go again! Oh, we were given a Senior Discount, that's a plus! Breakfast for 2 was $35. The tip made it $45

One of her favourite shows was filmed here so we decided to check out the hype. A great experience! Wisdom from the elders when it comes to customer care, this place is special when it comes to service. Our 69 year old Host could certainly run a few more laps around the younger Generation. Efrain is the best chef in all of Norm’s! He cooked the best T-Bone steak we’ve ever had at Norm’s. Kudos to whoever hired him! Alysa and Alejandra are exceptional waitresses!! We had a wonderful experience at this Norm’s. Lazaro is a courteous and friendly addition to this amazing crew!

We stayed in an AirBnB right around the corner so we decided to give this place a try. We had our luggage with us while waiting for our Uber back to the train station. They found us a table and area so we could keep our luggage with us and not be a nuisance to those around us. Service and food was great!

Lucy is hands down the BEST server!! We love coming to Norms when we're in town from Chicago and have been lucky enough to get her multiple times. The food is always fantastic and the fizzy boba drinks are delicious!

This Norm’s in Inglewood is a complete waste of time. Big sign outside bragging about free pancakes, but when you go in, Mariah tells you the discount “isn’t alive” anymore. Then why is the sign still up? That’s false advertising, period. The managers, Sorock and Dean, couldn’t care less — no apology, no fix, just excuses. They wasted my time, my energy, and my gas for nothing. And to make it worse, the support team is a nightmare to deal with, making it feel like they purposely let their staff get away with mistreating customers. If you like being lied to, ignored, and given the runaround, this is your spot. If not, go literally anywhere else.

My most favorite local homemade like food. Excellent for all meals. Breakfast served 24 hours a day. This restaurant is open 24 hrs as well. Most of main entrees for lunch and dinner come with soup and salad. You are never going to get out hungry.

The security Open. The door for us and the hostess greeted us warmly. The inside was nice and clean as well. We were seated, and the waitress came over promptly. we ordered an Arnold palmer and fruit punch, and our meal order was T-bone steak medium rare, eggs, hash browns, pancakes and sausages. I needed steak sauce. The waitress brought over Norm's steak sauce. Never again, that was disgusting and vinegary I asked her if they had A1 she looked for some A1 no luck, then she came back with 2 packets of A1. What happened? Norms, you used to have bottles of A1. Also, the bathrooms were fairly clean.

The food is delicious, the customer service was awesome. I went two days in a row and the morning of valentines day it was a great experience.

First timers here and we got a beautiful good morning from the staff. I honestly loved there hazelnut cream it really made my coffee so good my carnitas breakfast was absolutely delicious so much flavor and my hash browns was exactly how I like it. It's an old school vibe very busy on a Saturday morning. If your in Inglewood stop on in and share your experience

We were in the area for a Concert at SoFi . A family member recommended Norms . We were greeted friendly . We didn't have to wait 5 minutes to be seated . Large well lit restaurant very clean . We met Israel our server . Very friendly and knowledgeable. Our food came very timely . All items were hot and fresh . Very solid diner . We definitely will be back .

Hot breakfast is delicious, and the service is exceptional. This location experiences heavy foot traffic during breakfast and lunchtime, so be prepared for a 20-minute wait if you are dining in with three or more people.

This restaurant is iconic of California. It is a well ran and clean establishment. I enjoyed our sever Ms. Linda. She was awesome!! She was fast and a delightful to chat with. This is a busy restaurant. Plenty of counter seating and a large dining area. Your food was served fast and hot. This restaurant is open 24/7

French toast was good with strawberry topping. I also had bacon it was ok would have liked it to be more crispy.

The food was so good I couldn't finish my plate! Went with a lovely lady and the service was exceptional, literally EXCEPTIONAL. Shoutout Diamond our server! This is an LA STAPLE and is featured on that movie One of Them Days.

Went to nearby Costco and afterwards I knew a diner would be just right. It was kinda empty this early evening, but I'm aware that it's more of a popular breakfast place. The important stuff: clean, friendly, lots to choose from on the menu. I had coffee, a half tuna on sourdough, navy bean soup, and a fresh salad. Great price and satisfying!

The Restaurant was clean good atmosphere. This was first time there. The waitress nice and friendly. Clean place II ordered : Pancakes Bacon, Eggs and Sausage the pancakes taste burned, the bacon and sausage was reheated. The food just tastes bland.

I was in the area of Inglewood and was hungry for a breakfast at dinner time so I went to Norms I had a coupon for a free So cal breakfast 2 eggs 2 pancakes 2 bacon 1 hash browns breakfast . There was not very many restaurant goers but we did have about a 12 minute wait the staff was friendly the staff seemed to enjoy their job. The restaurant was clean I felt welcomed and not rush I would recommend and come again

Well I am off to a good start.. I decided to give Norms Inglewood a chance.. I was greeted by Brian S. very friendly and welcoming. Ordering was easy peasy, I am going to start with four stars and will edit the review depending the quality of food. I will be back for pics and an update to the review!!! Breakfast was delicious and thanks Brian S. for refilling my salted caramel chocolate cold brew coffee. If you want great service ask for Brian S. to be your server.. thanks so much Brian S. greatly appreciated!!!

I don't understand the negative reviews here at all. I'd never been to this Norm's before, but I was glad to find it after traveling all day. I was ready for a good, filling meal, and that's exactly what I got. Of course prices for anything aren't what they used to be, but the portions here are very large compared to most places these days. A real bowl of gumbo soup, a large plate of salad, plus the main course, a hefty portion of meatloaf complete with homemade mashed potatoes & gravy, and a side of vegetables. All very tasty. The service was outstanding. A young lady came often without being intrusive, and had impeccable manners. The price was just under $15 plus tax, which seemed cheap on top of a very full stomach! The restaurant is large and sparkling, with easy parking. It's just a couple miles from SoFi, Intuit, and the Forum, so a perfect place to eat before or after events. As others have noted, this location is not open 24 hours every day -- just Friday and Saturday nights. Other days, 7 AM to 11 PM. Google has the correct hours, so you may want to check before you go. For me, the best part was this: I forgot my backpack when I left. When I realized this at my destination, the restaurant was about to close. I managed to find the phone number and the gentleman who picked up went and found my backpack and kept it safe till I could return. I don't carry any money in that pack, but many things that would be a real pain to replace, plus some others with sentimental value. Most important, my passport was in it, and I'm flying out in two days! Big thanks to Norm's for saving me from a nightmare.

Always eat good here & the waitresses are lovely ! The music always makes experiences better & that's what they had . I will always come back ! Thank you to the cooks ! Never have a hard time finding parking & love how this place opens early for the early birds in town

Norms was open, first off. This is a transitional period and I'm doing a sober October in order to see the transition through as neatly as possible. There'll be some overspray, for sure, but not from sloppiness on my part. After what felt like an interminable Saturday, I looked in the fridge and it was a sorry sight. Norms popped into my head as a sure shot and I was seated right away. Parking isn't a problem at this hour and this location has ample parking anyways. My server allowed me to sub pancakes for a salad, which he said is not usually allowed. I don't have much of a sweet tooth. We didn't have a lot of sweets as a kid and so I don't crave them as an adult. What I crave is leafy greens and blue cheese. This salad was one of the saddest salads I've ever encountered. Not a one tomato or olive or carrot or cucumber, just a handful of chopped Romain. I still polished off the plate though, no problem, live and learn, next time just get the pancakes. The sirloin and eggs with hash browns totally redeemed the meal and disappeared from the plate minutes after I received it. I was in and out in what felt like minutes. Downed a cold cup of water and then went home to bed smiling ear to ear.

Food was great, as usual. I had the spaghetti Marinara, original ordered with chicken but they forgot to give it to me. Easy enough to remove from the bill. Service was initially a bit slow, but Cynthia did what she could to make up for in the end. Honestly, she's the hardest working employee I've ever come across. The whole reason things were slow is because she was packing up all the to-go orders by herself. Simply put, Cynthia gets it done. Diamond was also a sheer delight. It's rare I find someone so bouncy and vibrant working at a restaurant. Her smile and her singing really brightened my day. As for the restaurant itself? It's a really awesome throwback style, reminiscent of an old '50s diner. Everything is clean, and you have a very clear view of the kitchen. Overall a very positive experience.

2nd time eating here and the food was pretty good. I'm not even gonna lie I have a bad experience in the Lakewood location years ago and never went back because it smelled and looked dirty but this location was nice and clean but super packed but worth the wait the service was pretty fast .

Went to Norms this morning for breakfast. We were seated very quickly and they immediately took our order. I ordered the California omelette. It came with a side of hash browns and a side of pancakes. The food was very filling. It was really delicious as well. Our server did come to check on us and asked if there was anything additional needed. Staff was very accommodating and polite. I enjoyed this location and will definitely be coming back. The restaurant was very nice and clean.

A Los Angeles treasure, multiple locations and easy on the wallet too. Plenty of parking 4 all. Impossible 2 go wrong here coupled with excellent service. Can't visit LA without coming here. 100 items on the menu.

Was so hungry didn't take a picture of my main course, but it was good nothing left on my plate. Service was typical of a norms. Ambiance was also typical for a norms.

This place started out like it was exactly what it was: a new Norm's, full of all the promise that a new iteration of an old favorite could be, and it lived up to that for a while. But daaaaamn! Tiny things, but if I'm spending more than $20 for a meal: DON'T: Giggle and say "Oh I forgot" when you bring me a plate of tater tots that are rapidly soaking up the broth from the mixed vegetables I already said I didn't want. DO: Offer me some steak sauce *especially when you bring me a steak.* DON'T: Drop off plates as hurriedly as possible and then disappear until I'm more than halfway done to see how things are. Even if they aren't ok, the time for fixing it has passed, and now I just want to finish and leave asap. DO: Ask if I might want dessert or something -before- laying down the check. DON'T: Keep walking past every 90 seconds after dropping the check. I understand your shift is almost over, but I'm not eating on your schedule. Three Stars because at least they haven't closed up shop yet

Came in for late breakfast and it's my first time at this location, ample parking. The restaurant at the time I was here was very clean and staff very helpful and nice. My server was Cristela she was so polite, very soft spoken real sweet. We ordered our breakfast and everything was perfect. Coffee was very tasty food was great we had so cal breakfast & bigger better breakfast and can't go wrong with Norms pancakes so light fluffy and delicious. Thank you Cristela for amazing service!

When this location was originally open it was an amazing experience to be here and enjoy the environment. For the past 2 years we have had some hick up here and there. First experience I had there I was sat for about 15 minutes and my waiter would just say I would be with you in a moment. I finally told another waiter if she could bring me the check for my lemonade and that is when my waitress came over. My other experience I went to eat with my cousins. My cousin was in the middle of asking the waitress if an accommodation to bring a salad with an extra plate was okay and the waitress cut her off and told her no we can't make accommodations like that. The waitress also had to flag down several times because she would ignore our table because we looked younger and she assume that we were not going to tip. I was pregnant at the time and I wanted some more water and I had to find a manager to get my waitress attention. My cousins are in the service industry so even tho she was rude to us they still left a tip. I wouldn't have left anything after terrible service. The food was also dry and tasteless. We got some steaks that were ordered medium but came to us as well down and the eateries gaslit us that it was medium. Also none of our food had salt. My last experience that I refuse to go back is going with my son, mom and aunt. We were sat right away and the server seemed annoyed with everything we would asked him. He is a short semi bald Latino man. My mom and aunt would asked him things in Spanish as a natural respond that most Spanish speaking Latinos do to one another. He rolled his eyes and respond in English. Not a big deal answering in English but the tone of voice and rolling of his eyes were not necessary. I asked him for a kids menu for my son and he said it's in there. I'm use to going to other Norm's where they hand you a separate paper menu and he said it's in there look for it. He also would just look at his phone from time to time. We were ready to leave and needed some Togo containers. Luckily another waiter Alexander or Alejandro can't remember his name was around and he was sweet and helpful. Over all if you are ready to be ignored, pissed off, or not be satisfied with your service I would suggest going to the Norms in Torrence or any other location other than this one.

Customer service was absolutely great! The hostess who seated us was absolutely sweet and professional our server ISAAC was very knowledgeable and patient, I have never been here before. The food is basic food, preparation is acceptable. Fed ourselves fresh food for less than $50, drinks refilled and the Ranch Dressing was tasty.

Better than some other breakfast spots but not by much. I like norms but quality can vary greatly from each location. Same meal two days in a row and it was just eh here. My coffee refill had a long black hair on top I noticed before sipping my 2nd cup Plus points for Aaa discount and crane games. No longer 24 hours. Not the worst not the best. Word of advice hairnets for anyone with hair long enough to curl in my coffee *also tried to get the take home meatloaf dinner like I did yesterday and got told they couldn't since they didn't have any, y'all just opened and things aren't available seems unprofessional

First Worst service ever at this loaction with this server named sergio, closing doors an hour before closing time and rude when almost forsing him to take my order.

This new Norms is right around the corner from where i grew up and my dad still lives, and he has become a regular. They are finally sprucing up the area, you know gentrification and all. But it is a nice addition to the area. Plenty of parking in the shared lot, stays pretty busy. The place is clean and a nice size. The staff members are attentive, food didn't take too long. Everything was hot & delicious like all the Norms. I will be back.

I'm not sure what happened from the time of my last visit until this recent one but things have improved greatly. What impressed me the most on this visit is how young the waiters are. Not only are they young butx they give the best hospitality. My husband and I was served by Brooklyn. She was not only polite but very attentive. She checked on us often. I witnessed her treating two other customers the same and they gave her a nasty look. It hurt me beyond compare because it's hard to find waiters with her disposition as it is and I hope customers such as those don't ruin her. I will definitely come back and enjoy breakfast at this location again. The ambience was awesome and quiet for a restaurant environment. Things have improved so much. My waffle was crispy yet fluffy and my egg whites were right on point. I was very impressed by the amount of orange juice that accompanied the meal. I left very satisfied!!! As I said, I will be back!!

We showed up to the 24 hour Norms and they were closed. There are car loads of people showing up. I drove 25 minutes to meet my friends. This is unacceptable.

I been a regular at Norms for years & usually go for the breakfast but this time we ordered delivery & the food was just as good as when we dine in.

My mother and I arrived at norms for a quick breakfast. As all around us people were served we walked for about 15 minutes before the waiter even bothered to greet us. I asked another waiter if she would assist us and she just responded no and pointed somewhere. Shortly after the easier who had passed our table at at least 4-5 times finally lumbers over to take our order. Fully 30 minutes later we finally received our food. During this time, I asked the waiter what was taking so long for scrambled eggs, sausage and pancakes. And I asked another waiter - the same one I had asked if she could take our order - to send the manager over. Needless to say, the manager never showed up and, most of the people who walked in the door with us had been long gone. The service is poor. The food is mediocre and there is no diversity amongst the staff. The servers seem to be more interested in chatting with one another than serving guests who have selected the restaurant and are going to pay for their food. The restaurant is beautiful, but sadly, the service does not measure up to what they've invested in creating an aesthetically pleasing environment. Norm's needs to come into this restaurant, clean house with staff and start all over again. They should not allow their name to be sullied by such poor staff performance.

Went here this morning with a friend for breakfast. Although it was crowded we did not wait long about 10 minutes. The service was great the food was good. It was an enjoyable outing in the neighborhood.

This was May 28 2023. For my inlaw, we went to NORMS in Inglewood. I have always been fond of NORMS and was happy to visit them again. The choices here were huge and pleased everybody. I chose the ribs that were seasoned well. Cooked just right. The place had something for all our various age groups, and nobody had complaints only compliments. Every one loved their food. The kids were issued their own menus with crafts and Crayola. The persnickity ones liked their food too. The servers here were absolutely . We were tended too constantly. No dirty dish allowed to linger, condiments on the double. We were treated like royalty by some of the most courteous staffers ever. KUDOS to the staff of NOR.S Inglewood.

LIDIA was absolutely amazing, made me feel at home. All my food was on time. The coffee refills were on point. I can't wait to come back and enjoy my lumberjack.

It's norms you can't go wrong with this place. I love coming here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Norms has so much to offer on their menu that I will never be able to try everything. The steak here is so delicious and if you add their steak sauce to it you will fall in love with it. The soup is also very good and it works well as an appetizer that doesn't fill you up and leaves you ready for the mail meal. Pros -steak is good -the inside is nice Cons -a little dirty on the inside

Hours say open from 7am Sun to Thurs and 24 hours on Friday. We were outside at 610am on Friday and they were not open. Person inside said they open at 7am. Hours need updating. We work nights and hoped to have a breakfast treat after work. We're at IHOP now.

I loooove Norms. Usually don't dine at this location but I was in the area today. Got there at 8:30am and it was pretty empty. It was spotless and we even got to pick our own booth. It was freezing cold in there which would be nice on a hot day but today was cool and gloomy. Anyway our waiter was very nice. He brought us a high chair that was missing a strap so it couldn't be used safely. He went to find one that wasn't broken and he couldn't. He said they were all like that. I had to wrap the baby with a blanket to tie him to it in order to make it safer. We ordered 2 lumberjacks and fries. Both of our plates had cold food. Cold eggs, bacon, sausage and hash browns. Not sure if the plates were sitting under the AC waiting too long to be picked up or what happened. This has never happened before. The pancakes were warm and the fries too. The strawberry topping was right from the fridge super cold cold. Glad they put it on the side or it would've ruined my pancakes. I ate the strawberries by themselves and asked for to go boxes cuz we weren't going to eat cold food. Not were we going to send it back and get something extra put in our food. All in all good waiter, sad cold food and broken unsafe high hairs at this newer Norms location.

I am not really a breakfast person but Norma in Torrqnce is good. The servers are wonderful. There isn't a dress code. The vegan burger is delicious, tasty just goood. My friends get the pancakes and eggs variety of food ways and enjoy the food. The waiters take presets and create it your way. The place is always crowded when we go. Please check them out. Wonderful friendly place.

The service was NOT great at all. We waited 45 mins for 2 people and it was empty. The food was terrible.

I placed a to go order at 12:25 it says my food will be done by 12:53 . I told the cashier she said a few minutes and now it's going on 1:20 and still no order this is ridiculous. I would not not ever recommend slow service/ bad service ! Rude workers

Horrible customer service. Called in about my order they pick up the phone and hang up right away, Or they'll say please hold and hang up after a few minutes. Tried it a few times . Manager clearly not managing the place correctly.

Norms is my go to restaurant for breakfast, well it was. The servers and hosts/hostesses are very friendly and we usually don't have any issues. However the last two times I've come I've been served a very undercooked steak. The first time it happened I had it sent back and when I got my new steak it was very over cooked and dry. A few months went by and I decided to go again yesterday. I was served this. I didn't look down as I took my first bite and when I reached for a fry I saw this. I let the server know and she was very understanding and sent my steak back. She brought a new piece and it was cooked the same way. I received two raw pieces of meat and by this time the rest of my food was cold and I didn't eat any of it. I let the manager know and honestly this is not acceptable. I went home feeling ill and I'm pinpointing it to the bite I took without even looking at it. I don't think I'll be ordering meat here anymore let alone come back. I understand this is not a steakhouse but consider taking meat off the menu if it's going to be served like this.

Discriminate service. Came here to pickup the online order that we place an hour ago. the staffs said it's the same line as customer waiting to pay for the bill. We are being super polite and said "sure" and get in the line like normal ppl suppose to do. Wait there for 20 mins to pick up the food. When it is our turn, Another customer is being rude to us cut the line and said she want to pay. Employees don't seems to care about us and just let her pay. Being rude to employee and others is being treat as higher priority than being nice in this branch. So sad.
