Excellent service—helpful and polite. The food was outstanding. Great for vegetarians. We got vegetable fried noodles, Ma Po Tofu, and vegetable dumplings. Everything was delicious, and we will definitely return. Decent pricing as wellRecommended 👍👍

This place is absolutely delicious. The food is fresh and tasty. The fried rice is tasty and so is the orange chicken, which is soft and tender. Noodles were a little little oily but that's okay because they are super tasty. My lady and I really enjoyed our dinner. Thank you!

My new wife and I came stopped by during our honeymoon. I was feeling dumplings and just so happened to see this shop, so decided to pop on in. The waiter was pleasant but it took a while before they came to take our order. (We did come in an awkward time around 2:30p ish.) We ordered just dumplings. I ordered some pork and shrimp dumplings, veggie dumplings, juicy soup dumplings, and fried pork shrimp dumplings. It was a fairly long wait for them. Which is dont mind given the food is tasty. All the dumplings came out in quick succession. The steamed pork and shrimp dumplings were pretty good. They tasted very similar to the ones I make myself at home. Kind of surreal but chalk one up to knowing it's homemade! The fried ones (my wife's fave) were good as well. The veggie dumplings were sooo close to tasting like my mom's. My mom adds a few additional ingredients that elevate hers over these, but they were very good. For the soup dumplings, here in lies my disappointment. Most of the dumplings broke, letting the juices seep out into the steam basket. I've eaten soup dumplings many many times and the bottoms of these dumplings were just wrapped a little too thin. When I did manage to get some of the soup into a spoon and not leaking everywhere, it was a little underwhelming. The soup wasn't as rich and the meat was a bit too firm (for my tastes) decent flavor but I've had better. Overall, this is a lovely dumpling restaurant. There were many other items I would love to try, maybe on my next visit. If you're looking for some simple home cooked dumplings give this place a try. Decently priced as well.

If you’ve been to Din Tai Fung then this place will seem familiar. It’s a great alternative when craving similar meals for the fraction of the cost. The Soup Dumplings were great with the vinegar and soy sauce. The spicy pork dumplings has a weird peanut flavor to it, but was still pretty good. Our favorite was the beef noodle soup. Definitely worth a visit when craving this type of Chinese cuisine.

We took a break here to catch a quick bite as we were strolling around the Walk of Fame. We ordered the beef noodle soup and pork dumplings, and were satisfied with the food. The beef noodle was very flavorful, with a generous portion of noodles and thoroughly flavored beef broth. The portion of the beef itself could have been larger, for the price of $15, but it was acceptable. We split one beef noodle amongst three individual servings and still felt satisfied with the sample we each got. The only critique we had was that the soup is slightly too salty for our taste, especially when compared to a home-cooked version. The dumplings were solid too. They tasted fresh and were served quickly after the beef noodles. It was a very acceptable take on Xiao long bao. The pricing was a little on the higher end, but we were happy with the food and value at the end of the day.

Delicious food but waited a little long for it. We ordered beef noodle soup, soup dumplings, and beef wrap and all of it was very delicious. However, we waited for awhile for our food since we heard from the waiter that the items we ordered took longer to prepare. Overall the food was very delicious and was worth the wait.

This place was a last-minute dinner decision before a show at the Pantages. What a great choice we made. The service was friendly, and the buser/waiters were just hustling the entire night! There were 4 of us who wanted to try EVERYTHING, so we ordered 9 items to share around the table. There was not one single item that we didn't LOVE!!! The food was fabulous...and we were not disappointed!! My favorite item....the Scallion Pancakes!!

It is hard to capture the unique taste and deliciousness of a meal in a photo but let me just tell you that I ate here for the first time last week and I’ve either eaten in the restaurant or gotten carry-out four times since then. The beef pancake rolls make me melt! Yum!!! So good! The chicken fried noodles are a delicious companion to the beef pancake rolls or also on their own. I’m a forever fan now! The staff is so nice. They remembered my face when I came back the second time… and third time… and fourth… Of course that is never expected but it made me feel good. Nice ambience for eating in with the bustling sidewalk of Hollywood Blvd outside the huge restaurant windows! Great people watching!

Northern cafe was absolutely delicious. A hidden gem for sure. The bill with tea and 3 of these dishes was only 42 bucks before tip and tax. Great deal compared to DTF. The portions are 50%+ larger and taste isn't the same but super delicious. DTF would've easily been $100. I would get the same 3 dishes again. Service was really good, restaurant was clean but parking can be a challenge. I highly recommend.

First time....and no dipping sauce for dumplings with a to go order. Pretty basic omission, but totally ruins the meal. Not risking it with you guys again.

I frequently find myself at the Avalon, and there aren't really many good food options in the area. However, Northern Cafe has greatly alleviated that situation. Admittedly, I'm usually there during off hours, so service is always quick. My go to is the Braised Beef Noodle soup. It's incredibly flavorful, with a gentle heat, and a rich aromatic broth. The beef is a little on the over cooked side, but it's still tasty. The pot stickers are phenomenal as well. Thank goodness they're in the area. America might run on Dunkin, but this place saves my food soul.

Everything I've eaten here the past two times I've come has been delicious. This is the perfect pre-show meal when going to see something at the Pantages. The menu is extensive enough to satisfy everyone. You can either order online/at the register to go or order sit-down style. I've had multiple dumplings here and since it's made to order, they do take a little to get to you but they are fresh and hot, not to mention juicy. The rest of the entrees came out relatively quickly, including my beef noodle soup. It was delicious! I usually never drink my soup after I'm done but I did with this one because the broth was so delicious. Not that spicy on its own but you can add your own chili. Plenty of seating inside. Everyone at my table enjoyed what they got (including shrimp pan fried noodles, hot and sour soup, chicken wings and wonton noodles). Yum!!

I was turned away to place an order .. it's like they didn't want the business half hour before closing I even asked if I can have something easy and quick and asked for recommendations. They again said No. I said how about to go you're not closed it's still open half hour. I walk past this daily in West Hollywood and I thought let me try again and I was with my fur baby and I wasn't welcomed I was asked to leave. And the privacy that comes with taking fur babies to work daily I don't have to explain if my pet is service dog. I felt very upset .. not likely I would recommend this place. It's so sad I could've been a customer who would eat frequently since it's close to work But this attitude by the employees left a bad taste in my mouth .

The service was great and the prices were really fair. It's right across the street from the Pantages, which is why we chose it. The fried lobster and soup were delicious, but I returned the mapo tofu. It was really spicy and had a strange after taste. I alerted my server and he took it off the bill, no hesitation. Will definitely return.

I have ordered delivery from them twice and I must say this restaurant is amazing . Fast and delicious!!! I really like their imported jasmine tea drink bottles also. But so far their dumplings, Mongolian beef and chicken are super tasty. I totally recommend checking them out whether it is delivery or location. Sorry no photos it was that good.

Fantastic food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere make Northern Cafe a must-visit for Chinese cuisine lovers. The restaurant offers authentic flavors and attentive staff. You can enjoy a variety of dishes. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. It's a delightful dining experience not to be missed.

The Hollywood food scene is constantly changing. Lot's of places have closed in the area but Northern Cafe has survived through the worst. They were only open for a month or two before the world shut down and they are still standing. Congrats. There are locations popping up all around LA and they have a solid product. Overall, the food is quite good, but I could use some more heat with the spice. Fortunately they have a house chili sauce and Sriracha on the table, so I was able to add my own heat. The Pork Wontons in Spicy Sauce are good but Not spicy. The Braised Beef Noodles Soup, also good, but Not Spicy (even though I asked for it). The broth has some nice flavor but it is a bit thin and watery. The noodles tasted fine. The Juicy Pork Dumplings are very good; lots of juice. The Cucumber Salad is also good. All beverages are bottled canned and they don't serve hot tea. The service is competent and the prices are very reasonable. If you are in the neighborhood, Northern Cafe is a solid spot.

I have always passed by several northern cafe locations and finally decided to give the Hollywood location a try. First off, parking is always going to be a challenge as expected. We parked a street down for meter parking and walked our way over, lucky. Cucumber salad - not worth it, it was just diced cucumber with sesame oil. We added chili oil for flavor and it didn't help much. Scallion pancake - always worth it. Beef wrap pancake - mostly scallion and onion, barely any beef and it came off really sweet instead of savory. Not good. Beef hot pot - spice was really good but overall, salty and had a strong cilantro after taste. I will say, you get a lot in there for the price so it might be worth it. Ambiance was pretty basic. It's a really small location. The service was... interesting. Some waiters were rude while others were nice but just in a rush all the time. Maybe I'll try a different location.

I ordered the chicken noodle soup, if I'm gonna be honest the soup didn't have any chicken flavor. I don't know if they didn't boil it long enough but the chicken flavor wasnt as prominent as i was expecting. There was also nothing special about the dish, the flavor was sort of bland and so I put a lot of chili oil to help. They gave a lot of noodles so that's a plus. The portions were big. The dish itself I would rate a 6.5/10. The service was quick and they were really attentive. The place itself was big and definitely group friendly. There is only street parking and it's right near a residential area. There's metered parking too.

I always have an amazing dining experience at Northern Cafe! Every item I have tried here has been delicious, but the standout was definitely the orange chicken. The chicken is cooked to perfection, and the sauce made with real ingredients, even finding a real orange peel in my dish. It comes with a generous portion of chicken and rice, making it a filling meal to share with someone. You can see in my photo how my partner and I split the meal (half and half on the chicken, a rice bowl for one person and we order an extra side of rice for the other). Another favorite of mine is the scallion pancake, which was delightfully simple yet so tasty, like a simplified quesadilla. Not featured but worth mentioning are the dumplings! These dumplings are delicious, that's all I can say! The service at Northern Cafe was top-notch; I always get seated quickly, and the servers never fail to be attentive and awesome. Especially the young Hispanic gentlemen who I always see going above and beyond for their costumers! Overall, a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend it! Also, the location is perfect when catching a show at the Pantages theater! Which brings me to recognize they offer reasonable prices, unlike most restaurants on the strip over pricing their food.

Went to Hollywood to visit the Funko store and found this place on Hollywood Blvd for a quick bite. We beat the crowd and were seated quickly . We ordered spring rolls, potstickers and spicy pork dumplings. The food was served hot and it was all very tasty. Service was pleasant and attentive. Best surprise was that our bill was less than $30 before tip! Great value for tasty food!

We had the best dinner at Northern Cafe. Everything about the place is super nice. It is right across from the Pantages Theater, so if you are seeing a show it is a wonderful place to eat before moving on. Parking can be trying, but you will be fine. You order at the counter and sometimes they just have you sit, and come to you. Either way, they bring your water and food to you. I love the look of this little place. It is always spotless and the interior has cute decor. They use stainless cups for your water and I love that. It helps keep it cold and I also love that they just bring it, you don't have to ask. The service is so nice and they know the menu well. They are fast but you never feel rushed. You can eat there or take away. We like to eat there. All of the food we have had there has been exceptional and we are pretty much through the menu now. Any noodle dish is always a winner. They have these meat pies that have potato and them that are very tasty. Any of the bums and dumplings are great. We love the taste of their BBQ pork. It is all just yum. Have the best time.

Was skeptical of the pho wraps but omg they were amazing... great idea. The green beans were great and very similar to din tai fung, the cucumber salad was refreshing, and the pork xiao long bao was good but needed a more flavorful broth. Open and welcoming ambiance and super nice servers! Would totally come back.

Didn't know they had a Northern Cafe in Hollywood so when I passed by and saw this, I was surprised but excited. When we entered, there was no wait and we sat down for a bit but ended up doing takeout in the end. There is quite a decent amount of space for seating in there. And the ambiance was very casual. When we got our food, it was one by one and not at the same time. Service was okay. It was a little pricey for the dumplings but they were delicious, I love Pork & Crab Dumplings so I had to try it here. The Beef Roll Pancake just hit the most and was the most satisfying to eat. Definitely recommend if you're in the Hollywood area. I do wish they had more drink menu options.

Their hot and sour soup is amazing! IT IS THE TASTIEST HOT AND SOUR SOUP I HAVE EVER HAD! It's the best in the world! The staff are very kind. Service is super quick. The restaurant has a modern, upbeat, and fun feel to it. I love the green string beans with the rice. Their chili is great too! It's on every table. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I plan to order every item on their menu to see what it's like.

I'm really disappointed and hangry because we ordered through Postmates and the restaurant gave the delivery guy the wrong order so here I am without any of the food I ordered that I was looking forward to. They couldn't remake the food either because the kitchen was apparently closed and the delivery guy, bless him, offered to go back to pick up the correct order but the restaurant already gave my order to someone else.

Food is wonderful and hot. The dishes come out very quickly. This is at the famous Hollywood and Vine intersection.

Food was served fast despite the crazy rush of people. Cucumber salad, spring rolls, shrimp dumplings, and chicken dumplings. All under $50. They definitely have the dumpling game down to an art. Very tasty and the accompanying sauces complimented the flavors. I think they make their own chili sauces which are at the table. The flavors are so good. Just the right amount of spiciness and not overwhelming. Got there right before the dinner rush--about 4:00. After that, the line was almost out the door!

Date of visit: 19 December 2023 Time: 1815 Absolute chaos upon entering restaurant. No signage directing patrons to be seated, so stood in haphazard line to front counter. So many people picking up online food orders. Do I sit, stand, or walk out? Suggestion: a clearly marked pickup area. I looked around and saw at minimum six empty tables that were in need of bussing; plates, soda cans, and serving bowls cluttering the table tops. Nothing so unappealing as seeing half-eaten Chinese food. After finally reaching the front register, my dining companion and I were told to be seated at a table. Lucky for me I had the foresight to grab two menus as the waiter showed at our table with none in hand. I ordered a small hot and sour soup, Kung pao chicken, and two cans of Coke. My friend ordered chicken pot stickers, rice, and a Sprite. While waiting, a waitress appeared and bussed the tables. Good thing as there were diners waiting to be seated. She brought out our rice bowls and my Kung Pao. The portion was meager compared to other eateries. I took several bites. Several pieces were cold, other bites warm. No bite was hot. Chicken and other proteins must be served at 165°. Not this dish. My friend tried a bite and agreed it was cold. I called her over and pointed out the problem. She said the bottom of the plate was hot. I told her, "Eat it! Go on! It's cold, barely hot. Try it." She didn't. I told her to remove the item from my bill. My friend looked over and noticed a letter B food safety grade placard in the window. Nope! That did it for me. I told her to cancel the order, we were leaving. I threw a five dollar bill on the table to cover the cost of the two canned sodas and we exited the restaurant. We won't be back.

So so good!!!! Was told to go here by a friend of mine. Drove past it I don't even know how many times. Parking is super simple and convenient. As soon as you walk in they have you order everything you want through your phone to make things easier. It was a pretty cool concept. If you are like me, you're going to order way too much food because you want to try everything.... With that being said, we started with the green beans which were absolutely incredible. They were cooked at perfection and very tasty. We followed it up with a few prime beef short rib skewers which again were awesome and super addicting. I could've eaten 10 of them. Next we had the beef roll which comes highly recommended by everyone. It was quite tasty, but my only argument would be that there was too much cilantro. It took away some of the flavor of everything else, but still tasty. We followed this up with the Kung Pao Chicken. It was good, but not as great as everything else. I think I'd go for a noodle dish next time instead for sure. It was great watching them make the noodles in the kitchen per order. Lastly, we had to go for the oan fried chicken dumplings. Now these are made in house and they were absolutely incredible. I'll definitely be back for lunch and I highly recommend getting their dumplings and noodles. Matter of fact everything I ate was great, but these were phenomenal.

The pictures speak for themselves. I understand that this location is in Hollywood and it's always busy, but you can't drop the ball on quality control. I took a bite into a piece of beef and it was super tough and chewy, and that's when I realized that it was raw. So I then began to cut the rest of the pieces of beef and discovered that they were all raw. On a good day, this can pass as rare, barely. But that wasn't the case today, it was a bad day for beef. Unfortunately, I was on my lunch break so I took my food to go and I couldn't come back to complain. I will be going tomorrow to voice my opinion. I have gotten sick before when dealing with raw meat so I can't leave this alone.

Quick stop walking around Hollywood Bld, really authentic northern style dishes. This is an awesome stop and my kids loved every dish we had. Much better the place down the street "Hui Tou Xiang"....stay away from there. Our server was fast and courteous!

The Northern Cafe super surprised me. We were going to go to some other place near the Pantages theater because we're going to go see a play across the street but we happen to notice this place and it was very busy. It was fairly early so I was wondering why is this place so busy? So we went in and within five minutes they took our order within another 10 minutes they served us. We felt it was outstanding. We had the orange chicken, the scallion pancakes. We enjoyed both the steamed dumplings and the fried dumplings. I felt the fried dumplings were a little bit better, but that's just a matter of an opinion. In addition we ordered the green beans and some extra rice. It was the perfect amount for four people to have a nice dinner and the price was extremely reasonable, especially for the quality. The waiter and the helpers were on top of everything including getting us water, and we were out in plenty of time to make it to the play across the street at the Pantages theater. This is definitely a good place to go to when you're in the area especially if you want go to a play or some event across the street at the Pantages theater. We will definitely be back when we're in the area!

It's crazy how many northern cafes have popped up recently. I was excited to try the one in Hollywood before a show at the pantages. This location is pretty busy but it lacks in comparison to the other locations. The food is hit or miss. The green beans were great but the wonton soup was incredibly salty. And when we asked for hot water to dilute the soup, the waiter said they don't have any hot water and we could just get some cold water from the dispenser to add. The waiters aren't very helpful and it was hard to get their attention. L This location is also different in that they take your order at the table but you pay at the cashier when you're done. So don't wait for the bill to arrive.

Ideal location for those going to Pantages for meal or apps before/after show. We were here on a Sunday. Rather busy place (take out and dine in) and still out within 25 minutes. Clean restaurant, quick to greet us, quick to seat us, and decent prices. Heads up...only alcohol here is beer. We ordered N1 Beef Roll and H1 dumplings. This is a great pair to split between two folks. Both were delicious. The table next to us had ordered bowls and fresh vegetables. Excellent size portions on the bowls and vegetable plates. I gave 4 stars for two reasons: First, our food was brought out at separate times. We noticed this seemed to be a pattern at three other tables. Second, I had to ask for our dirty/empty plates to be removed. Our first time here, but not the last. We look forward to trying the bowls, the green beans and an opportunity to update the review to 5 stars!

Our first cafe to enter into, on our first trip to LA. We were in a rush because our 6 yo needed to use the restroom urgently. I told my husband to order something from the store while I attend to my son, and as I head towards the restroom, the lady came out of the register and held my way, stopping me from using the restroom. I told her we will order something. She refused to let us in until we ordered something. Unpleasant and frustrating experience. While we understand the underlying reason for these restrooms to be available to their customers only, I do not appreciate the way she dealt with us(guest with kids).

Located on busy Hollywood Blvd parking can be tricky. If you're lucky you can grab street parking (read the signs) but there are also small lots around. Once inside it feels like an order at the counter/to go place more than a sit down but there is full service if you sit down. My friends and I stopped in prior to seeing a show at the Pantages and ended up having a lovely time. We ordered the Juicy Pork Dumpling (8) ~$13, BBQ Pork Buns (3) ~$7, Scallion Pancake ~$8, Egg Custard Buns (3) ~$7, and Potstickers (6) ~$10. Let me just say we could not finish it all. Good to note that they only serve beer. - Pork Dumplings: fine. The dough was a tad thick for my taste but it added to the homey feel. - BBQ Pork Buns: interestingly located under the dessert section but perhaps their sweetness was the reason. The bun was fluffy and spongey but the sauce was a bit sweet and the meat was cubbed. - Scallion Pancake: lacked scallions. While the fry was nice and crunchy, there weren't any scallions. I also missed that classic circular technique and flakiness of a classic scallion pancake - Custard buns: delightful. Definitely reminiscent of something I had in Thailand many years ago. - Potstickers: we did not need. These took a while to come out and by the time they did we were beyond full, but I'm no quitter and I had a potsticker. I'm glad I did. They were larger then I'm used to and they had the same thicker dough and similar filling to the dumplings but that crispy bottom made the difference. A solid spot if you're going to the Pantages and don't feel like spending an arm and leg or if you're in the area and in the mood for decently priced Chinese food.

Great option if you're there to see a show and are looking for an affordable place to eat!!! This is a small sit-down and takeout diner, quaintly tucked away between Wood and Vine and some other shop. A quick hop across the street lands you right at the Pantages, so it's perfect if you arrive a little early and have an empty stomach. The cafe itself isn't that big, in fact, you'll find yourself periodically bumping into other patrons. There is one seat directly to the left of the entrance that was pretty much boxed in by other tables. The service was pretty fast, as there was very minimal wait time in between our ordering and getting our meal. While it's not at the same level as another more widely known chain, the food is pretty good for the price. We had their crab and pork dumplings, pork dumplings, cucumber salad, and spring rolls. While they were good, the crab and pork dumplings weren't as tasty as the plain pork dumplings. The mixture of the two proteins didn't feel like they complemented one another. I do feel that the cucumber salad could have used a tad bit more flavor, but they do give you your money's worth. The convenience, location, and food would bring me back!

We went here on Sunday afternoon after a day in the museum. This little restaurant is very close to Pantages Theater and W Hollywood hotel. Don't get misled by the name "cafe" as this is not a coffee shop. Instead, this restaurant serves good Taiwanese food. We ordered the scallion pancakes which was delicious! The popcorn chicken was crispy and tasty. The chicken fried rice, crab and pork dumplings, and beef with broccoli were good. In terms of the service, it can be improved. The server didn't gave us spoon and the sauce that goes with the crab and pork dumplings. They didn't come back to ask we need anything else or offer a box for to go. This is the reason for 4 stars Instead of 5 stars.

great Potstickers, Juicy Pork Dumplings Kung Pao Chicken , Dan Dan Noodles , Orange Chicken

Wow this place surprised me. I just happen to go because we were starving and I wanted to grab a bite before going to Pantages. The food was extremely flavorful and unforgettable. Too bad there isn't one near me. Dumplings, garlic green beans and rice all were amazing. Highly recommend and can't wait for next visit. I hope they open more and closer to me.

Not the best hotpot I've ever had. Maybe things are different on the west coast but on the east coast you typically have it brought out on a burner to keep it, well, hot (as the name of the dish suggests). This was just brought out in a regular bowl with a side of rice. I had the beef and asked for the broth to be prepared mild. Although I enjoyed fishing out all the goodies, I thought the broth was still too spicy and there wasn't enough variety, and definitely not enough noodles. Service was friendly, fast, and efficient. There weren't many diners on a Tuesday evening. Always a risk with anything located on a busy, tourist ridden street.

Ordered take out for party of 5 and paid $130 for 9 dishes (portions are good/ a little overpriced). Since we got take out and had to reheat our food, wontons weren't as fresh and the juicy dumplings we're unfortunately breaking apart. Would def recommend dining in although parking will be tough. Dishes we got - 1 chicken, 1 shrimp fried rice - fried noodles - pork buns - pork wontons in spicy sauce - shrimp and chives wonton - pork fried wontons - (2) juicy pork dumplings

Dumplings were tasty and the bbq bao buns was nicely steamed and soft textured. Good location across from the Pantages. A little crowded but that's expected. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would will go back. Thanks..

I was a little disappointed that my hot pot didn't come in a ... hot pot boiling over an individual stove like the picture, but it was delicious. However, be careful medium spicy is spicy... This is that numbing spicy so a little bit goes a long long way. There's alot of foods I want to try on the menu. Their dumplings, other soups... But I did try their egg custard bun and i was so sweet and so delicious. Unless you're in the area, it's an inconvenient place to go to cause of parking.

Great place for delicious dumplings in a clean friendly environment right in the thick of Hollywood Blvd. Freshly prepared, the food was reasonably priced. You have to ask for key to restroom.

Food flavor is not authentic as any other Northern cafe. The Kung Po Chicken is tasting really bad. The beef in the beef noodle tasted good.

We tried this place while in Hollywood and would for sure recommend. The pork and fennel fried dumplings were so good and flavorful. We also had the spring rolls, hot and sour soup, garlic broccoli, and shrimp fried rice. Everything g was delicious and I would order each again.

NC is always a reliable option for takeout. I've ordered different things several times and everything has been tasty so far. Their hot & sour soup is one of my favorites, right up their with their spicy shrimp wontons. I think the only problem with this order was we got what looked like kung pao chicken instead of the mongolian beef we ordered. It was hard to be mad when the alternative given to us was also very good.

Absolutely Delicious Scallion Pancakes and Shrimp & Chive Steamed Dumplings food came out very fast and I even place it to go order. Even though it was very busy servers were all around.

5 stars for many reasons. Food is authentic, delicious, not overly salty and oily like many places are, and honestly tastes healthy like someone invited you to their house for dinner. Everything was flavorful but again, not super greasy and salty. The beef noodle soup was very very good, and mapo tofu I was able to get it less spicy. The veggie side dishes are fresh and refreshing. Service was very quick and friendly. Will absolutely be back!

Let me start by saying that I ordered Mongolian Beef, Fried Noodles, and Orange Chicken for 2 people. The order came with two sides of rice. It was a good amount of food to feed two hungry people, so you will get a good amount of food. Food was fine. Not the best Chinese food I have tasted but good enough for a weekday night meal. Parking is impossible to find. Be ready to circle the block to find a spot.

This is one of those places on my list when I'm in Hollywood near the W or Montalban The food here is perfect.Dumplings perfectly cooked meats well seasoned. Try the Bao absolutely to die for.A great hot and sour soup and wings too
