Five stars all the way. I haven't had such delicious food in awhile. I perused pictures and other Yelpers reviews in order to decide what I'd order. We came on a weeknight, and there was only one other table eating inside. It seemed that most people were picking up takeout here.
It's a walk up counter service. So, the food was just brought to our table. But, we got our own chopsticks, bowls, and water. Anyway, we kind of ordered a lot. Lol. But, it was so worth it. Here's a breakdown of what we got:
Oil splash noodles: Mildly spicy, fragrant chili oil, bouncy and chewy hand pulled noodles. By far my favorite dish. I will order this again.
Chinese hamburger: Also delicious. Moist pork meat, crunchy veggies like cilantro, and decent bread. Overall, would also get this again. It was satisfying.
Sesame paste cold noodles: Refreshing. I enjoyed mixing the mild sesame paste with the veggies and noodles. This would be great to eat in the summer. I did add chili oil for a little spice.
Pork and leek boiled dumplings: Piping hot. I did enjoy these dumplings dipped in my chili oil, vinegar, and soy sauce mixture. However, it's not the best dumplings I've had. It still satisfied my dumpling fix, though.
Overall, I was so happy to try this hole in the wall spot out. I was really full too. Lol. I can't wait to try their liangpi, pork buns, and other items. Come check them out!
