Northern Quest Resort & Casino

Monday night and this place was hopping crazy wild & crowded. The slots were all paying, lots of action here. Best place to gamble on this side of the mountains. The rooms in the hotel are beautiful and updated. Casino personnel are polite and have a great attitude. There is something to eat for anyone here, restaurants are all over the edge of the casino floor area. Drinks are reasonably priced. I will definitely come back.

Great concerts! Awesome venue to see bands! Comfy and clean rooms! Cool Kids Quest! Don't really like the smokey casino:( Masselow's is awesome, so is the cigar bar. I wish they had more options for food late at night:(

The room was VERY nice, you would not be disappointed. However, While the staff at the desk were very polite I received a very confusing bill when I got home which did not equal what I had agreed to at my reservation time. I also paid in full ahead of time so I decided to call and get an explanation of what happened since I interacted with the front desk twice and was not told of any changes to my cost. The phone staff was extremely rude and spoke over almost everything I asked. did not explain anything and told me to expect an email from her manager before she said she was disconnecting. Nothing resolved, no explanation, not even an attempt at explaining. Based on the billing practices here and the lack of real help to explain things I will stay at other Hotels when I return to the area. As I said its a nice hotel but as far as service is concerned you can expect to be treated like one of a huge crowd that they just can't be bothered with.

Nice hotel, great amenities. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tastefully decorated. Bathroom was large with amazing shower. TV service very spotty and kept freezing. Restaurants and cafes great. Not crazy about the smoking allowed inside the casino that you have to walk through to get anywhere. Especially when you have kids with you. But overall a good experience.

We have been coming to Northern quest for quite a while gambling and staying here at the hotel. We recently stayed in the cottages as well which was enjoyable. I will say the property is really nice and is growing and offers a lot of amenities and really cool things that other casinos do not have. Having works in a casino for 10 years and my husband working in one for 14 we are very picky coming from really great resort in San Diego but we enjoy our time at quest. We have been to numerous casinos in the area and this is one of the nicer ones. We tend to have pretty good luck here overall. The food is pretty decent, not the best but not horrible. I love that there is a movie theater and a kids area even though it's kind of sad to see people bring in their kids there all hours of the night like it's some sort of vacation destination for kids and I really don't feel like casino should be, but quest has made it this way. I guess it's better than leaving your kids with a sitter. The hotel is pretty nice although our room yesterday for our anniversary could have used a little better cleaning. The vent was completely dusty which was kind of an off-put. We woke up to some noise outside from some trucks and construction type noise. One thing that upsets me is they do have adult hours for the pool and last night there was a child there close to midnight and closing. Celebrating your anniversary it would have been nice to not have children running around there and there was a security guard close by. I feel that they should monitor and enforce the pool hours. I have been there before when I had 17-year-olds and I did not even let them go in after adult hours so it's just kind of frustrating to see a kid approximately 8 years old there at almost midnight. Another thing I was not happy about this morning was that the coffee stand near the casino was closed. Why offer an amenity and have it be closed in the morning around 9:30 it should have already been open. Overall we enjoy it and we will keep coming back. We love the concert venue. There are a lot of positive things and some negative of course that come with every casino.

My younger sister worked hard to buy three tickets to see Weird Al, that she had purchased back in April or May. She purchased the tickets through Northern Quests direct website, and spent $200. The thing is, they never sent her a confirmation email! And the money WAS taken out of her bank account. So tonight, we waited in a huge line, got through the metal detectors, and then it was ticket time. My sister showed the employee a printed sheet that was from the day of her online purchase. It showed what row we were supposed to be sitting in, showed that 3 tickets were purchased, and it was for the right event at the right time and location. The lady at the box office tried to help, but said that my sister must’ve purchased them from a third party (she did not). Long story short, do not trust this website for all events. After this experience, I am extremely skeptical about purchasing from Northern Quest again. It seems like they’ll just take your money and not give you anything in return.

Excellent concert venue! Clean, organized, hardly any waits and not a bad seat in the house. Being out in the summer night sky with favorite artists...it's incredible

This place is amazing. The casino and hotel are top-notch. Pays out just like NV. I got two hand pays with only a $1.76 spin on both. One was a jackpot and the other was just a high symbol with one wild. I’m OCD and have been all over the world many times and this place is very clean, great price and generous rewards. A gift store that looks like a shopping mall! All the restaurants are great. Personally, I think they have the best all-around Asian restaurant in Spokane. I grew up with many homes, private jets, and yachts. I know all about food and hands-down the food is the best with many healthy choices!(I’m from CA and used to healthy fresh produce) The staff is amazing and truly make you feel at home. I’m not good with names. But I won’t forget Jade, Kaitlyn and Mo Mo Thank you again!
