Northern Quest Resort & Casino

I stay here frequently for both leisure and business, mostly for leisure. I love that everything is located right inside of the resort, from childcare amenities to food options. You’ll find many food options from Fat Burger, Q’doba, Ben & Jerry’s, Masselows, to Neon Pizza and more. I’ve tried all the food options inside of Quest and each one has something good to offer, there is something for everyone. For the most part you don’t even need to leave the premises unless you want to. Indoor golf is an option, gambling of course, and more. There’s always something going on here to keep both adults and the little ones entertained and busy. The location is central and provides easy access to the airport, restaurants, and downtown area for more. I do wish there were more options for rooms as far as suites and upgrades. Most of the rooms are simple & basic but provide everything you need. If you bring little ones along, you can even request a microwave (if they have some available) to be put in your room for heating up leftovers and snacks. The pool is really nice, clean, and another area I love in the hotel. One thing I would upgrade or change is the hotel soap, lotion, body wash, and shampoo & conditioner. This is just my personal preference so there is nothing wrong with it.

Really nice place to stay and the shower in the room was fantastic. Would stay just for that. Good decor, the employees were all fantastic and the food options were diverse and delicious. At least the ones I had. Ate at East Pan restaurant next to the casino floor and everything we got was dang near perfection. Tried their fried chicken with that mayo sauce I can't remember the name of, the BBQ pork, the Tokyo-style Ramen and the edemame. The casino itself was a rough experience as a new player. Not motivated to go play any of those machines. Maybe I'll try the table games next time.

Amazing rooms with plenty of amenities. Large screen TV that pivots. Long chase ton ay on, chair and office chair for the desk. Coffee closet has a kureag with coffee and tea pods. Shower has a rain shower head and full frontal jets. Soap, shampoo and conditioner. The tower I was in is set back away from the Casino, which I liked. It also had a very nice gym on the second floor (that I only saw 3-people over 3-days). It is about a 1/4 mile walk to the casino and 1/3 mile walk through the casino to conference rooms we were at.

I like coming here i usually win. My uncle won 100k here last year. I like how they have the only fat burger around. I never have a problem finding parking here. I went here with my cousin we went into the gift shop he told me to buy one of their Pendleton blankets. They where around $330 when he saw the price he screamed. Well he said at least you will have it for a lifetime. I told him it would take me a lifetime to pay for it.

Went for the annual Thunder DownUnder show. It did not disappoint. The service was quick and friendly and anyone with a blue shirt was willing to help or even visit. I might have to make this an annual trip.

Room was decent and clean. Beds were comfy. The whole casino, resort was confusing. The elevator to go up to our room was quite a distance from check in. We first went to the nearest elevator but only got to the 3rd floor because it was only for employees. So we went to the stairs to go back down because you need your key card & ours didn't work in that elevator, so we ended up on the backside of the resort, & we had to walk all the way around to the front entrance to figure out how to get to our room. When I booked, they did not inform me that the sports bar was closed for renovations. Truly disappointed. Service was good during the day on the casino floor, but not good at night. Sometimes we had to walk through much of the casino to get a drink at the bar. Seemed very inconvenient. Not sure I would revisit.

Monday night and this place was hopping crazy wild & crowded. The slots were all paying, lots of action here. Best place to gamble on this side of the mountains. The rooms in the hotel are beautiful and updated. Casino personnel are polite and have a great attitude. There is something to eat for anyone here, restaurants are all over the edge of the casino floor area. Drinks are reasonably priced. I will definitely come back.

I love this place as much as I hate it. If I wasn't spending as much time there as some of the employees except they're being paid to be there and i for some stupid reason pay them to allow me to spend 12+ hours at a time and seems I never fail to leave there in debt, without even enough change to catch the bus and still am more than happy to come back again less than 24 hours after i have left to do it all over again.. im sure it would be alot less fun for some people who don't go there just to "have fun" instead they're planning to leave rich. Me, however spend more time here than I do at home so, if you didn't understand my point it was that the peace, happiness, and love I have for this business is a little concerning to some but this place is my drug of choice. There's no high like getting into a bonus on your favorite game and re triggering 4 times in the bonus and winning 30 times the amount you start with and somehow is all put back before last call.
