Get in early, it’s only open until 3 p.m. daily." - Kellie Walton, Jackie Gutierrez-Jones

"The crew from Country Strong kept raving about Noshville, a New York style deli. While GP never made it there, it's supposed to be the place for brunch, with a particularly standout veggie burger. "

This place is a true gem! The food is consistently delicious, with every dish perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The service is absolutely top-notch—attentive, friendly, and welcoming every single time. The old-fashioned atmosphere adds a unique charm that makes the experience even more enjoyable. It's like stepping into a cozy time capsule with a timeless appeal. I always find myself wanting to come back, and it’s my go-to spot to bring friends whenever they visit the city. If you’re looking for a place that combines amazing food, excellent service, and a nostalgic ambiance, this is it. Highly recommend!

Google
I had high hopes for a great deli sandwich and I was told my best bet in Nashville would be Noshville. I ordered the New York Half pound pastrami on rye. If I had received the sandwich I got at an Arby's it might have been acceptable. But at $18 for this sad, thinly sliced over-grilled and yet somehow still chewy pastrami, this had been a mistake. I had to ask for some mustard since it didn't come with but I'd become accustomed to that since my fries arrived long after my sandwich and were sadly quite cold. If you're looking for an authentic Deli sandwich, this place ain't it.

Old fashioned deli restaurant is hard to find these days. Don’t have to go to New York for great food. Matza Ball soup was delicious. Latka was fantastic. Pastrami was awesome! It’s so good!

The food here was good but the people are top notch!! We came to town from Orlando for the Dove Awards and really were impressed with this place. Definitely try them out, you will not regret it! Keegan, Yaz, Renee and Sandra, thank you for your incredible hospitality!

I've been wanting to come to Noshville Delicatessen for years, so when my friend canceled on me, I did not change my plans. I arrived around 9:45, and I was seated immediately by a very fun host. My server was April, and she was kind, attentive, and even a little funny also. I ordered black coffee and water, as is my usual. They arrived quickly, and I ordered my breakfast: lox, eggs, and onions. I chose the everything bagel and to keep the potatoes as my side. This was an excellent choice! The potato cakes were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The lox, eggs, and onions paired wonderfully with the potatoes in what was just simply a perfect bite. As an afterthought, I think a touch of sour cream may have topped it off, but it really didn't need anything else. They have it and I totally could have ordered some. I might next time. The lox was so delicious that I ordered some extra to go with my everything bagel I am taking home. All together, this was $28 + tip, which is pretty affordable for 2 breakfasts in Nashville, and my breakfast was pretty quick. I paid and got my takeaway lox before 10:30! They've been in business since 1996 for a reason. Though 1996 doesn't seem that long ago, it's apparently been quite a while 🤣🤷

Google
At the counter where customers place orders for things like bagels, there is a sign in plain view behind the counter saying that “Negativity” is not allowed. And placed on the counter is an old trophy for restaurant “hospitality”. One would think these public announcements would be indicative of the behavior found in the employees themselves. Absolutely not! I would steer clear of this restaurant , if you wish to use your hard-earned money in a restaurant that gives respect and kindness, as well as good food. I have been there twice recently, and during each visit I was treated like scum of the earth. Why did I go back, if I was so badly mistreated the first time? Because I like to think that first impressions are not always the true character shown. And I like their bagels. Sad but true. Don’t waste your money or time. Green Hills has other really good places to get good food and humane treatment!

Google
Walking into the restaurant, it has the feel of a Midwest diner with a large delicatessen to showcase their devotion to quality ingredients. The food was good, but what makes the difference compared to other diners is servers like Jennifer that connect with the restaurant's customer base, seeing friends and families that visit routinely, and knowing that Noshville is a fixture of the community.

Google
We discovered this deli about 20 years ago when they were located downtown. 20 years later, we were happy to rediscover it on our second stay in Nashville. The food has remained delicious over the years. We loved our pastrami sandwiches, fries, cole slaw and pickles.

Yelp
Really good and I will go back BUT I was hoping for great and it wasn't. Tried lox eggs and onions (I will have that again), corned beef sandwich (good but not great), French toast (normally love it with egg bread - but this was a bit dry), and matzoh ball soup ( very good). Coffee was just lukewarm this time but was fine last time. Worth going just not what I was hoping for.

Yelp
Well I thought about giving them a 5 but I had been spoiled at the UT game Saturday by cook out. Fresh NY bagels, fresh lox, spiced Cream cheese and all the fixings. So I had been spoiled already. Lol I had the scrambled eggs, onions and lox. Good but thought it needed more lox. Potato cakes great and yummy hot water. Service was fantastic thanks to the beautiful Harmony. My coffee was always hot and she checked on me frequently. I was the fist patron there and felt like they cared. Harmony was the Ambiance. Lol

Yelp
Meh. It's a kosher type deli and probably seems really good to people who haven't had the real deal in New York or other cities. I go here maybe twice a year and usually I feel like I've gotten my fix of something that resembles a deli. The last visit, I had a pastrami reuben that was chewy like shoe leather. I gave up after my jaw started to lock up about half way through. 3 stars is a benefit-of-the doubt as this was by far my worst experience. A deli meat sandwich that isn't tender is a serious misstep.

Yelp
So I used to live in Nashville starting in 2009, this place used to be a 5 star establishment in food, service, and ambience. Today while driving back to Memphis from Knoxville I stopped and bought a $20 pastrami and Swiss sandwich and I got a tough, grizzly mess. In fact in all my time on Yelp this is my first 1 star rating and the first time I've ever posted a picture of my food I hope something changes for the better because when they were good they were really good.

Yelp
NYC it's not! I grew up in Montreal. This is nowhere near as good. BUT, for Nashville, it's not bad. Service was very pleasant and warm. Food was ok, nothing bad. The restaurant is clean with a parking lot. I've been back about e wry 6 months. I miss Montreal smoked meat. I miss good chocolate babka. I miss really good Jewish Deli food. Sigh!

Yelp
Great NY deli. Monster club sandwiches, and great matzo ball soup. Also Reubens and Rachels, yummy fries...

Yelp
First time for everything! I came in for a corn beef sandwich and I got just what I ask for... along with fries..., I ordered and got my food in 10 min... the food was awesome and the staff is friendly! I will definitely be back.

Yelp
Love the food here! Usually good service. Casual vibe. Best tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich in town!

Yelp
As a displaced New Yorker for decades, I miss great deli. This place is not even close. The food choices are even more limited than the menu - according to the wait staff, it is all due to COVID, such as no knishes. Ordered pastrami and potato pancakes, the sandwich wasn't bad (had 3 different choices in the amount of meat) and the pancakes were just barely decent. Service was OK, but not particularly knowledgeable. Won't be going back.

Yelp
I was pretty surprised about how busy it was and now good the food was! It reminded me of comfort food from Waffle House but 2 or 3 steps above that. I got the Lox, Eggs, and Onion, which is literally why it sounds like, scrambled together. The saltiness of the lox tastes really good with the eggs. It also came with silver dollar potato cakes that were homemade and crispy. I'd probably come back, to be honest

Yelp
Alway good food and friendly service. I like the breakfast all day option for those of us who like to sleep in.

Yelp
We were in the area and needed a place to grab breakfast. Yelp had mixed reviews but we thought we would give it a try. There is a private parking lot which is a plus in this busy area of Nashville. It was a weekend, so the parking lot across the street was also available for the overflow. There was a wait for larger parties, but since it was just the two of us, we were seated right away. We had a very friendly server (and I'm sorry I did not get his name) who was on top of things. He was quick to take our orders, refill beverages and checked in regularly but not so much that it was annoying. I ordered my usual egg white omelet. The server asked if I wanted hash browns with my omelet. Yes! The BF got his usual corned beef hash with eggs. When the food came, I will say that I would not describe the potatoes as hash browns. They were little potato pancakes. Cute. A little on the cold side but my omelet was delicious and piping hot. The hash and eggs were good but a slightly small portion for the price. My side of bread was a whole bagel toasted with cream cheese and jelly. I would like to return to Noshville Delicatessen for lunch or dinner. The menu looks good--lots of homemade soups to try out and the sandwiches look amazing.

Yelp
As far as NY Deli's go, outside of NY, this one is great. Traditional favorites are plentiful. Everything is made fresh... meatloaf, chicken soup, egg salad... portions are large. Expect a wait on the weekends.

Yelp
My graduating class meets there once a month. Always great and fun. Hats off to all the waitstaff. All pictures are in the Medical Field. The University School has a lot of bright people as well as exceptional faculty.

Yelp
A coworker took me the other day wanting to give me a New York experience with matzo ball soup and other New York deli Staples. I was pleasantly surprised with the menu selection and even more so with the order. So much to choose from, but I stuck with half a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup. Well, let's just say that the soup was probably the best tomato soup I've ever had. The grilled cheese was standard, but the soup totally made up for it. My coworker got a typical deli dish she loved (sorry I can't remember what it was but it had mashed potatoes and some sort of gravy on a meat). From this experience I plan to visit again very soon...lots of variety and even if I just go back for the soup if be a happy camper. The waiter was super friendly and very helpful in making suggestions. So many more options he mentioned that I want to try!

Yelp
Really quaint, fun deli in the Hillsboro area. I loved my grilled bacon and cheese sandwich with dill tomato soup. My server helped me locate a nearby bookstore, which I found easily. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this Nashville gem!

Yelp
We came here for lunch after an afternoon of shopping. This place has lots of old school diner style tables available. Halfway through our meal we realized they had a full bar. While we didn't have any cocktails, we did see another table who was drinking bloody Mary's. I had the Ruben and my husband had the French dip. Both were fabulous! My Ruben had the Russian dressing on the side which I loved because sometimes it can get really messy with too much dressing on it. I loved being able to add a bit to each bite. My husband loved his French dip. He said it didn't even need the dip it was so good! The staff was great. The waitress even offered us drinks in to go cups as we were paying the bill. I wish I had tried a bagel to see how authentic they were. Next time! Will be back again!

Yelp
Absolutely love the delicious matzo ball soup. So good for my soul! The burger and fries are good too! Don't forget to eat a pickle!!!

Yelp
I've been going to Nashville Restaurant for years. Was so excited to be back in Nashville to visit again. However I was very disappointed. Small portions slam down on the table, a waitress who would not smile at all at me and my friend that was very friendly with the men customers. I ordered potato chips she told me they did not have any, when I got to the counter to check out there was a rack full of Lays potato chips? Don't understand. Said something to one of the barmaids who acted very disinterested. I own a restaurant and I know the customers should be taken care of in a much better way than we were. The Size of the half sandwiches were not up to par. I do not recommend this restaurant anymore however, I do recommend the corner pub right across the street in Greenhills great food excitement great bar.Silver Dollar Potato Cakes

Yelp
Fantastic breakfast here. Great pastrami , great pancakes, soup etc. loved it wish we had something like it in Atlanta. Try this place !

Yelp
My wife and I received excellent customer service from Deidre as we ate a delicious lunch today.

Yelp
This the first review I've ever written but felt compelled after trying the breakfast sandwich here. Claim to be a NYC Deli - I'm visiting from NYC. This is likely the worst breakfast sandwich I've ever had anywhere (including fast food). It was completely falling apart. The bacon is the thin microwave kind. Eggs were likely the liquid kind. There was one thin piece of cheddar that also looked like it was microwaved. Nice people in the front, but the food is a joke and calling it a NYC deli is even more of a joke. Perhaps they might benefit from setting expectations lower.

Yelp
I am so glad I found Noshville. I am originally from Los Angeles. I love barbecue but nothing turns a bad day into an okay day like a bowl of matza ball soup. The rueben is also very tasty. I am so happy that I have a relaxed diner that feels like home.

levi P.

Yelp
If you are looking for a New York style deli you won't find it here. I have never written a review before but I felt compelled after ordering a sandwich from here. As someone who moved from New Jersey to Nashville I have struggled to find any deli's that could match the taste of home and Noshville was next on my list. I ordered a Corned beef, turkey and ham on rye with thousand island dressing, mayo and coleslaw. When it was rang up the total came to $24 which is absolutely ridiculous. When my order came out I found 0 dressing on it and coleslaw on the side and Kraft mayo packets. For $24 I should not have to put on my own mayo. The bread was falling apart while the corned beef was rubbery and flavorless. I'd give the sandwich a $10 price tag at most considering how little of portions were used on the sandwich. If you claim to be a NY style deli at least carry over the practice and not just the name.
google avatar

Yelp
Is it mind-blowing? No. But is it a must go to destination simply for the fact that it is Nashville's only deli? YES. I'll say that again - we live in a city with ONE DELI. Never have I lived in a city where it was harder to find my childhood classics! So, Noshville may not be amazing, but it's all we have, and you can bet I'll be here every few weeks - whenever I'm craving matzo ball soup, cabbage soup, whitefish, sandwiches with piles of pastrami or brisket or roast beef, blintzes, knishs, latkes (although latkes are one thing I know I can find at least one other place in Nashville - Proper Bagel), rugelach (another thing I've seen at Proper Bagel), Matzo Brei, lox and eggs, etc. etc. So, yeah, I'll be back. (P.S. Last time I went I had the roast beef sandwich with a potato knish. Roast beef was good. The sandwich was plain, so I added mustard. The knish was all right, too. Best food? No. But have you ever seen a knish anywhere else in Nashville?)
google avatar

Marty B.

Yelp
Simple, fresh and tasty. I had plain bagel with cream cheese, tomato, onion and avocado and it was very good. Nice break from typical breakfast that I eat. Menu has many options. I will need to try lunch here sometime!
google avatar

Yelp
A super-solid, delicious NY style deli that serves a very good traditional breakfast. Our family has been to Noshville twice for breakfast on the weekend. [My wife goes regular, including for lunch, and adores it.] There's often a wait when we drive by, but it's well worth it. It's a well-managed machine that turns over tables effectively with fast and friendly service. Extra points for fresh ingredients, and fun and clean atmosphere. It's the same, standard menu you've see at many conventional diners/delis, except done to perfection within the model. Go...and make it a habit!
google avatar

Colin H.

Yelp
A small town diner feel in the heart of Nashville. I frequently visit Noshville in the mornings, so much that I've never thought about writing a review because it's almost like seeing family when you walk in. The 5 star review qualifications: - Friendly & fast service - Great food - Reasonable prices - Welcoming atmosphere I have tried to eat around the menu so today I had their breakfast sandwich (everything bagel, fried egg, bacon, and cheddar cheese). I would definitely recommend them. The hash (rounds?) that came with it were a little undercooked but the sandwich more than made up for it. Now, I know you're saying "well it's hard to mess up breakfast" but the food just comes out so fast I almost was surprised to see it was mine. I have been to diners in New York and this it definitely comparable to those just with some southern hospitality. Would I drive to here if I was a tourist? Probably not, it mainly serves regulars and business people. Plus it's in Green Hills which can be difficult to get to at times. However, this is an excellent breakfast spot if you're wanting to come by yourself or with friends and family. Overall, I will obviously be coming back here and will hopefully update when I've had their whole menu. **PS: They take Belmont University Bruin Bucks so it practically feels like eating for free.

Yelp
Matza ball soup was authentic. Potato pancakes delicious. Grilled ham & cheese was fair. Reuben was very good, reminded me of my NY Delis. Service was friendly and fast. Clam chowder was very good too, asked for a taste and server obliged.

Yelp
We chose this location over the airport location because it was rated a little better. We were seated immediately though it was a busy Sunday morning - a good sign. Parker, our server, came over immediately and intuited our need for coffee. Our order was taken and the food came out within a reasonable amount of time. It was delicious, except for the griddle cake. But having never had one, I wasn't used to the flavour. Parker kept our coffee topped off, everything was clean and tidy regardless of the rush, and even the bathroom was in acceptable shape. All in all, it was a good experience and, if in the neighbourhood again, would return.

Yelp
Nashville's dining scene sure has changed since I first came here in 1975. So many more choices and varieties of cuisine, however one thing I wish Nashville had was a genuine Jewish delicatessen. Having spent some of my childhood years in Shaker Heights, OH and some of my adult years working in Skokie, IL I know the real deal when I see it. Noshville is not a genuine Kosher deli but it's a fun place with a nice ambiance and some items (such as matzah ball soup) that made me reminisce about some of my younger years and the fun we had going to delis in the Shaker Heights area. I normally order items off the menu "as is" when a Yelp review is going to be written. Tonight I had their Rachael sandwich, which consisted of pastrami, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese and rye bread (was? Mixing dairy with meat? Oy veh!) The sandwich was toasted correctly - I got the distinct impression that the pastrami was Hebrew National as opposed to homemade. The delis that I went to would cook their own corned beef and pastrami and the smell would hit you in the face as soon as you walked in the door. The french fries were unseasoned, a bit limp and somewhat cool when served. They did not taste "made to order." That having been said, I would order the sandwich again and perhaps substitute a different side item. The ambiance was cute and well-maintained - service was excellent. However, I miss the genuine deli feel - no sign out front saying "Kosher deli - supervised by Rabbi Chaim Lebowitz," no deli display counter with cow's tongue, Kosher meats and other specialties that can be sliced to order and taken home. It's obvious that Noshville is a very popular restaurant and I'm not saying that I wouldn't go back. It's just not the genuine article.

Yelp
This is a perfect example of a good Jewish delicatessen type restaurant. The matzo ball soup was quite good and feeling and of course the pickles were wonderful. I had the ppplt which is pastrami on potato pancakes, lettuce and tomato, and I loved it. The service was good and Friendly and the prices were very reasonable.

William K.

Yelp
This place is always packed and for the life of me I can't understand why. On past visits to Nashville I haven't been able to fit it in, but finally today I made it and to say I was underwhelmed would be drastically understating things. I had one of my favorite menu items, a hot open-faced turkey sandwich and was served about four slices of completely flavorless turkey covered with flavorless gravy. The only thing on the plate with flavor was the sourdough bread underneath. I can honestly say I would have had a better culinary experience at Denny's or Perkins. It's supposed to be a NY-style deli, but I've had the same dish at delis like the Carnegie and Canter's in Los Angeles and it was always wonderful. Here they must just be gliding along on reputation alone.

Yelp
I was visiting over the Easter weekend, and this restaurant did not disappoint. By far the best pancakes I've ever had, and the service was really good and quick as well. Am definitely looking forward to visiting Nashville again, and will be sure to stop by Noshville Delicatessen in the near future!

Yelp
Haven't had deli food this delicious since my old neighborhood in Astoria Queens. It's like the King's Deli and Wolfie's. Visiting a second time to nosh again.

Yelp
We started with the Matzah Ball soup before our sandwiches came out. I hadn't had Matzah Ball in a long while, so this was refreshingly good. The two of us shared it, but it's really something you better get for yourself as an entrée. I got whatever version of the French Dip this restaurant had. I came visiting Nashville for the day, so I'm not sure what kind of dish French Dip is supposed to be naturally (I'm assuming its some kind of southern dish), but I got a turkey sandwich with onions, cheese, and some fries on the side with what seems to be a small bowl of soy sauce. The sandwich was almost perfect! Nice, crispy but easy to bite bread, great turkey, cheese was perfectly utilized, and although I'm not a raw/fried/caramelized onion fan, they didnt really stick out much at all on this sandwich. The fries were good. Nothing remarkable. The dip was... well, it might as well not been there. I figured this dip would be some kind of soy sauce taste but... no. It didn't add any flavor. Heck, it barely added a texture from just being a liquid. It didn't make the sandwich better or worse. Luckily, the sandwich was very good, so I had no problem eating it. My friend got a Reuben, he said he wasn't a fan of it. Bread was too hard to bite and the corned beef wasn't very good. I don't care for reubens myself, but I still factored this in. Our waiter was very nice. Allen was very friendly and was quick to deliver our things. I swear, the dude took not 10 seconds to deliver our drinks, for example. Good job! Overall, I'd rate 70%. Its good, but it can easily improve by breaking some rules. It's great if you live in the area and just want something to chew on, but there are other, more memorable, better places for a tourist to visit.

Phillip H.

Yelp
I was just turned around from entering your restaurant by the russets most immature staff member I've ever encountered. It was 2:30 and your staff was clearly not interested in seeing my party of 8 due to your closing at 3:00. She used the excuse of not having a mask which wasn't a problem just a week ago when we had visitors. We enjoyed your restaurant and wanted to return but now will never be back!!! Please know that your staff needs to learn how to handle customers in these trying times!!!

Yelp
This is my first visit to a Noshville since the closure of the original (That was a sad day!). This Noshville has a little less character, is a little bit less refined as a physical venue, but it is still a good place to go to strap on the old nosebag. The interior is a little tired, but it is still, unmistakably, a New York style Jewish Deli. The staff members are friendly and helpful, the seating is comfortable, there is an abundance of parking on the property, and the food is exactly what one would expect from this style of eatery. We went for breakfast. Good coffee, a Breakfast bowl, potato pancakes, corn beef hash...it was all comfort type tucker, was well prepared, plentiful and inexpensive. It isn't as good as the original Noshville, but it runs a very close second and gets my vote as a great place for breakfast and lunch within striking distance of Green Hills Mall.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to stop for a quick sit down breakfast. Opens early (6:30) so you can hit this place before work to have a sit down meal in green hills. Menu is strait forward and they get you seated and take your order fast. Morning crowd is usually lots of meetings and business folks. Food comes out quick and prices are good. I like that you pay at the table with the tablets and it's all done right there in front of you. My go to meal is the two French toast with poached eggs and sausage. It's a lot of food but I'm usually hungry when I go there so I'm prepared. The staff are nice and like I said, I have never waited to be seated. I haven't went with a large crowd but 2-4 shouldn't be a problem at all. Parking can be kind of dicey sometimes just because of the way the lot is organized but it isn't too bad. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I've been dying to get in here for a few years but my Charming Companion is not a fan for deviating too far off the schedule when heading back from a road trip. One hour for Trader Joe's and that's it but when he saw the deli opened close to TJ's he surprised me with a stop and it was worth it. The next planned road trip is May and I'm already looking forward to that egg salad on toasted sourdough

Yelp
The Good: I LOVE this place! If your a visitor to Nashville; forget the tourist traps; this is were the locals go! It's so good that I drove half hour one way to go for breakfast today! two eggs over easy (perfect); pork sausage links (perfect); silver dollar potato pancakes (amazing); coffee (perfect); cost (under $12)!!! The service (exceptional). The Bad: nothing! Tip: Authentic New York deli! They have bar stool counter service for your meal.

Sandwich did not have the amount of meat/cheese on it for the price they charge. Not a "NY" deli by any means. I grew up in NY and was very disappointed on my visit here

Yelp
I miss the original location! This place could use more parking. We got lucky and found a spot by the front door. Our friends didn't get so lucky. It took them a few minutes to find a spot that didn't have a you will get towed sign. You know the ones that say this parking is for company a, others will be towed. There was a 15 to 20 minute wait. One of our friends moved here from New York and I couldn't wait for him to try it. We had a party of six and we were seated in the large corner booth in the back of the restaurant. There was a covered patio area behind us. It was a cold day and even though it was covered I was thankful we didn't get seated there. Our waiter had on a superman shirt under his white button up shirt so that was very interesting. He was very friendly and did a good job of taking care of our table. I couldn't find a breakfast combo with exactly what I wanted so I made my own. He said it was no problem. I ordered the two chocolate chip griddle cakes with turkey sausage, and silver dollar potato cakes. Turkey sausage patties were ok. Potato cakes were interesting and good. The griddle cakes were huge, took up the entire plate. They were the highlight of my breakfast.

Yelp
I had to travel from ORLANDO TO NASHVILLE to find a place where I could get a half pastrami, half tongue sandwich! It was so tender and flavorful, I was sorry that I didn't get a whole sandwich! Now the problem with that is that the soup I ordered had a HUGE matzoh ball that was so filling, I wouldn't have been able to eat another half a sandwich. Added on a side of chopped liver and I was done! Can't wait to try this place again!

Yelp
A nice alternative to Waffle House or Denny's for a hangover recovery, Noshville usually gets me through the Sunday mornings of a long weekend visiting Nashville. Is it authentic NY deli food? Not quite, but considering you're in the middle of Tennessee, it's not a bad attempt. One of the drawbacks to Noshville is the fact that it seems to have a huge local following. I've never been when I didn't have to wait a while for a table or my food. The wait has never been atrociously long, but the waiting area is just as crowded as the rest of the restaurant so it's not the most comfortable spot. And there's nowhere to wait outside, especially if the weather is bad. As for the food, I stick with the breakfast items...usually because I want lots of bread and grease to counteract the beer from the night before. The silver dollar potato pancakes are a refreshing switch from my Waffle House hash browns, and the blintzes have been good as well. Again, it doesn't compare to the diners and delis you'll get up north, but Noshville will keep you going if you're getting tired of cowboy hats and spurs at breakfast.

Yelp
Had a great breakfast at Noshville. It was the thing I didn't know I was missing about being home in the northeast. It is a true flashback to the diner type settings that are on every corner at home. I felt instantly at home when I walked in. The corned beef hash was awesome! Might be the only place that has marble rye in the city! Our waiter was sassy and awesome. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
So years ago this was the secondary location for Noshville and it had really weird hours that never seemed to correspond with when we were nearby. With the closure of the "Original" Noshville, this location has stepped up its game and changed its hours significantly. Now, unless it's Monday or Tuesday they are likely to be open. The parking is still terrible, but since it's the "only game in town" now when it comes to "Noshing" then I highly recommend it.

Yelp
I so wanted to like this place as I love me some NY style delicatessen. However, this joint was highly disappointing and mediocre at best. While in Nashville we ventured to Noshville during the purgatory time that lies between breakfast and lunch time. They don't serve lunch until 11am and we were there at 10:05 so had to settle on breakfast. My friend ordered the lox platter and he said that it was fair. I ordered two eggs and bacon with a side potato pancake and fruit. The fruit came in a dirty bowl that was kind of gross so I had to send it back. The eggs were a bit overcooked. However the everything bagel that came with the meal was pretty good. The service was great and the waitress was great. All in all, does not live up to being what it is trying to be and is mediocre at best.
