We were warmly received and seated at our table. Our waitress Grace was excellent but support staff were good but not as sharp. Decor is fun but found the volume a bit loud but as it is a younger crowd, it was expected. The star was the hamburger. It was delicious and you could taste how fresh the ground beef was. Juicy and tasty. Fries were home made style but were ok. Small pieces and not crispy and a bit soggy so definitely lose a star for that. Besides that highly recommended. First time experience and would definitely come back

Great food, great service. I ordered a Goliath burger which is good-sized with 9 0z patty, taste really great, and an Affogato which is among the best I've had. Tha lady who served our table is super nice, too.

Rustic playful atmosphere. Good fast food! Great burgers. You can create your own or choose from their menu various types. Their jerked tots are tasty. The service is good too.

We ordered pick up and unfortunately my burger was very undercooked (more like raw)…the flavours are good but i really couldn’t enjoy it. Pretzel is delicious though.

Ordered 2 burgers through Uber Eats, and like other reviews, one of the burger is very undercooked. The restaurant offered no satisfactory resolution orher than me driving over there to get a new one, and Uber Eats has to do an investigation so I can get a refund. Do they really think I have time for this.

I just got back from an absolutely magical evening at their Pointe Claire location. I used to go to the original NDG location several times a month. Now that I've moved to the West Island I'm so happy that there's a location here too. We received such courteous and prompt service from the amazing Carly, and the food was absolutely stellar! If you're reading this review and haven't been...... do yourself a favor and try this restaurant. It's outstanding! ♥️🙏

I received a burger order from this restaurant on Uber Eats last night. Halfway or so through, I noticed the texture was off. I then looked into it and realized my burger was rare-verging on raw. Absolutely Unnaceptable! Red meat is supposed to be cooked all the way through in Quebec. I don't care that it's delivery, a standard is a standard. You should never be sending out uncooked food to your customers, bar-none. I'm very upset about this and believe customers should check their meat twice when dining here. If management has anything to own up to, I'd happily listen. Edit: 1 month later, still no comment from management and that should tell you everything you need to know.

Went for breakfast with friends. Service, decor, ambiance were very good, and the booths are comfy and spacious. Food was quite good overall ( had The last brunch sandwich and a classic breakfast), but a few tweaks would make it better: toast is served unbuttered, so by the time it gets to the table and you try to butter it yourself with the rock hard butter they serve, it's kind of too late. Also, the sunny-side up eggs were beautifully cooked but closer to cold than hot when they got to the table. Finally, the coffee, which is $3.75 is weak and tasteless, and because coffee is not included with it the meal, it makes for a pretty pricey breakfast of close to $30 a person after tax and tip! So nice place and pretty good meal but not good bang for your buck.

The staff is really customer oriented . The waiter was friendly and tried his best . The place is nice but it is loud. The burger was juicy and tasted great. The fish was also great. Amazing onion rings . The French fries were not hot nor crispy. They did bring hot and crispy fries afterwords. The only negative thing was they charge for sauces . The food and service was good. We will be back.

If you want a fabulous burger this is the place to go. They do also have many other choices from light appetizers to full meals but burgers are their specialty. Service was quick and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Atmosphere delightful.

Love the people, the food, and the menu. Burger of the month Korean Fried Chicken was amazing as well as the Caesar wrap. Regular fries and sweet potato are also both top notch!

The service was good. The food was awful. Salty and plain bad. Don't waste your time here. The French fries tasted like they were double fried. Poutine was salty and greasy. The burger was okay. I would not go back.

Went for lunch and the food was amazing! I got a lettuce wrapped orozco burger and poutine instead of fries, The burger was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The melted poutine on the burger was amazing! And the chimichurri on top was delicious! The poutine was very good as well. It was just a great meal overall!

The service by the waitresses is wonderful. They are pretty cute too, hihi! The food is also very tasty, and there is a good selection of brunch dishes. The biggest complaint is against management, for choosing very unwisely, to open VERY LATE, at 10:00am! Brunch places should be open latest by 9:00am! Most are open by 8:00! ...And their restaurant on Sherbrooke West on NDG also opens at 10am, which is highly inconsiderate of customers. Management should WAKEUP and smell the coffee, pun intended!

I've come here twice for supper and I've had a great experience both times. Honestly, I was surprised because I hadn't heard good things from friends and family. But in my opinion, this place is great. Both times I've come I've made my own burger. I don't want to brag but I think my creation is unbeatable. I got freshly ground beef, lettuce, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, bacon, mac n' cheese, avocado, ketchup and mayo. I almost put an egg on it but my burger was already so huge so I held off. Maybe next time :) I also got a side of tatter tots (the basket) to split with my boyfriend. The portion size is huge. We didn't even make a dent in it (probably because our burgers were gigantic). I recommend just substituting fries for tatter tots rather than getting the basket because it was way more than we needed. Maybe it would have been different if we had gone at a busier time, but the service we got was good and fast. No complaints!

Came here during my trip to Montreal, and it made sense to stop here since I was staying nearby. Had an outstanding tasty meal, and was served by an absolute awesome lady named Ivana. Who was kind and patient enough to give me a run down of the restaurants history, as well as some local info on West Island etc. I loved this restaurants environment and vibe and would absolutely return on future trips to MTL.

Been here plenty of times and always satisfied. I had the Mother of All Burgers, and the husband got the Burger of the month. Both were delicious and meat sooo tender. Mother of All Burgers: Avocado, sweet potato fries, bacon,cheese, Man! Nice fresh tasting burger. I swapped my fries for Onion Rings. They are perfectly friend and golden! Mium! Burger of the month: Nugget garish at the top, 2 beef patties, grilled onions, cheese, pickles and special sauce. Tasted like an elevated Big Mac. The only negative was the jerk fries my husband ordered, there were like 12 fries and they didn't taste as crispy and fresh as everything else we had. As for my son, he had the mac and cheese and I would order that myself. Noodles were not over cooked and sooo creamy. All in all a great experience once again!

the service was very good the barmaid was excellent she surely knows how to make drinks. The gentlemen who greeted us was super sweet and welcoming. Food was amazing. Unfortunately from where we were sitting we could see the kitchen and the cook (bald greyish beard) spat in the garbage and made a very loud disgusting sound. We saw everything from our view. Completely lost my appetite, so unprofessional.

Awful experience! Wait close to 2 hours with 2 Little kids to get our food, waited over 45 minutes to get our drink. The fish and chips was leaking oil, Salmon was burnt, they added so much black pepper on kids food, the burger was good. Service was awful, food was awful with exception of the burger and at the end the manager was unapologetic and acted as if they did nothing wrong...

Tasty burgers with tasty spicy sauce on the side! Drinks are fun and well made too. Kids menu was good but a bit pricier than other restos.

Hello Yelp , I have been working in Pointe Claire for a couple of years now. So, I have been to NBG 3 times. I am rating 4 stars because the food is very good, the service is very good and the ambience is very good. The burgers are creative and well put together so no matter what you order you will be happy. The service is quick and responsive even during hectic business lunches. Although, it's hard to fit in the hour block. If you take an "executive" lunch tho it will be be fine. Ambience is that of a modern bar so you will be happy. Happy eating, Brandon

I was looking forward to eating at NBDG for a long time and ended up with just a satisfactory feeling. I ordered the in-house veggie patty, which I must say was nice to see on the menu instead of some premade frozen equivalent. The taste however was so-so. The fries were good and we tried all three varieties (regular, sweet potato, tater tots) however they were nothing special. In fact one of the takeout bags of fries had a very predominant cinnamon taste to it, so consistency might be a problem. My kids tried the 3 ounce burgers which I snuck a bite of, and would try again next time. So to summarize it was an average meal and eventually I would try it again

I found a hair in my burger and the whole order, specially the burger was really not fresh & wet! Disgusting not fresh foods!

Great atmosphere, lively and super friendly staff. I have been to both the location in Pointe Claire and in Ville St Laurent with similar experiences. Although they do have a varied menu that should accommodate most the focus is on the burger. Lots of options there too... beef, chicken, fish, veggie and even the Beyond Burger. You can choose from one of their creations or build your own from the ground up. They also have a gluten free (GF) bun and even a special GF fryer for the french fries (on request) - now that's pretty cool and progressive! I have had both the beef and veggie burgers and have tried both the sweet potatoes and regular fries. Super tasty and perfect portions. They also have a full bar with plenty of solid beer options on tap.

The best f*^king burger I've ever had. Fresh ground beef, crispy bacon, perfectly melted cheese & beautiful, soft bun. Go get one.

New on the West Island. I had to try this place. I ordered a medium rare burger. Their meat is prepared the same day so that it is fresh and delicious. Their soft drinks are made from scratch and to be honest you do notice a difference in the taste. Want to have a meat coma? Then come to this place, you won't regret it!

Really enjoyed my lunch here. Came with my wife and son for my birthday lunch. My son ordered a veggie burger. It was his first time trying a veggie burger but he was really curious. Btw he's only 9. He was really impressed and definitely loved it. Said it tasted really good. He asked if we could come back for his birthday. Fun, relaxing, good food and drinks. What's not to like? Can't wait to go back with a few of my coworkers.

Honestly if theres a place you should go its notre boeuf de grace! Do yourself a favor and go here with the familly or friends! Birthday ceebration or just a night out you will Not regret this place!!!!

This restaurant never disappoints. I've probably eaten here 50 times and have never left unsatisfied. The food (both dinner and brunch) is always fresh and delicious, and they frequently add things to their menu which always makes for a great variety. The staff are also always helpful and the owners are extremely personable and kind. Also love that the menu has something for everyone (junk food, meat, vegetarian, healthy, gluten-free, etc.)

Amazing restaurant with the best burgers in the city. Super friendly and professional staff! I frequent the Sherbrooke street location so I was so pleased to experience the same fabulous services! The Holy Swiss burger is sensational but everything on the menu was delicious! Even the vegetarian with me found something to eat and loved it! My family and I had dinner there for the first time last Friday. Hubby had the La Vid Loca with jerk fries, I had the Biblical Brie with sweet potato fries, and the kids has the regular burger (kid's menu) with a side basket of tater tots. The burgers were delicious, fresh and juicy. I wish there was more Brie in mine though instead of a teaspoon-sized piece but I was still satisfied (bacon was crisp!). My hubby thought his sandwich was heavy because of the plantains (but he finished the whole thing). If you order the tater tots for the kids, make sure to ask them not to put any seasoning (tad spicy for them). It wasn't indicated on the menu but when we mentioned it to our server, he replaced them with plain ones. We would've tried their desserts but we were too full. Service was great and bonus points for the music (80s). Their brunch menu looks interesting; we will definitely come back to try it out. Oh, we also found out when we got the bill that beer was half off because of happy hour!

We ordered in, using UberEats for delivery. We were a group of 4 and used the My Creation menu to create 6 oz beef or grilled chicken burgers with the toppings we wanted. We also all ordered a side of fries or poutine. Everyone loved their meal. Very generous servings, very fresh and delicious. Worth every penny!

Use to go there with my mother, other family members and friends. We all loved our stakes "medium-rare". When my mom passed away at early age of Alzheimer's I had to figure out why? Her doctor had no clue. At least what he told me. At the time had long term skin problems. My best option was to do my own research, to find out that animal products are main reason for pollution, deforestation, hunger, wildlife extinction, global warming, land degradation, Oceans dead zones, premature, deadly diseases (Alzheimer's, diabetes, cancers, osteoporosis, obesity). Now I know better and want everyone else to know too, before it is too late. The fact are clear: we don't need to use, exploit, kill and eat other species to live well, be healthy, warm, modern, comfortable, wealthy proud and happy. There are over 70.000 varieties of grains, seeds, fruits, vegetables, nuts, roots and legumes for us to eat. Right now worldwide 70 Billion land and 2.7 trillion marine animals are slaughtered each year for food we don't need, aren't ours to eat. 80% of the farmed lands are used to feed these animals instead of feeding people. Offering plant - based options is the most ethical, humane, effective thing to do, If we want to live in a better, sustainable, healthy world for all. Thank you.

We made a reservation here over a month ago because we've worked as servers in the past and understand that a group takes some preparation . We organized a Birthday with 20 people. Do not eat here if you're going as a group. It took over an hour to even get offered a drink. Half the table received 3 drinks while the other half remained unserved. We paid for bottomless and the majority of the time our drinks were empty. When they were served they were warm and mostly juice.Food was good, bus boys were great at refilling water. Service was terrible, rude. Management was unapologetic. Two people in our party had to leave early because they did not get served before they had other engagements. Regret spending a cent here.

I went her for a friend's bday and was kind of scared because they don't take reservations. Luckily there wasn't a lot of people during lunch time, but it may be a different story of it was for dinner. I do like the look of this place, specially how every restaurant caters to the location they're at. I enjoyed the food and there is also a secret menu...

First time here and it's not bad but it's not that great either. The BG (bloody good) burger is underwhelming and overpriced at $9 (no side included). The jerk fries with basil mayonnaise were delicious but they're version of In-n-outs famous animal fries was culinary sacrilege. Their secret sauce was powdery and they applied way too much of it. Their chicken was the strong point of the meal, it was moist chicken breast with a superb crunchy coating cooked to perfection enjoyed by all who ordered it. Wait staff were pleasant but seemed inexperienced. If your looking for a good burger place Notre-Boeuf fails to put itself above the rest of the competition.
