It’s not making our best pizza list, but it's a solid take on a Neapolitan pie and a great order as a starter to your pasta meal. Carciofi alla Giudia Order this. The fried artichokes have crispy edges, tender middles, and come with a creamy garlic aioli, which you should generously spread overtop. The potato pasta is as soft as a marshmallow and coated in a thick cheesy tomato sauce. Tagliatelle ai Funghi The soft-chewy noodles soak up the creamy mushroom sauce. It’s made in house (originally helmed by Meridith Ford, owner of Cremalosa) and is incredibly rich and creamy.
