Tried this place tonight. Was fantastic! We shared a salad that was absolutely delicious and next time will definitely get our own. Also had edamame that was maybe a tad too salty but still good. I had vegi ramen with soft tofu. It was absolutely delicious. My daughter had the poke bowl and sad it was great! Can not wait to go back. Also, super reasonably priced. What a gem of a spot!

Google
Fantastic service, delicious ramen with a Korean twist. I was so excited to see hot sake on the menu. Would absolutely recommend and would go again!

Google
Easy accessible location, and open late. I was sat right when I got there. Ordered the edamame and chicken Ramen. Tasty ingredients and great food all around. I liked a lot of their menu items. I want to come back again sometime soon to try other selections. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely will recommend other people in the future.

Agadashi and ramen were great, fried calamari good, food arrived quickly. Reasonable prices for the size of the portions and the quality

We visited Nuna Ramen on a busy Saturday and were seated right away. The lone host was kind and courteous, efficiently managing seating, orders, serving food, and cleaning tables for the entire restaurant. Despite her being the only one managing the floor, she handled everything with grace. We ordered karaage chicken, sea salt edamame, charbroiled chicken, chicken ramen, and shoyu ramen. The food arrived reasonably quickly. The edamame and karaage chicken were delicious, with perfectly salted edamame and tender, juicy chicken. The chicken ramen was good, with the egg and garlic oil (an add-on for an extra charge) adding a nice touch to the flavor. Both ramen dishes were enjoyable, though a few more add-ons could have enhanced the depth of flavor. The prices were reasonable, making it a good value for the quality of food. However, parking in the area was a nightmare. The place is busy with lots of tourists and locals, making free street parking almost impossible on weekends. With some luck, you might find a spot in a paid parking lot. **Pros:** - Quick seating and courteous service despite being understaffed - Delicious edamame and karaage chicken - Reasonable prices **Cons:** - Parking is very difficult in the area, especially on weekends - Ramen could benefit from additional add-ons for enhanced flavor depth Overall, Nuna Ramen offers good food and service, but be prepared for parking challenges if you visit on a busy day.

Amazing ramen! We are big fans of veggie ramen and have tried a bunch of spots. Nuna’s veggie broth has the perfect spicy kick and definitely ranks in our top favorites! Perfect and comforting for Seattle winters. Their veggie gyozas are also really good! Nice spacious seating and great service! Would 100% recommend.

Google
Pretty quiet if you'd like to dine in, but online ordering to-go is easy enough for a quick stop. Unfortunately, the presentation and freshness can take a hit on ordering ahead to go. Would try it again.

Google
This place is worth driving back to Fremont for. The ramen is excellent. Delicious broth. I ordered the chicken thighs for my son. He is a picky eater. He devoured them quickly. Service was excellent. Friendly and fast.

Yelp
We went on a rainy Saturday and there was only one server which was slow but we were with friends so didn't mind. And the server was great, just busy. The ramen here is my favorite! I get the spicy vegetable tofu ramen and it's delicious! Everyone in our party was very please with what they ordered and we've just never had a bad meal. I'm so Lucky this is in my neighborhood:)

Yelp
The food was good but the service and attention by the server was ridiculously slow! There is no parking lot and drove around for 45 min before finding a pay lot. The price to park was $15. No option to pay by the hour. The inside of the restaurant was nice. And my son raved about the food but paying for overpriced ($174 for 4 people)food in a crowded restaurant with expensive parking and having to wait so long for even a drink, is not my sort of place!

Yelp
Went by myself on a Monday evening and got seated without any wait! Sat at the counter seating by the window and people watched. Service was prompt and friendly, and food came out hot and at a reasonable time (10ish min). I ordered shoyu ramen which had a healthy amount of noodles (leaning more on the firm side) and the karaage plate which I had leftovers of. All in all - very pleased and would recommend! $33 for my ramen and chicken, but I left full and happy with leftovers! Bathrooms were clean! Parking is street parking, but you can park on 35th for free street parking!

Yelp
Cozy, spacious seating, timely service, and delicious food! Edamame perfectly salted, silky tofu lightly encrusted with subtle crushed panko(?), and the broth? Robust and rich!

Yelp
Had a reservation for 7pm. Service was odd. We came in and weren't addressed for 20 minutes. They didn't even come by to ask us for drink orders which restaurants typically do before placing a food order. We got their attention and asked if we could place an order and they said they had to go in a circle and we'd be next after a few tables. Those said tables came in after us but their orders were taken first (3 tables). Food: karage tasted like McDonald's chicken nuggets. Spicy miso ramen had absolutely no flavor. It's missing that classic spicy umami salty flavor. Edamame was...edamame you can't really mess that up.

Yelp
The food itself was alright, just normal ramen but nothing special. We got the chicken ramen and the pork bao. The pork bao was not amazing and we did not eat it all. The ramen was decent but nothing extraordinary. The service was alright but we could not do any substitutions (couldn't substitute corn for radish without a $2.50 surcharge?) The chopsticks are reusable and I could tell they were slightly dirty. Overall, didn't enjoy it very much and would not go back as there are better ramen places.

Yelp
Short version: Food was ok nothing too special about what we tried. Service was extremely slow and seems like staffs are new and don't know much how to manage the place. Detailed version: I came to Nuna Ramen on a Friday evening. They were a little busy but not full. At the door there is a sign to wait to be seated. So we waited. 10min goes by, nobody came to check on us. It seems like only 2 ladys are working and they just never noticed us. One of them finally noticed us and then came and asked us to write our name down at the door while obviously there are open seat just right in front of us. She said it's going to be about 5 min await so have a seat. At this point, I wanted to leave but I was hungry and I really wanted to give it a try. The moment we sat our table was ready (so it wasn't 5min and we didn't even need to wait and seat, just a quick squat). On our table, we had 2 of everything: condiments, hand sanitizer, and even their cleaning spray (the bleu bottle in the picture).

Yelp
Big fan of this place! I love that the price is reasonable for the amount of food you get. The worst is when you order vegetarian ramen and it has no vegetables, but that is not a concern here. All the vegetarian dishes have a lot of vegetables!

Yelp
Tastes pretty mid especially part of noodles, but quantity is good overall. And they always have bogo offer for customers on app. Never been dine in but they have a good ambiance one time I went to pick up my order thought.
google avatar

Diana C.

Yelp
I wouldn't say "many vegetarian" options but they do have a veggie and vegan ramen. They also have veggie karaage. The veggie ramen felt a bit more Korean style and there were quite a few unusual veggies in it. I also did feel there probably wasn't enough tofu in it for a full serving. That said it was good and the service and ambiance were both excellent. It's a great little stop for lunch with a friend!

Yelp
Great little spot for ramen in Fremont. Casual, but tastefully decorated. The spicy tonkatsu miso ramen was full of flavor with some perfectly soft boiled eggs. They have rice noodles, for a GF noodle option. Prices are very reasonable and the service was solid.
google avatar

Irene L.

Yelp
Street parking which can be tricky during busy hours. The restaurant has a good amount of seating and can easily accommodate parties of 5-6, larger might be a bit more work. QR menus on the table. Spicy Miso Tonkotsu Ramen 4/5 The broth was flavorful, not too salty until near the end of the bowl but helped when eaten with noodles. Noodles were cooked to a nice chewy texture that wasn't too mushy. Toppings included, couple slices of soft pork chashu, corn, menma (bamboo shoots), kikurage (sliced wood ear mushroom), shredded radish, and half a soft-boiled egg, would have liked to see a more jammy egg. The shredded radish didn't add much to the dish but the sweet corn when drinking the soup helped balance the saltiness as well. Overall enjoyed my ramen, would come back to try other ramen

Yelp
Ordered the signature dish "Nuna Ramen" on DoorDash. It's unlike any other ramen I've had before. The kimchi in it gives it a distinct flavor. The fatty richness of the broth against the tangy fermented flavor of kimchi is quite delicious.
google avatar

Jess Y.

Yelp
Nuna has become my favorite ramen place in seattle. I used to go Danbo or Santouka. Nuna hits the spot for a creamy spicy miso broth. I like that their noodles are cooked to an al dente.
google avatar

Tammy H.

Yelp
I got the tonkatsu shoyu ramen. It was okay, definitely your standard bowl of ramen that can fulfill that craving. Not the best quality for the price, but I'm curious to come back and try their other dishes. We also got the pork bun, which was yummy but priced pretty high for the small portion. Lots of seating and ambiance is casual/a good place for a date or meeting with friends!
google avatar

Yelp
First time here, we were going to hit up another ramen joint but it was closed, so I found this one and it was just as good as the other one we tried. The gentleman was nice and got out our food in a timely manner.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Highly recommend. Loved the style and the service was great. Good date location

Yelp
Probably the best ramen I've ever had!! One of the only times I took a suggestion from a news article and it actually paid off. Lots of noodles and lots of flavors. As I was eating the ramen, I was thinking if I could have ramen two nights in a row. I highly recommend going here.

Yelp
Love coming to Seattle and eating real authentic Ramen noodles. This place is hands down delicious friendly staff, service was great. Atmosphere was extremely chill mode, with slight music playing in the background.

Yelp
Great Ramen and appetizers they were very busy but once we ordered came out very fast and tasty!

Yelp
3.5 stars seems accurate considering overall experience, but I'm bumping it up to 4 since I did enjoy the food. A meal was definitely needed after hitting a couple bars in Fremont and this place hit the spot! Thankfully there were some open tables on a Saturday evening. I was excited to see that there were a few plant-based options to choose from. I wasn't in the mood for ramen, so I went with the Tofu With Assorted Veggies plate ($16.50). The generous portion includes your choice of fried or fresh tofu stir fried with assorted veggies and a hint of chill sauce, served with steamed rice. I was quite hungry and still couldn't finish my plate. There could have been a little less bok choy (I'm a broccoli gal), but that's my only food-related critique. The ambiance is not really a vibe (bright, stark) but if you're hungry and don't care, stop on by.

Yelp
Wanted to show this place some more love, because the more new places I try, the more I appreciate consistency with growth like Nuna has demonstrated. I ordered my favorite Spicy Miso Ramen and pork gyoza. The ramen has a rich pork broth base, and comes with egg, kikurage (mushroom), menma (bamboo shoots), beansprouts, spinach, scallions, chili paste, straight noodles. I take out the scallion, add corn, swap the noodle to a wavy one, and opt for chicken instead of pork belly (I know, don't come for me). We also tried the Beef Bulgogi dish, which came with steamed rice and salad. This one was just alright. I'll stick with ramen and dumplings for future visits, but glad I tried something new!

Yelp
Meh not good. Weak I'm just trying to put in enough words for a review and there ..............we go . Let's have some actual ramen please

Daniel H.

Yelp
Worst experience ever had with dinning delivery!!!!!!!! Only got half the order. It was late, cold and tasted like sh.,"!!!!!!!! Tried to call and got recording from Verizon saying call can not be completed as failed. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE....I WILL CHECK WITH THIS PLACE TOMORROW
google avatar

Yelp
Gluten free noodles in ultra delicious pork broth. All for $14! This place is a gem. The ingredients are quality. You can add extra sides (I added bok choy, not pictured), the egg was cooked to perfection, the pork tender and tasty, with plenty of rice noodles that were not soggy at all. Be aware, we asked for a side of chili oil and they put it in the broth, rendering it a bit too spicy for my partner. Will make sure it's on the side next time. So glad we stumbled on this place. Will be back very soon.

Yelp
First time in Nuna Ramen this past weekend and YOU have to go! It's in a popular little spot in Fremont with amazing food. I found the place after finding out the original restaurant I was headed to for lunch was closed that day. The spicy tonkotsu ramen is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service was amazing, and I'll definitely be back again.
google avatar

Carina S.

Yelp
Returned to this location. Highly recommend starting with the Putin (it was super yummy and is similar to gravy fries) This time around we tried the Garlic Ramen & Nuna Ramen, however we still prefer the Tonkatsu Ramen. It's spicy and more flavorful.
google avatar

Alicia M.

Yelp
Ramen here is just ok. But they're the only ramen place in Fremont, and I was really craving it one night. Got the spicy tonkotsu and added an egg. $20+ for mediocre ramen. Pork chasu was dry, and the egg over cooked. My husband got the pork katsu, which was pretty good. Arashi Ramen in Ballard is much better.

Corbin N.

Yelp
Food was good. Vibes were off. A little hot. Service was 6.5/10 probably would go again with friend, but not on my own.
google avatar

Maria P.

Yelp
On June 21,2023 I ordered the Nina ramen and edamame. I added extra meat and bokchoy. I have ordered from this place before as we live closed by. I don't know what happened but the quality of the food went down. The pork was 90%fat and 10%meat. Even if ordered extra meat , we didn't get extra. The bokchoy not as good as before it was more soggy. The edamame was good and for this reason I'm not giving 1 star. Will not recommend Nina Ramen again. I don't know if the cooks changed or the chef changed but it was not good ramen.
google avatar

Karishma A.

Yelp
**vegetarian review** I am genuinely surprised at how much I liked Nuna. I ordered a bunch of side dishes instead of the main dish - agedashi tofu, vegetables croquettes and okonomiyaki. Each of these was delicious and perfectly seasoned. While the croquettes felt a little overpriced they were still crispy and delicious. The okonomiyaki stole the show. It was so perfect! The last time I had some was in Japan and while that was crispier and a different experience- nuna does a good job on the flavours. Can't wait to go back for the namesake ramen
google avatar

Chris K.

Yelp
Solid ramen in Fremont! Broth is everything, and Nuna's tonkotsu and shoyu are on point. Really enjoyed the kimchi in the signature Nuna Ramen, which was perfectly "ripe" (not too fresh or too sour) and was a welcome complement to the tonkotsu broth. Definitely want to come back sometime soon.
google avatar

Shannon W.

Yelp
Very delicious ramen. I got the tonkotsu. Could have had more meat - only two slices. Loved the egg !! Had the cook the vegetable in the broth more as I'm not a huge fan of the raw leafy vegetables hanging out.
google avatar

Alice L.

Yelp
Have been wanting to try ramen here for a while. I think the ramen is not actually as good as some of their other dishes. I quite enjoyed my friend's fried tofu dish though!
google avatar

Maddie s.

Yelp
delicious food, chill atmosphere, attentive and kind servers. definitely recommend if you're in fremont.

Yelp
If I told you, I eat ramen maybe like once every 2-3 years would you believe me? I probably wouldn't either considering there are so many ramen foodies out here in Seattle. However, I felt it was time to break that streak and try this place out. I don't hate ramen but I've also never really been "wow'd" by it either? Until I tried Nuna Ramen of course. I believe I had the spicy tonkotsu ramen or the spicy miso... oh I can't remember anymore but I'm sure both would taste amazing! Either way, the one I had was super delicious! I was so surprised at how rich and flavorful the broth was, the straight noodles was an interesting twist for me, and I loved the pork! So soft and just melts in my mouth! Now usually, I would judge people who take leftover noodles in soup home but the portions are huge and I just couldn't finish all of it in one sitting so I asked for a container, I know, shame on me. But wait! I actually didn't end up eating it till the next day and you know what? It was still holding together nicely without the noodles getting bloated and soggy! Maybe it's the type of noodles they were using but it was so close to tasting like the real deal when I first got it served to me!
google avatar

Emili A.

Yelp
This ramen helped satisfy some hunger cravings but overall just really mediocre. Not bad but not amazing. The pork was pretty thin and wasn't as soft as the other ramen I have had before. I forgot to ask for the egg so make sure to double check! The broth was on the salty side and very good but missing something (fattiness, oil??) Overall decent ramen but would spend my money elsewhere next time.
google avatar

Adhvik S.

Yelp
One of the more popular ramen places in the Fremont area. We got the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, a perfect meal for the Seattle winters. Overall I would say the Ramen was decent and the broth tasted okay, the pork was probably the most flavorful ingredient in the ramen. We also got the Chicken Karaage appetizer, would actually recommended this! The deep fried chicken thighs were seasoned well and served with a tasty dip (kinda like a spicy mayo). The service was a bit slow and the place was relatively crowded for 4PM on a Sunday. One thing definitely missing on the menu is a dessert section, especially after devouring spicy ramen. We were forced to look for a nearby ice-cream/dessert places to complete the meal.
google avatar

Alex W.

Yelp
I enjoyed everything my family (me, wife and 2 kids) has had during today's lunch visit. My absolute favorite is their 'Nuna Ramen' that comes with variety veggies and kimchi to spicy up a little. Both chicken and pork katsu came in a nice dish with a great salad and tangy and tasty katsu sauce. To top it off, their wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Will visit here again soon!!
google avatar

Kevin S.

Yelp
Amazing food. This place should be packed. Not sure why it's not. The Poke bowl brings me back. And I never get tired of it. The Agedashi is nicely done. Delicate for tofu. It must be hard for these really good spots to have lost the in-office lunch crowd with Google and and Tableau still absent. For those of us still in Freemont. Get in here so they stick around.

Daria P.

Yelp
Been coming to Nuna ramen for three years now, hands down the BEST veggie ramen in all of Seattle! Love the environment, hospitality and the service is always the best! Super thankful to have a go-to spot where I know the food and atmosphere will always be amazing!

Nathan W.

Yelp
Wandered in on a whim with no prior knowledge of this place. Was surprised with the quality of the food. Best ramen in Seattle. Fast friendly service at midday. Nice clean dining room. Would cross town to eat here again.
google avatar

Christy P.

Yelp
Super tasty ramen. I got the spicy tonkatsu which was ace and chicken karaage which was nice and light. I liked how the ramen had seemingly cut up pieces of bamboo shoots and how thin the pork was and how soft the egg was. The atmosphere was also chill. Kinda full but could still walk in without a reservation. The staff was also really nice.
google avatar

Greg C.

Yelp
Wanted ramen today I got a perfect bowl! They around 6 different kinds in $14-15 dollar range with a few other menu items like poke and rice dishes. All the normal small bites like edamame beans to start. The restaurant was clean and the staff was great. I didn't have any drinks today, but they had a good menu with sake, etc..
google avatar

Matt B.

Yelp
Not the most authentic, but very tasty vegetarian ramen that can be made vegan. I visited here on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm for a late lunch. I ordered their vegetable tofu ramen ($15 plus tax), which can be made vegan by subbing out the ramen noodles (which have egg) for thin rice noodles that are actually very fitting for the ramen. The ramen came out in about 10 minutes. You get a generous portion of noodles, along with fried tofu, and a lot of mixed veggies (broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, carrot and bean sprouts). The broth is on the salty and spicy side, but has some nice flavour depth; it almost seems a tad tomatoey / citrusy, which adds a nice dimension. Quick, informative service and reasonably priced. If in Fremont and craving ramen, this is a good spot; they executed the veggie/vegan option well. Recommended.
google avatar

Raye T.

Yelp
What a great place for quick friendly service and a delicious bowl of ramen. The noodles are straight and thicker than what you might expect, but the stand up great to all the toppings and the flavorful broth. Would love to come back here.
google avatar

Thomas S.

Yelp
So good!!! One of my favorite ramen soup joints, such good flavors. Just super pricey. But it tastes so good, I'm willing to go there on pay days...
google avatar

Piedad S.

Yelp
Came across this place walking around. The Ramon is the best I have had and I'm from LA. This place is clean and the service is ok.
google avatar

Crystal H.

Yelp
The ramen here is okay, there are better ramen residents out there. I felt the broth wasn't as strong, the noodles were okay, and it wasn't spicy. The pork was quite fatty, unfortunately. I love the eggs in ramen, and it wasn't cooked correctly in my opinion, but I do appreciate how it's a whole egg. The service though was nice and quick. The waitress was attentive.
