Núodle 牛一嘴

I was quite disappointed with the food. The lamb skewer is great, and it has exceptional value considering its price. However, the noodle was not okay. The noodle didn't go well with the broth and the spicy noodle that I ordered wasn't spicy at all. The beef dish had gross smell and sad taste. Wish the noodle soup was more flavorful and used a better quality meat. I felt like I wasted my money except for the lamb skewer. Hope this restaurant improves.

Came here for brunch today and was so disappointed with it. I have been wanting to try Nuodle after seeing crowds there, not my choice maybe. We ordered Beef Noodle soup, Scallion Noodles and Lamb skewers. Scallion noodles were so dry and chewy, wish it was a bit flavorful with more oil. Lamb was so chewy and felt a bit undercooked.

Fantastic price for the amount of food. I quite enjoyed the food I had picked out. I've tried both the beef flank and beef rib noodle, which were both tender and flavorful. I really enjoy chewy noodles so the texture was perfect for me. Service was fast and the servers are very polite. I am a big fan of the QR ordering system. I really appreciate that they are open pretty late. Overall have had many good times coming here and look forward to coming again.

Update: I visit Nuodle on a regular basis. The food is still good, but the service went down the hill. Today's service is the worst I have experienced ever. I ordered a side dish, the male waiter with eye glasses just "bang" the dish on the table, some food spilled over (see photo attached), anyone who is not blind could've seen that, and he just walked away and pretending nothing happened. ========== Original review ========== This is probably the most authentic Lanzhou beef noodle restaurant in town. The large selection of handmade noodles are authentic and delicious. The soup is very rich in flavor. The amount of beef in the noodle is quite generous, and they were thin sliced to make it easier to chew. They recently added large selection of BBQs, the BBQ chicken skewers is tender and juicy, but lamb and beef skewers are overly cooked and not so good.

The taste of their noodle soup has much improved since I last visited 2 years ago. Good portion and authentic taste. The BBQ skewers are tasty and not over pricey which is rare in Seattle. Please have bigger water cups and add more veggies dishes ok your menu.

Venue is clean, service is fast and the food were delicious. My only complaint would be to have more meat in the noodle soup, but that wouldn't stop me coming back again. Good value and good quality food.

This restaurant is very casual. It has quite a bit of seating, but it can get pretty busy sometimes. The service is sufficient and the food is where this place shines. They have handmade noodles with beef and it is very excellent! They give you a huge portion for the price compared to many places. This place is also open till 12am which is awesome for people who like to go eat late at night like me! Thanks Nuodle for authentic Langzhou noodles!

Decent Lanzhou style hand made noodles. The soup base is good. Always crowded so expect to wait in line.
