"After years of waiting, more than one failed location, and lots of speculation, Gökçe quietly opened his Beverly Hills steakhouse Nusr-Et at 184 N. Canon Drive over the weekend. Yelpers have largely heaped praise on the opening, thanking Gökçe for cutting expensive steaks in front of them and offering his signature off-the-elbow salt waterfall to anyone who asks. Of course, Bae isn’t exactly following Los Angeles County public health protocols by serving food without a mask on, but that seems for most fans of Gökçe to be of little concern anyway." - Farley Elliott

"Per this liquor license posting in the window of the former restaurant Citizen at 184 N. Canon Drive, steps from the iconic Spago, it seems that Mr. Bae (real name Nusret Gökçe) is set to unleash his eponymous steakhouse Nusr-Et on the 90210 soon enough. The project is far from complete, considering Citizen’s now nearly two-year-gone signage is still up on the outside, but all signs point to an LA expansion of Gökçe’s meat empire sometime in late 2020 or, more likely, into 2021." - Farley Elliott

Google
I tried their other locations. I really liked the atmosphere of this location. The bar options were very impressive. I tried “Tom Colins” and liked it. I really liked their food, it was very soft and delicious. They can make all international cocktail just you need to ask server. Everything was cooked to perfection. My favorites were definitely “Lokum” and “Meat sushi”. Meat Sushi was an extraordinary combination with very fine details and thinly sliced French fries on top. I found the food I tried more delicious than their other locations. Also right that the service charge is optional for under 6 people. I would generally recommend for everyone.

Had an amazing dining experience at Nusr-Et Beverly Hills! The staff is incredibly nice and attentive. The food? Absolutely delicious. The salad was perfectly fresh, the seafood platter was flavorful and top-notch, and the meat—simply excellent. The baklava? Not bad at all! Highly recommend!

Very tasty, we really enjoyed the food. Everything was perfect.

Google
A lot of the comments here are about the prices, but I think many of the reviewers haven’t been to a steakhouse in LA before and don’t really know the typical price range. Don’t come here just because Nusret is famous—come because the quality and flavor are legit, and you’ll see the difference. Honestly, apart from the location, this place is one of the best spots in LA when it comes to food flavor, service quality, and overall value for the price.

Google
Best steakhouse so far! we have been to plenty of steakhouses in our 7-days LA trip. The taste is extraordinary, appears to be the best quality of meat. Must try Nusret special

Heard so much about this chef so finally made it here today and discovered for myself! All the staffs are so so friendly Tamara is so sweet ! ! The lunch special is a bargain at $39 for 3 courses! Love the lychee Martin ! The ice cream & pistachios baklava is imported from Turkey! Perfect with the Turkish tea!

Yelp
I dined at Nusr-Et Steakhouse in Beverly Hills and overall, it was just okay. The filet mignon was definitely the highlight--cooked to perfection and incredibly flavorful. The truffle mac and cheese was also a great side, rich and creamy without being overpowering. However, the lobster tail was a bit too briny for my taste. Maybe that's on me for ordering lobster tail at a steakhouse. Service and ambiance were solid, but for the price point, I expected a bit more consistency in the food. Would I come back? Maybe, for the steak. But for the full experience, I'd hope for a little more wow factor next time. The baklava dessert was also decent!

Yelp
Went here the other night for DineLA with friends. DineLA, where you choose food items on a pre-fixe menu for a set price. Best way to really get an idea how a restaurant is! Started the night with cocktails, and I can say, the Ambrosia is delicious. It has a tequila base with coconut cream and passion fruit. Just very good. The Light My Fire was a nice show as it cooked our and is kit on fire, but the first didn't match that is the Ambrosia. So, with DineLA, we were given bread and butter at the table. The bread was actually more they basic and had a nice flavor to it. For our appetizer, I ordered the steak tartar. On the menu, it had a lot going on with Dijon mustard, chili sauce, shallots, cognac, etc, but I can't say so if there ingredients were noticable in the flavor profile or on the pallet. But paying that on the potato crisps was still a decent bite. The salmon tartar was decent as well but didn't necessarily stand out. The real winner was the meat sushi with avocado cream and parmesan. Totally unexpected and very good! In terms of entrees, we tried a little of everything. I had the wagyu NY steak, cooked medium rare. It was cooked very well on the inside, could have had a better crust on the outside. And they give you your own side of kosher salt so you can "salt bae" it yourself. You also had a choice of side between mashed potatoes and mushrooms. I got the mushrooms and I'm very glad I did. They were very good with 2-3 tired of mushrooms in the medley. The prime NY steak was ok, it didn't really stand out, and the wagyu burger was also decent but, in Los Angeles, with so many great burgers, you really need to step your game up it you want to be noticed, and this burger did not accomplish that. With dessert, there were four options. I choose the San Sebastian Cheesecake, and, for our table, no one really loved it. It is definitely not your standard cheesecake, much less sweet and without that nice graham cracker crust you come to know and love. There was a chocolate sauce on half of it which gave it a little something extra, but it really was not a hit for our table. The pistachio baklava came with a show as the assembled it, but the energy of the show to assemble the baklava was better then the baklava itself. Overall, a nice experience, staff was nice and attentive to our take and our needs, but the food just didn't hit as we all hoped it would.

Yelp
"WOWW steak" and Mac n cheese were phenomenal Amazing service and waiters run to you to put more on your plate Baklava and goat milk ice cream were horrible though

Johanna M.

Yelp
Excellent service! Love this place, definitely coming back. Baklava was exceptional, they said ice cream came all the way from turkey. The pretty cherry blossoms decorated the place very pretty. Steak quality was top notch!

Eddie O.

Yelp
My wife and I had decided to try this place since we heard they offer a three course price fix menu during lunch. For the first selection, I chose the Nusret Special Salad. The salad was the best part of the dish. The ingredients were fresh and well matched. Next, I chose the USDA Prime New York Steak. The steak was a little small but it was well cooked and not overly seasoned. Lastly, for the dessert I chose the San Sebastian Cheesecake. The dessert was nothing spectacular. The texture was rather dry and dense. The food was okay but nothing noteworthy.

Yelp
I've been here a couple of years ago when it first opened and it was then a good experience and good food! I've have not ate steak in two years!!! But since it was a holiday I wanted to see how my body felt and would react to it! Luckily! The filet mignon was so tender with exceptional quality!! In that being said, I had the lunch special. It is from Monday thru Sunday 12:00 pm-5:00pm it's a crazy deal only $39 PP and very good options. I ordered the Caesar salad as my starter, the filet mignon 5oz with Yukon mashed potatoes that were so soft and perfect flavor, and desert Authentic Walnut Baklava. This is the place to go for a good lunch special that's very good quality and upscale. For my drink: I ordered the Lychee Martini and it was amazing!! So bomb! Only $10 during lunch hours. Overall, I will continue to come back here! Very good service and food!! They did not have valet when we came, but it's street parking or later during the day is valet service! This is good for date night and occasions!! -Marshay D. The service was exceptional managers Turap was sweet the entire time! And attentive!! Our service was the sweetest and so patient with explaining the menu. I would recommend Kieran he is the best! The decor is really cute inside with merchandise you can buy of Saltbae! It's really cute and modern/ upscale. They also give commentary coffee and tea for you :) it's really spacious inside with alot of seating and a nice bar! -Marshay D.

Tina S.

Yelp
My fam and I had a wonderful time here last July 4th. The steaks were charred to perfection and customer service was great. Turap (the manager) was warm and welcoming and Tamara was friendly and attentive to our needs. The place was well-decorated and some merch were on display. What we ordered: Appetizers: Nus-ret Special Salad, Caesar Salad, and Salmon Tartare Main Course:Filet Mignon, New York Steak, and Lokum (Wagyu Steak) Sides:Sauteed Mushrooms and Mashed Potatoes‍Desserts: Authentic Pistachio Baklava with Ice cream and golden Baklava Drink: Lychee Martini and complimentary Turkish tea.

Yelp
Not good and overpriced. I would be very surprised if this place is still here in a couple of years. The quality of food, service and experience is severely lacking. It's just such a tourist trap. No wonder it's never busy

David L.

Yelp
This place is... interesting... Very much a tourist-trap, but also totally relaxed, not affected-pretentious-exclusionary... Some of the hybrid-fusion flavor-texture combinations are a bit "old fashioned" in terms of modern techniques & expectations, but so too are the clientele?

Nijole T.

Yelp
The food and service here are exceptional! Don't be fooled by the poor reviews, we found everything to be outstanding. Reservation was a breeze, though not necessary as they were not busy at all. Sushi was a fun spin on the original and very delicious. I enjoyed the salmon with vegetables, it was the perfect light dinner on a hot day. The prices are high, but they do have specials available where you can get a great quality dinner for a very fair price. Extremely attentive, this is ideal for a birthday, date night or special occasion, highly recommended!

Yelp
I came to this restaurant when it first opened a couple of years ago. At that time, the menu was very limited. Today, I went to take my mom/father out for lunch on Father's Day and they had a great lunch special for $39. You get a three-course meal with a nice quantity of choices. The waiter, Kieran was phenomenal. He was attentive, kind, personable, and a gentleman. The manager, Turap was also amazing. He made sure we were happy throughout our meal and asked did we needed anything. Nice atmosphere with nice decor. Outside seating is available and they have a cute bar area. I ordered the meat sushi, 5 oz filet mignon with Yukon mashed potatoes, and the traditional baklava. All entrees were very flavorful, tender, and filled with love. The filet mignon was so tender it melted in your mouth. I had a lychee martini and a delicious regular decaf coffee. They gave us a complimentary coffee shot from Turkey that was also delicious. Note: Great place for gatherings, special occasions, lunch, or dinner with affordable prices for the quality of steaks, etc. If your steak needs a little more cooking they will cook the pieces in front of you at your table which is cool. Parking can be tough if valet is not open, but they have parking. The street and parking structures are across the street.

Tazneen S.

Yelp
The food was 4/5 But love my steak. Service was highly 5/5 And Ambiance was beautiful and nice. The waiter hana I think her name was she is Turkish and love her behavior.Never expected that around LA. The Best ice cream imported from turkey which was given complimentary goat milk vanilla ice cream was extremely good. So will come back again for the ambiance and food tbh.

Mohammad M.

Yelp
I loved the set menu specifically the salmon tartare, sushi meat, and service. Also, the complementary turkish tea plus our dessert (cheese cake) were so delicious.

Deborah V.

Yelp
I had a great time at Nusr-Et Steakhouse. The lunch menu for $39pp is simply amazing. My husband and I ordered the meat sushi and salmon tartare as appetizers, mushrooms and mashed potatoes as sides, a 5oz filet mignon, and a New York steak as main courses, and baklava and traditional Marash ice cream for dessert. We enjoyed every dish served. They were all beautifully presented and satisfying to our tastebuds. We also had Turkish tea, which went well with the desserts. Ambiance was comfortable and nice. We'd like to thank Tamara for the lovely experience. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us! We would definitely come back again and recommend this to our friends.

Yelp
LUNCH OFFER: $39 SCAM Since Saltbae's offers a new lunch special for $39 which includes appetizer, entree, and desert, I thought give it a chance. But too good to be true.. However, this offer is deceiving. If you expect a steak you have to add $21 for a 10oz NY strip steak - no sides!! A side such as fries has to be ordered a la carte, which means you pay $12 for fries at lunch. And on top, if you want Baklava for desert you pay also extra, $9 in this case. Overall this offer is like a bad joke. In the end you'd end up with far over $100/person for lunch, considering my choices, a side, a soda drink, tip and tax. In a nutshell: The offer is deceiving, and pricing is still delusional far away from a being reasonable value. Saltbae & Mgmt: Why still trying to rob the bank instead of trying honest & fair business.?! You'd be for sure more successful. My unexcited rating: 1-2 stars.

Attique I.

Yelp
Don't eat here. This is an overpriced gimmicky subpar steakhouse. The food is subpar and the service could be better. You should skip this place altogether, and walk the 60 fee to Spago or a few hundred free to The Penthouse at Mastro's on either side of this place.

Jann r.

Yelp
Salad is amazing!!! Not much of a meat eater. Service is excellent. Not a lot of people on a friday night. Ambiance is nice. Baklava was good and the turkish ice cream

Farzaneh H.

Yelp
We went for the lunch special , the food was really good specially the appetizers,we got avocado salad and steak sushi, the service was great they were not busy so it was fast, the location was nice too

Armando M.

Yelp
First time here and omg it was great Amazing food and great service. I'll definitely be coming back

Christie K.

Yelp
Expensive, trendy, and nothing to rave about. The steak was just ok and did not compare to their original NYC restaurant which is more cozy, welcoming, and just felt more like a real steakhouse. This location just felt pretentious.

Noah S.

Yelp
Nice show, the food is not so special, the prices are insane. I think there are better places to eat good steaks without being charged thousands of dollars. The waiting time is ridiculous, even when you have a reservation we waited 45 minutes STANDING in line. When we finally sat at at the table the staff said we have 45 minutes to finish and rushed us during the whole dinner. We couldn't finish the meals without being asked if the plates can be taken few times. The only thing that was unique and fun is the show the chefs doing cutting the steak but is it worth 2000 bill?! NO. The environment wasn't good at all sorry but I will not go back there. I would rate the steak 4 out of five, the show 5 out of 5 , service and environment 0 out of five.

Yelp
I had been wanting to try Nusr-Et Steakhouse since it opened up. Some of my friends that had been there said it was cheaper to fly to Turkey, eat at Nusr-Et's there, and fly back then to eat here. They weren't kidding, the menu offers a golden tomahawk (35 oz) at a whopping $1100!!! Fortunately for me they offered a reasonably priced lunch menu which comes with a choice of appetizer (Nusr-et salad, caesar salad, avocado salad, salmon tartar,or meat sushi), main (NY steak, filet mignon, wagyu burger, salmon, or meat heart with cheese), and dessert (fruit, baklava, or Turkish ice cream). Lunch $39 - I opted for the meat sushi, NY steak prepared medium rare (it came with a side of sauteed mushrooms), and baklava. The meat sushi consisted of 3 pieces. Each piece consisted of a little bit of rice topped with a thin slice of flavorful wagyu beef, avocado cream and some crispy strings of potato. For me this was the highlight of the meal and really wowed me. Next up I ordered the NY steak was only 5 oz and while it was tender, it did have quite a bit of fat and wasn't all that flavorful. The baklava was served warm but a little too sweet for my liking as it had too much syrup. But still it wasn't bad taste wise. Overall the lunch price wasn't bad, considering I was in Beverly Hills. Service was excellent and the indoor decor is very modern and upscale. I wasn't too impressed with the steaks here and have had better elsewhere, but I can say that I did enjoy my experience here. A few hundred feet away is a public parking structure owned by the city that offers 2 hours of free parking and then $6 an hour after that. It's located in front of Mastro's.

Kathy Z.

Yelp
We came here during Dine LA last year and the service was impeccable! We ordered the three-course lunch menu for $45/pp for great quality steak. We got the meat sushi, salmon tartare, filet mignon with sides of mashed potatoes and sauteed mushrooms, and the baklava. The meat sushi was confusing in taste since I'd never had meat with cheese like that before. The salmon tartare was fresh and nicely seasoned and is a must-try. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked and just needed some more salt. The mashed potatoes were so creamy and buttery--absolute delight, while the sauteed mushrooms were a bit mid and just plainly sauteed. The baklava was a little too sweet so we had two bites of it. One of our sides originally came out wrong and the GM very kindly left it for us while they got us the correct sides. Appreciated how kind he was and he showed the standard of hospitality at this location. The restaurant was quite empty when we visited late afternoon on a Friday, and I hope more people give this restaurant a chance because they do serve some quality steaks that are well-priced even on the normal menu.

Ashley L.

Yelp
Filet mignon was very bland and unseasoned. I was disappointed because I heard a lot of hype about salt bae and this restaurant, but the food wasn't that great. The meat sushi had way too much cheese that you can barely even taste the meat or the rice. The atmosphere and decoration was the only thing that was nice. Service was ok.

Kim K.

Yelp
Was a bit hesitant to try this place as the #Yelp reviews weren't that great but we were very pleased with #nusretsteakhouse in #beverlyhills. We were looking for a restaurant to have an office holiday dinner & decided to test it out first. Modern decor. Nice ambiance. Tasty food. AMAZING attentive service! Caesar salad - very good Meat sushi - great concept & good Oysters - he said they were good Prime tomahawk - absolutely LOVED the presentation. Cooked perfectly & flavorful Parmesan truffle fries - very good Turkish Tea - cute lil glass it comes in Valet parking in front plus there's a parking lot across the street. There was a DJ tonight (Sat) as well. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
This ppace is awesome . Best old fashion. Salmon tartare and NY steak was really great . Happy hour for only 40 dollar is unbeatable. Great service .am not sure why they are not very busy . I think a bunch of teenager rewind there reputation for no reason. Likley related to world cup championship. This place is great I been in too many steak house in Beverly hills but this steak is one of the best . Definitely will do it again . And everyone should give it a shot to know what am talking about

Nicole S.

Yelp
To say I was disappointed and unimpressed with this restaurant does not even begin to touch my utter disgust with this CHAIN restaurant - yes, you read that correct, this overpriced steakhouse is simply a chain restaurant and I wish I could give it "0 stars". I understand one would think this is a fancy restaurant (due to price point) and only the best service is to be expected, yet for me I was stunned when we were sat down and a server came by asked us if we wanted water, yet 45 minutes later no water had been brought to the table or even our order taken. After ordering the burrata starter, i was lost for words when a dish came to the table half the size of what is pictured on their menu; would love to understand how I had been charged $25 for half the actual dish...(please see photos below) And the female's restroom. I do not even know where to start on this one... No toilet paper in the three stalls, the purse hangers were removed from the back of the doors and placed above the toilets (also this seemed halfway done and this construction was never fully completed. yet this does not surprise me either), and there was a mess which had spread across the floors - this seemed like a restroom from a gas station which had not been attended to in weeks. Once I selected a stall, I was very surprised when a woman, who seems to have been sent in to clean the soiled floors, reached under the stall to clean where my feet were at that moment and I quickly said. "hello. I am in here!". Overall - a large no and a never, ever again. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a great and memorable meal. I would only warn them to avoid this disappointment of a chain restaurant in Beverly Hills and go next door to Spago instead.

Alejandra L.

Yelp
Avoid. Our party of 5 suffered from food poisoning. The empty restaurant should have been a sign for us to leave too. An odd, tasteless, and overpriced experience. Go elsewhere!

Becktoria B.

Yelp
This review is solely based on the one time visit for Dine LA during lunch time. If I have to rate this place outside of Dine LA, I would give it 3 stars due to the prices on the regular menu. I only came here because of dine la menu. The 3 course lunch menu was $45 and it's not a bad price considering I got the meat sushi, the filet mignon and the baklava. You get 3 pieces of the meat sushi and it was pretty good. My friend got the salmon tartare and that was nice and creamy. The 5 oz filet mignon is the thinner flatter type which is different from what I'm used to with the thicker cut. The meat is cooked pretty well and the right amount of tenderness and rareness, just the way I like it. It came with mashed potatoes and they were pretty creamy and nice though felt a bit too buttery for my taste. The baklava was good as well but way too sweet for me, I couldn't finish it as I could only eat 2 bites of it. I don't really eat baklavas but I was curious how they make it and I think it's baked pretty well here. Overall, the food is fine but lacking flavours for me. It has generic seasonings and in terms of steakhouses, there are better ones in LA. I wouldn't spend here if it wasn't for dine la as I think it is way too overpriced for the quality of food. The decor is pretty inside. I've never experienced the "servers' performances" however, the type of show I've seen online doesn't make sense. For example, the baklava show, is left with a messy looking dish afterwards and honestly, I'm confused by the creative choice here. Personally, I think there could be better and more creative performances that could be done.

Veronica P.

Yelp
I absolutely hate writing bad reviews. We've been wanting to try this place for a while. When I came on here and saw all the bad reviews it worried me because it seemed like the hype was gone and the quality had gone down hill... well that's the sad truth. A tourist trap. The place is beautiful... except for their merchandise displayed like a Dennys or Norms... poor taste for a nice steakhouse. The service was phenomenal; you can tell they are suffering... it's costing them to keep this place open. We went on a Saturday night at 7 pm and only 5 other tables were filled, one of them being a large group of tourists. The drinks were good but the food was not equivalent to its price. A $100 8 ounce wagyu steak that came out like warm and tasteless... now the truffle fries were yummy and I'm told the burger is too. If you want a nice meal worth the price, go next door to Spago.

Arash F.

Yelp
Save your $100 per person that you'll spend to get average food that took an hour to prepare (at noon on a Monday) restaurant was almost totally empty at the time The hype of Salt Bae drives people here for that "photo Op" there are far better food choices available on south Beverly drive at 1/2 the cost of this rip-off restaurant

Cindy A.

Yelp
Thomas Wolfe, the author is right "you cannot go home again." I was going to write an incredible positive review after my first experience but because it was so good I ordered it soon after my first order only to be grossly disappointed. I realize ordering steak from Uber delivery is risky but the first time the steak arrived perfect temperature the cream spinach was delicious, and the extra bit of French salt was a wonderful addition. The next time I receive the order I didn't receive what I ordered and there was no salt. Uber tried to fix it by giving me two dollars off sadly I guess I'm back to STK or boa.

Kimthy D.

Yelp
The service was actually pretty good. Now I know they don't make the prices but I guess when you're in Beverly Hills, you have to charge these prices to make up for the overhead...? Let me start off with our starters: dozen oysters, beef carpaccio, seafood platter, both types of poke & a couple salads. I'd probably only order the beef carpaccio again & nothing else. Sides: were nothing to write home about. We got almost all the sides & nothing really impressed me. My gf really wanted their $30 onion flower so we got it, I didn't want it then and I wouldn't get it again after I had a bite. Main dishes: we're not big on meat so we only shared one tomahawk & it was the most amazing thing there. For $275, it better f-ing be! Another gf ordered the salmon & I didn't even try it but the others said it was basic. The kicker, we already paid for the bill so a couple of my gfs wanted to go grab a shot at the bar. Omg, it was $70 A shot for Don Julio 1942!! My heart dropped when I got the bill ($300+ for 4 shots). So this is a fair warning! To cap this all off, I'd come back for 2 things, maybe. So the 3 rating here is very on point if you're look at the experience as a whole.

David M.

Yelp
That was the most underwhelming mashed potatoes n burger I've had in a while. Wow. ............

Brian B.

Yelp
Ordered via Postmates two burgers and fries cooked medium and they were both completely raw. Enclosed is a picture. Contacted the restaurant and they do not take calls, it goes to an answering service. Would not recommend getting anything from here.

Elle B.

Yelp
Often times when you eat somewhere for "the experience" the food ends up being sub-par. If the food wasn't great you justify the price of admission. In the case of Nusr-Et you get the experience & a delicious meal. A lot of reviews on here complain about the prices but I feel like that's something you can look up online before arriving & should be able to find the value of this experience overall. I can tell the staff is highly trained. Probably the most attentive waiters I've ever experienced. The moment you're drink is empty (or almost empty) they're at the table. I loved being able to see the kitchen from our table. It was cool being able to watch and observe but the glass wall also made me feel comfortable knowing the cooks knew we could see them too. In most other restaurants you really don't know what goes on behind the double swinging doors... It was a little louder than I expected, but if you're looking for a quiet meal I suggest dining outside.

Benny H.

Yelp
The reviews are a bit on the lower side, but overall I had a pleasant experience here. The food and drinks are good, and the staff is pretty much on top of everything. My biggest qualm is the price. It's way overpriced. I've been to some high end steak houses that didn't cost as much as it does here. You're going to get gouged a bit when it comes to prices. Still, the food is very food and overall it was a great experience.

Cindy W.

Yelp
Vibe and Mood is everything. With Valet right in front of the restaurant, the minute you step out the car, you can feel the energy of the place. Has outside and inside seating. We were greeted by the host in the front and got seated right away. Live DJ was mixing tunes at the entrance. Menu via QR code scanning and straightforward. Our server was friendly and fun. We got the crab cake to share, the infamous Salt Bae Tomahawk, fries and creamed spinach. Although the SaltBae Chef himself was not there, the guy who did our table side cutting and seasoning, was suave and entertaining. #saltbae . While I was there, I was curious about that Golden Tomahawk, unfortunately, I did not see anyone order it. Price is on the higher level, it is worth that dinner to impress or a good fun celebration. Would recommend for those looking to splurge and a fun vibe.

Yelp
I don't get the hype. Nusr-Et is good, but it definitely is not great. There are so many better local steak houses to chose from. I had high hopes since this is a Turkish owned establishment, but I was disappointed.

Yelp
This restaurant is just all about the hyped!! Service: was a DISASTER, first let's say that even though you made a reservations you still have to wait at least 20-30mins in a line and I made my reservations through open table. I arrived at 7:30 and didn't get seated until 8:06pm so imagine if I arrive at 8pm I still would have to wait in line. WAITER: is a 1/5 , first I had to call on to someone to get our drinks put in, then he left us in the middle of asking him what starters would be good meaning he ran to his other table and took care of them. This was only 10mins in the dinner. Called the manager and requested to get another waiter because this wasn't going to cut it for the rest of the evening. Ambiance: middle-high level noise, didn't like how the seating arrangements were, and the bath was just too small. Safety: you don't need to wear a mask, most of the workers still have there mask on and no social distancing. Food: 2/5.. the sesame seared tuna tataki was really good it had a citrus flavor to it (5/5). The creamy spinach didn't even taste creamy it's like they need more butter or cream to it (1/5) the mushrooms was tasteful (4/5). The amor (21OZ) steak well done (5/5) it was juicy and the flavor of it was delicious. Cocktails: over priced and not worth it at all. I can barely taste the alcohol and when they said it would be sweet it wasn't. I spent $700.00 at this restaurant and the only think that was good was the steak and Izzy ( new server) he was on top of his game and made sure we okay during the whole time of our dinner. The manager didn't even give a discount or anything after the rude incident that took place, they need some management classes. They first server (david) did apologize as so did the manger but nothing was really taken into action, most restaurants would give a free started or a free cocktails. I did reserve this dinner a month ahead for my birthday as well.

Yelp
Nusr-Et Steakhouse is located on North Canon Drive, aka restaurant row. It currently occupies the space previously held by Citizen and countless other restaurants that initially was popular and then faded and bit the dust. I am among the few that seriously didn't know Nusr-Et aka Salt Bae, his theatrics and/or his social media presence, had to Google. Evidently, Salt Bae is a chef from Turkey and with help of social media, silent business partners who financially banked rolled the expansion of this brand, has opened multiple steakhouse branches globally, nationally and now here in Beverly Hills. This restaurant opened last May during the COVID pandemic with limited dining capacity. The seating capacity expanded to the outdoor seating with the addition of the elaborate tent set out on the street. This tent precedes the Spago tent and the view Spago had of Canon Drive. Both share the same valet service. As COVID restrictions eased, family, friends and business associates have traveled to LA these pass couple of weeks and this restaurant was on their list of restaurants to visit. I've dined here almost half a dozen times now, as an invited guest. There are several outstanding high end steakhouses in LA here: Mastros, Cut, Spago, BOA and others so I was not sure just how these SaltBae steaks would measure up. Turns out, the preferred VIP choices are the steaks wrapped in leaf flakes made of edible gold. These golden choices are also on smaller items: burgers, lattes and the golden baklava. My dining experiences included the golden tomahawk and the golden baklava, both well prepared, presented nicely and were delicious. Being aware that this is a steakhouse, I wanted to focus on the steak options on every visit and not deviate from steak. I have had the Salt Bae tomahawk, golden tomahawk, Amour preferred golden steak, steak sushi and burger...yes meat, meat and more meat, keto dieters rejoice! In my initial visits, I was not interested in having anyone pour salt rolling off their hairy sweaty arm into the food, ewww. And my subsequent visits, I maintained my dislike for the salt roll theatrics. However, I was receptive with Salt Bae coming to our table to cut our tomahawk steak so I can witness his stance and knife skills performance...because Salt Bae's presence, performance can be the sole reason for the outrageous $$$$. Again, not my choice to dine here, as I my favorite is next door at Spago, where everything is no doubt always first class. It was a good thing Salt Bae wore a face mask and gloves, because I'm not a fan of added germs exposure to our food especially during COVID. It was the first time ever meeting Salt Bae, who was height challenged, not statuesque, but was nonetheless cordial and had a cool demeanor. Overall, staff service was okay not excellent, as the staff are not as professionally attentive. The vibe was lively and from appearances no dress code, as most diner's attire was casual. I was delighted to be an invited guest and dine here on multiple occasions. I would recommend this steakhouse only if you've never dined here and witnessed the theatrics of SaltBae, who is allegedly the newbie of celebrity chefs? Who knows, I don't care to know. I do know he's not celebrity status as my fav, the late great Anthony Bourdain. Unlike the previous restaurants that held this space, perhaps with SaltBae's presence, theatric performance, perhaps this currently popular restaurant will not lose its golden touch popularity and bite the dust.

Yelp
Avoid at all cost if you care about your health!!!!! Spent $500 for one steak, 3 drinks and baklava for 3 people (dad, brother and I for father's day) but got food poison. All of us feel so sick now. I called them today and requested full refund but the manager tried to convinced me that their steak is so popular that there is no way you can get food poison! I know... STUPID! I will definitely take a legal action since my dad is getting worst and report them to health department if I don't head back from their manager....

Yelp
I so want to rate this trendy restaurant a 5 star but from my experience, I can't do so. The valet is super easy, you pull up, they are there to open your doors and take your car. We had reservations so we got right in and the hostess was super nice. I came here as a celebration dinner with my son so that in itself a treat to this mama! The inside is so trendy and uplifting, however the music is way too loud to enjoy dinner. I can't tell you how many times I said to the waiter "excuse me, what did you just ask". Anyway, on to the food, the prices are what you might expect at a dining experience in Beverly Hills. Drinks were $25 and up, a bottle of flat water is $10. We ordered the carpaccio that is presented tableside at $40 (by far my favorite dish of the night) as I loved the parmesan crisps that enhanced the beef flavors. The burrata salad was average ($30), nothing crazy about it, served with arugula, a little pesto, from the dish and a simple dressing...then we had dinner. We ordered the Lokum ($80) and had about 5 pieces of meat, the meat was ok, nothing great...unfortunately. We also ordered some sides, the mushrooms ($19), the asparagus ($19) and the mashed potatoes ($19) and honestly, the sides were tastier than the meat, I especially enjoyed the mushrooms. To complete the night we had the Turkish tea, it was strong and delicate at the same time. I'm not sure they can do much to improve the restaurant, maybe focus more on the meats?

Yelp
Service was excellent. Nusret was in the restaurant and he served the food for us. Ambiance was good also.

Yelp
4 stars for the stellar employees wow! They go all out and the Mexican Salt Baes are magnificent! The salt bae special is a must cry. The Wagyu was melting like butter! The bread that is marinated in the butter is the cherry on top. The cocktails are amazing too. But here's why I left out one star. I'm a big seafood lover. I love the steak houses but my husband is the king of trying all steaks all over California . Now me Im the seafood police. The salmon tartar was very salty and over seasoned. I like fresh cut tartar and it was just over seasoned. The deep fried shrimp was over deep fried. Maybe I need to try the rolls next time. But overall what makes this place is the atmosphere and the employees treatment towards the clients. Give it a shot! $600 tab minimum for a nice dinner with Atleast two cocktails each. Cheers!

Yelp
Horrible restaurant: -the food is below average -the service is the worst I've ever experienced. They threw my steak in the trash because I sent it back for being cold and overcooked and wanted to charge me for it! You can find better quality at your local Dennys Not sure if this is a joke or a real business.

Yelp
It's all hype. Located next to Spago. There's street parking or, if you're feeling fancy, valet. Ordered the recommended house special salad (with pomegranate and nuts), tomahawk, and beef sushi and the baklava. We had ordered the flower onion but it never came out - when asked they said "it takes a while to prepare" by this time, we were almost done with our dinner. It's all presentation. Nothing unique or special about their steak. Our favorite must have been the baklava -the goat cheese ice cream was such a nice addition/compliment for it. If you are just trying to impress or wants to experience the salt throw, otherwise, plenty of other steak restaurant that are much better.

Yelp
This was my second time back to Nusr-Et. We made reservations to celebrate our anniversary and it was a very lovely experience. We came on a weekday so there wasn't any crowd at all. We ordered the oysters, carpaccio, tomahawk steak, mash potatoes, and broccoli. The steak presentation alone is 5 stars but the taste was even better. We eat a lot of steak so we opted for this cut because we don't make it at home. The carpaccio while so simple was my favorite dish. The mash potatoes were a bust and they frankly tasted like they were from a box. All in all, this place is good, and I would recommend.
