"NYC’s cafe dedicated to Nutella swung open at noon on Wednesday, and apparently tons of people were lining up to sample the myriad of items slathered with the sweet hazelnut spread. Yahoo Finance reports that more than 100 people waited in line for debut of the new Union Square cafe, located at 116 University Place at 13th Street. In a video report, the reporter Melody Hahm said line folk included “influencers and bloggers,” as well as students." - Serena Dai

Worst experience ever. The lady who made the crepe was rude and said “we are not adding more nutella because we are low on it”. I paid $9 of my hard earned money for this. Simply unacceptable.

Awesome, yummy nutella everywhere😆. Great place to get your sweet tooth satisfy with crepes, waffles, sweet desserts and coffee made with nutella. Placed is a bit overpriced, long waits and staff is OK. But the desserts were freshly made and were worth it.

I didn't hate it, but everything they sell you could easily get at another random bakery. Aside from the menu there were no exclusive Nutella pre-packed items, just a lot of Nutella jars that were disorganized. Luckily I went when there was no line, but I don't think I would wait in line if there was one.

Great place to stop by with one of the greatest crafted coffees place you can find around. The Nutella bar is amazing, you won’t find another Nutella recipes in other places around the world like the ones you find here. Try the affogato Nutella! It worth every penny ❤️

Just don't go It's a tourist trap! Save your money and go for any other bakery and bring your own Nutella Jar. There is nothing special in this place. The coffee is cold, the ice cream is not even made with nutella chocolate and the waffle is made like 10 days ago!

I enjoyed the nutella crepes (i make better ones at home haha) but these are great too haha! Not that many seats and Eataly gets crowded but overall great place to drop by even for a decent lavazza cappuccino!

I've had way better crepes than this place. having Nutella name on it I thought I will taste a special crepe but unfortunately it wasn't. I give it 3 stars.

The “Nutella Bar” previously located in the Eataly store (200 5th Ave., near Madison Square Park) no longer exists here! It closed about nine months ago, according to the staff of the pizza slice bar that is currently here (“Alla Pala”). There is now a new place called “Nutella Café” at 116 University Pl., near Union Square.
