Get there early! We got there right as it opened, and there was a line out the door and it just got longer the later it got. Had the espresso but we received it cold. The mocha latte (iced) was super good. Our food was all so good and the portions were very filling. We had banana bread with raspberries added on. The baguette. And the croissant baguette with bananas and Nutella whipped cream. Other than the business, pretty good. All of this was 50$.

Great experience! This is a super cool cafe. I arrived on Saturday around 9:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m., and the wait was about 30-45 minutes. Once we placed our order, the food arrived fairly quickly. Everything was really good! I ordered the parfait bowl with pound cake, and my partner ordered a few crepes. The crepes themselves were pretty small, given the price, but they were still very delicious. I would definitely return, as it’s a cute concept and the food was pretty good.

Google
Such a one in a time experience. You walk in and already smell sweet hazelnut. As to be expected every thing was so good…(it’s because it’s Nutella). I had regular crepes and it tasted awesome and was gone in a flash. (Side Note there is usually a wait outside but we waited about 5 min.)

Google
Visited the Nutella Café during our trip to Chicago definitely worth trying once for the hype. We had the chia hemp pudding and the Nutella crème brûlée, which were absolutely delicious and stood out as the highlights. The iced cocoa Nutella, however, was pretty average in my opinion. We had to wait about 30 minutes to get in, but overall, it was a good experience.

Google
Great food and excellent coffee. As an Aussie in the USA- good espresso is extremely hard to find. This was the BEST coffee I had our whole trip. We went at opening and were first in line. It gets busy so this was a great move to avoid waiting.

Went midday. Wait was about 10-15 minutes, but so worth the wait. I wanted the banana bread, but they had run out of bananas so I opted for Nutella gelato and hot chocolate. Both were delightful. I even bought the biscuits to take home, only to find the bag of 20 count sold at my local grocer for only $4.99, compared to their nearly $8 for half dozen. I recommend buying those when you get home, or at your local grocery store. The best value: personalized labels for about $3 each. I opted for labels only as I don't like checking luggage. I then bought jars at the local grocer to gift when I got home.. I even made Nutella hot chocolate when I got home (in 90-100° weather lol).

Google
My family and I enjoyed the restaurant a lot. The food was good and made for a good start to the day. The only downer was that they ran out of personal size Nutella with your name.

Google
I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience was unbelievably bad. I ordered a crepe that was supposed to come with gelato — the gelato was missing. I also got a waffle with whipped cream, and they admitted they forgot the whipped cream too. I waited over 30 minutes, and when I brought up the missing items, the staff didn’t seem to care at all. One of the customers was also very rude, and the staff did nothing about it. This place is not worth a single penny. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Yelp
You have to stop by here in Chicago if you're even remotely a fan of Nutella! The interior is so fun with all the different Nutella merchandise they have. The line can get pretty long, but there's a decent amount of both indoor and outdoor seating. Just don't expect any service after you get your food. They're so busy you're essentially getting table service then they deliver your food to you afterward. We got the liege waffle and croissant french toast, which were both to die for! The Nutella elevates the flavor of the pastry and there's many ways to customize it to your liking. The sweetness can get a little overwhelming after one dessert, so I wish we had a chance to revisit to try some of the beverages and other options.

Yelp
Before coming here, I knew food would probably be subpar and that the reason for coming would be the experience. Even then, I still found myself disappointed with what I got. I got an iced Nutella mocha latte, but was surprised that little Nutella was actually mixed into the drink and it was mostly drizzled on top of the whipping cream and on the sides of the cup. When I tried to scrape the Nutella from the sides, my straw kept breaking. Also got a Nutella gelato push pop which was tiny af and pretty melted by the time it got to me. Line moved quickly to order, but took a while to actually get my order. All in all, I was disappointed despite my already low expectations. I'd rate them 3 stars if my ice cream wasn't melted. Aesthetic was okay, but something was off that I can't quite put my finger on. I think it was the seating (arrangement and furniture).

Yelp
I think this is the only Nutella Cafe in the US which makes for a special visit. With tax, it's $9.36 for a personalized Nutella jar. You'll order and then scooch over to where the laptop and printer is and tell the employee the 10 characters you'd like printed out and they'll place it over the original label. Great souvenir, just make sure you have a check in luggage if you plan on bringing it on a flight. It comes in a cute Nutella bag. My friend tried their Mocha Latte which came with a biscuit that I got to try and it was so good! I don't normally drink coffee, so I thought the chocolate in the coffee overpowered the coffee in a good way. (I'm not a fan of coffee lol) There's also a giant Nutella jar inside the cafe that is a great spot for photos. I was surprised to see no line out the door on a Thursday around 2:50p as the day before, it was packed!

Yelp
Only take carry out at 8:30 and we're out of chia pudding , overnight oats and yogurt parfaits. Got the crème brûlée and a mocha Nutella latte which were very good. I also enjoyed that they had labels that you could customize for purchase without the jar of Nutella. This was very helpful as I was traveling and did not have a checked bag and would not be able to take the jar of Nutella in my carry-on. The staff were friendly, and it was definitely busy, but there was ample seating inside and out

Yelp
My fiancé and I just happen to be walking around and saw this really cool place. Nutella is absolutely one of my guilty pleasures so I couldn't resist but go in. I decided to just get a Nutella gelato push pop to be easier for the walking and it actually came with one of their Nutella biscuits. I thought the push pop was OK, I've had much better Nutella gelato elsewhere. The biscuit itself was really tasty, I enjoyed it more than the gelato. Definitely a cute stop for people who love Nutella

Yelp
As a die hard Nutella fan I just had to stop by this place in my tour of Chicago. Needless to say I was not disappointed. Walking in, you're greeted by the largest jar of Nutella ever! The pancaked were delicious, and my latte was rich and decadent. The cafe is quite busy due to it being a pretty popular tourist spot, so seating may occasionally be a little hard to find during busy hours. Of course, if you're not all that crazy about Nutella, or if you have nut allergies, you may not find this cafe as enticing. Nevertheless I quite enjoyed my stop here!

Yelp
This place is a must stop if you like Nutella! The store has a large selection of items and the Nutella displays were great. The highlight for me was being able to put my son's name on the Nutella label. I gave it to him as a gift and he absolutely loved it! Recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Yelp
A rare 4-star review for a somewhat gimmicky Cafe. But this place is anything but gimmicky. I like nutella, but I don't absolutely love it. But this is a very nice cafe. The grilled banana bread was quite tasty. Only problem, it wasn't hot, it was just grilled. And the pieces were extremely thin, so he gave this sensation of slightly stale banana bread. Coffee was perfect, and they had nonfat milk. Service was fast and very friendly, and there was someone ready to clear my table the minute I was done.

Yelp
Finally tried the famous Nutella Cafe! I remember when this cafe first came to Chicago - there would be a line a mile long down the block. Fast forward years later, I'm able to walk right in and order within 5 minutes (thank gawd). If you love Nutella, you'll like this cafe. Is it a tad overrated? A little bit, but they still have some pretty sweet desserts. It's not super cheap but not super expensive; pricing is standard I'd say. The seating inside is pretty close together and people are constantly going in and out. It's located on Michigan Ave so it's a very popular and busy street with scarce parking (located a short straight walk from The Bean). It doesn't get more touristy than this place. We got the Nutella hot cocoa which I thought was delicious, I'd totally get it again. There was some Nutella at the bottom too which I was literally scraping to get because it was so good (lol). We also had a plain Nutella crepe which was alright - the Nutella is obviously the best part, but I feel like I could make it at home or get something like this at other places. It really was a simple crepe with Nutella inside and on top. The employees here were pretty nice too. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to come back, but if I'm in the area and want a sweet treat I would! I definitely recommend the Nutella hot cocoa.

Yelp
My boyfriend was craving deserts and we were on Michigan Ave so decided to walk into Nutella Cafe. We ordered crepes with banana, strawberries and gelato. The crepes tasted really good, the service however, was mediocre. The cashier was tad bit rude and they messed up with our gelato order in the beginning, although the Manager agreed to replace it with what we exactly needed. This place is usually filled with tourists over the weekends so try to visit it during weekdays or less busy hours.

Yelp
Welcomed by the strong fragrance of hazelnutty chocolately aroma of nutella and baked goods. The cafe was already packed and there's still a line forming at the register. This is indeed a pricey cafe but I love nutella! It's shocking that people are willing to spend $9 to have a personalize label on their nutella jar. Food wise was a bit disappointing. The nutella croissant was not as advertised whereby the croissant was filled with the nutella. Instead, what I had was a croissant with nutella spreaded on top. The nutella gelato was decent with strong chocolatey flavor but not quite the gelato texture. It came with a nutella biscuit on top which was the highlight!

Yelp
My experience at Nutella in downtown Chicago was extremely disappointing. Despite waiting in a long line with limited staff, I was met with an unenthusiastic and somewhat rude employee when I finally reached the front. I ordered Nutella biscuits and custom Nutella bottles, only to be told to wait off to the side for assistance. After 10 minutes of waiting, I had to speak up and ask for help, as other customers began to line up behind me. They started helping whoever decided to push their way to the front. It took a total of 30 minutes for an employee to finally address our group, but unfortunately, they were unable to get the machine working. Instead of attempting to fix the issue, they simply refunded everyone's money. Overall, it was a frustrating and time-wasting experience. I will not be back.

Yelp
My daughter is a huge Nutella fan so it was a given that this would be one of our stops. It's a cute little shop with a big personality. If you like/love Nutella, you have to make a stop. They have merchandise for sale in addition to all the yumminess they offer. The staff was friendly and efficient. I strongly suggest the Nutella covered strawberries, and their hot chocolate. Also, make sure to get your very own personalized jar of Nutella.

Yelp
Loved this place! We came last night for a hot chocolate and it was amazing! ***ATMOSPHERE*** Small seating area but still enough room to sit on an average day. It's nice inside with all of the Nutella decor! ***STAFF*** Very friendly and helpful! ***FOOD/DRINK*** With the hot chocolate you get a cookie as well. I love the Nutella biscuits! I used to eat them in France several years ago then finally started seeing them in the supermarkets in Atlanta and was so excited! They are so good! The hot chocolate was also delicious but not overly sweet to where it was sickening. I hate way over the top sweets, but this was perfect! You can also get your own name on a Nutella jar which is super cool and it's under 9$!! I was going to get one as a Christmas gift for a friend but unfortunately they're out until Dec. 20th. ***CONCLUSION*** Will definitely be back to try more of their desserts :)

Yelp
As a big chocolate lover in general, this was a dream to go. It is a fun, cute cafe with different foods with loads of Nutella. You can also get a personalized Nutella Jar for about $9 but I opted out of that. We got the grilled banana bread, chocolate croissant and the yogurt parfait and all of it was delicious! For any chocolate lovers, definitely give this place a try.

Yelp
Clean and simple minimalist bright vibe coffee and snack shop vibe. Strongly recommend this place for nutella (hazelnut and chocolate) lovers and for non-local travelers. Nutella stuffed croissants French toast is very delicious. Recommend the customized nutella for at least once in a life time (travelers will have to check in their bag as TSA will consider nutella as liquid) Very friendly staff with great service and nowledge provide information on gift purchases. The restaurant/cafe is down a few steps and not wheel chair accessible.

Yelp
We came early morning due to a conference nearby. It wasn't busy so we got a long table and it was a great time. Chill place for morning breakfast and they had some high energy music that was a great start. Service was great because they saw our big table and they brought all of our food to us. They also checked in to pick up our dishes so that was cool. Food wise I ordered a liege waffle with no extra toppings. Extra toppings are a dollar or so but I just really wanted Nutella. I also ordered a double shot macchiato so that was really good. Cool visit, great area views!
google avatar

Rachel A.

Yelp
Bucketlist cafe check! I loved this cafe and all the nutella themed items. Definitely worth a visit if you're a nutella lover. Shout out to Brandon who was absolutely lovely (I was on the fence about buying a jar of nutella with my name on it lol and he convinced me lol).

Yelp
Love Nutella cafe! I have been a regular ever since it opened here in Chicago. I am a big fan of the espresso gourmet. The combination of Nutella, espresso, whipped cream and chopped nuts is just unbeatable. Their Nutella stuffed biscuits are my absolute favorite too. The biscuits are nice and crunchy and the Nutella stuffed inside makes the whole combination just absolutely delicious. The crepes are great too! I love experimenting with different toppings but my favorite so far has been the Nutella crepe with bananas and toasted hazelnuts. The service is fast. You have to place the order at the counter and they give you a number to place on your table. The servers then come deliver your food to the table. The ambience is very cute with them designing everything around the Nutella theme. A must visit in Chicago!
google avatar

Danni A.

Yelp
5/5. Soooo yummy. Cravings satisfied! There is a huge jar of Nutella inside to take a picture with. The seating is a bit tricky... it's first come, first serve. I would recommend that someone from your group save a spot to sit at and the other person orders. I came during the week (Friday) and got to go straight inside but I walked by the next day (Saturday) and the line was out the door passing 2 of the neighboring businesses. My cashier was friendly as well. The food came out fairly quickly.
google avatar

Maritza N.

Yelp
Waited around ~30 mins on a weekend night. It was busy at night with the line going out the door. Once you're inside, the decorations are Nutella everything and so cute! They have lots of Nutella-based desserts with different ways to customize. We ordered: - a crepe with strawberries, Nutella whipped cream, Nutella gelato and chocolate sauce. The Nutella gelato was really good! It was my first time trying Nutella whipped cream which was really sweet as expected. The crepe didn't have the filling inside and everything was just placed on top of the crepe. They ran out of the customizable Nutella jars by the time we got there so you might have to get there early if that's what you're looking for. Overall, would recommend to visit if you have the time to wait in line, if you love Nutella or if you're looking for a cute customizable gift, but wouldn't say it was super special for me. The prices are a bit high for what you get but it was a cool place to visit, especially if you love Nutella. The wait was long and it was cold so I would recommend coming earlier or on a weekday to avoid the line.
google avatar

Daniel M.

Yelp
Hope you have a sweet tooth when coming here! Everything in Nutella flavor or with it on top. The crepes are a must! When we arrived the line was intimidating but it went very quickly, only took 10 minutes or so. You will want to know that you order at the register and are given a buzzer to let you know when your food is done. We did not end up having to go get our food, they brought it to us using the number on the buzzer as reference. You get to pick your own place to sit which is nice. Staff is very friendly! The inside is neat with there being a big jar of Nutella that you can take a picture with. Very modern interior with Nutella theme. Definitely recommend at least once!
google avatar

Steven Z.

Yelp
The Nutella Cafe is a cool place to check out, but honestly it's mostly for tourists. The line getting in was really long and the staff was a little impatient with me when I was ordering. I had their Nutella gelato which was pretty good but leans toward the expensive side. Inside the building was modern and comfortable but it did take awhile for me to get a seat inside.

Yelp
My friends and I did a quick weekend trip to Chicago to see The Office Experience and to eat, drink and be merry. We were talking to Millennium Park and saw this café which happened to be right around the corner from our hotel. Made a mental note of it and decided to check it out before heading to the airport the next day. The line was out the door every time we passed by and on the day we came to visit. We had time and really wanted to try it out so we waited. Seating is first come first serve, but luckily we found a table upon making in the building. The space is tight inside even though there are multiple floors. The employees were super nice and very helpful throughout. There are alot of options food and drink wise here. They have some of their own creations such as panzanella, banana bread, or fruit trays. You can also create your own dish consisting of a variety of bases such as crepes, pancakes, liege waffles, French toast, parfait, oats and hemp seed pudding. With that you can then add as many toppings as you would like with each topping varying in price. I decided on a crepe with bananas, strawberries, chopped hazelnuts and Nutella. Basic but amazing. I tried my friends waffle and grilled banana bread and they were delicious as well. It was cold out and I also wanted to sleep on the plane, so I went with hot chocolate with marshmallow foam. This drink was super decadent but tasty. We had to buy some water to wash the sweetness down. We also picked up some personalized Nutella bottles as souvenirs. Overall, I'm glad I came and checked this place out. It's one of those touristy places that I'm a sucker for. The prices are high for what you get so I don't see myself rushing back if I'm in town.
google avatar

Sunny P.

Yelp
My friend and I got drinks and the nutella croissant. It's definitely always busy since the line was pretty long. It's definitely a fun experience if you like nutella! The chocolate croissants were NOT worth it and extremely disappointing. We basically had plain croissants that they cut open and added some nutella to but it was barely any. My friend did enjoy her nutella mocha since she could taste the nutella well. I enjoyed my nutella espresso a lot since it was a perfect mix of nutella, whipped cream and espresso. Definitely mix before hand!
google avatar

Deborah C.

Yelp
If you're a Nutella fan, this is a must. I used to be addicted to the stuff lol. My friend and I stopped here during our 5 hour stay in Chicago (we were passing through on our way to Green Bay). There is a wide variety of items to choose from! You can create your own "Nutella masterpiece" or order from a specialty menu. You can also buy personalized jars of Nutella, and other random merch. We ordered the croissant French toast, and the creme brûlée, both obviously with Nutella. They were fantastic. I wasn't expecting the food to be this good. The place was pretty busy but we were able to find seating. Staff was helpful and cafe was nicely maintained.
google avatar

Paulette C.

Yelp
This is the only Nutella Cafe in the world. I highly recommend getting your own Nutella jar with your name and getting more for friends. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality is excellent. Try the cookies. Be sure to order enough for friends.
google avatar

Yelp
We were on our way to another event and we realized this would be the perfect chance to finally stop by. We came earlyish, before noon. There was a line but not extending 2 doors down like we usually see! We chose to eat inside, though they have cool outdoor seating; I am not sharing my Nutella with birds! The setup is a little unusual, with table service. You place the order, pay, and they give you a number to place on the table. The servers were efficient and friendly. The food was awesome, but how do you mess up Nutella?? The crepe was made perfectly, the caramel apples were a good compliment to the chocolate/hazelnut. My party got a waffle with banana. The list of toppings were wide and fascinating! I probably would have liked it a little hotter, but that would have melted the whipped cream. I was a little taken aback when a packet of cream fell off the tray and onto the floor, but the server STILL placed it on the table! I did not hand it back to her, but we didn't use it. Also, I spilled some water on the table and floor. I notified a staff member, but they did not come by to clean up the water on the floor. I warned them to be careful not to slip, but that was not a hint to them to wipe up the water. Hopefully they can work on these snafus, but I'd go back. We sat by the fireplace, which was off of course, but come fall/winter, I'm fighting for a spot near there!
google avatar

Yelp
CUTE CACE, OVERWORKED STAFF AND UNDERWHELMING FOOD! This cafe is so famous that we had to check it out on our trip. Firstly the waiting queue was too long. After waiting in the line for 40 mins, we finally had a chance to to in and order. The lady taking the order was rushing everyone. We ordered Nutella waffle with side of strawberries. The waffle was undercooked, strawberries were wilted and there was just a HINT of Nutella and we paid 14$ for that. Overall, it was way to overprices for such a low quality food. I would highly recommend skipping this cafe!
google avatar

Eric T.

Yelp
Interesting concept. Very much a tourist-trap though. The food is OK, nothing super special, but your typical fare with Nutella. The prices are naturally high, as it is downtown and it is a popular treat. The wait was a bit long, with a line extending outside. I am glad we tried this - once, and I am not anticipating going back. I would recommend trying this at least once for the experience and the customized bottle of Nutella for $8.49.
google avatar

Ino R.

Yelp
Quick service and hazelnut goodness. It was pouring outside, being indoors and one of many Nutella lovers it was crowded when we got here. The crepes were delicious and plenty of toppings...even the gelato dollop was big. But if you're not into crepes or pancakes, this place does overnight oats, hemp chia seeds, granola parfait...it all looks good. And despite being warned, we ordered our crepes, hot coffees, and croissants without having to take it to-,go. The crew turned over tables quickly and efficiently. Space was available the whole time. Floors were sqeejee'd. If you love Nutella, why wait?!
google avatar

Maggie C.

Yelp
3.5 stars Food was 4 stars. Subtract 0.5-1 star for the service. I went on a Saturday night and the line was all the way down the block. They were making people wait outside of the building even though the inside was really empty. I believe the kitchen was short staffed so they were catching up with orders. I understand being short staffed, but the management of the long line was chaotic. We ended up being the first in line when the second wave of people were let in before more people started waiting in line. No staff member came out to address what was going on for 10-15 minutes. Instead, the line started getting really rowdy with the people in the back yelling at all those in the front of the line. I ended up just going in and trying to hunt down any staff member that could go out and help explain what was going on. Instead, they just decided to let everyone in suddenly. It made no sense. We ended up getting take out because of how late it had become from the long wait. The food itself was decent. Nutella gelato was pretty sweet, but it's Nutella. I enjoyed the biscuit it came with. The crepe was good..outer edge was crisp and the inside was more soft. I don't think I would come back again, but at least I can say I went to a Nutella cafe.
google avatar

Min Z.

Yelp
We passed by many times in the past and always saw a long waiting line outside. We figured it must be worth trying if it was loved by so many people. Well, we finally tried and very disappointed. T We ordered: 2*Drip coffee: it didn't taste good and couldn't finish it 3*Panzanella- made from Greek yogurt topped with pound cake, basil, & mixed berries: the picture looked better than the real thing. The portion was smaller, and pound cake was stale, only a few berries.it didn't taste like a dessert because only a few sprinkles of Nutella on top, and it tasted plain without much flavor.

W L.

Yelp
First time visiting a Nutella Cafe. The items seem delicious but I only had a gelato with a biscuit. My only complaint is service seems to be quite slow. The line is long and only one cashier.
google avatar

Ernie H.

Yelp
There's always a line outside - always. Why? We'll how many Nutella cafes are there around? 12 actually only 3 in the US. Is it worth the wait? Let's start with Purdy. It's perfect for your instagram, facebook, social media post. But how's the food? Wait for it - not bad good actually. We had the banana foster and strawberry crepe no complaints. Also the Nutella croissants were well baked flaky and delicious. Pricing surprisingly for Chicago was fair. Thus 5 stars, as long as your wait isn't too long. P.S our line today was only inside because it was Pouring rain.
google avatar

Kyle S.

Yelp
If you like Nutella and your flavors very sweet, this is the place for you. It's a little too sweet for me, but I'm not going to be harsh on it for that since I had a basic understanding before going in. Everything here includes the famous chocolate and hazelnut flavor of its namesake. The mocha latte was extremely flavorful and basically hot chocolate with a little more caffeine. The design of the cafe is really cool. It's nice to see so much effort out into little things like the pub tables and ceiling. Didn't hurt that it was done up for Christmas when we visited. Be prepared to wait a few minutes to get your order. Listen for your name and check out the branded merch.
google avatar

Rick S.

Yelp
After walking Michigan Avenue to observe the Christmas lights, we were sufficiently in need of a warm-up so we wandered into the Nutella Cafe across from our hotel. Although it was later in the evening and most of the nearby shops were closed, Nutella was very busy so it took a few minutes to get through the line. They have a decent selection of sweets and beverages and merch as well. We opted for the Nutella hot cocoa with a biscuit. The chocolate drink was piping hot and deliciously creamy and rich, and the not-too-sweet cookie was perfectly paired. Service was prompt and super friendly. Recommended.
google avatar

Lauren B.

Yelp
Came here for some hot chocolate when it felt like 3 degrees outside... I was really impressed, the inside was super cute and clean! They had christmas decorations everywhere too :) I got the nutella hot chocolate-- soo good! It was very creamy and you could taste the nutella but it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet- it was perfect honestly. And it came with a little nutella cookie. The little loft seating area was nice and its all windows so you have a good view of outside into the city! The employees were very friendly as well. Overall a really good experience!
google avatar

Alexandra W.

Yelp
If you lover Nutella this place is for you! Every time I'm in Chicago I have to stop by here. The food is truly so good and if you don't get there early enough there is a long line out the door!
google avatar

Nora K.

Yelp
There was a huge line at 9 am in the morning! They were out of the Nutella biscuits . Cute and cramped little cafe. Messy tables . If you've decided on Nutella, just don't even try to be healthy n order yogurt parfaits or some such monster. Must try their Nutella gelato shots !! Chefs kiss! Also had the perfect waffles , chocolate fondue and plate of fruit. The hot chocolate wasn't that great. The yogurt /cake bowl was not to my taste at all. Overall would love to go again and try other favorites on the menu

Yelp
The Nutella Cafe was a pleasant surprise to find, since I had no idea such thing existed and I LOVE Nutella myself. My partner and I decided to stop by and give it a try, and we ended up ordering their Liege waffle to share and bring back to our hotel. The waffle itself was tasty, it had a nice crunch on the outside and soft, doughy interior. The Nutella topping was rich and delicious as expected too. I really wanted to try their creme brûlée, but unfortunately it was sold out :( Overall, it mainly missed the mark for me since we waited quite some time despite there not being a wait when we arrived. For the price point, the menu items they have seem relatively plain which made it underwhelming to try when we entered. Nonetheless, the waffle we got was enjoyable and they had a lot of cute Nutella souvenirs!

Yelp
Wasn't too crowded on a Tuesday noon, but the line moved slowly. I got a hot nutella cocoa and it came with a biscuit. It tasted like regular hot cocoa from the instant powder packs, and it wasn't that hot. The highlight was the customized nutella jars. I didn't get one but my friend did and it was ready pretty quickly. They make good gifts! Probably wouldn't come back again as I didn't see the hype in this spot.

Yelp
My kids love this place and it never disappoints. Will return whenever we're around. Literally anything on the menu is awesome. Also, great location.

Yelp
I'd come back for the biscuits, maybe make a nutella jar with someone's name on it as a gift. But other than that, we were left waiting in the cold . The guy forgot to let us in - the cafe was short staffed and so limited entry to the cafe. Once inside, the line moved pretty fast. There's an island of souvenirs in the middle of the room. We bought two bags of biscuits 5/5 Definitely unique. Would buy again for gifts. nutella espresso, 3/5 it is what you'd expect it to be although the nutella was all on the bottom though I've mixed it the whole time large shake 3/5 just ok Crepe with bananas and Strawberries 3.5/5 We grabbed a table nearby and the wait for our order did not take long. The food comes to you if you are dining in. Overall the cafe was just ok.

Yelp
If you like Nutella this is the place you want to be. My family and I decided to take a stroll downtown Chicago and ended up at the Nutella cafe. I was a little hesitant considering I'm not a fan of Nutella but coming to the cafe has definitely changed my mind. We had the crossing french toast with strawberries and whip cream along with the fruit platter with Nutella. It was all very good. The place is cute and the service was great, everyone was nice. I really wish I took a picture of the food but we ended up taking it to go and eating it in the car. I can say I will be back and I look at Nutella a little different now.

Yelp
I love Nutella and knew I wanted to stop by the Nutella Cafe right above Millenium Park. I don't really know what I was expecting but it was really just alright, should have trusted reviews. I got a Nutella Baguette, which was literally just a warm baguette with nutella spread on top and some hazelnut sprinkles. Nothing special about it, I could make this at home. I wish the baguette were warmer :( I also got an Iced Mocha which was just a regular mocha with tons of Nutella at the bottom. Unfortunately the Nutella doesn't really mix well with the drink so it was more like drinking a mocha with globs of Nutella in between each sip. Unfortunately would not recommend coming here.

Yelp
A fun spot with fun food. We went on the Monday after the Chicago marathon and the line extended outside the store, so it took about 30 min to get our order placed. The big attraction is being able to get a customized jar of Nutella, but the food is great too. We ordered the croissant French toast, banana bread, waffles, and affogato Gelato. Everything was delicious and filled with Nutella goodness. Definitely worth a stop when in town.

Yelp
Tourist trap! This review is for my fellow out of towners. There's often a line to get inside which wastes valuable vacation time. Once you get in, the food that is offered here is very mediocre and better quality versions of it can be found elsewhere. Really you're paying for the nutella branding. I came here just to try it once and afterwards thought that it wasn't really worth it. Would not recommend coming here on your Chicago trip.
