NYY Steak has everything you would want in a New York City steakhouse. INCREDIBLE food (the theatre menu was perfection and gave us a great meal and plenty of time to make it to our show!). I am also a big Old Fashioned drinker and it was one of the best I have ever had!!! (And, I've had a few. LOL) On top of the incredible food is the TOP NOTCH service. Every need was attended to and the staff was beyond friendly and some of the best I have ever had! I'm not a baseball fan but, being born in the Bronx, the nod to the Yankees is everywhere - including a World Series Trophy that my brothers and dad almost fell over when they saw the picture of us sitting next to it. Do yourself a favor - if you are in NYC and want a great steak house with amazing atmosphere, food and service - make your reservation today!!!!

I went here for dinner several times. The restaurant is next to the Hard Rock Hotel which I think they are in partnership. I really like this restaurant, the design is and the bar are cool and also the atmosphere. The staff is amazing, everyone is friendly, kind and mainly professional. The food is very good, the fillet is very soft and light. Also the sides are good and tasty. They always suggested excellent quality/price local wines. Musicians and jazz bands are playing weekly. I have just one note, all the musicians they’re calling are great and it would be a good idea to let them play somewhere you can see them from the restaurant because at the moment they are playing next to entrance and sadly they are not visible from the dining area. Apart form this I highly recommend this restaurant. 👍

This was the best dining experience I've had in New York, hands down. The food was incredible. Typical steak house staples were elevated with unique flavor combinations and incredible cooking techniques. The steaks was incredible, but the apps may have stolen the show. The bone marrow and beef tartare are not to be missed. The service here really pushed our meal over the edge. The manager Jonathon checked in on us throughout our meal and told us stories about particular ingredients, dishes, and preparation techniques that really brought the meal to life. The more theatrical presentations, like the table-side Cesar salad, were truly memorable. I look forward to going back!

My boyfriend and I went here for our anniversary since he’s always wanted to go, and we couldn’t have had a better experience! From the ambiance, to the food, to the staff. Everything was so excellent! Our server Denny made the dinner so much better with his great hospitality and really making us feel welcome. The rest of the staff was great too- always coming by to check in on us. Denny recommended the bone marrow, which was very delicious. It just melts in your mouth and has you savoring every bite. I also got the veal cheek, which blew my mind with the chef’s presentation of the dish and the various flavors involved. I would write more about the food but this review’s getting really long.. if you’re in the area, just take my word for it. Everything here is delicious!

Arrived to this beautiful NYY Steakhouse inside the Hard Rock Hotel on West 48th St. Fantastic layout with spacious seating, well stocked bar & excellent staff. I was dining with friends & we all had the power lunch for $38 each SERIOUSLY from the presentation of each plate from starter/main/dessert absolutely gorgeous. I had the Kobe tartar then the 5oz steak with asparagus & fries & a dessert which again was absolutely gorgeous. Lunch in NYC for $38 & such high quality food we also got to meet Chef Sasha what a delight to meet her and to experience her talent! WOW!!!

Had an amazing lunch at NYY Steak, I'm so glad they re-open this establishment in Midtown again. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful inside and is definitely nicer than the last location from a decor perspective. The steak tartare was probably the best I have ever had, and the filet was excellent as well. I didn't get any pictures of the meal but take my word for it the food was outstanding! We will definitely be returning.

INCREDIBLE. We arrived 5 minutes before closing (not knowing) and the manager Jonathan was sincerely delighted to find us a table. My fiancé had the 12oz NY Strip and I had the Beet Salad with plums, ricotta, balsamic glaze and oregano vinaigrette. You can tell they use the BEST ingredients. Everything from the ambiance - service -to the flavours and presentation really made for a luxurious dining experience. We can’t wait to come back.

The Power Lunch is a great deal at $42 and the Caesar salad, filet, asparagus and cappuccino were fantastic. The service was acceptable however where I sat, there was no Yankees vibe, it just felt like a high end steakhouse. My view was the World Series trophy and wine storage (management really needs to add more Yankees history). Also the bathrooms are super weird for a steakhouse.
