O Mi Ga Vietnamese Kitchen

This was my second time visiting this restaurant and I had another great experience. I ordered the salmon poke bowl and beef pho to go. While I waited for my order, I walked around and browsed some of the shops and markets. After about 15 minutes, my food was ready. The salmon poke bowl with all the toppings was beyond delicious. However, I was not a fan of the pho. The broth tasted sour and was very dark in color. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely be getting the poke again though.

I was going here every Friday FAITHFULLY. But today, the experience was awful. The cost went up, but my quality of food went WAY DOWN. This was the worse food I’ve ever gotten from here, and it just turned me off from them completely. My order had ginger in it and I specifically asked for no ginger, no seaweed salad, and no masgo eggs, yet I was missing avocado and jalapeños but never mentioned them in my do not want list. My chicken was dry and my shirmp still had its skin on it. The lady who I assume is the owner just seemed in a rush and not friendly at all. I am disappointed, and will not be putting my money in their pockets anymore, and I will be sure to let others know as well!

Great experience, I was a big fan of their Lemongrass Chicken Com-Rice dish. The portion sizes were larger than expected, of course that was very much appreciated. It came alongside a savory fish sauce that just elevated the side salad and chicken together. Easy ordering and pickup, it is a few different restaurants in a marketplace and with a 1-hour validation for the parking lot.

When this restaurant opened in Atlanta Curb Market, it was such a great option. My favorite dish was the Pho soup. Large portions, and it was delicious ! Well, I’m not sure if it’s due to pandemic but they have fallen short on the quantity and quality of food. Today I ordered the House Pho and it left a lot to be desired! I must admit that the broth is still delicious but he serving of noodles, and meat was lacking!! Their portion size has drastically decreased! I’ll probably wait for a few months before going back. I’m overall disappointed.

I had a business lunch at O Mi Ga. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere at the market is energized and perfect for an informal lunch. Several weeks later I reached out for a receipt and the owners were quick and happy to locate and send the receipt - exceptional and friendly customer service.

Ordered the lemongrass chicken since they were out of shrimp and pork. (wanted the shrimp) asked for bok choy and cabbage instead of salad. The chicken was not lemongrass and was seasoned so heavily and cooked dry. The vegetables were cabbage, cauliflower and carrots which was cooked so much it was mush. So disappointed!

My first time having Vietnamese food, it was delicious. I was able to text my order and they delivered directly to my door. The portions were large and I have leftovers. I was able to control the spice level as they had all the spicy items on the side.

The food was so delicious. My bowl was paired perfectly with pork, noodles, and veggies. And an egg roll!! The sauce was the right amount of sweet and spicy.even my six year old ate every last bit of the pork, egg, and rice.

I came across this place at an Asian Night Market in Pullman Yards. They were pretty busy with lots of people ordering multiple items. The staff was friendly and while there was a bit of wait for the food it was definitely worth it. Their pho was some of the best that I have ever had. The broth was so flavorful. There were a couple of items that I wanted to try but they had already sold out due to popularity. I definitely want to try out their actual location in the Sweet Auburn market.

Dua II Go is my new favorite spot for fast, good & reasonably priced Vietnamese food. I've only ordered from here using UberEats and I've never had a bad experience. * The prep time for the food is really quick...making the delivery process super fast. * The Spicy Lemongrass Chicken and Spicy Lemongrass Tofu are both reasonably priced & delicious. The chicken is super tender and packed with flavor. I love their steamed white, sticky rice. And the salad is not bad (I really just like the dressing).

Order from this place via Ubereats and out of the 3 items, we only received 1 and it was still wrong. Our Bun Bo Hue came with no meat, at $10.50. And the other two items just didn't even get delivered. First and last time ordering from here. Would not recommend or revisit.

Quick fix for my pho craving. Super small one size bowl. Taste was a little salty on the shrimp vermicelli with six piece of shrimp, spring rolls was refreshing and the pho was alright but over priced.

Service was great; portions were descent, but would have liked to have more condiments. They ran out of chili paste nor was it offered. The Lychee Tea was delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Hey there, Official Vietnamese-American repping the Asian delegation here. (Chapelle show reference, FYI.) Would I drive across town to eat at Dua II? Would I bring my angry, yet very loving and hard-working refugee mother there if she visited me? No. But if I worked Downtown and wanted to eat Vietnamese, I would consider eating at Dua II often. Things to know: ***** I. LOCATION & PARKING: Their stand resides inside of Sweet Auburn Market, near a soul-food and juice stands. About parking, Sweet Auburn Market has a lot, but finding a spot can be difficult at times. II. FOOD & DRINK: They focus on mainstream Vietnamese fare ranging from your standard egg rolls and spring rolls, several different iterations of pho, com (rice dishes), and bun (tapioca + rice) noodle iterations. Don't expect to find any street food or cafe sua (da) there. My suggestions: ===Not Recommend=== *Eggrolls ($3.25): Filled with ground pork meat and other fixings their egg rolls lack key ingredients such as daikon, carrot, shiitake mushroom, and bean thread. Even if they did use these ingredients, though, then I don't taste them. Also, the size of them resemble Chinese egg rolls (smaller), so they don't seem authentic to me. I have no major qualms with their fish sauce, though. ===A-OK=== *Spring Rolls: Not bad. It comes with slices of pork and pieces of shrimp, and it's complemented by herbs and noodles all wrapped in a rice paper. The spring roll itself could be wrapped tighter. Regarding the sauce, it's a peanut one mixed with hoison sauce. Not bad. But not something I would go out of my way for, though. *Spicy Lemon Grass Tofu w/ Rice ($8): I need more lemongrass in their tofu, and I think the sauce they have (which seems like an altered oyster sauce) overpowers everything else. Accompanied with a cup of rice and helping of veggies, it'll just do enough to satisfy your inner vegan. *Beef Pho ($8.75): This pho caters to non-Asian folks (and that's fine). And, as a person who both cooks pho and has high standards for it, it's passable. The broth lacks layers of umami, but it does have an appropriate ratio of spices and savoriness. The slices of brisket taste fine, but it needs more accompaniments (slices of onion, scallions). They could also include culantro, too. ===RECOMMEND=== *Bun Bo Hue ($8.75): I could say similar critiques about their bun bo hue similar like I did with their pho, but I like their bun bo hue. Aside from street vendors in Vietnam, I haven't found many places that serve bun bo hue this quickly (without sacrificing TOO much quality). Yes, I wish they added more spice, a pork foot, and banana blossom, but I would eat this regularly if I worked nearby. *Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio ($8.95): Their marinated meat is delicious, and it reminds me of Vietnamese potlucks I used to hit up as a shorty. They provide a generous amount of food, too. III. SERVICE: A bit slow, but they're a lot faster than other stalls in Sweet Auburn Market. I found the person taking my order very friendly and helpful, too. IV. PRICES: A substantial lunch for under $10? Yes, please. Sure, they're a few cents more than other Vietnamese restaurants, but authentic Vietnamese eats rarely break the bank. V. OVERALL: A fast-casual Vietnamese stops in one of Atlanta's premier Downtown institutions appealing to non-Vietnamese audiences? I can support that. And I would more often if I worked Downtown.

Pork mixao This small restaurant exits in a small auburn market next about two blocks from Grady Hospital. The location couldn't be better With all the foot traffic from the healthcare employees. An added bonus is that the food is made fresh to order, there is attention to detail, portion sizes are generous and flavors are what you would expect of an Asian fusion/Vietnamese restaurant. As listed above I chose to order the pork mixao and was not disappointed. The meal was served with a bed of egg noodles, cucumber, carrot slivers, green onion and freshly grilled pork. There was a side serving of soy sauce for added flavor and sat and I chose to add a packet of sriracha. As a first time to this location and was not disappointed and I am eagerly awaiting my next visit to try the pho. Again if In the área give the place a try and recommend a friend.

I was always a big fan of Dua's original location on Broad St, so when Dua II Go opened up the next block over from my dorm I was LIVING. First their Pho is just love in a bowl. Eating it feels like a warm hug to your tummy. If you're sick or congested, douse it with a good amount of Sriracha and BOOM, airways cleared. And I had soley been eating Dua's Pho for two years (why I don't know I'm normally more adventurous) until a co-worker suggested I try their rice dishes, and woooowww, I was really sleep for so long. I got the lemongrass beef and it comes with soft pillowy rice, a fried egg, and a cucumber carrot salad. Safe to say I will continue to explore this section of Dua's menu, and so should you.

More noodles than brother n beef was chewy but nice broth for 10$ I guess. Ended up drinking all the broth n tossing the 128,939 noodles

Great quick Vietnamese food. We ate counter side and we're pleased with that service and food. The steak was super tender and tasty. The atmosphere inside the market is fun and light and makes for a nice outing while your at it. We picked up some fresh fruit after at a cute stand run by the sweetest korean people. A definite must stop for anyone.

My absolute favorite for mi xao and lemongrass tofu! This place comes to my job via Fooda (multiple restaurants visit per week) and Dua2Go is the best restaurant they have. I can't believe I love peanuts on my food. Kudos. I just wish they were open later than 4pm, with their actual store front locations.

Horribly soggy noodles... I was not impressed with O Mi Ga, the noodles were complete mush and over cooked. Everything else was fresh but man the noodles were the largest disappointment. I'll stick to pho king instead next time...sorry

I ordered Beef Pho and 2 Spring Rolls to go. Beef Pho was plentiful, and its broth was amazing. I couldn't get enough of Spring Rolls since they were fresh and tasty with the sauce.

Had a delicious stir fried shrimp bowl here recently. Shrimp was grilled to perfection, portion size was fair, and price was right too. My wife tried the lemon grass chicken and enjoyed that as well. Would love to come back to try more menu items

One of my fav Vietnamese Spots in Atlanta hands down. Super affordable always friendly and located in one the best spots possible Sweet Auburn Market! Still had viable options even when I become vegan! Their flavors and sauces on all their food is supreme!

Honestly the best in the city when it comes to Asian cuisine. I go atleast once a week! Also works at sweet auburn are amazing, nice and always make my food perfect

I really like the food here. I have been eating here for years and I will continue to. I was much happier with the value, portions, and freshness of the food before the pandemic. Since the pandemic, the price has really gone up which I am understanding of; however, the portion size has been reduced a lot especially for the protein. On several recent trips they have left the peanuts off the dish I ordered even though I specified that I did want them. I have also had several recent experiences where some of the lettuce included in my dish is clearly bad. I eat here less often given the above, but I still do enjoy the food and would recommend trying it.

O Mi Ga is a just-okay Vietnamese lunch spot in downtown. An outpost of Broad Street favorite Dua, this location is a walk-up counter that seems to have the same menu as the original. It is located in the surprisingly pleasant, yet D.I.Y., Sweet Auburn Municipal Market food hall, so there is plenty of seating and other options for those not in the mood for Vietnamese. I came with friends for a workday lunch, and ordered the spicy tofu bún. It was a classic noodle salad, topped with carrot, cucumbers, spring mix, peanuts and the tofu, which was actually very spicy and well-prepared. Mine came with a thick, savory peanut sauce, which was fine, although I would have preferred the light, sour dressing that usually comes with bún. I also missed the herbal component that usually comes with this dish. To me, fresh herbs are the backbone of a good Vietnamese dish, and I would have appreciated some fresh cilantro, mint or basil to add some flavor to my meal. A plus was the huge portion, always good for Vietnamese food, which is usually on the lighter side. The service was friendly, but the cashier was obviously overworked, and he did end up forgetting my request for chili oil. It ended up being fine as the tofu was spicy enough, but another employee behind the counter might help things keep running smoothly. O Mi Ga is a perfectly fine option for fresh Vietnamese in a pinch, but keep your expectations in check.

We did delivery. Food tasted great and for a good price! Will have to try more of their dishes. Hopefully they can expand on their vegan menu. I just wish they extend their hours. Being from the west coast, I feel that Vietnamese, Pho, and generally Asian restaurants get lots of business even at night.

I went here on my first trip to the Municipal Market and wasn't that impressed. New to ATL from the Midwest I had actually never even tried Vietnamese food, so when I went to order I was asking some questions - the cashier was extremely unhelpful and my friend had to step in to explain to me what pho and other dishes consisted of. I asked her what she recommended and all she said with a blank stare was "it's all pretty good". Gee thanks for your help. It's not like I was holding up a line or anything (which shouldn't matter anyway). So I ordered the chicken pho and then waited for 15 minutes with no food, watching the people after me come and go with their orders. They took my money but somehow the order didn't get to the kitchen? So they had to push it through again and I waited another 5 minutes. I saw other reviewers say their service was fast but that was NOT the case for me. When she finally gave me my order I asked what was the best sauce with it and she had another bland reply of "they're all good" Again, my friend recommended something. Then I had to remind her I had a bottle of water with the order as she was trying to send us on our way. No apologies or nothing. The pho itself was pretty good (I guess? Only pho Ive ever had) - I would have preferred more toppings but it's a shit load of food for the price. They get stars for quantity, decent flavor, and location. 2 stars off for poor customer service. Probably won't go back with all the other eats in the market to try, as well as the other Vietnamese places nearby.

Had the B1 & M4 to go. The bun cha gio was on par with others I've had over the years, in terms of price & taste. The shrimp mi xao had steamed vegetables, which was weird. Traditional mi xao has stir fry vegetables, not steam. Maybe this is their new Asian fusion twist on traditional dishes.

I love DUA. I've eaten the on 3 occasions and the food is amazing. It's fresh, what I had was quite healthy there lemon grass chicken. I've had it delivered to my school for lunch. I thoroughly enjoy it. The food of filling but doesn't make me sluggish and has several veggies that are great etc. I would definitely recommend eating there is you like Asian cuisine. Great spot.

O Mi Ga is absolutely wonderful. Their Vietnamese Spring Rolls are fresh and delightful, with plenty of shrimp in every bite. I recently got their B5, lemongrass chicken, and it was superb. Excellently marinated, with super fresh lettuce, bean sprouts, and other veggies. Their rice noodles had the perfect consistency to finish off the dish. Highly recommend.

They're really nice especially with the whole corona virus happening they stayed opened longer just to make my food. I don't usually write reviews but I am this time Bc I really appreciated them doing that for me

pretty good solid place might be over priced but it's atlanta so im not mad. pho was a good portion. stopped by after school for this and definitely was worth the walk.

I'll start by saying that the counter staff are absolutely great. I put in an order for a poke bowl online, and when I checked in, the employee said that they didn't see it in the system. She was clearly stressed- it was busy, and the system had been malfunctioning. She took my order by hand and after a bit of a wait, I had my food and off I went. Once I got back to work, I realized that my order was wrong in multiple ways. The employee that took my order wrote everything down correctly, so it absolutely wasn't her fault. I struggle to call this poke, considering that it's mostly unseasoned basmati rice. I realize now that I probably shouldn't order poke if that's not what they specialize in, but it's also frustrating to have a bunch of things wrong with the order (just rice instead of rice and salad, no masago, no green onion, no soy, no tempura, added avocado when I didn't request it). But it was clearly an issue in the kitchen- the front counter employees did an amazing job dealing with a lunch rush with a malfunctioning online ordering system.
