The Best Restaurants in Montreal’s Gay Village and Centre-Sud | Eater Montreal

"One of Montreal’s most beloved BYOW restaurants is this neat spot from Nadine Tessier and chef Noé Lainesse. Hearty dishes showcase Quebec meats in a way that feels rustic but with a level of complexity beyond what the descriptor “rustic” implies. It’s currently offering three-course takeout meals for $35." - Valerie Silva

The Best Montreal BYOB Restaurants | Eater Montreal

"One of the most beloved BYOW’s in Montreal, this reliable Village spot is helmed by Marc-André Paradis, Pierre Roy, and Nadine Tessier. There’s some playfulness here: foie gras comes with carrot cake, black apple butter and fermented plums, for example." - Holly Tousignant

Google
What a fantastic dining experience! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.Explaining everything in english for me and made great food suggestions. I was blown away by my food in particularly the homemade foccoccia bread with the maple butter, simple but delicious. All of the food had been carefully curated and was so tasty. The duck was also phenomenal and the king crab bisque, wow! It's bring your own wine which added beautifully to my night. Highly recommend!!

Google
Food was unique. A little weird on some of the dishes. There was only one server to start which seemed odd as it made each table lack in attention. Someone finally came and helped, but i feel if it was fully staffed from the beginning it would have been a better experience.

Everything went well until I had the seal dish (corn tartlet) maybe because I never had a seal before or not familiar with the smell. It smells really bad for us and it stuck for a long time in the mouth. I suggest to remove this dish out of the menu if you hear more comments similar to mine. The waitress also already told us that the dish was just released yesterday so she doesnt know if its good or bad. We dont blame her for that. Otherwise there are other dishes that are good and exquisite like the raw scallops, nordic shrimps, beef tartar and the most amazing one is the creme brulee. The arctic char and duck goulu are not in our liking. Not sure if it was ruined because we had the seal meat before that. Service is good. Atmosphere is good.

A casual yet elegant dinning experience at Othyme. We chose three course options. All dishes were amazing. Tomato and halibut were our favorites. Bring your own wine.

Google
The food wasn’t too bad. I like the mushroom dish and the hot oysters, both were good. They definitely aren’t afraid to try new flavour combinations, and that is really great. The ambiance was nice too, spacious and the waitresses were friendly. On the downside, on every course there is at least one thing that we disliked, for example the ognion dish on the first picture, one of the duck, and 2 of the deserts. It wasn’t even bland, but that we didn’t like. We felt that for this price & good reviews it shouldn’t have happened that frequently. What comes after was even worse because 2 of us had diarrhea…

Went to O-thym with our our Canadian friends. A fab place for amazing food and great serve. Also the ability to bring your own wine is so nice. The only criticism my wife had was that it was noisy but that didn't bother me.

Google
Had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The food was delicious, came in good time, and was very refreshing! Price was also very good!

Google
I had an amazing experience at O-Thym, and a big part of that was thanks to our waiter, Leo! From the moment we arrived, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations and ensured that everything was perfect throughout our meal. His friendly attitude and attention to detail truly elevated our dining experience. If you’re visiting O-Thym, I hope you’re lucky enough to have Leo as your server. he’s fantastic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Yelp
On my final night in Montreal, I went to O'Thym which was a meal I will not soon forget. Each dish is fresh and very farm/ocean to table. I recommend getting 1 dish from each course to share. While the portions are not huge, the flavor and preparation of the dish is wonderful. You will definitely leave feeling full.

Yelp
Not sure what makes a place "Québécois" but that's what O-Thyme claims to be and I'm here for it. Everything tastes simple and fresh, great quality seafood, & just good cooking overall! Loved the scallops wrapped in spinach. Tender with its delicate sweetness presented so well Tartar was another fav - flagrant dill oil and shallot confit comes together beautifully. Scoop it up with the chips for an added crunch! scallops $29* arctic char tartar $25* morel mushroom tartlet $24 king oyster mushroom $23 duck goulu $29 buckwheat pizelle $14 koji cake $14 몬트리알은 먹으러 오는 도시다.

Yelp
We picked this place out very last minute as we wanted one last good French meal in Montreal. We made a reservation at the bar (not usually my favorite place to sit), but the ambiance was relaxed and we got a great view of the kitchen and everything else going on! The restaurant wasn't too noisy at all, and our server was excellent, and worked her best to explain everything to us in English! (We had a lot of fun with this!!) Everything tasted incredible, although the second courses were a little adventurous for us! The lamb and mushroom dish was absolutely phenomenal. The BOYB is not something that I'm used to without a corkage fee like in the US, and I found it really cool! We stopped by a wine store on the way to get a French red wine to go with our dinner.

Yelp
We really enjoyed that they use local Canadian ingredients as the focus of their menu.

Yelp
Oh Thym, you are so good. How could you be so good. You are just insanely good that I can bare with all Montréal slow service now. Kkkk Let me tel you that you have to be patient if you are dining for dinner in Montréal. I think it usually takes 2:30 hours to finish a 4/5/6courses dinner. But everything is a surprise n everything is worth of your time if you are here. I suggest you just go for everything cuz I just ordered random things which are all delicious.

Yelp
Had a great time here as a couple -- appreciated the use of local ingredients, and the bring-your-own-wine option. Loved the creative and seasonal menus and dishes based on locally available produce. Presentation was beautiful, though portions were on the smaller side. Prices were okay. Attentive service, definitely recommend.

Yelp
Amazing atmosphere food was so good - highly recommend the duck!! Fabulous service - out of the way and great quiet spot

Yelp
Deff a hidden gem. Their menu is seasonal rotated with the freshest ingredients they can get. The taste are so good! Good ambience for date too!

Yelp
On my weekend getaway to Montreal, we were recommended O'Thym by friends who noted that they visited this bistro every time they go to Montreal. We tried to get in on Saturday evening without reservations which turns out, means you're probably not going to get in. Luckily we found reservations for the next evening. So note to you, make a reservation because they're that good and busy! First impressions, the place is a decent size but definitely make reservations. The decor is cool and chic. Seats are decently spaced and it is super clean. You can dress up or go smart casual if you'd like though we did see people in more casual outfits too. The bistro is bring your own wine so if you're looking to drink with your food, make sure to pick up a bottle or two of wine (depending how lit you wanna get) and bring it on in. We did not this time around. The wait staff was super helpful and answered any questions we had happily. We were advised their menu changes based on the in-season produce and ingredients which means you won't get bored coming back here time and time again. This evening we went with a variety of dishes: the Spelt and Oyster Musroom Risotto with Pork rang (tenderloin?); Duck; Fish of the Day - Cod; White Turnip App; Cod Fritter App. I must say every dish was beautiful and delicious! Every dish had wonderful flavour. My Risotto was less heavy than the traditional risotto which was blanaced out by the creaminess and the tender tender pork. I scooped up every little bit of my dish and if it wasn't so highly frowned upon, I would've licked the plate! The fish dishes were cooked perfectly and had so many flavour combinations that complimented each other so well. The duck (though I didn't try it) apparently was really good and was gone in less than 5 minutes. The only downside of the food was that I wanted more when I was done! lol The food was awesome, the portion size was actually the right size, I just like to eat so I totally could've had more XD All in all, as usual TL;DR, eat here. You won't regret it!

Yelp
This was without a doubt, my favorite meal while in Montreal - 10/10 and outstanding in every sense. We were a brunch group of about 25 and we all loved it. The menu is sophisticated, somewhat simple, but nonetheless great. I had the grilled cheese with mamirolle cheese curd and red cabbage with a poached egg - so so good. Lots of people in our group raved about the beef short ribs steak, wellington croissant and the eggs benedict, but its hard to think you can go wrong with any of the items on the menu. Most of all the staff was super attentive and tended to every need of our very loud group. As if the service and food weren't enough, its BYOB! We purchased a few champagne bottles and mixed them with their freshly squeezed orange juice. You can also get their mimosa cider or a natural juice. I forgot what the juice of the day was but it was delicious. Zero complaints on this side. Next time I'm in Montreal I will certainly pay them another visit.

Yelp
Truly an amazing culinary experience. Definitely farm to table food at the highest level. Everything and I mean everything was Delicious... This is a must try location.

Valerie W.

Yelp
Big flavors, infinitesimal portions, high prices. Everything was inventive and tasty, but to spend $100 for two (no alcohol) and still be starving is silly.

Yelp
Finally tried this famous restaurant. We reserved the seats two weeks ahead and could only get two seats at six. They only serve dinner now and no lunch anymore. We ordered three dishes per person as recommended. They were indeed very small like tapas plates but you need to bring your own wine. The amount of food was good for us but I think it might need four plates for an average person (and remember to order bread). Globally the dishes were very creative and I liked four of them among the six dishes very much. The other two are mediocre given the price. The highly recommended two dishes are Pétoncles poêlés, Nouveau-Brunswick and Gnudis au Louis d'Or. They were really impressive and worth coming back.

Sam L.

Yelp
We found O'Thym somewhat by accident, but what a find! This was our favorite restaurant of our entire trip to Quebec. Amazing food, excellent service and delightful ambiance (even if the surrounding neighborhood seems a little sketchy). Also love that they are BYOB and a zero food waste kitchen. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Flawless experience. I was seated right away, and my server didn't assume anything about my language skills- he asked if I'd prefer a French or English menu. Of course I wish I could read French! I tried my best. Everything on the menu is seasonal and fresh, so there were a few specials. I thought the Fish of the Day (cod) would be amazing since it came with morel mushrooms, but my server was careful to check for any dairy content. The sauce for the fish is a cream sauce, so I ended up getting the seared scallops as my appetizer, and the celery root with chanterelles as my main. I asked to add morels to the celery root dish and it was fantastic. I loved the crispy fried chickpeas that were sprinkled on top of the celery root dish. The umami of all the dishes was incredible. The big windows were a great way to watch the storm roll in, and enjoy the warm atmosphere inside. I would really like to come back for brunch!

Yelp
Super cute BYOB restaurant offering an ever changing seasonal menu of "quebecois" food with amazing service. I know that's a mouthful but it's all the things that make this restaurant so great! We made reservations for 3 on a Tuesday night and most times were free, I can imagine it gets busy on the weekends though. They have a decent range of appetizers however we skipped on these since we already had a quick bite. They include a small soup and bread and butter on the house each person anyway which was a nice surprise. For the main course they offer mostly local meats accompanied by a creative side dish. I had the duck leg confit while my friend had the beef tartar. Both were cooked so well, the duck was crispy on the outside and very juicy on the inside. It came with vegetables and a berry sauce that gave the dish a refreshing pop. Highly recommend, I wish it was always on the menu! Although it's on the expensive side, bringing your own wine and skipping on the appetizers could land you a great meal at $40 all in. I'll definitely be coming back here.

Yelp
Flavours ! They nailed it. I've been wanting to come here for a while and finally my boyfriend took me here as he's a big fan of this spot I am not a huge fan as well. We had a great waitress who came over and explained the menu with a huge smile and knew all the ingredients and didn't miss a beat. She did a fantastic job and really made our dining experience great. So besides the fact that it's a byow it's a little loud but what would you expect? It was very classy and food was well priced for a byow because they usually hike the prices up but they didn't. We started with the scallops which were seared perfectly and the crumbled chicken skin was a nice touch. We then had the fiddle head salad which was served on a chic pea pure. It was my first time trying this dish and it's filling so I would suggest you share it like we did with all of appetizers. We then had the sweet potato which was really little so that kinda sucked but it was very good. It's served cold with a little cream on top with a a nicely cooked hot arancini. The best was the foie gras of course! It was served on a carrot cake with rhubarb with fleur de sel. The main we shared was the duck it was nice the what and sauce but the duck was over cooked. But since the service and experience was great I wont knock off any stars. The menu just changed for the season so keep your eyes peeled for a new menu in a few weeks.

Yelp
Good service and very interesting dishes. It is BYOB so perfect opportunity to make your own pairing.

Yelp
If I could give a 6/5 rating to this place, I would. We came for brunch on a weekend. The decor was super cute. Service was amazing. You can tell the dishes are made with absolute care and top-quality ingredients. Steak de Macreuse Sous-Vide for 48 hours - A totally French and sophisticated version of the bland American steak and eggs. Croissant Wellington - Such a cute poached egg! Amazing combination.

Yelp
One of my all time favourite BYOBs in Montreal. Came here at the last minute with some girl friends, and they were very accommodating in providing a last minute reservation (early on a Wednesday). As always, food was delicious and variety of high quality local ingredients were used. The pictures will speak for themselves. A must try in Montreal. Menu changes with the seasons/availability of local ingredients. I would rate this place 100 out 10 if I could :D
google avatar

David P.

Yelp
In my opinion, one of the best BYOB restaurant in Montreal. Reservation is necessary considering the location and popularity of this restaurant. The place is cozy and decorated with taste. Simple menues with great choices for vegetarians/vegans. The waiter was friendly and professional. Portion sizes are reasonable and plates are beautifully put. We were offered a complimentary soup as an appetizer. I ordered the Fresh local goat cheese appetizer and the Poisson du jour as the main dish. Highly recommended.
google avatar

Andrew B.

Yelp
This restaurant does its neighborhood and its city proud. Exquisite and intriguing local ingredients meld with sweet and savory staples, culminating in a safari for the palate. With service to match, this venue and experience are worth every dollar you spend there. It's even a bring-your-own-alcohol establishment, increasing flexibility and affordability. It can be easy to walk past when the sunshades are down, so look for the address above the door.
google avatar

Yelp
A good NYish brunch place was bit hard to find in Montreal but this place was cute. The place is a byob but it wasn't advertised, wish I knew because it was freezing out and didn't want leave again to come back. So we had brunch with there very very very minimally alcoholic mimosa. I ordered the steak and eggs, everything was well seasoned and cooked well. The mushrooms were a great add on as it helped me fill up. I was stuffed after the meal. My BF ordered the Croissant Wellington. Also a really good plate. Well seasoned, good portion and perfect for the day after a night of drinking. They also offered a complimentary yogurt with pears. It was absolutely delicious, I ate mine and my boyfriends. They should consider adding it to the menus.
google avatar

Ashley J.

Yelp
We were accommodated even without a reservation, service is slow but it was completely full inside. Food took a long time to get and I think it is overpriced. A cleansing yogurt palette came out prior to food and it was so good and light.
google avatar

David Allan K.

Yelp
Cannot recommend enough. I go here often with a large group of friends when they are in town. Food is inventive, fresh, quite local, with impeccable presentation and service. I have tried so many things on the menu and nothing has failed, they really know hospitality here.m!
google avatar

Joanie M.

Yelp
Small and cute BYOB. Anything that advertise in front of their door that I should bring Champagne (which we did) has already won. The food was overall good. Some simple dishes and some a little more complex. I did really like the Tuna Tataki. It's available both as and entree and a main plate. However, as a main plate the slices are extremely ticker and it makes the plates less interesting and fine. I thing the entree option is better. The wild rice with the steak is also amazing! Sadly, there was just a couple of bites of it. Overall, it's good and quite affordable in the end. I'll have to try their brunch next.
google avatar

Jas S.

Yelp
Great BYOB BYOW find near the gay village. Tempura carrots were good, french fries ok. Smelt somewhere in between. Definitely get the Tru Normand as your palette cleanser between courses, easily shared. My duck was really good with a nice sear but yet rare (suggest maybe could have been a bit more done for my taste) and the XO bacon scallops were also tasty. Save room for the fried bread pudding, again easily shared. We bought a Pinot Noir, but saw plenty of white bottles, depending upon what you order. Definitely add this to the regular spots.
google avatar

Diana K.

Yelp
We were a group of 6 and came here for dinner on Saturday night. Everyone was given a small cold potage to start with. It was refreshing and unlike any I've had before. I had the scallop and leek appetizer (under the tartare menu), and the sous-vide steak for the main. For dessert I got the favourite, maple creme brulee. So creamy and smooth! The plates were beautifully presented, and the food was perfectly cooked and savoury. Another restaurant that showcases Quebec produce to its best. It is also BYOW, and we easily finished off 3 bottles of wine :) Would love to come back here for their brunch menu!
google avatar

Clea C.

Yelp
O'Thym is a great BYOB place! Even for brunch! You can bring your own bubbly to make bottomless mimosas. :) The food is absolutely delicious. They often change up their menu to feature fresh ingredients. I had bavette and duck eggs for brunch, an interesting twist of steak and eggs. :) The decor is industrial and clean with high ceilings. Very nice place for celebration or special occasions!

Yelp
If you're opposed to delightful food, friendly service, and BYOB, don't go here. Everyone else, do it. My friends and I went here on our last night in Montréal and it was an awesome goodbye. I mean all the food we had in the city was great, but this was definitely a peak. We each had an entree, two of them special entrées--swordfish and veal--but I believe mine, the duck, was a dinner menu staple. All of them were delicious and worth the slightly more expensive price tag. (As an aside, compared to NYC prices, we felt so thrifty. Going back has been a rude awakening...I miss you Canada). We also had 2 desserts, a creamy and delicious creme brulee and this amazing shortcake with meringue and citrus fruit. Seriously, don't pass up on their desserts. Tl;dr version: you'll want to eat here.

Yelp
Yes another MTL restro getting my 5*. The slow cooked steak is to die for. I mean, for real, I rarely get excited, but the control of the texture and flavor is superb. The steak is still pinkish inside and has an almost eerie consistent texture without the taste of muscle fibers, something I will order again for sure.

Yelp
Creative, Delicious, Unpretentious For fans of the Montreal restaurant bring-your-own-bottle of wine experience, the three of us made this our first dinner reservation of a two night stay. This is my fourth time there and it never disappoints. Had the foie gras appetizer with lentils and chips presented on a small chopping board, followed by the veal which was juicy, marinated and a joy to eat, and the mushroom pie with duck confit, with a side order of frites with spicy mayo. - from a July 2016 experience

Julie H.

Yelp
la nourriture était correct mais ils nous rappelaient sans arrêt que nous devions partir après 2 heures. Vers la fin, il y a avait plein de table libre et ils nous forçaient pratiquement de partir. Je ne retournerai plus jamais. expensive food. Poor service. Kept reminding us that we had to leave after 2 hours. 2 hours later, we had to leave although there was plenty empty tables. just rude. never seen it rude like this. Will not go back. Expensive and poor service.

Yelp
The. Best. Meal. I. Have. Ever. Eaten. The duck tartare. Oh my god it's good. But absolutely everything we ate was spectacular. You cannot leave Montreal without eating here.
google avatar

Mary H.

Yelp
I would give the food a 3.5* but since it is a bywo i give it sn overall of 4*. Although I remembered the food being a lot more tasty when I came here for a private wine tasting and the restaurant was serving small bites. All dishes come with a cold soup; taste was a bit blend. Took a scallop entrée and it was alright, but didn't like the cucumber mousse that came with it. I don't like cucumber do didn't enjoy the mousse...but you might. Took the salmon as a main course and it was tasty. it was semi cooked which I like ane it had great flavor.

Yelp
This was our first dinner in Montreal and we waited over an hour and half on the side walk, but the food made up for it! Service was so-so and we felt pressured to go down the street to buy a bottle of wine by our waitress because it's BYOB and we didn't get the memo, and they also kept pressuring us into ordering appetizers. So I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, for service. I had the mushroom pie, with a spinach and lentil salad. It tasted so much better then description and that I was thrilled about. I couldn't stop eating it and finished every last bite. I can't for the life of me remember what my husband had, some sort of beef, or pork..? Whatever it was I remember he raved about it and enjoyed his just as much as I enjoyed mine. Overall this place puts out some tasty dishes and is definitely a must try when in town!

Yelp
Called last minute - was browsing and google searching for good foie in the surrounding area. Note that it is a BYOB. This restaurant came up on a Montreal blog. Called and was greeted by a friendly staff member - they were happy to accommodate us. Arrived at 9pm to a packed house. Ambience is clean, simple, but appealing. Decor was fairly simple but effective (simple wooden tables, some hanging lights, and a few mirrors on the wall) As we have seen at Joe Beef and Liverpool house there is a chalkboard with the menu. Pleasant surprise when we were offered an English menu. Appetizers were of course a double helping of seared foie gras that we shared. Prepared with onion confit purée, pear, sunflower seeds and lentils. Delicious. Juicy. Yes please! We also had a lamb fried sweetbreads served with endive salad and pumpkin seeds and honey & aioli. Found this to be tasty but a little rich for my taste. The fish of the day was a haddock served with carrots, fiddleheads, Brussels sprouts and a grain the name of which eludes me at the moment. This was an absolute triumph. Great texture, and the fish was light, flaky, and flavourful. This combined well with the texture from the vegetables and accompaniments. 10/10 would repeat. Also very reasonably priced with apps in the 13-19 dollar range and mains in the range of 25-35.

Yelp
Waited about 15 min with a reservation but it was so worth it. They were very patient and explained the dishes even though I knew no French. Bring your own wine but well worth it. Appetizer: salmon tartar: scrumptious!! Crisp potato chips with chopped salmon, creamy sauce and pieces of green apple. Yum!! Scallop ceviche: very fresh with no fishy smell. Hubby loved it but I didn't care for the foam which tasted like sweet cucumber. Entrees: duck magree: so good!! Medium rare with some fat and skin. Don't be fooled. You are out to enjoy yourself so dive in! All the flavor is in the fat. I didn't really like celery purée but the asparagus kale and potato were very good. Deer Madellions: medium rare no gaminess very mild and tasted amazing. Dessert: chocolate cake: more like a very creamy ganache bar. Yum but I couldnt do more than 3 bites. Creme brûlée: crunchy sugar outside with yummy custard inside that has just the right amount of sweetness and creamy dreamy... Yum. I drooled a little just thinking about it. Hubby said one of the best he had. He also had an espresso to go with it. And this s after pastry hunting all day. Service: very patient, very attentive , and accommodating. One of the best. Can't wait to come back

Yelp
Never had a bad meal there every time I have been. They go really out if their way to bring you local food with fresh herbs and even edible flowers to pretty up your plate. I've been ten times or so with friends and never disappointed. Servers are too notch too! Poisson Du Jour always nice! And their duck, beef and lamb meals are fantastic. Love this place!
google avatar

Gary M.

Yelp
When you can bring your own wine is already a winner. We had a party of 5 and we probably choose almost every dish in the menu lol. The food is pretty good but not amazing. The service was very good also. The atmosphere was very candle light style. Great for a date to have dinner.
google avatar

Robert K.

Yelp
Awesome brunch. More of a 4.5 for food, but the service was exceptional enough to round up. Lobster Benedict, awesome. Croissant Wellington, very good, but not sure if I'd order it again. Maple Brulee, totally amazing. A must try. Again, service was spectacular.
google avatar

Nili H.

Yelp
Fantastic food in a relax environment thanks to our servers Sara, and Jean Simon. The main dishes duck and steak de short Ribs were excellent and for desert, apple bread pudding was great. They were out of Rabbit and we tried the Lamb shoulder replacing the rabbit. But we thought it could have been softer. We are definitely coming back next time we are in Montreal.
google avatar

Yelp
I have been here several times and brought everyone from the most strict vegetarian to the biggest meat lover, and everyone has left wishing to come back! Service is fantastic, BYOB is always a plus, and the food has a unique Quebec flavor to it. It may be considered french, but you'd be hard pressed to find most of these dishes in your standard french cuisine. Menu is pretty consistent, with a few specials each day, but the chef will cater a dish to whatever you need. Although almost nothing on the menu is vegetarian, friends of mine have had dishes made by the chef many times and always loved it. Make sure you get the Trou Normand in between courses! A delicious palate cleanser, share at least between 2 people. A great place to stretch your boundaries, anything on the menu is guaranteed to be great!

Yelp
I went here with three other people for brunch and their menu was spectacular - very unusual delicious items. I had the beef Wellington croissant and still dream of it from time to time. Everybody at the table adored their dishes. I will definitely go back.

Yelp
This place is fabulous! Every bit was absolutely delicious for me and my guest. We had an amazing experience here and I look forward to visiting again when I'm in Montreal again. Again every bite was savoury; the vegetable root soup that was on the house, blood sausage with fois gras, she had a fish dish and I had a bison ribs dish along with dessert. Just the thought of it is making my mouth water! Hats of to the chef! Next time I'll be sure to bring a bottle of wine as they are a BYOB establishment; the first time I've seen such a place!

Yelp
Very decent restaurant with great service. The menus are very elaborate with ingredients you rarely find in other restaurants. However, in their quest to be original, the flavours don't always marry as well as they should. 5 stars for originality, 4 stars for taste.

Yelp
I went to this restaurant 10 years ago during college and i remembered it was scruptious. Now 10 years later, same quality and i am astonished that they managed to maintain the great food all these years. My starter was so delicious, a sea snail with foie gras. The entre i ordered was a delicious perfectly cooked wild meat that was cerf i believe, and to top it the chocolate cookie sandwich was D licious, the creme bruler was also good.

Yelp
Fabulous brunch spot with local organic fare, done with artistry and care. We started with the beet salad and a side of the O'Thym smoked trout...which we ate before I remembered to photograph. Fresh juice of the moment: red & yellow beet with pear, excellent coffee. Our party of four ordered: the Vegthali with quinoa porridge, Wellington Beef of chopped Wagyu & chorizo - or as we thought, "pain au chocolate but with a delicious meat filling..." Yum!, grilled cheese with curds -wow!, grilled flank with sweet patatas bravas and Guinea fowl egg -awesome! The steak was perfectly heated until it tasted good. Next time we will bring our own wine/cava to mix with the fresh squeezed OJ!

Yelp
I went there with a friend of mine, the vibe was great, server was nice and had a good knowledge about all the food there, especially daily special, which is very good. We had the canard de confit which was quite flavourful but on salty side,a bit disappointed . The foie gras was really tender, just not exactly my type of food,so no comment on it,just take a look at the pic we took I got the magret de canard which was not very good, the duck was too dry and soggy for my taste, and also too salty. The best part was the asparagus salad, the dressing they are using was amazing! It had baby arugula and some cream cheese inside, got all the flavour it was suppose to be! totally highlight of the night! Oh one more thing, they are BYOB Resto,so just don't forget grab a bottle of your fav wine b4 you go there.
