We specialize in Scandinavian style, organic healthy breads. Our breads are filled with whole grains, seeds and seasonal ingredients. We make healthy, vegan cinnamon buns we call, Hygge Buns. Our sourdoughs are unique and made traditionally with no added Commerical yeast. We made gluten-free breads and spreads as well. We also offer the best butter in the world. We have specials every Tuesday and Saturday with farmers market veggies.
