I can totally see why reservations are so hard to obtain... OCD serves an impressive fine dining experience, that doesn't fall short of any other fine dining experience I had around the owrld.
It leans heavily into what I like to see in fine dining by basing the meal entirely on locally available products, including some rare and hard to get items like black truffles and caviar. And while it's easy to impress with rare items, personally, I was more impressed with the original, unique usage of more commonly available items (like the fenugreek ice cream) and their in-house produced items (like black lime, and olive oil jam) which truly took the meal to the next level.
In terms of flavors, I felt they managed to bring it in every dish, and I found myself loving ingredients I rarely enjoy and combinations that somehow just work.
Additional shout-out to the staff who were knowledgeable, professional but friendly. Chef Gal in particular was happy to delve into the background of each item, how it's cooked, where it was sourced and gave a lot of interesting tidbits about what's behind the curtain of such restaurant.
Spectacular experience, do not miss!
