Best Night Out Ever !!!! So me and my Wife are currently in Santa Maria, Sal, Cape Verde on holiday from our home in Manchester, England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿. We are staying in a lovely Airbnb near to Ocean Cafe and saw all the amazing reviews online and thought it looks fantastic so we decided to head down the other night. So we arrived and we were warmly greeted by a waiter who took us to a table for two, I ordered a large local beer(Strella) 🍺 and my Wife ordered an Aperol Spritz. Drinks 🍸 🍹 came and was well presented, Tasted delicious and went down a treat on a lovely summers evening. To eat I opted for a Cheese burger 🍔 and fries and my Wife opted for a Seafood dish, The food came and again was very well presented and tasted delicious, My Wife really enjoyed her Seafood 🐟 dish, The fish was extremely fresh and it was light and fluffy and with the different flavours and spices complimented the fish, My Cheeseburger 🍔 was easily the best burger I have ever eaten it was cooked medium to well(Slightly pink) the burger was so juicy and flavoursome and bursting with flavour. After we finished our food the live music 🎶 started as the restaurant started to fill up, The live singer was absolutely fantastic, We ordered a round of cocktails 🍸 and again they were well presented and tasted delicious. With the live singer performing the restaurant started to fill up and with the drinks flowing and an amazing atmosphere it wasn't long before people were up dancing, The atmosphere was amazing. We then went obviously to order another round of cocktails 🍸 and then another round of cocktails and so on and so on, We eventually called it a night and headed home to our Airbnb. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, The service was fantastic, The food was delicious 😋, The cocktails were well presented and tasted amazing with generous portions of alcohol. The atmosphere was amazing, The live singer had the most amazing voice and it was our best night out at any holiday we have ever been on. Total bill came to £95 for food and countless cocktails 🍸 and beers 🍻. 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ 5☆ I post I post alot of reviews on Google and I always give my honest opinion on everything from food, cleanliness, drink, Service, value for money, setting, ambience etc and I have over 32,000,000+ views on Google alone. Ocean Café is an absolute gem in Santa Maria! From the moment you walk in, the vibrant atmosphere, stylish decor, and chill music set the perfect tone for a relaxing time. The drink menu is fantastic—great variety and everything we tried was top-notch. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the laid-back and enjoyable vibe of the place. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual drink or spending the evening with friends, Ocean Café is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to. Highly recommend it if you’re in the area—perfect for sunset drinks, date nights, or just a great night out!

Just at the Ocean Cafe in santa Maria, ordered risotto with Shrimp and is stunning and very reasonably priced at 15 euros, it's creamy, buttery and very tasty really recommend and all while accompanied on guitar to no woman no cry 😋

If Ocean Cafe was located on the beach 🏝️ it would be a world beating cafe. It’s a huge lounge bar with really cool American trinkets littering its leather bound interior.

This chef knows how to respect 2 nice piece of tuna .... t'was delicious, juicy, well seasoned, perfectly cooked, and the accompanying vegetables, polenta and sauces were great too. Friendly staff, and, the lunch deal special is grrrreat value for money. Highly recommended! We will come back!

This place is amazing, first of all they have everything you need. It is a hotel with large and comfortable rooms, it is a bar, restaurant and co-working as well. Food is great, service is very kind and friendly, the bar at night there is live music and at the dance floor. Don't worry about the noise in your room, because even the bar having dance floor and music the rooms are very quiet. I really enjoyed this place!

Very nice location on one of the main squares in Santa Maria. The food was very nice and staff very friendly, the seafood board was not as good as the meat board. The prawn ceviche was one of the best ceviches I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend!

Ocean in Sal Cabo Verde is a fantastic restaurant located just steps away from the beach. - The locals highly recommended it for their authentic coffee, and they were right. - The seafood dishes and local burgers were absolutely amazing in terms of taste. - The waitresses at Ocean are not just waitresses; they are friendly, multilingual, and provide exceptional service. - Overall, Ocean offers a great dining experience with its delicious food, and outstanding service. Definitely deserving of a five-star rating.
