"Los Rosales, a district on the outskirts of the town of Tocina in the province of Seville, has made its mark on the region’s culinary map thanks to a couple who decided to return to their roots having worked in prestigious restaurants such as Atrio, Casa Marcial, Bardal, etc. In this unpretentiously furnished eatery run by Juan Carlos Ochando (in the kitchen) and Elena Pérez (front of house), the contemporary cuisine on offer is firmly focused on seasonal ingredients, with half-plates available with some dishes. Excellent value for quality ratio. Tried four dishes a la carte and two posters. Taste, presentation and creativity were great. Especially the pistachio tomato dish was memorable and unique. All dishes were quite creamy thou(in a good way) and I regret not changing one dish with something not creamy. Desserts were good, but nothing out of the ordinary and did not match the quality or novelty of the other dishes. Can recommend and worth a detour.

We travelled 3 days through Andalusia and stayed a few weeks in Sevilla. We got to know a lot of restaurants. We love good food and we always try to experience places that are off the beaten paths. We drove to Los Rosales since the restaurant Ochando is featured in the Michelin guide. It was so well worth it. We had a 9 course lunch menu. Everything was prepared with care, beautifully presented and so good! We felt welcomed and had a fantastic experience. On our next visit to Sevilla this restaurant will be on our must-do-again-list. Thank you Ochando!

Small restaurant with very delicious food that puts together tradition with innovative recipes. It exceeded expectations. Portions are not big compared to average spanish restaurants, but it is totally compensated by the quality. Very good selection of wines too.

This was a very cute and lovely experience , great food with a very very low price for Michelin star , very small place so you feel well taken care of , modern decor and simple but very very clean and professional. Warm bread that was replenished, grab portion size and 2 free tasters to begin with ( totally unexpected ) can get very busy so make sure you book .

Fantastic food, Michelin mentioned in a quiet little village. The interior is a little lacking in imagination but come and try the food. Not expensive although tasting menu is un poco Caro.

Hoy mi esposa y yo decidimos celebrar San Valentín almorzando en Ochando, así que condujimos 30km para poder hacerlo. La comida es absolutamente extraordinaria, es muy sabrosa, abundante y muy bien presentada. El servicio es super amable, atento y no atosiga. Lo que apuntaba a ser una gran celebración se torció durante nuestro segundo plato, lamentablemente. En este restaurante hay 6 mesas en un pequeño salón, y 5 de ellas las ocupábamos parejas que disfrutábamos nuestros respectivos almuerzos. La sexta mesa fue ocupada por 5 señores que parecían venir a la barra de una caseta de feria. Sus voces, risas y arrogancia inundaban el salón molestando a todos lo que allí estábamos. Es imposible disfrutar de una comida tan sublime en ese ambiente de tasca. Y lo peor es que el propio cocinero no lo percibe así, pues no hizo nada para impedirlo. Una pena, la verdad, que una gran experiencia gastronómica se malogre por falta de personalidad al controlar estos aspectos. Me encantaría volver, pero tantos kilómetros para no saber si me van a volver a tocar los hooligans, es una decisión demasiado arriesgada.

Estrenando el sol! Cuando nos enteramos del merecido reconocimiento reservamos. Como siempre espectacular, lo que más me sorprendió fue la ostra con "sherry mery", increíble. Volveremos pronto. Por favor que vuelva la panacota!! 🙏🏻
