All the Tex-Mex classics can be found at Odelay, located in the Park Cities, including crispy flautas, cheese-laden chile rellenos, and puffy gorditas. Here, diners can also find a few options from New Mexico (try the green chile pork stew) and a Texas-style bacon-wrapped quail. This restaurant is big but often packed with people, so prepare for a wait.
