OfCorsica! - Review - Meatpacking District - New York - The Infatuation

"Even though the name of thisPier 57restaurant sounds like a punchline at a travel agent convention, they back it up with what they claim is the longest Corsican wine list in the country. There’s a short food menu with some pastas and simple Mediterranean grilled fish, and the restaurant is located right on the water, in case you’re looking for a new spot for a sunset date." - Will Hartman

Everything was incredible. Amazing service from every member there tonight (10/1) Ian was our server and he was fantastic. Our food was delicious and we can't wait to come back! Lovely wine pairings and extensive Corsica wine menu. The branzino was buttery with crisp skin and all the food was so flavorful. Amazing cocktails as well. 10/10

Perched at the edge of Pier 57 with panoramic views of the Hudson River, ofCorsica! is a vibrant waterfront restaurant that brings the rustic charm and authentic flavors of the Mediterranean to New York City. As you enter, let the aromatic scents of fresh produce from local farms and the warmth of genuine hospitality envelop you. At the heart of ofCorsica! is the cuisine of Executive Chef Andrew Minitelli. With a deep reverence for seasonal ingredients and a commitment to simplicity

This place really deserves a perfect 10 out of 10! They have an stunning view, delicious food made with love ❤️, and a warm, friendly staff who know the menu inside out. It’s truly a wonderful experience! They also have this amazing organic extra virgin Olive oil at the table, and I loved it so much that I had to buy a bottle ✨

Wine list was awesome and food was delicious. Go for the peach salad with iberico, you wont regret it. It feels like you are in a luxurious boat while having a great meal!

Beautiful view, great food. They have a very knowledgeable sommelier, who explained to me in detail about Corsican wine. Very impressive.

Yelp
We went to ofCorsica as they were turning the shift between lunch and dinner a time when most staff would be annoyed but not here! The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. A shout out goes to the young man who was probably at last 30mins of his shift! This amazing service continued throughout our meal. Since we were there too early for dinner service we started with a happy hour app and great Corsican wine before we moved onto the dinner menu. Food was incredible! I tend to order Branzino often and this preparation with hazelnuts was unique and outstanding. My cousin who does not eat fish had the chicken. He said best he ever had. Not to leave out the deserts try the olive oil cake. It was light and refreshing. I don't want to leave out the decor which was stunning and the water view was visible from all the tables !

Yelp
Just had a truly lovely dinner at OfCorsica. The ambiance is terrific, spacious, elegant. The food was really unique -- a saffron pasta dish unlike anything I've ever had. The sommelier had great suggestions of Corsican wines (naturally) to pair with the food. Excellent service throughout.
