"This Lower East Side Islanders bar is a comfortable place to watch games and grab a smash burger or wings. There’s also Tuesday trivia and karaoke nights." - Eater Staff
"This East Village bar does Italian-inspired cocktails and a menu of bar snacks like oysters and sliders. There’s also an oversized patio for enjoying a gin and tonic when things get balmy." - team infatuation

"A roomy and refreshingly unpretentious sports bar centrally located in Chelsea, Offside also has secretly excellent pub grub. Fresh popcorn is on the house around the clock. But on Thursdays, the purchase of any pitcher comes with a free five-piece basket of wings. Go with the classic buffalo, and try not to guzzle the pitcher alone. The roomy interior and backroom also host events and games including trivia and a Mario Kart tournament." - Paul Schrodt
I love this bar so much I organized a monthly happy hour for my office here. They have good bar food at standard prices, fun bar games and a big back room for parties/groups/live music. It's quite the venue. One of the best bars in the area, especially if you're looking for something that isn't upscale, but's a step nicer than one of the many Irish Pubs around

The best place to go to watch an Islanders game ever! Nick and the crew do a tremendous job. Enjoyed the game day eats and reasonable drink prices. Hope to watch some playoff games there soon.

Very chill, good music, good service bar - there’s games like big jenga, beer pong, connect 4, cards against humanity and much more. Conveniently located! There’s a bar area, games area and a lounge area with a dj section ! Doesn’t disappoint

If you’re an islanders fan, this is the bar for you. Quick service, and great beer selection. This is a perfect place to grab a beer before an isles game at Barclays, or to watch with fellow fans. Not to mention the games and activities they have daily. Definitely coming back!

Hidden gem on the border of Manhattan's West Village and Chelsea. Minutes away from Union Square and Meatpacking. Truly the silk road of our generation.
This is not your ordinary bar. It's hole in the wall neighborhood bar combined with video game arcade (on multiple TVs) combined with karaoke bar in the back.
Service is really friendly. Bartender encouraged us to play video games on one of the many screens setup with retro video game systems. Walking past the initial bar, you'll find tables with their own TV screens and a karaoke room tucked in the back. This is essentially three bars in one.
Crowd is local. Crowd is cool. So if you come here, act cool. Was pretty hopping on a Wednesday night. There are also some solid bar bites at solid prices.

Whats better than a New York Islanders bar in Manhattan? Not too much in fact. Whether you are coming here to watch a game or just grab a bite to eat you are going to the right spot. The food is good the atmosphere is good and the service is great. Not much more you can ask for when going to a sports bar/restaurant. The fact that this is an Islanders bar is definitely a ton of icing on the cake. If you are an Islanders fan you should definitely take the trip here and check out a game. Only thing better is going to the Coli! LETS GO ISLANDERS!!!!

i would not go here if ur a person of color. we were the only group the bartender asked & kept track of what drinks we were purchasing, even exaggerating how long we had been there. we went to watch a michigan game and immediately felt like we were being observed. didn’t know that you couldn’t go to a sports bar to watch a game and wait a little before ordering a beer! news to me! we asked him why and he immediately started cussing at us. beware if you’re BIPOC!!!!

A hidden college atmosphere bar. Great crowd! Great happy hour drink specials (see pics). Great service. Food is fairly priced. They have beer pong, Mario Cart tournaments, Trivia nights and stand-up comedy nights (see pics). Opening early at 8am for the World Cup games. Prices less than par. Portions par. This place should have it's own fraternity!

Yelp
Sports bar with TVs along all walls of the bar. The vibe is very low key and there is sure to be a hockey game on every TV. There were about two tvs that were playing basketball, which worked out perfectly for me as I came to watch the game. The bartender Sam was knowledgeable and hospitable. He made me one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had and trust me I've had a lot. He also
made this salted pretzel shot, which tasted more like a skated caramel shot but was absolutely delicious. Overall, it's a great bar to get some drinks before or after dinner and l I will definitely be back.

Yelp
Wow. What a great memory to store in my brain forever. The best tequila soda I've ever had in my life. I loved the swing. So c00L$!

Yelp
It's an Islanders bar until it's not.
Some of management decided to switch the game off with 3 minutes left. Not even one small screen in one of three rooms could be spared for the Isles game in a bar that uses the Islanders logo as their own. This bar advertises as an Isles bar. If you've promised another group of people usage of the entire bar and every single screen in all three rooms, then put a sign up letting Isles fans know that the game will be turned off and let people decide to stream at home or watch elsewhere instead of draining their pockets on food and drinks and leaving them high and dry and out on the sidewalk huddled around someone's phone to watch the final minute of the game.
Also, it was fun getting laughed at by the out of state college football team fans when the Islanders game was turned off from the one screen Islanders had all night. They took joy in that. $$$ over loyalty I guess.
Stream at home.

Yelp
I had an amazing time at offside last weekend! The ambiance was enchanting, the cocktails were creative and delicious, and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The live music added a special touch. Highly recommended!
