Ohana

What a delicious dinner experience at Ohana that I wanted to visit it twice on my trip! Ohana is an all-you-care-to-enjoy meal with preset items that you can ask more of at any point. The meal started off with the pineapple bread and the honey butter - oh was this fantastic and warmed and the salted butter paired so deliciously with the sweet honey. It was hard to share. The salad arrived and we were told the dressing was on its way. It wasn't until mid meal that the server came back with the dressing stating they had forgotten about it. We still ate it raw. This was where my hunger kicked in because I stopped taking pictures and just enjoyed the meal. Next came the noodles, chicken wings, and the pot stickers. Everything was SO good that we immediately asked for more. The noodles were probably the star of the two with a nice salty flavour. The noodles could have been a little less over cooked, but they were still a hit. The meat arrived and we had quite a few. Peel and eat shrimp, chicken thighs, teriyaki beef. The surprise hit was the guava pineapple glazed thighs. We didn't expect it to be so flavorful whilst not being overly sweet or pronounced guava flavoring - we ordered seconds! The meal was capped off with the Ohana Bread Pudding. Oh wow! We had this on our first night of our trip and I thought and talked about it everyday until we went home. I was absolutely in love with it. I wished I didn't eat so much during the meal and saved myself room for 2nd dessert! So so so good. I would definitely come back to Ohana. We had a truly great meal, though the service could have been better as everything kind of came all at once where I would like to enjoy each round before the next arrives. The atmosphere was also good as we managed to book a time during the Magic Kingdom "Happily Ever After" fireworks where we were able to watch from our seats with the music filtering into the restaurant - a truly great start to my first Disney visit.

As a local and someone who has been to most of the all you can eat restaurants at Disney I will give my opinion as someone who has been here a few times. When comparing this to the other all you can eat at Disney this is one of the more expensive ones. However the food is one of the best. The atmosphere is also amazing especially if you get a window seat. I think they have a good mix of meats and shrimp is served with the meal. I would say the steak, shrimp, and desert are excellent. The stitch juice is also a very light and refreshing juice. If you can manage a window seat you can see the Seven Seas Lagoon and fireworks. This is a great place for kids or a romantic evening. If you are trying to figure out a place to go on your vacation I would recommend this as one of the top of your list. The service is always excellent too.

I was surprised by my boyfriend with reservations for my birthday dinner! From the ambience to the amazing flavor and the great customer service my birthday was definitely one for the books. We came in October and the park had the Mickey Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom and we were able to enjoy the fire works from our table and we heard the audio for the spectacle as well. The only thing missing was the visit of Stitch which is my all time favorite Disney character for it to be perfect.

This is THE Flagship restaurant at the Polynesian Resort. This is a character dining restaurant during breakfast; and you can meet Mickey, Pluto, Stitch, and Lilo here. I personally don’t like character dining but this was alright. The service is alright though. The food itself is pretty good. I like how soft the biscuits are and the eggs. Everything else was just alright, but it’s not worth putting forth $50. Overall, I won’t be coming back here in quite some time.

From the moment I arrived at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, the birthday love was in the air. Every staff member—from the hotel entrance to the dining room—greeted me with warm and cheerful birthday wishes that made me feel incredibly celebrated and special. At ʻOhana, the hospitality was unmatched. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive, and Chef Jay (Jermaine) went above and beyond by personally coming to my table to discuss my allergy concerns. He not only ensured my food was prepared separately with extra care, but made me feel safe and seen as a guest with dietary restrictions. And to top it all off? I was surprised with a sweet birthday treat that made the celebration even more magical. The service, the atmosphere, the aloha spirit—it was all perfection. I truly felt like family. Can’t wait to return! 🌴✨

Everything was amazing from the service to the food. You could cut the steak and chicken with a butter knife. The flavor of everything was ten out of ten. I do think they could eliminate the shrimp. The pot stickers where everything I knew they were going to be. Service was top notch! We'll definitely go again!

We love the Polynesian Resort. We started coming here 8 years ago, and it’s become a tradition. As for O’Hana breakfast, my kids insist on it every time. From the starter bread (think Hawaiian rolls with pineapple on the bottom and icing drizzled on the top), to Mickey waffles, biscuits, scrambled eggs, sausage, ham with pineapple, breakfast potatoes - it’s a LOT for a family to eat! But, every both is delicious. Oh, and my youngest is in love with the jungle juice.

Great character meet and greet with Lilo, Mickey, and Stitch. The food is fairly basic Disney breakfast with a Hawaiian twist, served family style and was excellent. The POG juice? I’d drink a bucket of it and twice on Sunday.

This was our second table service sit down meal. Our first was Tutto Italia, and we were extremely disappointed by chaotic service, rude staff, and small portions. Anyways, Ohana truly turned our trip around in the best way! We were greeted by workers who were enthusiastic and seemed genuinely interested. Our waiter was super animated and explained everything about our meal plan clearly. The food was genuinely amazing, I would go into everything specifically but I don't have to because each dish we had was a 10/10. Also I'm an Italian, I know good food and this was food I couldn't get enough of. I highly recommend not filling up on any certain dish so you can try a little of everything. Also I feel like this is a given but the venue is absolutely beautiful and the Polynesian resort is just gorgeous. You will not regret booking a meal here it is worth every penny or meal plan swipe!

We are about to experience Ohana's Dinner. Already checked in through their app. It's prompt soon time is close to. It's very cozy with sift music in the background. Here is the resume. Wait time was very short we got window view very nice lookout. We were told that they will be bringing the meal as 3 course new buffet stile all you can eat delivered to the table. So I had to ask for extra sweet chicken wings. The desert was a dream come true. Everything very pleasant. Thanks for everything.!

Breakfast at 'Ohana unfolded much the way you hope a Disney morning will. The food was comforting and plentiful, the room warm and buzzing, and the character interactions--Stitch included--were brief but genuinely present. There was time for photos and autographs, and nothing felt rushed or transactional. We used the Disney Dining Plan table-service credits for this meal, so the food and drinks were included as part of our plan--one table-service credit per person. The total came to just over $212, which mattered mainly because it helped us understand the value being covered by the credits and calculate a fair tip. And then there was a small moment--one that almost certainly only registered with me. I ordered the Backscratcher, a drink that traditionally comes with its own little piece of playful lore. It arrived quietly, placed on the table without comment, the backscratcher laid flat, stamped clearly with "Oriental Trading Company." No flourish, no storytelling, no connection made between the drink and the place we were sitting in. It didn't ruin the experience--not at all--but it did gently loosen the spell for a second. This is very much a me thing. Most people wouldn't notice, and most wouldn't care. But at 'Ohana--where atmosphere and intention usually work together so beautifully--that small detail stood out simply because everything else was done so well. We still left smiling, with photos, autographs, and a sense of having shared a joyful morning together. 'Ohana remains a place of warmth and welcome. For those who pay attention to the smallest threads of story, there's just a little room here to weave the magic a bit tighter.

Ohana is part of the iconic Polynesian Resort on Disney property, and I think it might just be my favorite restaurant of all time. The experience here truly can't be beat. It's nonstop delicious food, live entertainment, top-notch service--and if you book a later dinner, you can step outside afterward and watch the fireworks from the pool area. What's better than that? The décor and overall vibe instantly make you feel like you've been transported straight to Hawaii. From the warm lighting to the tropical details, it's just such a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Now, the food--everything was absolutely delicious. From the warm bread and butter to the shrimp, the wings, and that incredible dessert...I think I literally licked all 10 of my fingers. The family-style dining is perfect, and it really fits the vibe because Ohana means family. Bring everyone with you!! We did end up waiting about 15-20 minutes past our reservation time because they were running behind, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal. We wandered around the Polynesian, browsed the gift shop, and snagged a few things--no time wasted at all. Overall, I highly recommend Ohana. It's a full experience, not just a meal.

Like Stitch said: " Ohana means family means no one gets left behind!" For this restaurant, Ohana means great family dinner means no one goes home hungry. First of all the atmosphere is awesome with live music, it feels like going to Hawaii for dinner, the staff were amazing they are fast and have great personalities. As the food, I love the dumplings, garlic noodles, and shrimp. They all are perfect. All the other food is tasty just my favorite are dumplings, noodles and shrimp. Also the bread pudding dessert is amazing. Will coming back here for sure!!!

This place is so busy that the check in for the restaurant is not where the sign and hostess is. I wonder if anyone else besides me made that mistake. There's a huge waiting area with seats for those that check in on the opposing corner of the back side on the second floor. There's a nice view of the lava pool and a place to store the strollers if you have one. Check in process was fine but could be a roundabout walk if you take the wrong set of stairs. As you get taken to your seats you immediately smell a waft of yummy pineapple coconut bread. And wow this bread is so delicious. Our second set had these sweet pineapple pieces scattered through the bread. It's a must try. The restaurant is LOUD. The window seats are nice but the tables are very close together. This is a popular brunch and dinner spot but just know it's not going to be as spacious as Topolinos. The lilo juice is yummy. I think guava, passion fruit and oj? All you can eat sausage, potato's, egg, biscuit, ham and waffles. The scrambled eggs were absolutely delicious and that sausage was runner up. I loved the meal. Not too excited by how loud it could be and it felt hard to get pictures with the characters with how tight the space was. I almost felt like I bumped into my neighbors multiple times. I also had issues with the lighting for some of the pictures which is just luck on location of seating. We saw lilo, stitch, Mickey and Pluto. Otherwise it's definitely a place you should try for breakfast and lunch/dinner. I'm feeling nice today so I'm rounding up. But otherwise it would be a 4.5 rating for me.

I have always heard such good reviews of 'Ohana from everyone, but i just didn't like the food. The service is excellent. Every staff member was kind and helpful. We were able to watch the fireworks from our table, and they even play the music that goes a long with the fireworks. That being said, with the exception of the bread, noodles, and dessert, I am not a fan of the food. I do like how it is served family style, but the meat all tasted overcooked to me. This particular shrimp they served was supposed to be warm, but the temperature and taste seemed like it had been sitting out for a bit. The price is just a little high for the quality of the food.

It is wild, having lived in Orlando long enough, to have not visited this institution of Walt Disney World. It's clear from the service that the service staff loves working here, and their care for special requests and that signature Disney service comes through. Coming in with a group of 5, it was wonderful to enjoy skillets full of Asian/island flavors, and we especially loved the pork potstickers, sirloin steak and peel-and-eat shrimp - and even nicer to not have to worry about ordering something we didn't like, because all in this family service meal was included under the single price. I have marked a 4 based on two elements for my experience: - the dining room is extremely loud, either from the clink and clank of diners or the volume level of the roaming ukulele player, who while enjoyable, made it a little more difficult to maintain discussion, - we tried the Plant Based Skillet in addition to the regular meat skillet and if I had ordered plant-based, I would have been disappointed. The edamame version of the potstickers were dry and the textures of the plant based meats were just too soft and gummy compared to the real meat. A plant based "sausage" included has no island flavors and instead tasted like a breakfast sausage - it did not flow with the rest of the sauces and flavors.

We came to Ohana while staying at the resort for both dinner and breakfast. I can see from the other reviews, this likely won't go over well. Our first visit was for dinner, it's a large (very large) room, with decent decor and nice views of the lake outside. I didn't expect anything intimate (it is in a Disney resort), but it kind of had a cafeteria feel to it. The service for dinner was fine, our server was definitely more into efficiency; and she likely has to be to serve the masses. But we didn't see her much. We would've liked to order a few cocktails with dinner and we couldn't because she just never came back. I'm going to assume alot of the dinners either don't drink or are one and done (so we were out of norm here). She explained how it worked (AYCE), which typically gives me concern, but with all the glowing reviews, this place had to be good (right?). First, their bread, or their "Signature Bread", which is a pretty dense loaf, sweet with flavors of coconut and pineapple. I don't do sweet for dinner, but my wife and kid weren't a fan either...too dry and dense, it wasn't their thing. It also came out with a salad, a pretty basic mix of greens, tomatoes, peppers, red onions, carrots, and a cloyingly sweet dressing. Okay, but it's just bread and salad...what should I be expecting? Next, the Ohana Dinner Skillet with: Honey-Coriander Chicken Wings, Pork Dumplings Tossed In Garlic-Chili Sauce, Wood Fire-grilled Black Pepper-Mirin-Teriyaki Beef, Peel-n-Eat Shrimp coated with 'Ohana Seasoning, Grilled Chicken with Guava-Pineapple Glaze, 'Ohana Noodles with Mirin-Teriyaki, Stir-fried Vegetables. This sounded promising. I love wings, and who doesn't like shrimp, and beef (although what kind?). It looked halfway decent over piled in its dish too. The wings had a beautiful glaze and were calling my name. I sunk my teeth in and felt instant regret. They were wings, with some sauce, although they were cooked long ago, recently glazed with a sauce that, other than sweetness, lacked flavor. Onto the dumplings, the same, cooked long ago, dry and flavorless. Okay, time to try something else, the chicken which I could smell cooking from their exposed kitchen in the middle of the restaurant. They were thighs (which are a safe bet if you don't want them to be overcooked), they had a good flavor from the glaze, and a char around the edges, which I like. These were good (I took a sip of my Backscratcher cocktail and began to relax again). I saw vegetables, and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Each one with the right amount of bite. Great...we're back on track for a four-star meal! Then the beef, this by far had to be the most disappointing item I ate all week. It was way beyond overcooked, I couldn't tell you what cut it was but it certainly didn't get better from the over-well-done cooking and the fact that it was (again) cooked long ago. Chewy and flavorless, other than the teriyaki glaze that was added last minute but did nothing to help matters. I choked down a bite of that and then moved to the noodles. They had good flavor, but like most everything else had sat and due to this they coagulated into a mass. Last to try was the shrimp. I peeled one open, the shell sticking to the meat underneath, and I knew where this was headed. I took a bite, the flavor was good, but the shrimp was way overcooked, nearly mushy. At this point, we looked over our barely touched food and wondered, how can people order refills of this stuff? Which they were as the plates continued to come out in droves. The dessert was bread pudding, which I think was from the leftover bread we started with (good use of leftovers), but it wasn't that good, although the vanilla ice cream on it was good. Dinner just wasn't good, and it is not cheap to eat here. This would've been it for us, but being Disney you make reservations 60 days out or you run the chance of not having a meal. I actually volunteered not coming back for the breakfast we had booked in a few days, but my wife reminded me of my six year old who was looking forward to the characters. So, two days later we returned, less optimistic than for dinner. Breakfast was much better than dinner, but hey, it's eggs, sausage, bacon (if you ask) and some other items. The service the same, the atmosphere the same. But the food seemed fresher and had more flavor. I might return for breakfast again, but never dinner.

Good was delicious. Hadn't been here in 5-6 years and we really enjoyed it. Bonus points for birthday cupcake.

I haven't been to 'Ohana since 2005, but it was always my favorite character breakfast. My husband had never been to a character breakfast, so on our weekend trip to Florida, I decided to take him to 'Ohana, especially since he loves Stitch. We had the best time! His eyes lit up when he saw Stitch and he loved meeting him, as well as Lilo, Mickey, and Pluto. The food was just a delicious as I remember. The only difference is that it was served in two smaller skillets now instead of a giant wok. The Kona coffee was amazing and I LOVED the Lapu Lapu drink. The staff was so friendly and welcoming too, just as I remember from my teenage years. We are hoping to go back to Florida in April, and if we do, 'Ohana is on our to-do list again!

This is one of my favorite restaurants on Disney property! It's super hard to get a reservation for, but I absolutely love the variety of dishes, all you care to eat brought to your table, and the bread pudding dessert is next level. $67 per person is a bit on the steep side, but my husband usually eats our money's worth

'Ohana is a fun and classic Disney dining experience that definitely has its charm. The atmosphere is great and both breakfast and dinner have some really tasty menu items. You will definitely never leave hungry. There's almost too much food, which can make it hard to really savor everything that comes to the table. While the food and experience are enjoyable, it does come with a pretty hefty price tag. For me, it's not always the best value compared to other Disney dining options, but it's still worth doing at least once for the experience and memories. If you're looking for a family-style meal where the portions are generous and the setting feels distinctly Disney, 'Ohana delivers. The service is always good, and the breakfast is fun, featuring some Disney characters, which I almost wish were included at dinner also!

We ate breakfast at Ohana in September 2025. It is a character breakfast so we mainly went to see Lilo & Stitch. However we were extremely surprised at the amazing service, ambience and the delicious food. This is an all you care to enjoy pre-fix of fresh fruit, this incredibly delicious pineapple coconut bread, a heaping full breakfast skilled, waffles, and pog (pineapple orange guava juice). They also have hot coffee & tea. There are also cocktails including mimosa and a breakfast margarita if you wish! I highly recommend Ohana breakfast for the service, ambience, food...and of course Lilo & Stitch!

Great character dining choice at Ohana's. My kids loved it! There was so much excitement I felt like we hardly ate. Fun way to start the morning for breakfast with Mickey and friends. You get a great starter of pineapple bread while waiting for the food that's served family style. You get a nice assortment of sausages, pineapple glazed ham, scrambled eggs, and biscuits. You also get a nice variety of fresh fruits and pog juice. The pog juice was delicious. I liked the ambience of the restaurant, it was dimly lit with beautiful Hawaiian themed decor and flowers. I would definitely go again and I hear the dinner is even better!

We came for a character brunch and secured our spot weeks in advance. We arrived right on time and were seated right away. Honestly, beforehand the food looked pretty underwhelming but it turned out to be just perfect. The pineapple ham and waffles were the stars of the show. I also really enjoyed the pineapple coconut Hawaiian bread which they brought to our table in the beginning before the rest of the food. Since it's served family style they brought the platters right after we sat down which felt pretty rushed. It was a bit chaotic trying to plate our food, eat, and take pictures with the characters. We ended up seeing four characters: Lilo, Stitch, Mickey, and Goofy. Once we saw everyone it was nice to relax and enjoy our food. They also had all the characters parade around the restaurant every 30ish minutes.

This is Disney's all-you-care-to-enjoy Hawaiian-inspired feast where the skewers keep coming until you tap out or fake a medical emergency. History: ʻOhana opened with the Polynesian Resort's 1995 expansion, and it's been stuffing guests silly ever since. The name means "family," which in practice means "you and your family are about to consume your collective body weight in noodles and dumplings." The meal starts small -- salad, wings, dumplings. You think, "Oh, this isn't so bad." Then the skewers come. Chicken, shrimp, steak... wave after wave of protein until your table looks like a luau collided with a Brazilian steakhouse. The famous noodles? Pure carb nirvana. They've got their own cult following -- people would smuggle them out in Ziplocs if Disney security wasn't watching. And the finale? Bread pudding with caramel sauce and ice cream, a dessert so good it makes you forget you promised yourself you'd "eat light" this trip. (Sure, Jan.) The vibe is festive -- ukulele music, coconut races for the kids, and cast members making you feel like you're at a backyard luau with a couple hundred of your closest friends. Bottom line: ʻOhana is loud, indulgent, and absolutely worth it. You don't come here for subtlety -- you come here to leave in a food coma while muttering, "Wow. Just... wow."

This has been a favorite place to celebrate my birthday and I still continue to love it here. The Polynesian, first of all, is our favorite hotel to hang out at when we are not at our hotel, so of course I am going to each a bunch of meals here. In the past, it was near impossible to get a reservation. I am not sure what happened, maybe since covid, but things are a bit different, and I wonder if it is not as busy, or they made room for more tables. My past experience, they used to carry around skewers like at a Gaucho Brazilian restaurant, but they do not do that anymore. They also used to have a show where they danced around the had the children sweep the coconuts. That seems to have also gone away. They did, on the other hand, have a gentleman singing around the restaurant with a ukulele. On this trip, first, we did arrive quite early, we were getting a bit hungry, so when I went to check in I asked if they could seat us a bit earlier, and they were very accommodating, and ended up having a nice spot for us with a window view very close by. We could see the pool and the park, it was very nice. I love most of the food. I enjoyed the salad, the noodles and the pot stickers are definitely a favorite, I ordered more pot stickers. I love the wings, and now that the kids are older, they love all of the food as well. That bread is so good, I only wanted a little bit, but ended up having more at the end. I love shrimp, and they gave us a ton, and their grilled chicken is succulent. The only item I did not really love was the steak, it was a bit chewy, not my favorite. I did not try the broccoli, even though I do eat a lot at home, I was all about the meats. The dessert is delightful, I could not eat anymore bread pudding, but we did get seconds on a scoop of ice cream, it was so creamy. They were really nice and did a great job refilling the drinks. I think the only note my husband might give is their lack of coffee to go with dessert. At Kona next to this place, they have the Kona blend and give it to you in a large coffee carafe, it is the best. We might have ordered it if they offered it here, and they should since it is their signature blend. I look forward to coming back here for another celebration.

If you go to Disney World at all, you know about Ohana. It's very popular around here and hard to get a reservation. And it's truly for good reason that it's so popular. The views are wonderful, there's usually live music (ukulele) while you eat your meal, and the food is delicious. If you're there during fireworks, it's a location that can't be beaten. Been here many times over the ten years we've lived here, visited for both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a fun time but this review will focus on dinner. My only big complaint is the priiiiiiice. It's gotten wild for what you get. And the food is GOOD and I know it's DISNEY but $65 for yes, unlimited food, but then you can't take any home after, and what's on the table gets thrown in the trash? Make it make sense. Anyway. The food is delicious & it's been said 1000 times but I'll give a rundown of my faves. 1. Coconut & pineapple bread. It used to have chunks but I very much prefer it without them. The flavor is good. Not THE best, but one of the better bread services on property. 2. The noodles. Idk what they put into these things but I've almost never had noodles as addicting as these. Some kind of sauce? I go back to them multiple times throughout the meal and they go excellent with the steak. 3. Honey coriander chicken wings. SWEET but not spicy. Sticky in the best way. Definitely justifies the hot towel they give you to wipe your fingers at the end of the meal. 4. Steak - I have to say it was more fun when they used to bring it on skewers to the table but still delicious. On the peppery side. Packed with flavor. The grilled chicken & the potstickers are not really for me but others in the various groups I've been here with loved them. So there's not really a bad item here. There's bread pudding for dessert which is in my husband's opinion, the best dessert on property.

Service was very good! We had to make reservation in order to park in the parking since parking is being constructed. The ambiance is very relaxing and it's quite busy despite the price being more on the pricey side. Salad was good, bread was good, everything in the skillet including wings, noodles, potstickers, and veggies were all very good and very well flavored. The chicken and beef and shrimp that were brought out in additional skillets were also very well flavored and good texture. Overall, although it's pricey, you're paying for good experience. It's a whole good experience

My family, (now wife) and I went here for breakfast to celebrate our engagement and as tricky as this is to reserve, it did not disappoint in my opinion. I'm picky about my eggs but| loved how they did their scrambled eggs. We loved everything on the skillets and my fiancé who's vegetarian had lots of amazing options she loved. Got an amazing few of the castle and the Polynesian water park, and the staff was amazing to us. Our favourite place now to grab breakfast at Disney World.

Ohana is located at Disney's Polynesian Resort. It is one of our favorite locations since it was the first place my husband and I went to together. We actually enjoy the food a lot here. There is a lot of negative talk about this location, but I think you should make your own opinion. We like it. You can make it your own experience, take your time, ask for more. This is an all you can eat location, but all the food is brought to you. There is no walk-up buffet. I like this more; there are not as many hands touching tongs and breathing in the buffet lines on your food. They serve breakfast and dinner. It has been ages since we did breakfast, we usually go for dinner. We recently were able to grab a reservation for Easter. It was an early reservation, about 20 minutes after opening but that was fine. This spot has beautiful views of Magic Kingdom and the lagoon. If you can grab a later reservation, it is a beautiful spot for fireworks. They turn the lights down, and pump in the music into the restaurant. It's our favorite time to eat here. We also wanted a window table, but we would have had to wait about 45 minutes to an hour since all the window tables had just been sat. We decided we didn't want to wait, which was a little disappointing, but we could still see the pretty views. Dinner is $65 per adult, and $42 per child (Guests ages 3-9), the tax and tip is not included in this price. Again, it is all you can eat, and your food will be brought to you. Your server will ask you which items you would like additional of. If you just want one of two, that's fine, just let them know what you want. Your meal starts with Mixed Greens Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette as well as Signature 'Ohana Bread with Honey Butter. I really like both of these items. I have a little bit of the salad, but I don't personally like to fill up on it. I absolutely love the bread and have to hold back eating all of it and getting more. It is so delicious with the honey butter. After the two items, they bring you a skillet which has Honey-Coriander Chicken Wings, Pork Dumplings Tossed in Garlic-Chili Sauce, 'Ohana Noodles with Mirin-Teriyaki, and Stir-fried Vegetables. This skillet is so good. I absolutely love the chicken wings and dumplings. We always ask for more of both these items. The noodles are also really good, and we like them so much, we sometimes grab them from Tamu lounge. The vegetables are good as well, but I personally don't eat a lot of these. I again prefer to fill up on the proteins and wings and dumplings. The main courses are then brought to you in mini skillets. They include Wood Fire-grilled Black Pepper-Mirin-Teriyaki Beef, Peel-n-Eat Shrimp coated with 'Ohana Seasoning, and Grilled Chicken with Guava-Pineapple Glaze. The chicken is my least favorite of this, but it has gotten better. It used to be served with a chimichurri, but I prefer this. I mostly eat the steak and shrimp. The shrimp you will have peel which is messy, but they are really good. The steak is delicious as well, but it tends to be overdone. If you prefer medium, as I do, just ask for some more medium. They can bring you more cooked to a better temperature. All these items I also ask for the peanut sauce. They used to give this to everyone, and then they took it away (they claimed due to allergies) but it is back. You have to know to ask for it though. It is probably my favorite sauce; I literally use it for every item. I highly recommend asking for some (if you don't have allergies). For dessert, they serve one of my absolute favorite desserts. It is the 'Ohana Bread Pudding served À la mode with Homemade Caramel Sauce. They drizzle the caramel sauce over the top at the table. It is so so good, one of the best. It's warm, not super heavy, strong pineapple flavor, and the caramel is drizzly, soft and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. There is a reason that it is one of the most difficult reservations to get. I would honetly ignore all the negative talk and give it a shot. You make this spot your own, how long you want to sit there, how much food you eat, what you eat. If you don't want something, then just don't eat it. You can ask for additional of any of the items they bring you, even the dessert. I know we will continue to come here since we do really enjoy it.

Go here for the character breakfast! It's charming, family style, and you get to see Lilo, Stitch, Pluto, and Mickey. Endless stitch and Mickey waffles for the kiddos.

My wife and I have been to Ohana many times over the years. Ohana is located at Walt Disney World's Polynesian Resort. It is the first Disney restaurant we went to together and have been here quite a few times. It has changed over the years, and is not like the original. The last time we came was in 2022 and things were very different coming out of the pandemic. We wanted to go again just because it plays such a special place in our hearts. We were pleasantly surprised this time around, and actually really enjoyed ourselves. I will forever miss the meat on a stick they had in the original restaurant. There is tons of negative talk about this location, but as in any review, make your own opinion. We disagree with a lot of the negative talk, and some we do agree. They serve breakfast and dinner. This is for dinner. It is all you can eat and not a buffet, everything is brought to you. I personally do like this aspect more, less opportunity for germy hands and breathing on your food. We have not done breakfast here in almost 20 years so it is probably time to head back. We grabbed a last minute reservation on Easter. It was an early reservation, about 20 minutes after opening. This is one of the hardest reservations to get! We were very happy we grabbed one. Dinner is $65 per adult, and $42 per child (Guests ages 3-9), the tax and tip is not included in this price. Your server will ask you which items you would like more of and then bring that to you. This restaurant has some of the most beautiful views of Magic Kingdom and the lagoon around it. If you are lucky enough for a later reservation, you also get the nighttime fireworks. During that time, they turn the lights down, play the music inside and it is a great place to watch them. This is our favorite time to eat here. I would also recommend asking for a table along the windows, you get uninterrupted views. But most tables have great views. Your meal starts with the Mixed Greens Salad topped with a delicious and light Citrus Vinaigrette and Signature 'Ohana Bread served with Honey Butter. These are both very good, I don't eat much of the bread as I don't want to fill up but it is actually very good. The salad is fine, its light dressing but its good. They then start brining more appetizers/starters. They bring a large skillet, which has a bunch of food inside. This is one of my favorite things in the meal. All of these items are delicious. I absolutely love the chicken wings and dumplings, and we will always get more of both of these items. I also very much enjoy the noodles. There are times when we head next door to Tambu Lounge and order the noodles and the dumplings. The vegetables are usually all me. My wife doesn't eat too many of them but she likes them. I love them though, I love a good vegetable and will always eat these. Your next "course" is the main skillets. Things are now brought on a skillet as opposed to the giant skewers they used to bring. The mini skillets include Wood Fire-grilled Black Pepper-Mirin-Teriyaki Beef, Peel-n-Eat Shrimp coated with 'Ohana Seasoning, and Grilled Chicken with Guava-Pineapple Glaze. For me, the shrimp is my least favorite because you need to peel them. I prefer to eat the chicken and steak. The steak can be rather well done at times, so I would recommend asking for it how you prefer it if it is not to your liking. The chicken is not bad, it has changed and the previous version had chimichurri which we did not enjoy at all. This is much better and rather moist as well. I would also reccomend asking for the peanut sauce. This is a sauce that everyone used to be given along with a soy based sauce. They removed it for awhile, claiming allergies, but they have it again. You have to know to ask for it though, it is not listed on the menu. This is my favorite sauce and I use it for everything. For dessert, they serve one of the best desserts, and I do not even like sweets! It is the 'Ohana Bread Pudding served À la mode with Homemade Caramel Sauce. They drizzle the caramel sauce over the top right at your table. It's warm, not super heavy, strong pineapple flavor, and the caramel is delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for the experience, the views and yes the food. Second time coming here was definitely not as good as the first. The food was all okay or not good at all as were the eggs. Our server was the high point he did a great job. Characters were fun for the kids but spent less time at our table and we're a little bit less interactive than other places we've been.

Went here this past December. The menu is pretty straightforward: if you have allergies they have an allergen menu, otherwise it's the normal menu. You'll get at least one of everything and then you just order additional of what you liked. Honestly one of the best items was the salad, solid. I ordered a backscratcher drink too because when in Orlando yanno. It actually came with a backscratcher lol. Food was decent all around, about what you'd expect for a property restaurant. One recommendation, maybe chill on the portions or giving one of everything out of the gate, just seems rampant with food waste. Service was pretty good, and they even played the music during the Magic Kingdom fireworks. See if you can sit by the window if you're going at night.

I had originally made early reservations for another day but was able to make next day reservations for 11:50, which I do not recommend. The character part was the only thing that made this meal acceptable, and even that, they push the characters through. It seemed like all of the food that came out had been sitting for quite a while. The watermelon in the fruit bowl was soggy, the Mickey Waffles were hard as rocks and you could tell there was old batter and not enough batter used so I had to ask for fresh ones. They were really accommodating though. Unlike other family style meals, our server let us take the leftovers, but since they 'don't have to-go boxes', she brought us a bunch of tall paper cups. The plant-based skillet itself was piled high and that was good. We literally had leftovers for two days. Overall, I wouldn't do Ohana for breakfast again, but we might give it a try for dinner. Kona cafe is by far the better breakfast option at the Polynesian.

This was such a great experience! The food was delicious, it kept coming!! I liked the noodles the most. Service was great too! But the best part of this dining experience was being seated by the window... my party and I were able to watch the fireworks! The ambiance was amazing! Will definitely want to do this again.

Food was delicious as always drinks were great. Just wish it wasn't as rushed.. warm Towels for our hands were brought out basically almost mid meal.. would have liked to have been asked or given the chance to ask if we wanted coffee. Didn't see the server very long just dropped off food and was off elsewhere..Loved the open kitchen and the young woman walking around singing.

This dining experience was amazing! This is an all you can eat Polynesian style restaurant. They will bring you as much food as you want and it is a ton! There's not a single thing that I tasted that I didn't enjoy. A performer also walked around playing the ukulele while we were eating and my entire family loved this restaurant. My kids are younger than 6 and my parents are in their 70s. My husband and I are in our 40s. We all loved it.

It was absolutely impossible to get a reservation at Ohana! I swear, I was on time and everything. I was only able to get us a reservation for a 3:45pm lupper situation, so I took it. I had preplanned it for the day we were at Magic Kingdom, so it was just a short ride on the monorail over to the Polynesian. This was such a great idea. We left when the park was just getting super insane and we were able to take a break, sit down, have a great meal, and then go back to the park for some rides. The noodles were so good, I had so much of it. Not a great deal for all you care to enjoy, but it was too good. I had to. The bread pudding dessert was also fantastic. I would eat at Ohana again just to visit the Polynesian, it's such a pretty hotel.

The food was absolutely delicious. My family and I had the pleasure of enjoying this restaurant for a very entertaining breakfast and dinner. The service was exceptional and the ambiance was so inviting. We had the dinner plan during our stay at Disney and it was so much food to enjoy. It was definitely one of the best restaurants I experienced during my stay and would love to experience it again in the future,

This was our final dinner of our trip and a great way to spend our last evening. Our first time here, as well as at the Polynesian Resort, so we didn't realize that we would be able to catch the Magic Kingdom fireworks* during our visit. What a wonderful surprise! We took the boat from Magic Kingdom and ordered a round of fun cocktails since we had a little bit before we could check-in for our reservation. Once we checked-in, our table was ready right away. We were guided through the large space, past lots of families, and then brought to our table right at the windows. We felt a bit separated from the hustle and bustle of the space, although still part of the action. As we were seated and we saw the view of the castle, our friend asked our server, "wait... will be able to see the fireworks from here?" He just said, "yes, as long as you look out the window." Ha! Overall, the food was really good. I love that they just bring everything out and you don't have make any major decisions, besides if you want more of anything. The stand outs for me were the salad (yes, the salad!) and pork dumplings. I also appreciated the veggies. The noodles and proteins were fine, although we agreed that everything leans towards to the sugary sweet side. I know that can please a crowd, although not our typical style. By the time we got to dessert, we didn't have much room left so we asked for a 1-person portion to share. This was a still a sizeable amount of bread pudding and I enjoyed every bite. *In addition to being able to see the fireworks, they pump in the soundtrack to the restaurant. Granted, you aren't near close enough to see the projections on the castle and other details, this was still a great way to see it away from the crowds in the park... and while enjoying tasty drinks and food.

Good way to meet characters, Mickey Mouse-LILO-Stitch-Pluto. Our reservation was for 11:00 am. We arrived at 10:50 and we were not seated until 11:40 am. We had hungry kids and the wait time was never apologized for or explained. The food skillet was decent. We had to ask for butter for the waffles. Not pictured was the pineapple bread as we were seated and a bowl of fruit that included grapes and melons. My daughters were disappointed that we were not offered the Stitch & LILO shakes we had seen featured online. When I asked the server she stated you don't order anything, the POG juice and coffee will keep coming as will the coffee. I pressed on the milkshakes and she changed the topic so I let it go. The characters came around very timely, our kids enjoyed the interactions and the autographs. I would do it again for the character experience, the kids enjoyed it and that was the whole idea behind it.

Came for dinner and was seated at our reservation time. The atmosphere was bustling, and there was someone playing the ukulele and singing in the dining room. We used our dining package, so we were able to get drinks with our meal - the cocktails we had were all delicious! The meal was served family style, and we were able to ask for as many additional portions as we wanted. Overall, the meal was very solid, there were some things that were better than others but it was very enjoyable overall! Our server, Patti, was also very nice and friendly and made our experience even better! Out of everything, I enjoyed the signature bread, salad, noodles, and bread pudding the most! I thought the meat items weren't the best, the beef was too charred the first time around but was better when we got a second portion. Definitely leave room for dessert because the bread pudding is huge! Because this was a birthday trip, they also have us some additional desserts! We were also able to bring our leftovers back which was greatly appreciated. If you're paying out of pocket for the dinner, you'll have to decide if the $62 pp is worth it, but I think it's definitely worth snagging a reservation if you have a dining plan! It was a great meal to start off our trip!

Hi cousins!! What can I say about Ohana- other than this place is a must do at least once!! It's a sit down breakfast- all you can eat but they bring it to you in a big skillet. It's got these delicious potatoes, eggs, sausage, ham with pineapple, biscuits, and of course waffles Mickey and Stitch shapes. Ohana's breakfast is one my favorites from all the character breakfasts we've done. They serve you this justice POM -passion fruit, orange and mango juice and it's so good!! You can get refill after refill. The characters come to every single table to take pics and say hi. There's even a 5 minute dance show where they go around the restaurant. The price is a set menu but it's so worth it. The atmosphere is so cozy and fun with the characters walking around table to table. It's at the Polynesian resort and the resort is just fabulous with magic kingdom and the castle in the background. Tip: Don't forget to ask for your AP discount. The skillet doesn't come with bacon- but you can ask for it and they'll add it to the skillet. They have a vegetarian plant based skillet too. I'll see you on the Hawaiian rollercoaster ride..

Holy experience! My husband and I visited Ohana as a surprise to me for a birthday dinner. I have been telling him that I've wanted to go here for months. He secretly went behind my back months earlier and booked a reservation (because that's how popular it is!). When he gave it to me, I was super excited and surprised. We had a super early reservation so we showed up to O'hana around 2pm. While we are locals, we were greeted by the guard who let us in due to our verification of a reservation. The restaurant wasn't fully booked out at that time, but was getting busier at the night went on. We were seated right in the middle of the dining room but facing the magic kingdom. It was a great view. The seats were wide, but comfortable. And the tables were pretty long, so sitting across from someone in a 2 person party was initially difficult. We started off with the salad. That was absolutely amazing. I asked the waiter for the dressing recipe, but he said it was not disclosed (even to the staff!). We then got some bread with honey butter and holy smokes was that good. We absolutely loved the steak. It was rich and well seasoned. It was delicious. We even ordered a second round! I thought the chicken was a little on the dry side, but I think it's also a preset menu for everyone who comes in, so I figured they may just make a lot of it in bulk. My shrimp was a little cold, too. But I wasn't technically sure if they were supposed to be, but I assumed not. & The bread pudding was definitely good, but also not something I would order on my own. All in all, it was an amazing experience. For the price? probably not, but if you're in Disney and want a cool, nice experience - then make a reservation...months in advance!

I love this place, from the noodles to the skewers. My favorite part thing on the menu is the bread pudding, it is to die for. The service is always great and the interior is really decked out to sweep you away to the Polynesian islands of the pacific.

Today my son and I had breakfast at Ohana as part of his 14th birthday celebration this weekend. The last time we were here was to celebrate him turning 2 years old, so a few things have changed since then. The breakfast was still the same from what I remember, but I think the Stitch waffles were a new addition that my son thought was really cool. I think we liked the potatoes the most. The were crispy and well seasoned. The eggs were the kind you'd get from a buffet but they weren't bad. We had sausage and ham, but I think I read you could request bacon if you wanted but I forgot. We loved the POG juice! Service was ok. The servers were nice but I'm not sure if it was because we were only a party of 2 that we were overlooked as they were walking past our table which happened to be next to the kitchen and staff doors. Another change was that they don't do the games with the kids anymore or have them come up and dance with the characters in a conga line. We had quite a while to wait until the characters made their way to our table, but my son was enjoying himself which was the whole reason for coming. The character interactions we had were great, but just long enough to take a quick picture. Overall, it is a fun, family atmosphere where you come for the experience, not the food.

Outstanding! We had dinner here and it was one of the BEST meals I've experienced. The whole experience was so fun and our server was so fun and pleasant. The meal is served family style so you can eat as much as you want. Ohana carefully asks your party if there are any allergies or concerns. They made special rolls for me as I don't eat gluten. They also have vegan options etc. I appreciated this and it made the experience much more enjoyable. The salad and dressing was superb, and the veggies were cooked perfect. I love my broccoli a little crunchy. The grilled chicken, steak and shrimp were seasoned just perfectly. The finale was the bread pudding with ice cream. WOWZA! I look forward to going back.

Ohana became one of our very favorite brunch locations when we are visiting Disney. We've been very lucky to get great character interaction with our visits. The service is family style so the pass around aspect feels very homey and comfortable. The food is always excellent and you have to try the POG juice.

We went for breakfast. The breakfast had characters there. You do need a reservation. Stitch, Lilo, Mickey and Pluto were there. The service was good. It is an all you can eat family style. The bread is very good. We enjoyed all of the offerings.

Mediocre dinner meal, one of our least favorites of a week long trip. There was a lot of food but it was not great. I would prefer quality over quantity so it wasn't for me. Mushy noodles, grizzly steak and bland shrimp. The wings and dumplings were pretty good but overall I would not say it was worth the price for dinner. Friendly servers.

Delicious Food! We booked this RSVP months in advance just to get a 5pm ish reservation seating. This is located 2nd floor inside the Polynesian Resort. The main gift shop is in the 1st floor as you enter on your left. So upstairs right as you exit the elevators the check in line is right there. If your party is all there they will gladly seat you in a table. However when the party is not all there they cannot seat the party as yet. The bar Tambu Lounge offers alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks while you wait. I got a non alcoholic pina colada in a pineapple decorated with an umbrella and all for $12. A alcoholic drink can cost you $25 plus inside a pineapple! The staff will text you once your table is ready. So downtime you can enjoy your drink from the bar while you wait to be seated and take pictures! Once you recieve the text they will walk you in the table. The grills of them cooking the meats is in the middle and you may pass by it as they walk you through. Also you will initially pass the kind of open kitchen as well. We were seated with the view of the window. The server welcomes you in a polynesian fashion and will start off with drinks. POG juice is offered! This is a family style serving where they bring out platters of each dish etc and it is then shared amongst the table. They start you off with Coconut bread with honey drizzled butter and Salad with a delicious sweet tangy dressing. I liked the Salad. The bread was not warm and kinda dry. The butter was delicious with the hint of the honey. I will steal that idea next time when I eat warm breads. The POG juice served tasted pretty authentic. POG stands for Passion fruit, Guava and Orange juice combined. You will see this flavor in a hawaiian shave ice spots in Hawaii. Then they served the Huli Huli Chicken which is grilled chicken thighs. This was one of my FAVES this tasted so authentic for me I grew up in Hawaii so I know the tastes that is nostalgic to me. The chicken was cooked to perfection so tender and juicy and the grill smoke flavor! Love this chicken. Then they served the appetizers - The pork pot stickers, Noodles, Chicken wings. No sight of broccolini or roasted vegetables. The pot stickers were delicious. They were pan fried, The noodles were ehhh the noodles were chewy and texture was there but the sauce for me was interfering with the sweet sauce. The wings were delicious again with the sweet glaze and tender meat - These were not crispy wings btw. So the noodles should been more savory IMO. The Sirloin steaks and Peel and Eat Shrimps came - The steaks were small portioned perhaps the size smaller than your palm of your hand and the shrimps were shelled but cut in the middle for cleanliness. The sirloin steaks were tender and delicious and not overcooked. I liked the parts where the sirloins had some fat in them. It made the beef more tastier. It was a delicious piece of steak. The Shrimps were also good they had a light sweet savory glazed and they were cooked perfectly and large shrimps! They should have served the shrimps as a appetizer IMO. The Bread Pudding I ordered my portion to go. It was served with a caramel drizzled and Vanilla Ice cream on top. This is my BY FAR MY BEST DESSERT in any Disney RESORT. Looooooooooove this dessert. As far as service - Our server was ehhhh ok had to request more drink refills and more food refills at times. Service could have been better for the per person amount you pay to eat here. The ambiance was pretty polynesian _ a ukele singer walks around and he looked polynesian too sings while he strolls around the tables. I would def come back here again - Make sure you RSVP early in advance this place gets BOOKED fast!

Staff was amazing, characters were adorable, and provided great allergy friendly options. However the food was just ok. Went for breakfast and I felt like I paid $50 for something I could have gotten at a free breakfast buffet from a nice hotel. A little loud and crowded, but it was kinda the vibe of the whole hotel.

Absolutely the best restaurant in all of Disney in my opinion. It's very overpriced as everything is at Disney but the food is incredible. Quite possibly the best chicken I've ever had anywhere. Great sides and lovely setting. It's crowded so make a reservation or forgo this one. Kudos to the chefs at ohana! Well done

Came back for Ohana breakfast. Because now we have a two year old and he wanted to see Mickey Mouse.... The best part of this breakfast was the breakfast bread, and being in the Polynesian. Oh and maybe POG juice Food, everything average to below average. I struggled to eat breakfast because to be honest, I didn't love any of it. Characters, while friendly and sweet, they come and go extremely fast. We didn't get any second interactions as we have often had at other character dining. You feel rushed to get your child ready to interact and get pictures taken. My child sometimes needs just a bit longer to warm up and did better at Topolinos which did not feel as rushed. Same music and announcements on a loop. It was just super generic. While cute, and EXPENSIVE, definitely not worth doing again for our family.
