The 15 Best Midtown and Edgewater Restaurants

"Ol’ Days in Midtown is the owners’ ode to their childhoods in Argentina, which was often spent at the table over home-cooked meals. The charming restaurant dishes out all-day brunch items like coffee panna cotta, cheese bread, French toast, tapioca bites, golden arepas, alongside dishes like Wagyu burgers, short ribs, and vegan risotto. Sip on Arabic coffee or choose from teas, infusions, cold-pressed juices, wine, and beer selections to drink. The restaurant even features an on-site market offering homemade items packaged in recyclable materials." - Juliana Accioly

Where to Drink Really Good Coffee in Miami

"Argentine sisters Martina and Juliana Fracchia are behind this cozy cafe serving everything from espresso to iced hazelnut lattes, all the while working closely with Miami coffee roaster María Esther Thome-López, who personally sources beans from Ethiopia and other coffee regions to create unique, high-quality blends. There’s also a monthly rotating specialty coffee blend, an in-house cold brew, and almond milk made from scratch. Don’t skip homemade desserts like vegan cinnamon rolls or gluten-free coconut alfajor." - Alona Martinez

Food was delicious. My part had the Buddha bowl, avocado toast, and pancakes. The Buddha bowl was packed full of healthy and delicious flavors. I would definitely get it again. I tried the other two dishes. The avocado toast was on nice hearty bread. The pancakes were fluffy and good. The gentleman serving us was pretty nice. He wasn’t overly friendly but was professional. My only complaint would be having to ask for something multiple times. The atmosphere was nice outside. I would go again.

Delicious Brunch & Outstanding Service! We had a wonderful brunch experience—everything from the warm service to the delicious food was spot on. The menu had great variety, and every dish we tried was fresh and flavorful. The juice tasted freshly squeezed, and the coffee was absolutely divine—rich, smooth, and the perfect start to the day. The overall dining atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, making it an ideal spot for a leisurely weekend brunch. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back!

The food was tasty. Portions are big and they looked amazing. The service was a bit slow and hard to get the attention of waiters.

This is a cute little spot in midtown. I came for brunch and everything tasted so delicious and fresh, even the ketchup. To drink, I tried the lychee rose and it was very refreshing. As the entree, I tried the any style eggs omelette with cheese, mushroom and organic bacon. This meal was very filling and tasty. The bacon pieces were big and crispy. The county potatoes were also very flavorful. The bread did need some butter to make it tastier. I also tried the French toast and it was delicious. I loved the amount of fresh fruits that it had. The service was a bit slow but worth it. The waiter was nice. We stayed there longer due to the weather and not once did we feel rushed, which was shocking seeing how small this place is. I would definitely return.

Santiago gave us an amazing experience! He was super attentive, kind, and made our afternoon snack feel extra special with such a good vibe. The food was absolutely delicious as always, and the atmosphere is one of our favorites. We’re neighbors, we come here all the time — and we’ll definitely keep coming back! 🤍

After hearing so much about this place, I finally decided to check it out. While I love the farm-to-table concept and the menu is definitely creative, the overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. Our server was a bit awkward and service was noticeably slow—we waited quite a while just to get our drinks. As for the food, nothing really stood out to us except for the Shakshouka, which was genuinely delicious and the one thing I’d return for. That said, it’s great to have a spot like this in the area. The outdoor seating is lovely, especially for people-watching while enjoying a drink or some light bites. I’d probably come back for that kind of casual experience rather than a full meal.

Came here for brunch. To be deadly honest, the food we had was very mediocre - it's not bad, but it's not terribly good either. The place also need way better fly control indoor.

I love this place! ✨I always know I’m going to get a good meal. It’s farm to table, everything is super fresh and the presentation is beautiful. The service is amazing as well! It’s so cute inside and I love they have multiple vegan options! They also let my fur baby dine🫶
