"Cooking honest food that respects the integrity of ingredients is the motto of Chef Seo Ho-young, who cooks with the freshest produce sent to him by his farmer parents. Transporting familiar flavors to new territories is his game. Take, for example, his shrimp and sea urchin capellini in a silky smooth bisque-like sauce made with freshwater shrimp heads, fermented fish sauce and doenjang, or his smoked striploin carpaccio served with a mushroom and soy sauce consommé." - Michelin Inspector

Came here with my wife & baby daughter (< 1 year old) Food was GREAT! I personally love the dessert the most Service & atmosphere was top notch as well - the place is well lit / spacious / and has baby chair available upon request / spaces between tables were pretty far apart giving guests enough privacy +++ The head staff there went above and beyond, he was so kind to offer assistance in helping to carry our baby so that my wife and I can eat peacefully without taking turns Price wise, it’s 280k KRW per pax for a Friday night dinner

Beautiful setting, the chief chef orchestrate everything. The cuisine was 9 course meal. It is a great place to take important guest, as very relaxing ambience for discussion.

Food is great, no doubts about the quality. On average dishes had delicate flavors and the environment is really nice and relaxing. Very appreciated the possibility to see the kitchen working. English is not an issue. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is that I felt it was a bit pricey compared to other experiences in similar restaurants.

The experience was far from what I expected from a Michelin restaurant. I visited on a Sunday evening, and we were the only guests, which made the lack of service stand out even more. The staff seemed inexperienced, and we had to pour our own water and wine several times, which was disappointing for a high-end restaurant. What was most disappointing, however, was the food. For a 280,000 won course, the quality was nowhere near what I would expect. The portions were small, and the flavors were unremarkable. Having dined at Michelin restaurants around the world, I can honestly say this place doesn’t even come close to that level. Overall, the experience did not justify the price, and I have no intention of returning. I hope they improve their service and the overall quality to match the Michelin name.

There were highlights throughout the meal, but overall it just didn’t meet our expectations for a Michelin Guide restaurant. First the highlights. The Hanwoo and Galbitang were delicious. The giant Korean oyster was bursting with all the right flavors and we don’t even like oysters. The scallops were also very good. However, with the lowlights below, one almost wonders if these dishes were only so good because the quality of the ingredients overcame any misses on prep. Now the lowlights. Our concierge booked the restaurant for us last minute, compensating for our lack of planning, for which we are very grateful. We really wanted to love it, but some of the food was too bland, e.g. the sesame jello, the presentation was inconsistent, e.g. the veggies dish was just a blob of brown, and there were misses on service, e.g. no one poured water for us after we finished the first glass. There were more examples, which I won’t list. We expect better with Michelin.

The dishes are almost excellent: 4/5. But, the service needs work, and the ambiance could use some life - adding flowers and fixing the entrance would help a lot. The lighting's too bright as well; dimming it could create a nicer vibe. It's tough, but the waiter might be better off in a different job if things don't improve soon. Here's hoping they can make these changes; otherwise, they might not last long.

Excellent meal and wine list. The flavors were sublime.
