After three visits, I’ve come to the final conclusion that this place is all about clever marketing and big names, but not about the actual taste.
Yesterday I tried the new Madonna salad (which initially they forgot to put the fish in). It was a bland, tasteless salad-constructor with an equally bland dressing. I was told it’s a new item and "not quite perfected yet" (surprise).
Almost every dish I’ve tried here has been nothing special (except for the price). The Caesar salad is excellent, but that’s pretty much it.
It’s so loud inside, you have to shout to be heard. The service is chaotic. The waitstaff seems overwhelmed and cannot keep up with a small number of tables. However, the manager Valeria was fantastic. She fixed all the mistakes made by the servers and was both friendly and professional.
My overall impression is that this place is severely overrated. Whoever is in charge of PR is doing a phenomenal job, but the culinary experience doesn’t live up to the hype.
