The Best Restaurants in Macon, Georgia | Eater Atlanta

"Oliver’s has a cute set-up, but aesthetics and ambience are far from the bistro’s sole draw. It’s earned quite a reputation for its takes on cafe classics, including sandwiches and salads for lunch and heftier entrees like steaks and fresh-made pastas for dinner. This darling little place fills up fast, so be sure to plan ahead and make a reservation." - Sarra Sedghi

Amazing food and cozy atmosphere. Service was excellent and drink menu exceptional. Ribeye cooked to perfection, wonton BBQ pork nachos appetizer was a full meal itself, gouda Mac 'n Cheese was rich, interesting flavors in the tempura cauliflower. Fettuccine alfredo was very good as well. Highly recommend for dates.

“Let's Eat” Review of Oliver's! Wednesday's are a special Drinks Menu night with 50% off select wines and whiskeys. This is a perfect excuse to head downtown Midweek! We were greeted by our Bartender, Jordan. Full disclosure, he had responded to a previous post and told me about the Wednesday Happy Hour from 5PM to 9PM. When I went to the Facebook Page and the Website, I was instantly intrigued. So here we are! Cucumber Basil Martini $12 Being a Martini fan, I saw this on the specials menu and immediately ordered it. It's got this perfect summer fresh vibe to it with a fun twist of Fresh Cracked Pepper and Fresh Basil. Sidenote, the 2nd one was as good as the first. Anyone's guess how much better they get lol Tempura Cauliflower $13 This appetizer is deep fried to an entirely different level of everything your mind is imagining. It's crispy, but lite. The sauce is sweet and spicy. But it also has fresh elements. I cannot wrap my head around the way I want to describe this dish. All I can say is, ya'all need to order this dish with absolutely NO expectations because it will blow you away. One of my fav Appetizers I've ever had. Hands down. New Strip with Mashed Potatoes and Gouda Mac and Cheese $28 We ordered the steak Medium Rare and that's exactly how it came out. Cooked to perfection with some sort of in-house seasoning concoction that we can't figure out what's in it but after a few bites, we stopped caring because it was just so good. The Mac and Cheese is thick, creamy and tastes like the smoked gouda should. Filet Mignon with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans which was the veggie of the Day $40.00 I asked for Medium Well and that's exactly how it came. Grilled and seasoned to absolute perfection. Whatever seasoning they're using is clearly homemade and should be copyrighted. It's THAT good. We tried all different sauces including Garlic Butter, Bleu Cheese Cream and Au Poivre. One of the fun parts about ordering all 3 is judging your eating mates on which sauce is the best. (For me, the Bleu Cheese Cream was the clear winner despite my opponent being the Au Poivre) They were all amazing! Summing It Up… Let's face it. Wednesday's aren't a night that everyone looks forward to but making Oliver's part of your hump day ritual is definitely something to look forward to! The food, the drinks and the staff are guaranteed to make your Midweek a lot better. The Bottom Line… I feel that Oliver's is one of those Downtown Gems that should NOT be missed. Do yourself a solid… go to Oliver's on a Wednesday night and take advantage of this awesome mid week special night!

I had an absolutely splendid experience. The tempura cauliflower is a must have. The cheese pesto bread was quite the treat and my ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be returning in the near future. I have passed this place for years and I am mad at myself for just going. Definitely in my rotation of dinner venues now.

Google
We came to Macon for a blues festival and picked this place months ago and made a reservation based on the menu, prices, and reviews. We arrived and were seated quickly. The service was great. Ethan was our server, and he was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food tasted amazing. My fiancé is a chef, and he was very, VERY pleased with the food. We purchased a bottle of wine, an appetizer, and salmon dinners. We will definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to eat. Would 100% encourage you to make reservations before stopping in, though!

Google
4 stars because the service was great and place was so clean! The chicken salad i got though was not that great. Very bland and mushy. No flavor. We overall had a great time though for a girls brunch!

Google
Great place! Service was great. Food was amazing. Intimate setting in downtown Macon. Had the cauliflower appetizer and the sauce made it better. They have specials not on the menu and I chose Elk since I have never had it. Cooked to perfection. No one at the table had complaints. A lot of folks chose meals with Salmon and the portion size was good.

Google
We've dined in many times, and always enjoyed every aspect of Oliver's Bistro. I recently hosted a small dinner party in my home and ordered meals for eight people that I picked up. The staff had all the meals ready when I arrived. All eight orders were correct, the food was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and my guests raved over their meals. Excellent food and service, even with take out! We continue to be huge fans of this GEM in downtown Macon!!

Exceptional service and the best pasta we’ve had in ages. Matthew, Mateo, and Lacey were warm, attentive, and made the experience truly memorable. A hidden gem worth every visit!!

Yelp
Pros: The food was delicious and the prices reasonable. We came for lunch and got the chicken club which was fantastic. Mary, our server was very helpful and attentive. The restaurant is nice but a little small. There is a ton of outdoor seating. Cons: the mayonnaise is in little packets that are hard to open. A nice restaurant should put mayonnaise in a one or two ounce cup and bring it like a side of ketchup. Also, we came in once for off hour and were turned away even though there were open tables because we didn't have a reservation (it wasn't crowded at this time). To be honest, I do think it's because we had a baby with us. I don't know much about the restaurant business but with that many tables open, I think we could have been seated but maybe there was a party or something coming in. If you want good food, make a reservation and you'll be just fine!

Yelp
The generous portions were more than enough to fill my belly. The place is a bit loud and would benefit from additional sound dampening. Service and the kitchen were both top notch providing food for our large table in what I would call record time. We didn't partake in the bar scene which looked quite lively and I would think would be a nice place to start your evening or wait for your entire party to arrive.

Yelp
Every time we visit Macon, a visit to Oliver is a must. I ordered Chicken Milanese with mashed Potatoes and collard greens. It's was delicious and tasty. Wonderful service by Tiara T. Great place to hangout and enjoy a delicious meal, ambiance and service. You got to try it.

Yelp
The food and the service was wonderful. Such a fun place. I will definitely go back again!!

Yelp
Way to go Macon- you are two for two with meals today. My coworkers and I had a wonderful meal! Our server Megan was attentive but not a hoverer. The place was busy with a couple of large groups at one table. The kitchen was cranky out food, though. We had little lag time between ordering and eating. We started at the bar prior to sitting down for dinner and the bartender was talented and engaging. There was a set menu that was populated by specials of the day. I chose the ravioli of the day- stuffed smoked chicken with ricotta. Perfect portion size and very tasty. All three of us enjoyed our meals.

Yelp
Went here for our 1st brunch. Had a great time Skylar was super friendly! Got the carafe of cranberry and pineapple mimosas. We had the avocado toast to start. And I had the shrimp and grits! Oh my it was super good! The sauce wasn't too heavy. And the shrimp were prefect. My fiancé loved his pancakes too! We sat in the back of the restaurant. It was a good brunch atmosphere.

Yelp
My favorite restaurant in Macon! And on a nice day, it's awesome to sit outside. The bar is great too. Fresh good eats. They change it up here and there, but I would say whatever salmon is usually what I order and always happy with! They also make a really good Paloma, which I swap tequila for Mezcal.

Yelp
Loved my visit here!! This is a cute local spot in the downtown area that is excellent. We came right before brunch ended and the entire team provided excellent service. The food was very flavorful. The popular items were the bourbon glazed salmon and the shrimp and grits. Both were very delicious! We also ordered some bread that came with some sort of pesto butter that was very tasty. I loved the chill vibe in the restaurant--lots of trendy decor. The bathrooms were well maintained and clean. Parking was relatively easy despite being in a downtown area on a busy day. Please come support this business! It's a great addition to the downtown Macon scene.

Yelp
When you have worked a 13 hour shift and your sister calls and asks if you want steak or salmon...... feeling so loved. This was my first time experience at Oliver's. It was bookmarked and I finally got to try it. I was hoping to dine in on my first visit but carry out works just as well for me. The food was really good. I'm not certain but I think that may be a garlic parmesan butter that was included as a condiment. I put it in my whipped potatoes and boy oh boy. It tastes so divine y'all. If you put it on the bread or any meat/veggie, it would be good also. The cheesecake I have yet to try but if I had to guess it looks like caramel pecan. Update...So after I dug into the cheesecake I saw the chocolate so it's confirmed. A turtle cheesecake it is....

Yelp
We found this as we were passing through Macon and it was delicious. The pasta was fresh and I think the pesto was homemade with large chunks of chicken and bacon. The turkey sandwich had a great amount of of meat in it and the sweet potato fries were crispy. We loved eating outside on the sidewalk. Also... Jess was a great waitress

Yelp
After frequenting this place too many times to count for myself, family and several doctor's offices...tonight was nothing short of terrible! My daughter's boyfriend flew in from Philly, we wanted an elegant spot to celebrate. We made reservations with Katy(love her) a week or more ago. Tonight, my pasta dish was cold and bland. I asked the waitress for another dish, she obliged. A few minutes later the waitress notified me that the owner(female) would NOT remove the charge from my total for the bland cold pasta dish. While we later resolved this issue, the mere fact that we were told this initially was alarming and disappointing as well. This treatment tainted my views as well as my families and as a result I won't be returning. In addition, should an office ask or request Oliver's, I'll recommend Bonefish or Carraba's. Will gladly spend money elsewhere.

Yelp
Definitely a 5/5 stars ! This place was really good and my waitress was awesome, My food, mimosa, and coffee were all on point! I will definitely be going back when I visit again!

Yelp
This quaint little bistro shop in Macon Georgia was absolutely amazing! It is located in downtown Macon, and you can sit outside and even take your dog with you or you can go inside. The premises are immaculately clean, including the bathroom, which is always a plus! Our server was named Taylor and she was just amazing! My guest had special dietary needs and she never acted like it was a bother to check on it and got back with us in all cases! Our food was simply a salmon salad, but when I tell you, that was the best salmon salad I've ever had. It was amazing dressings are made on the premises. We tried a pickled dressing, and we tried a green dress and also a honey vinaigrette, they were all delicious. It was so delicious that we decided to have another salad for dessert! Sorry, there's no pictures of the salad we dove right in! Next time though, because there will be a next time :-)

Yelp
We met our daughter in Macon for a Sunday afternoon not knowing much about the town. We were excited to try this place given the 4.5 stars, but unfortunately we left very disappointed. I will preface this by saying it was close to the end of their brunch time, but if you really don't want to seat people then just tell them you don't want to serve them. It took about 15 min to get seated, so we were at our table at about 1:40pm. There were plenty of tables open so they were not on a wait. We sat for another 12 min until a server came by and greeted us. She was not overly friendly and then took our drink order and didn't bring our drinks for another 10 min. She then took our order. We were excited about our food but then waited another 25 min for it to be delivered. Two dishes came out together and we waited another 5 or so for the 3rd order. The pancakes were slightly burned and rubbery...tasted like they were made at home...the hollaindaise in the eggs Benedict was really disappointing too...way too creamy and super bland. They had a nice outdoor seating area which would be nice I think. We sat inside and there was plenty of room to move around. With other spots to choose from in town I don't think I would recommend this place - definitely not if you roll up at 1:35/1:40 on a Sunday!!

Yelp
Visiting Macon for the first time? Try this for one of your meals. The place is often packed specially inside. Good thing they have outdoor seating to accommodate more guests. Just fan the flies away. The food were mostly good specially the wonton nachos which can be considered a meal. I think the serving of the pasta though is too little, same with the kids steak. Superfood salad and dressing tasted great! Would have given them 4.5 stars overall but there's not option for it. Nice interior, fancy restroom, complimentary mint candy from the host's area. I just noticed the menu from last year had a bump compared with the current.

Yelp
Incredible food at incredibly reasonable prices. Service was impeccable and cocktails were tasty. The gnocchi was top notch. Salmon was delicious although a little pedestrian. Not a complaint. Every was prepared perfectly. We'll be back.

Yelp
Stopped by for Sunday brunch on our way to the airport. Were so excited as the wait was too long the last time we came through Macon. It was very average. Had to ask for our server who was not very attentive the whole time. I watched another table wait on her for a while a few times as well. French toast was nothing special and was very dry, shrimp and grits were so sad as the grits were clumpy and dry. My southern husband said the grits were a disgrace to the state of Georgia haha. The shrimp was yummy at least. My husbands steak and eggs were good. I got the chicken salad sandwich to go and that was very yummy later in the airport. We probably will not be back. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and i think all thanked us for coming in on our way out. Food was definitely not the almost 5 stars that made me want to come in though.

Yelp
Yummy calamari! I also had the pesto chicken and it was delicious. Drinks are okay. Service was amazing.

Yelp
Very popular spot for Sunday brunch. Small menu, but interesting, and everything we tried was delish. Nice atmosphere, outdoor seating. It's def worth a visit. TIP: Make a reservation. Walk-ins are welcome but It fills up fast.

Yelp
Good food, small restaurant, loved the ambiance. We sat at the bar which was fine but service was slow. The seafood special was carrot risotto topped with salmon. I'm not a huge salmon fan, but I really liked this dish. The sweet carrot set off the perfectly cooked salmon. (Salmon not fishy at all!) The other dish was Chicken alla Vodka, which was also tasty.

Yelp
I am between a three and a half and four on this spot. We were driving home to Jacksonville from visiting family north of Atlanta and used Yelp to find great brunch spots in Macon. This one was number one. After calling and speaking to a very nice young man, we were set for our reservation in an hour and fifteen minutes. Timing was spot on. We found a parking spot a few blocks away and were immediately seated. They have several spaces inside that are in three different rooms and outdoor patio seating. We were seated in the back room and I think I would have preferred a front room that allowed for more people watching/interaction. We had already looked at the menu on the drive down and were pretty set on our choices. The only question was appetizer or not? We went for the sweet frites appetizer and it was really good. Sweet potato fries cooked perfectly drizzled with balsamic glaze then topped with blue cheese crumbles and basil. Really good! Hubby had the pancake breakfast that was served with two pancakes, two eggs, bacon strips and fresh fruit. He thought it was OK, but not great. Eggs were dry. Pancakes were too thick and also dry. Bacon and fruit were fine. I ordered the French toast breakfast but because I don't eat meat asked for the candied bacon on the side. The first few pieces of French toast were black and burnt. I pushed those aside and found some that were edible, but pretty sad dish. No fruit, nothing but pieces of French toast that were over cooked. I had a signature cocktail called the sangrini and that was very good. Our server was nice but didn't check in much and the kitchen should not have served that French toast. Brunch is your standard fare. A cute spot but a little lacking on our visit. It was busy so I would suggest reservations.

Yelp
I've always loved everything I've ordered here - except maybe the ravioli. Love their pastas, their vegetables, and omg the salmon!!! Appetizers are always delicious, too.

Yelp
We love Oliver's and visit about once a month. It has tasty food, creative cocktails, and the service is almost always great. The day before Thanksgiving the place was packed with local lawyers and businesses taking their staffs out for a nice holiday lunch, so it has the endorsement of the locals. You do need a reservation on the weekends, so book ahead if possible.
google avatar

Yelp
Food & service was very good! Got to enjoy lunch with my wife and under an hour. Great options for most any meal.
google avatar

Yelp
Outstanding food, outstanding service. Try the pork nachos, you will want to order it 2 or 10 more times before you leave.
google avatar

Nicole F.

Yelp
The moment you walk into the door, you will smell delicious food. The chicken pesto pasta and cheesecake are the best and tasted just as good as some of the restaurants that I've tried in Italy. I visited Oliver's Corner Cafe twice in one week because everything is homemade! Taylor and Kristin are the true definition of southern hospitality and appreciate them sharing things to do in Macon.
google avatar

Andy B.

Yelp
Great little majority female owned (I believe...) restaurant. Somewhat Limited but extremely good menu. Reservation recommended.

Yelp
This place was great. My wife and I along with another couple sat outside. Place was busy, downtown was hopping but we had a great time and food was awesome. Our waitress Sheena was fantastic despite the fact we could tell she wasn't having a great night. I had Barramundi which was really good, don't see it offered much out. We will be back for sure.
google avatar

Yelp
In town for a girls day and Saturday Brunch. You can learn a lot about a restaurant when you sit directly opposite the kitchen! I know why I had a hair in my salad. While all baseball caps were on and turned around there were no guards on beards. While my server was mortified by the hair, I was able to watch the kitchen staff look annoyed. Such a shame. In addition, the consistent eating by the kitchen staff was interesting. Were they taking directly off the grill or just off customers plates? Needless to say we won't be back.

Yelp
Great food, service was good but not great. The wait time for lunch during the week was pretty long. My in laws took me there for my birthday and it didn't seem like the waitress cared to ask what the occasion was with all the bright colored, glitter bags on the table. Everyone's food at the table came out delicious and made correctly, even with all the modifications. I had the black and blue steak, which was cooked perfectly at Medium rare. Overall 8/10, had the waitress stop by the table more than 3 times i would've given it a 10/10. I would definitely come back to try this place out for dinner. If you're looking for a quick bite on a lunch break, I'd suggest ordering out or calling ahead.

Yelp
We stopped here in Macon on our way from Atlanta to Jekyll Island one Sunday. Despite having a one hour wait due to the brunch crowd, when I told the hostess I had two small children who could fit in high chairs, the owner (I think she was the owner) stepped in and offered us a table that had just been cleared. Definitely start with the sweet frites. It tastes just as good as the picture indicates- drizzled with a creamy blue cheese dressing and balsamic. These were the tastiest sweet potatoes fries I've had. Plentiful portion to share. Super food salad was fresh, crisp and tasty with the ginger dressing pairing well with the blue cheese and fruit. The kids marinara pasta was a generous portion. My 2.5-year-old had almost half and we were able to box the rest for dinner! Comes with fresh shredded basil. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
Excellent food and service! Popped in for lunch and what a pleasure. I will certainly come again

Yelp
We had a reservation for Valentine's Day and arrived early and sat almost immediately, but then the night went downhill from there. The entire night the restaurant was blaring One Direction, to the point I couldn't hear my partner sitting less than two feet away from me. We ordered the Crab dip as our starter and honestly it was the only decent thing we ate the entire night. I ordered the NY Strip (rare) with mashed potatoes and asparagus and my parents had the new Smoked Chicken Ravioli. The stake was fine but the sauce that came on top was sickly sweet to the point that I didn't eat but a few bites. The mashed potatoes were not seasoned at all and I only received three pieces of asparagus. For $30 I expected more. My partner's Chicken Ravioli was so dry. I'm not over exaggerating when I say that they had to take sips of water after every bite. They also didn't finish the meal. Again, for $24 I expect more. The food was so disappointing we literally discussed going somewhere else entirely for dessert. And we did. My partner and I came to the realization that while it wasn't good by any stretch of the imagination, it wasn't the worst that could've happened. With disappointing food, loud atmosphere, and bad ambiance, we left with the knowledge to never point a friend here for a good time.

Yelp
Nice restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. It's located on the corner of 2nd St and Poplar St which is a pretty busy intersection. So there's a lot of foot traffic between tables while dining and traffic can be loud if sitting outside. The server was great, well when she actually came to check on us. Lunch time was pretty busy but it didn't take long for our food to come out. Everyone's food was delish and they provided my mom a complimentary dessert for her birthday.

Yelp
I come to Macon quite often for business, and this was the first time that I ever ate at Oliver's, but it definitely will not be the last time! Amazing food, amazing service, charming atmosphere. It had it all. It's definitely an intimate setting and perfect for date night, but it really hit the spot for some hungry co Workers needing a break for dinner. I cannot remember our servers name, but she was an absolute peach, and one of the best servers I've ever ever had in my life. It was on the night of January 30, in the very back room, in the farthest corner by the wall that faces the road. She had dark hair and was just absolutely wonderful.

Yelp
We had dinner here. Food was amazing. We sat at the bar, drinks were great and service was excellent. Make a reservation it's very busy.

Yelp
Absolutely loved this restaurant. We sat at a window seat with a view of the outside table umbrella seating and street traffic. Beautiful clean restaurant with lots of seating and lots of business with very friendly staff. I ordered steak and eggs during brunch and my daughter ordered the hash with ham, bell peppers and onions and Jake had a Ruben with a side of fresh fruit. I also ordered the Capris with a side of toast which we all partook . Everything was delicious and I will definitely go back again and again.

Yelp
My husband and I decided to venture out on a Wednesday night for dinner. We were looking specifically for outdoor dining at an establishment that served steaks. We chose Oliver's as we had eaten here before at lunch, ordering some of the best sandwiches we have had in Macon. Unfortunately, their dining service is probably the worst of any restaurant we have been to in our year of living in town. Our waitress was dispassionate, disengaged, and contradicted herself many times. Oliver's made it very apparent they do not train their waitstaff. She also made a very uncomfortable and off-color remark regarding the fact I was breastfeeding my daughter, saying she was "getting the good stuff". When we sat down to order, my husband asked specifically if there was prime rib, she said no, but all of the cuts were done in-house. That they got the meat and butchered it there "to perfection". My husband ordered the ribeye, I ordered the shrimp scampi linguini, and we ordered an appetizer of bruschetta. We also ordered tomato bisque for our daughter who was with us, and this was the only item that arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it was very underseasoned. We sat waiting for 20 minutes for our appetizer. I called our server as she was walking away from another table and asked how long we would continue to wait for it. Our server tells us, "Oh, a bunch of tickets wasnt printed. Our machine is messed up". I would have appreciated if she told us she had instead forgotten as she had too many outdoor tables to attend to, rather than make up a lie she said without any conviction. The appetizer finally comes 15 minutes after my asking, but it also came with the two entrees. This is not the correct order that food should be served. First soup, then app, then entrees. My husband's ribeye was lean. Ribeye is intended to be a fatty cut of meat, we know this as our oldest son is a professional butcher. My husband informs our waitress it is a very lean cut, too lean as it lacked any marbling, and she ARGUES with him reiterating multiple times that ribeyes are "supposed to be lean". My husband told her they absolutely weren't. Then she tells us that, "they come that way". My husband asked her, "I thought you said you cut every steak in the house?" She ended up walking off in response to this. My husband also made substitutions to his sides when we initially ordered and one was wrong. We then had to wait for the correct side to come. As far as the scampi, it tasted like it was seasoned with purely pasta water. There were no remnants of crab meat as advertised, there was no garlic, and had there been a lemon slice, it may have improved the dish, but there wasn't one on the plate. This dish completely missed the mark and was exceptionally bland. The bruschetta, which came at the same time as the appetizer, was cold, too hard to chew, lacked tomatoes (which is meant to be the heart of the dish), and the flavoring tasted like cheap maple syrup. After only a few bites of our food we were ready to leave but had to wait far too long for the bill to come to the table. We did not finish any of our plates. Instead, when diners at the table next to us saw our food and overheard the conversation between my husband and the waitress who argued with him, they left. We vocalized many times that we were unhappy with the service and the food. The waitress offered my husband $10 off of his steak but this should have been an instance where she looked to a higher team member to help de-escalate the situation, but instead, we paid the bill and left extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. We absolutely WILL not be coming here again. This experience told us that this is a restaurant that can only handle serving brunch and lunch. Oliver's was completely inept at serving dinner and I have already told my entire department at work just how horrible the service was. A truly, truly terrible dinner experience; from the service to the food, just absolutely terrible.

Yelp
We made last minute reservations for a Saturday night dinner with friends. We had pork nachos and sweet potato fries for the table as appetizers . Both were super yummy, the perfect way to start the meal. We had some of the pasta dishes as well as the New York strip. The steak was cooked properly & it was flavorful. Some mixed reviews on the pasta dishes. My boyfriend wasn't crazy about his gnocchi, but our friend very much enjoyed his rigatoni. We dined indoors. It was a lovely medium-lit atmosphere and not too loud. Will return next time I'm visiting our friends in Macon.

Shelby killed it at the bar! Met some really cool people and had amazing food and conversation, would recommend to anyone who asks and even if they didn't

Yelp
What a neat little hidden gem! We walked in here after having a beer at the brewery next door. The place is so inviting and chic when you walk in. We were quickly greeted and seated. The beer and wine menu is extensive with great offerings. We started with the butternut squash soup. It was anything to write home about. I wouldn't get it if I went back. For dinner we had Salmon on a bed of Rissoto that had chucks of butternut squash in it. The flavor of this dish was great. It was also a very large serving. One my co-workers has the red fish with asparagus and rice. He said the topping on the redfish was a 10/10. One of my other co-workers had the caprese appetizer and he loved it. We will be back.

Yelp
The seasonal ravioli are to die for, our top favorite item here! They also carry Empress gin, which is my favorite and not very common

Yelp
This is the second time I've eaten here in the last month and it was delicious!! Came to Macon to see my son and took him here. First time we ate outside and 2nd time inside. Both times we had great service and food!

Yelp
Always delicious. The Sweet Frites are a must, and common favorites include the salmon and the steak salad :9

Yelp
Great food. I had filet cut (medium)- great. Salmon and as cooked very well. Salad (Green) outstanding. Highly recommend this place. Dessert cheesecake (banana flavored). Great service (Taylor).

Yelp
Nice atmosphere, especially for Macon. However, menu is boring. Food is overpriced, although ok for a little town.

Yelp
This place is excellent! I went with a group of friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. We had sweet potato frites which were fabulous. The NY strip was delicious as well. The server was wonderful and answered a ton of our questions so patiently. Would highly recommend eating here again!

Yelp
Passed by here recently and was not disappointed one bit! We had the rueben sandwich with the gouda mac & cheese and the chicken salad croissant with the house salad and ginger dressing. Everything was made to order and very tasty! Honestly one of the best ruebens and mac & cheese that I've tried. It's in a great area and fairly priced for the quality and amount of food. They have a great lunch special for sandwiches that includes a side or a premium side! Will stop by again soon!
