Went here on date night with my husband and everything was excellent, we had the tasting menu and each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The wine pairing selection complemented each dish as well and service was perfect. The interior design was simply stunning and elegant. At the price point of only 1.9mil for the 7 courses tasting menu, i would say this is top value as well. I honestly cannot find a single details that i dislike. Will definitely return. Thanks Chef and the team for a great experience!

What an exceptional fine dining experience at Olivia Dining! The menu is extremely well designed to take you to the next level of fine dining. Everything is hand-crafted from the smallest details with ingredients are unique, rare, of high quality and highly sourced. From the first dish to the last dish, the chef takes you to the journey of different flavours and countries. The flavour on each dish and ingredients blends together so well that you can’t say anything other than “WOW” when you start trying each dish. Great job to the Head chef on creating such an amazing tasting menu for us to try. The atmosphere is formal fine dining setting but still romantic, warm and cozy. Staff is very knowledgeable and explained each dish really well how it was made and the special ingredient in each dish to us. We will definitely be back again!

Christmas Eve in a restaurant with a minimalist design and friendly staff. Welcome Fresh Juice, Handmade Bread, Butter, Environment and Kitchen. Notes: The bread was warm and crunchy plus the butter was so cutely decorated. In addition, I like the idea I could see the chef and helpers working in the kitchen while dining. Salmon, Cream and Sauce Green Aspargus, Crisped Crumbed Poached Egg, Procuitto and Parmesan. NOTE: a plus for technique used to make the egg crispy. It was, thus, not only a poached egg, which was great. Scallop, Crispy Pork Belly and Smoked Carrot. NOTE: For me, the bottom part of the pork was dried and tasteless. On the other hand, the sauce and the carrots were great prepared, which made a good compensation. Roast Turkey Breast, Leg Pie and Sweet Potato NOTE: This main course was DELICIOUS. The turkey 🦃 breast itself was so tender and juicy. The pie was a good match as same as the sweet potato. Plus, the chicken gravy added much more flavour. Steamed Xmas Pudding and Anglaise NOTE: I was positively surprised with this dessert. The pudding was more a muffin/cake than a pudding, which is good. The filling was dry mango and dry grape. So yummy. Anglaise gave a pinch of sweetness. Cappuccino + Extra Dessert. NOTE: They made a so beautiful presentation setting fire in the dessert, but I took a picture instead of making a video 😅 First Restaurant Gift: Ginger Breads and Strawberry Preserve made by the staff. So cute. Second Restaurant Gift: A picture taken with Restaurant Camera All the staff were great, kind and with good English skills. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: Replace some utensils, like plates and glasses in order to make the dishes decoration prettier

My husband surprised me with a birthday dinner at Olivia. We enjoyed the 7 course menu. The dishes were very delicate and flavorful. They were a treat to my tastebuds. Chef David is great at his craft and his team is wonderful. Also realized that the restaurant is a great place to host events. Will definitely keep this on my list of places to host business events or personal events. Thank you Chef David for being so accomodating and creating a delicious gluten free and dairy free birthday cake for me. Much appreciated. *side note: i have a gluten and dairy intolerance and would from time to time make special excemptions of eating food with dairy and gluten. This restaurant was one of them. I had to taste the food the way chef David had intended for it to taste like. And it was worth it.

An exquisite fine dining experience with wine pairings at a seemingly understated restaurant in Thao Dien, recommended by the Michelin Guide. The delicately prepared food and the staff’s dedication and storytelling skills elevated the entire experience. Opting for the 7-course fixed menu, each dish was meticulously crafted with care and attention to detail. The handmade brioche served as the starter was a delightful indulgence, satisfying my cravings with its moist, buttery texture, especially when paired with the handmade soft butter. The flavors throughout the meal were clean and balanced, offering freshness rather than overwhelming richness. I particularly savored the confit in Kombu paired with caviar. I found the combination of quail eggs and crab to be underwhelming. The lamb was not to my liking, although the sauce was great. The desserts were consistent, and the beautifully presented pearl was a standout.

This is my second time in Olivia Dining, the come back was all worth it. The foods were well prepared and served professionally. New menu is an exceptional selection from Chef David. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. Sure I will come back again.
