Christmas Eve in a restaurant with a minimalist design and friendly staff.
Welcome Fresh Juice, Handmade Bread, Butter, Environment and Kitchen.
Notes: The bread was warm and crunchy plus the butter was so cutely decorated. In addition, I like the idea I could see the chef and helpers working in the kitchen while dining.
Salmon, Cream and Sauce
Green Aspargus, Crisped Crumbed Poached Egg, Procuitto and Parmesan.
NOTE: a plus for technique used to make the egg crispy. It was, thus, not only a poached egg, which was great.
Scallop, Crispy Pork Belly and Smoked Carrot.
NOTE: For me, the bottom part of the pork was dried and tasteless. On the other hand, the sauce and the carrots were great prepared, which made a good compensation.
Roast Turkey Breast, Leg Pie and Sweet Potato
NOTE: This main course was DELICIOUS. The turkey 🦃 breast itself was so tender and juicy. The pie was a good match as same as the sweet potato. Plus, the chicken gravy added much more flavour.
Steamed Xmas Pudding and Anglaise
NOTE: I was positively surprised with this dessert. The pudding was more a muffin/cake than a pudding, which is good. The filling was dry mango and dry grape. So yummy. Anglaise gave a pinch of sweetness.
Cappuccino + Extra Dessert.
NOTE: They made a so beautiful presentation setting fire in the dessert, but I took a picture instead of making a video 😅
First Restaurant Gift: Ginger Breads and Strawberry Preserve made by the staff. So cute.

All the staff were great, kind and with good English skills.
ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: Replace some utensils, like plates and glasses in order to make the dishes decoration prettier
