Olivia’s Prime in Vietnam is listed in the Michelin Guide 2024–2025, and it’s conveniently located within walking distance from our hotel (Courtyard), which made it very easy for us.
We visited to celebrate my birthday. We ordered the 250g Australian Filet (MB 5/6+), grilled prawns, and Creamy Chicken Spaghetti. The pasta was quite good — rich and creamy, very comforting. The grilled prawns were nice as well. As for the steak, considering the price, I felt it could have been better, though it was still acceptable.
Service was generally good, even though they accidentally got my dress wet at the beginning 😂. What really made me decide on a 4-star rating was their birthday gesture — the staff gathered to sing for me and even offered a celebratory shot. That moment genuinely touched me and added a lot to the experience.
Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. However, if you’re very particular or serious about steaks, this place might not fully meet your expectations.
