What more can I say? The atmosphere was immediately dominated by the incredible artwork displayed on the walls. It felt like a sufficient gallery space for a solo artist's exhibition, and the pieces were also for sale (prices were posted).
We ordered the Prosciutto Pizza, and the thin, Italian-style crust was perfectly crisp. The generous portion of fresh prosciutto on top was wonderfully salty yet tender, pairing perfectly with the rich tomato sauce. The amount of ham was truly impressive, making even one slice incredibly satisfying. The savory flavor balanced beautifully with the sauce's acidity. Being fired in a brick oven, it was easily a top-tier pizza.
My only regret was the appearance of small flies or gnats that accompanied the pizza when it arrived. I'm unsure if they were attracted by the aroma, but they disappeared after the pizza was finished and the plate was cleared. This led me to suspect a potential issue with the pizza itself or the serving board. I notified the staff, and they kindly removed the pizza charge later, but those persistent flies definitely kept our enjoyment from reaching its peak.
The Caesar Salad was absolutely excellent. It was incredibly fresh and crisp, and the creamy dressing was flavorful without being overwhelming, coating the lettuce perfectly. In particular, the large, thinly shaved slices of Parmigiano cheese were rich and savory, elevating the entire salad. It was a perfect, classic side dish to accompany our main courses.
If you want to experience the authentic Italian atmosphere and flavor, this place is definitely the best choice.
