I hope everyone has such a great experience with the food as I did. Google do not block my review when I say this but I literally had a foodgasm and that doesn’t happen a lot. The spaghetti al limone was so good! Too good! I’m tempted to try to make it at home myself. Even the bread had the right amount of saltiness and olive oil. Baba all amaretto dessert topped it off with an unforgettable experience. Run don’t walk to get here. Love!

So pleased with this lovely Philly spot. We were surprised that it was restaurant week and the 4 of us decided to participate as it was only $40 for the 3 courses. Everything we tried was really delicious. The bartender Bohdad “Bo” was exceptional. He made an excellent wine recommendation to accompany our meal. We’ll definitely be back.

We went to oltremare on a sunday night and we were able to get a 5:30 reservation. the staff was friendly and kind. the food was so good we cleaned our plates. we got several appetizers the octopus, the fried artichokes with crabmeat, the tuna crudo with pickled kumquats. for entrees we did the lamb parpadale, sorrento lemon pasta! I loved it all!! the coconut panacotta and the tiramisu were the perfect end. I can’t wait to go back and try everything else! I loved it.

First major restaurant stop was at the new Oltremare in Rittenhouse 🔥 It's an impressive Italian seafood spot, but their cuisine from the land is just as remarkable as their dishes from the sea. Their dessert menu is some of the best I've had in the city in a while. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazingly good food, but you are going to pay for it. Drinks are excellent -- always nice to have a cocktail with one big cube. Menu is designed for sharing, but portions aren't large. They inquire about dietary restrictions. We shared 3 apps, 2 pastas and 2 "mains." Everything was wonderful -- some of the best chicken I've ever had. Desserts -- we shared the selection of 3 -- are not to be missed as well, and you will have room.

Instantly, Oltremare is a new favorite of mine in Philly. Our waitress, and bartender, was phenomenal. She helped us craft the perfect order, and made the best Bee’s Knees cocktail. The octopus was incredible. Every pasta dish was simply wonderful. Everything we ordered was better than expected. Absolutely amazing spot, that should be more well known!

When you enter the restaurant the ambience is calm, classy and warm. I sat at the bar by myself and it was very comfortable. The bartender was attentive and easy to talk to. The wine list is thoughtful which is expected with Gordana Kostovski’s impeccable taste. The bread is made in house and is worth every carbohydrate filled calorie. I had the hamachi crudo which had the right amount of spice, sweet and sour to complement but not overpower the fish. If you’ve ever had Todd Wentz’s pasta at their other restaurant, A Mano, then expectations are high. The agnoletti did not disappoint, it was the right balance of earthiness, brightness and texture. I appreciated that the tiramisu was not soaked in alcohol. Many of the negative reviews are when they first opened and from my experience tonight I think those opening kinks have been smoothed out. I can’t wait to go back with my foodie friends. This will definitely be part of my normal rotation,

Wish I could give 3.5 stars! Service was lovely. Restaurant was quite empty, but it was a rainy night. Food was delicious. I was just surprised by the prices compared to the portions, as many have said. Arugula salad was $15, I believe... modest amout of arugula, a few onions and dressing. Grilled octopus was $22 and it was one pretty small piece. Our bill was just under $150 for 2 people (and that included only one adult beverage). I did enjoy the experience and I'm glad I tried it, but it won't become a go-to, which is a shame!
