Update: Ate here again on 22 Feb 2025 and still impressed with this restaurant. New photos attached.
----------------------------------------
I've come to this restaurant several times with my family; both in-dining and pick-up. As a Skye Canyon resident since 2016, I appreciate having a restaurant of this caliber in my area. Not to mention, this restaurant is so close to our house that when I pick-up our order, the short distance prevents the food from getting cold or soggy from condensation. Also, if we wanted to walk to really "earn" those bacon strips and other scrumptious food, it's definitely an option; however, let's be real here...although that's a good/healthier way of life, chances are, we won't do it often.
Between our dine-in and pick-up experiences, we've tried the following items to date: Cutting Phase Omelette, Muscle Mania Omelette w/Bacon, Mediterranean Omelette, Chili Verde Omelette, Western Gobbler Omelette, Ham I Am Omelette, Eggs Benedict Crab Cake, Eggs Benedict Lobster, Banana Foster Cakes, French Toast, Buttermilk Pancakes, Hash Brown, Spuds, Pumpkin Bread, and Banana Nut Bread. One thing I keep regretting is that I always forget to take pictures of our food because every time we eat here, we always seem to be starving to death and the last thing I'm thinking about is to take photos for this platform. But since I know I'll visit this restaurant again and again, I'm sure I'll take some photos down the road. If and when this occurs, I'll be sure to update this review.
The one thing that really stands out about this restaurant is their omelettes - they are massive! I was informed by one of the employees that they use 8 eggs for their omelettes. Yes, I said that...8 EGGS!!! Back in my youthful days, I'd easily pound those omelettes down and request for more; however, as I've gotten older, my eating habits have hit a brick wall and only allow me to eat the correct "portion size" for my height, weight, BMI, and all that nonsense. Needless to say, if you come here, come hungry!! I mean that feeling you could eat a horse (for those meat references); or eat an Arizona Ash tree (for those plant references). We still have yet to order something off the menu, other than breakfast-centric entrées...but I suspect we will sometime down the road; it's just a matter of "when."
The customer service during all my experiences (pick-up and dine-in) has been fantastic. In fact, it's refreshing coming here because you know you'll receive high quality service. The employees always seem happy, and the service is quick! The price-to-quantity/quality ratio is downright phenomenal. I'm sorry, but no one should complain about the amount of food you receive here. And if you leave here still hungry, my hats off to you (go visit your nearest buffet). Bottom line, this restaurant is extraordinary! I really appreciate how this restaurant supports the men and women of the Armed Forces and its Veterans - I have the utmost respect for this business because of this. If you're visiting Las Vegas or a local, I highly recommend this restaurant.
