We ordered multiple dishes starting from the Salmon sashimi, Ebi Don with extra curry, Ton Katsu Curry Don and a Tokotsu ramen. The sashimi tasted good. The Ebi Don consisted of four shrimp and there was an egg on top of it. It tasted really good but the moisture from the fried egg on top made the the shrimp batter soggy really fast. I ordered an extra side of curry but it is not really required as there is a little bit of curry that's served with the rice. All the bowls come with a side of salad, miso soup and pickled veggies. The Tonkotsu ramen was good. The pork chashu was cooked really well. All though there are a lot more options around town, the price point is good at Omoide and the portions size is also good.

I came here for lunch and noticed they used to have a katsu challenge, not sure if it’s still available. I ordered the ramen, which was delicious with a rich, flavorful, and nicely hot broth. The portion was just right, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. I’ll definitely come back next time to try other dishes

The Avocado Salmon is our must. We share it. Got the Tonkotsu Ramen, Vegetable Miso, and the Gyudon Don. Everything was so good. The best miso soup we've ever had. Restaurant has a great atmosphere not huge but if you have to wait the service is fast. There was a Birthday party there when we went, they handled the large group well and our service didn't seem impacted. Goooooo!

Incredible food, attentive and such sweet service! Awesome flavors . First time visit. Would definitely go back again! Was just particularly cold inside even at a booth- only less than good feedback I had about the experience there.

I was extremely happy with my katsudon set at Omoide. The egg, katsu, benishoga, and onions over rice were just perfection together. It was a delicious, tender cutlet that worked great with the rest of the dish. The set came with miso soup, a small salad, shibazuke, and takuan (I think!). It was so delicious and comforting to eat, definitely brought me back to Japan. The place was very uniquely decorated with a friendly server on my visit. The rest of their menu looked incredible as well. I would definitely recommend Omoide to anybody interested in delicious Japanese food.

Oh my goodness. We just found our new favorite noodle spot. The chashu pork is oit of this world. Tender and delicious.

The atmosphere was wonderful, but I would’ve loved if they had a build your own Ramen option. The spicy beef short rib ramen was good, but didn’t blow me away. The Poké Salad was also good and the portions are very large.

I love this restaurant and have been frequenting it here for many years! The service is always so prompt and great! I love how the restaurant looks like you are in one in Japan! The ambiance and atmosphere is nice and relaxing. But the food is always a 10 out of 10 here! I ordered the Bento Box with teriyaki chicken. It was great - it also had a side salad with Asian dressing, some miso soup, some cold tofu, shrimp tempura, daikon, soft boiled egg, and rice! The chicken was kind of on the tough end but the flavor was still great. I was very full when I finished. My server was real friendly and the music was great here.

This has been on my list for a while as it is a causal locals restaurant with a large menu full of Japanese classics. When you step in side it feels like Japan and is so well decorated. The service was fast and attentive and we loved both items we ordered. 1) TenDon consisted of 3 large shrimp, 2 pieces of squash, eggplant, shishito pepper, and egg. It's a huge portion and comes with salad, soup, pickles and extra sauce on the side 2) Pork Kake Udon had a wonderful yuzu flavor with a bit of spice and deliciously grilled pork. It was full of flavor and unique from other udons I've tried. This is definitely a great spot for lunch or dinner if you're looking for something quickly and easy but delicious. We'll be back!

My husband and I came here for a lunch break. The food is good. Service is not good. To start with the bad, the waitress didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She was not very pleasant. To make matters worse, we told her we wanted a brick toast at the end of the meal but she brought it out to us in the middle of our meal. When we told her we weren't ready for it, we watched her give us a sour face and then place it in the fridge. Brick toast should be served fresh, and we explicitly specified dessert for end of the meal. But the food was good. Beef gyudon and ramen had the umami punch. Takoyaki was fresh and crispy. The food is yummy and there's lots of variety. We would still come back despite the mediocre service.

Food: bento box (salmon and beef). The salmon had a delicious grilled flavor but next time I would probably ask for the teriyaki sauce on the side or to leave it off as it was too much sugar for me. I like the at the bento comes with so much variety of tastes and textures. It had salad, potato salad, half boiled egg, tofu, tempura, rice, pickles, miso soup and your protein. Everything was good, but they need to work on the flavor of their miso soup as it was a bit blah and lacking in flavor (too watered down). Service: there was only one waiter, so she was stretched pretty thin and had to be reminded when I requested soy sauce for the cold tofu. Ambiance: noted in my previous review that it's cute inside and feels like you've stepped into Tokyo! Tip: bento box is only M-F. Me sad.

The food was great! Flavor was on point! The shishito peppers had so much flavor. The tonkotsu curry was amazing.

Finallllly writing a review about one of my favorite restaurants in the Southwest area I've been to Omoide a few times, each time a great experience. I love their bowls especially the Ebi Don. It comes with miso soup, a yummy salad, and pickled veggies. A good deal for it's price! It's never toooo busy in here and the space is very nice and chill. Staff is always friendly and service is fairly quick. Can't wait to try other things on the menu! 4.5

Love coming to Omoide! The workers here have always been kind, and the service is pretty on point. I love the ambiance inside. It's very nice and chill, kinda like you're back in Japan. The food definitely never disappoints. I love getting their Grilled Squid and Chicken Karaage. They def have a lot to offer here.

The ambiance is off the charts and the staff is super sweet. All of the seating is really nice too. Got a lot of food and honestly didn't care of any of the noodle dishes but the side dishes were really good.

So this is based on food that was delivered. I got the tonkotsu shoyu ramen with extra chasu. The chasu was the highlight. Very good cuts of meat that were tender and flavorful. The egg also was the medium cook I appreciate. However, the soup base was a bit flat for me in taste. More salt than flavor, and didn't have the richness that blending the tonkotsu usually lends. The noodles were also overcooked for me. I like mine more al dente. I know when ramen just started being a thing, monta used to send take out orders with noodles that still needed to be cooked with instructions. Maybe that could solve them overcooking when being transported if people wish for that option. I tried my boyfriends curry chicken he got, and it was not bad, but nothing exciting. I would have preferred stronger notes of the spices. It also leaked everywhere, but maybe that was on the person driving it to us. The menu looks interesting, and maybe experiencing their food in person might give me another impression of what they have to offer.

One of our go to ramen places. This Japanese restaurant makes you feel like your in a Japanese neighborhood giving an authtenic atmosphere feel. Their tonkatsus are delicious and the ramen bowls does not disappoint. Friendly and fast service.

After seeing a glowing review on YT I decided to drive out of my way to have lunch. While the katsu curry lunch combo was fine, and with a large portion of rice, I didn't feel it was anything extraordinary. Seating here seems weird with metal chairs that look to have been purchased at a closeout sale somewhere.

When I'm in Vegas, I find myself wanting to explore new restaurants and enjoy options off the strip. Omoide Noodles & Bowls, located in the Southwest area, is one of the restaurants that I visited by chance. The interior was decorated with Japanese-inspired touches from the lanterns to the banners, the ambiance was perfect. The service was amazing as well, friendly and attentive. The menu ranges from various options of Japanese food, I was craving for katsudon so that's exactly what I ordered. When my food came, I knew I wouldn't be disappointed! The presentation itself already had me smiling and happy inside. The katsu remained its crispness despite the egg and sauce added on top, the sauce was sweet and flavorful, everything tied together so well. The katsudon definitely satisfied my craving!

We were looking for a nice Japanese spot to fill our Tonkatsu craving and came across this place. This restaurant was very nicely decorated and reminded me of my time in Japan. It contain a lot of Japanese artifacts which I can definitely appreciate. The service was quick and easy! They were also super attentive during our entire time here. I think server in Las Vegas really got the amazing customer service down to the T. I ordered the Katsudon (my favorite Japanese meal) and it did not disappoint. The katsu was still crispy despite being cooked with an egg and sweet soy sauce. It was a mixture of sweet and savory! The meal also came with some radish banchan and miso soup! Tbh the miso soup didn't hit for me, It was a little too light in my opinion, but overall still edible and would drink again if provided. The meal over all was super filling as it was my only meal all day! It helped me curb my hunger while I attended Day 3 of EDC! Definitely saved me a few extra bucks by not needing to purchase food at the venue! Haha

The food is delicious there. I personally like the ebi don with the salad and the miso soup. The service is not bad 15 min wait. The attentive servers always asking if you need anything. The place is well lit and reminds you of an old town eatery. I love going there.

Food was delicious, I ordered the guyudon, if you like Yoshinoya beef bowl, This is probably the closest your gonna get! Tender beef tasty! Service was quick and friendly, ambiance was traditional Japanese decor. Price was fair !

We discovered Omoide Noodles & Bowls several years ago, and they instantly became our family's 'go-to' place to eat. When none of us can decide, or agree, where to eat, someone says "Omoide?" and its an immediate "Sure!!". They have the best shrimp tempura I've tried, made to order. My usual order at Omoide - Karaage Chicken (side portion), L.A. Poké Bowl - no rice, no mixed greens, straight protein (depends on my mood for type of fish), avocados, wasabi truffle sauce, and wasabi mayo, and 2 side orders of shrimp tempura. The servers are always friendly, smiling, and very attentive. We had never had a bad experience and haven't even had a 'meh' type of meal here. If you're looking for that 'home' type of atmosphere with a bangin meal and great service - Omoide is the only place you'll need!!

Errands day and found myself near this restaurant around lunch time. Who wouldn't want a cold soba on a hot day? And it came with tempura as well. It was pretty empty for a lunch hour so I got seated right away. And served right away as well. I like the ambience of the restaurant with the lanterns and wooden tables and booths. Staff were quick to respond and very courteous. Food was good and reasonable prices too! Will definitely be back.

Yelp Review 2024 #19: A good bowl of udon is hard to come by in Vegas. There used to be 3 good spots in town and now, we're down to 2 including Omoide. Omoide Yokocho is an alley in Tokyo that's bustling at night with all the little restaurants and bars filled with locals and tourists. So, their decor is reminiscent of that but with more space and less chaotic. Their menu reminds me of all the things I love in Tokyo and then some. I can eat everything that's on their menu. Karaage, takoyaki, gyoza, potato korroke, ramen, udon, tempura, katsu, sushi and sashimi. And then, then also have poke bowls and corn cheese - not Japanese but ok. The first time we came here, there was a long wait. But it all depends what day and time you go. The service has been fast and efficient at all times. Gyoza: Perfectly cooked. The meat filling is tasty. 4/5 Gyu Don: Thinly sliced beef with onions marinated and cooked in a sweet and savory soy sauce on top of a bowl of rice. This is a simple dish that's comforting and filling. 4/5 Shrimp Tempura Udon: The shrimp tempura is light, crispy and not oily. Perfect accompaniment to a hot bowl of udon. The broth is savory and mildly sweet. The noodles are perfectly cooked topped with green onions and kamaboko (fish cake). Tonkotsu Ramen: Slices of Chashu with sliced kikurage (those rubbery mushrooms), bamboo shoots, green onions, and nori on top of ramen noodles. You can add more toppings if you want: corn, butter, egg, more green onions, menma (bamboo shoots), Chashu, nori, and bean sprouts. The broth is nice and hot that's perfect for the fatty pork slices. 4/5 For drinks, they have Coke products, Calpico, water, juice, Ramune, green tea, Thai tea, and oolong tea. For dessert, they have ice cream (green tea, black sesame, red bean), mochi, and honey toast.

This place feels cool and cute! I went with my parents, and we ordered spicy tonkotsu miso ramen, curry udon, and katsudon. They were all good, and I loved them. However, my parents found the ramen a bit too salty, though they really enjoyed the katsudon. The service was great, friendly and attentive. The ambiance was nice and clean, too! I'd love to try more of the menu next time, especially the other donburi dishes.

8/14/24 Omoide never fails us. Came here around 930pm for a late nights eat before catching my flight to Hawaii. Ordered Chasu Don which came with miso soup, salad, and pickled veggies. My husband order the regular size salmon poke bowl with free add on toppings. Like always, food is always good. Place remains clean. Staff is friendly. Svc is good as well. Happy eats!!

I eat here pretty often but after tonight im really dissatisfied with the service. We came in around 9:35 PM and I know they close in the next hour. As I walked in, the server looked at her watch and said you only have 5 minutes to order because we're closing early today. There were no signs at the door indicating that they were closing early today. No explanations, she seemed unhappy with us being there. I took my business elsewhere, it didn't seem appreciated here.

Price a bit high but ambience, selection and service make the price worth it. Definitely a worthy date night restaurant. Not for dimly romantic but good for immersion and culture. Recommend tasting a wide variety of the selection.

I feel I'm in Tokyo if I'm here. Good food and service are good too. I love their 天ざる そば ラーメン 。。

After moving here I'd say this is the Ramen spot that I've gone to multiple times, and it never disappoints. My go to is the tonkatsu and takoyaki, but my family usually gets the Katsu donburi and loves it too. They have a lot of choices on their menu and the ambience is a homey feel and location is also great with easy parking. Customer service could be a little bit better, but I'd say it's decent and guess the food makes up for the five stars.

First time here such a beautiful restaurant inside once you walk in. It was a rainy night so me and my roommate wanted to try something in our side of town. Service was awesome we were greeted right away. Fast service too, kiss to the kitchen staff. Also the food was delicious, we had order half of the menu lol it was our first meal of the day so of course we both were hungry. Recommend coming back!!!

Absolutely love this place! Portions are huge, princes are low and affordable and the quality of the food is amazing. The inside sets you back to rural / streets of Japan and i absolutely love it. The service is always welcome, funny and just simply amazing. Our food always comes out fast. The gyudon, karage, gyoza as well as any ramen is our go too but my personal favorite is the tampua bun! Even when we order on door dash the quality and portion of the food is still just as amazing as eating it inside the restaurant. I would always come back and I will always recommend this place :)

Had lunch here today with my brother. He said I needed to check this place out for the lunch special, so I said "let's go!" OMG! For $18, you get your choice of noodles, choice of side dish, house salad with a coke or sprite. I had the pork ramen noodles. It was so tender! My brother had udon noodles and curry rice. He says he always gets this. It's hard for him to change. At first, it may not look like much, but the meal is very filling! I was pleasantly surprised with this meal. The hostess & server were pleasant and checked on us often. It's a small place, but homey. Prior to the pandemic, this special was $13, but even now, I'd consider this a great choice for what you get. Is it the best or bad, no, but it's definitely good! I'd keep this place on my "go to" list when I'm in Vegas.

We always drive past this place and finally got a chance to stop in and check it out. Highly recommend!! The inside is set up to look like an older Japanese noodle house you would find in Japan. Great ambiance and attentive service. Easy to stop in right off the main road for a quick bite on these colder nights. There wasn't a wait when we arrived but people started filing in for dinner service. Menu had a good selection of starters, hot and cold soups and traditional noodle plates. We started with the Ahi sashimi ( disclaimer the presentation was very nice with 5 good pieces of fish but my other half dove in before I could snap a picture). The ahi was fresh and flavorful, the gyoza were tasty with a great dipping sauce on the side. Other half ordered spicy short rib ramen. I have to say it was one of the most flavorful rich sauce I've tasted in a long time. Spice level was perfect, could have had a bit more of a kick if you really like spicy like us. I ordered the shoyu ramen. Was also absolutely delicious. Finished the entire bowl and broth. If you're in the area and need a quick fix or warmed up, would certainly check this place out.

Great place for Japanese for lunch and dinner. Tried the lunch ramen and bowl combo. I had the tonkotsu shoyu ramen and mini chicken curry. The curry was ok and the ramen had more noodles than soup, but the soup was great. My husband had the regular tonkotsu ramen and the mini chashu bowl and the pork was extra tender - almost melts in your mouth! The chashu bowl was definitely the highlight of our meal. For appetizers we had the squid and edamame. The squid was so flavorful! Wish I had room for dessert but we will definitely come back and try some more of their menu items.

Terrible service, I walked out before ordering. I came in at 9 with my girlfriend, and the two ladies came up right away and said "we close at 10." We asked if we can still order, they said yes and then repeated "we close at 10." We were sat right in front, and another couple walked in. Again, the two ladies went up to them saying "oh, we close at 10" with an even more stern, worse attitude. Right after, one comes up to us asking if we are ready to order. We ask for another minute, and the lady goes "Really? You guys aren't ready to order?" She rolls her eyes and walks off. We get up and leave, and the two ladies start laughing and smiling. Very disappointed, especially since I used to come here often, and that they have good food with no good service.

My husband and I went on a Thursday night there was a crowd and it wasn't so bad of a wait to be seated. I ordered the tonkatsu shoyu ramen and chicken Karaage. My husband ordered some chicken pasta which I forgot to take an image of his order. Lol The quality and texture of the soup and chicken was great! The soup wasn't too salty which I enjoyed. It fills the spot! The service was not bad and place looks clean and well kept.

I gave it a 4 cause it was a while ago and have to go back and try them again. From what I remember service was really good and the food was also, ramen and some side dishes is what we got, but kinda remember. So I will give a better review when I return, but the visit was really good. Until next vista.

As usual, our ramen was perfect. It is always consistently delicious. The vegetables are fresh and the meat was cooked perfectly and to top it off everything showed up at our house steaming hot. Perfect for a random cold Thursday when nobody wants to cook! We order from them regularly and will continue to do so. They are exceptional, service and food.

FINALLY got to try this place! Normally every time I try it's always packed, and the parking lot is small. But if it's always packed it must be good.! I ordered Spicy Tonkotsu, vegetable tempura and Gyoza.! Spicy Tonkotsu- absolutely delicious! That broth is soooo rich and delicious and the spice level is on point.! Vegetable tempura- wonderful dish.! Very flavorful and excellent sauce. Gyoza- yummmmm the filling a super tasty and cooked to perfection. So happy I finally got to try this place, staff is very friendly and the restaurant it's self seems like a fun little place. Definitely recommend this place to either dine in or take out.!

I have been coming here for years. It's actually the first place me n my best friend had Ramen and randomly we have ramen dates. Unfortunately I will not be back. I decided to take my kids cause they love ramen. When we walked in we were the only ones there, ordered appetizer immediately, that never came. Finally got our food after maybe 3 other customers had gotten their food but ok. I eat my poke bowl and it taste funny so I start to pick out my tuna out of the bowl. As I'm doing that I see something moving in my bowl, I focused cause it kinda blended with my food, ad I focused, I saw that, yea, there's a bug moving in the bowl. I immediately get grossed out and feel like I'm about to throw up. I show my kids, and wave over the waitress. I show her and she takes it immediately. By now the restaurant is full of customers so I don't want to freak out, I go to the bathroom to throw up and compose myself. Go back to the table and the waitress tells me she took off the poke bowl off my bill, I told her yes I hope so, asked if there was something else, which I said no. She apologized and walked away. My kids were grossed out and ended up not finishing their food. We will NOT be back and I reel that the situation was not handled appropriately. Sucks, cause I really loved their food. I have ordered this bowl at least 5 times. Watch what you eat. Literally

Came in for dinner. This was our 2nd time coming here. The last time was over 4 years ago. We liked the food then and decided to go again. We ordered several different things on this visit. FOOD (1) Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen (The noodles were cooked well and the broth was very tasty. Sooo yummy for a cold windy day. The spice was a blob on the top of the ramen and needes to be mixed in.) (2) Mini Chicken Curry Bowl (This is good Japanese curry. We added some spice from the ramen and it made curry flavor come out even more.) (3) Poke Bowl (Regular Size - two scoops of fish ovwr salad. I chose ahi and salmon. All sides listed on menu except for corn and yuzu dressing. The ahi was not fresh and was previously frozen so it was tough to eat. Everything else on the salad was good) (4) Salmon Sashimi (Five big pieces of salmon, seaweed & glass noodle. The salmon was fresh and soft.) (5) Chicken Karage (Great crispness and the flavor was delicious as well. It came with a soy sauce with kewpie mayo and a curry salt powder. The mayo was good but the salt was too salty) SERVICE The service was good and our server was friendly and helpful. AMBIANCE The inside of the restaurant was like something you would see in Japan. They have booths and tables for dining. I would recommend this location and would come back again. I will not order their ahi though. The rest of the food is good and they have many options for ramen and other bowls. They also have specials for lunch from 11-3 Mon-Fri.

Our fav place for Japanese food!! Honey Toast with ice cream is tasty too. Service is always the best. Atmosphere is touch of Japan. ENJOY!

When my dad and I got there at 11 am, it was still closed. One of the kitchen staff told us that it won't be opened until 12 pm. We asked her if we could have sit and wait, she said it was fine. When we got inside there was no service. As we found a table to seat the man with a white shirt who appeared to be the manager of the establishment gave us an attitude and was very rude, and told us we're still closed and didn't apologize to us for inconvenience. As we left the restaurant, we were angry and frustrated by what the manager of the establishment said to me as well as the sudden change of business time and lack of service. We will never ever come there again!

Absolutely adorable sit down spot. I felt like I was back in Japan eating lunch. We were sat in wooden booths every looking the restaurant. Husband and I ordered: -Karaage -Tonkatsu Ramen (- green onion) -Tonkatsu Curry Don Service was very efficient, ramen and curry Don was good and portions were enough to fill up. I personally didn't care for the karaage but my husband liked it. We did notice there were lots of take out orders. We will be back to try more!

We went there a couple of weeks ago on the recommendation of a local. We had their weekday lunch special. I had the shoyu ramen combo and the broth was light noodle toothsome and toppings aplenty. Plus it came with a small salad, soda, a chasu rice bowl. All delicious. The others in my party had hiyashi chuka and ten zaru. A bit too lightly seasoned but loads of tempura and toppings. Very worth the price. Service was prompt and helpful. Ambiance is old school Japanese kitsch. Would recommend and return to try out other menu items

The food was amazing! I ordered the King Tonkatsu, and it absolutely delivered. Be sure to come hungry if you're planning to try it. The restaurant has a great Japanese-inspired atmosphere, and the service was attentive and welcoming.

Visited this place on a Saturday night today. Almost every table and booth was filled but we were seated immediately. This plaza where this restaurant is located is always packed so be prepared to glide your way around the parking area to find a spot. This place is a great Japanese spot if you want a variety of affordable Japanese foods. We ordered the bun, onigiris and mini curry bowl for appetizers. My fiancé and I also ordered the Katsu don and gyudon for our main entrees. We got the foods all so fast but they were made fresh! The rice so fluffy and sticky which is such an important feature for a perfect meal. The Katsu don was so well balanced and it also came with miso soup and side salad and some pickled veggies. The servers were nice and attentive. The ambiance is normal and very welcoming. This place is a type of spot you visit to eat and go but also can be a place to lounge and eat your food with no rush in my opinion. Overall the foods we got all tasted great and I'll definitely keep coming back to this place.

I wanted to treat my friend for her birthday after work and she suggested this place, she's been here multiple times and I wanted to give this place a chance and oh boy what an experience! Cozy little place, warm customer service, and perfect food, I can't tell how satisfied I was, a MUST try!!! We got the gyoza, bun (chashu), and tonkotsu misu.

I don't know why it doesn't get more customer because this is an incredible restaurant. The deccord look extremely nice emulating late night ramen shop vibe. We went in as a party and everyone said the food was very yummy, I personally enjoy my rice plate as the chicken was crunchy and the sauce was on point. Would visit again

This is a pretty good place for Japanese noodles, rice bowls, and bento style meals. We dine here often but we usually end up ordering two of our favorites Katsu-Don and the Gyu-Don out of their extensive menu. We've also tried many of their Udon and Soba dishes too and they are all good. The Katsu-Don is very good here and the Pork Katsu is not over cooked and the donburi sauce is very good even though there is just too much rice for my preference and not enough sauce because it's served in a huge bowl. It's not quite as good Ton Ton Katsuya but it's not 3x expensive either. Same goes for the Gyu-Don it's good but too much rice and not enough sauce for my preference. The service is good here and the staff is friendly.

Excellent Izakaya / Noodle place with a cute interior decor and amazing service. The walls are also plastered with Japanese newspapers and manga. Highly recommended spot on Rainbow to check out of you are in Vegas!!!
