An amazing store in LA. One of the only one in Los Angeles. Very unique store setup with lovely staff. Shane there attending us was ever patient with our needs. He was very honest about the sizes and the fit which make the experience even more seamless.

Dear ON Running Team, I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at the Abbot Kinney Blvd store. As a loyal customer, I have been very pleased with your products. I purchased my first pair of Cloud 5 shoes in white last year, and after enjoying them, I bought an additional pair in black, as well as The Roger Advantage. I was so impressed that I recommended Cloud 5 to several friends and family members, and my dad and three friends purchased pairs based on my recommendation. This past June, I decided to buy the Cloud 5 Coast from your Abbot Kinney Blvd location. After five months of regular use for daily walks and at the office, I began experiencing an issue with the right shoe, which started making a squeaking noise. I contacted the store and spoke with Paul, the manager, who advised me to bring the shoes in for a potential exchange. However, when I arrived, I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed. Paul was dismissive and quickly attributed the noise to wear and tear without a thorough inspection. Given that my other Cloud 5 pairs, which I purchased earlier, have not developed this issue, I was disappointed by the response, particularly after making the effort to visit the store from Downtown LA. Based on this experience, I find myself hesitant to recommend ON Running products in the future. I hope this feedback helps bring attention to the importance of customer service and product support, as I believe they are crucial to maintaining brand loyalty.

Amazing. Their shoes are number one I bought some online for my daughter for Christmas. They're a $150, but they're so cushiony. They're so soft and feels like you're walking on the cloud.There are awesome shoes and I'll buy them for the rest of my family that's how good they are. Love love love them.

The inshore experience is nice. It has a very modern look and has enough seating to support a lot of clients. They also have a lot of employees to support those clients. The parking, like all things on abbot Kinney is not good. You're either lucky or walking a little bit away. The selection of shoes were all in season models and did not have a sales rack. They did have a large, and easy to access, sample set of each shoe. I did find, however, that the samples were fairly broken in and did not match the out of box shoe fit. There is also not a lot of space to run around and see if the running shoes work, well, for running. These are expensive shoes and they do not allow returns if they are worn out of the store. This is my one big negative. If you can find On shoes from a reseller, go there, you will get a better return policy. Now the people are nice and you can see and try on all the new shoes. But buy them elsewhere.

The sales person that helped me was very friendly but I wanted to exchange the brand new unknown shoe for a different size that was only available online. Like other Yelpers, there is a disconnect between the online and the actual brick and mortar . As this was a gift , the return was processed on their credit card and because it is a little awkward to ask them to purchase another one online, I was left without shoes: Pathetic brand and policies. I won't deal with them again when I can buy it from any Nordstrom or Bloomingdale's online or in the store. PS: The store caters to tourists , they explains why it was full when I went

These are the most comfortable walking shoes and it's a great store in Venice, I've been to the one in New York and this is my first time in an On in California.

Brantley helped me out today and he found the shorts I was looking for in medium size in black. And I had also wanted to find the most similar tennis shoes as my very first pair, the black and white ones. I found something similar in gray and black with white bottom part. It was very comfortable. All the On shoes are comfortable, like walking on clouds!! I highly recommend trying them on; you won't be disappointed. This is a high-end brand that's great for your value and I don't mind paying for the style and comfort. It would last a long time, how you wear them. I switch mine around so that I wear a different pair every day. I didn't get a picture of my purchase today but I'll post it in the future. Born in the Swiss Alps, this is the ON flagship and their only store in Los Angeles. The store sells shoes and apparel. They also have weekly run meets. I like the futuristic design of this store with sliding displays, a minimalist look, and a cool LED artwork entry. They sell every variety of ON footwear; however, only in limited colorways. We purchased a white tee for a birthday gift, and that friend loved it for its QUALITY material. We also tried some shoes but bought them online because they did not carry the colorway at the store.

It was my first time visiting On and I had a wonderful experience. Kevin helped me out and was super hospitable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find the perfect pair of shoes. The selection was great, and the store itself had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a solid and enjoyable shopping experience! Will definitely come back again. Highly recommend. Thanks Kevin!

On Running Venice When I first saw On at the San Francisco Marathon in 2018, all I thought to myself was this was an ugly shoe. Little did I know that the brand would grow on me to be one of my favorite shoes. The store itself is very nice and has the modern beach vibe to it. Customer service is good, though this store can get very busy on weekends so you may have to be a little patient. The only hard part about this store is the return policy. Once you buy the shoes at the store, you can't return unless they are practically unworn. This could be a struggle for those who are trying to get used to the shoe for the first time. I highly recommend that you try the shoe first and walk around before you buy! They do have a run club on Thursday's at 7PM so that might be a great time to try on the shoe if they offer trial shoes!

Wow, first of all I am astounded by the customer service I received from my sales associate, Jose. I've never felt so welcomed & respected quite like this before. I came in with a surface level product knowledge of the brand and which sneakers I wanted to try. I am super stubborn and particular with my running shoes. For context: I've been running in the Hoka Bondi's as well as the Nike Alphafly 2 Next% and have been looking for my next acquisition. I came in to grab a shoe based on aesthetic and was set on grabbing a pair of Cloudmonster 1's or 2's in the white colorway. Jose was super informative & had a ton of product knowledge to share with me. Nearly ready to check out, he urged me to try on the Cloudmonster Hyper. My goodness- they are the perfect stack height, cushion + firmness ratio, & shape. He assisted me in finding my ideal shoe & I couldn't be any happier. I've officially converted to the ON fam!

Not sure about the bad reviews. There must be a new manager. I was treated promptly and with respect. I did not have to wait too long before someone was asking me if I needed help. I was asked what I wanted and within minutes I had a shoe that fit my needs. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size so they had to order it for me. Got it in 4 days. In my opinion these are the best shoes for me at this time. They are the ones that make me feel the most stable. In my mind they offer the best value for my money. The shoes work great on my legs. It gives them a workout that others don't. I highly recommend the product. I will be back to get one with a leather top.

Paul and Zack are pros. They helped this 65 year trying to stay young find the perfect shoes to hike the Camino de Santiago in Spain at the end of the month. They did. They know their stuff. And I am not an easy customer.

Just had our yearly the best shoe buying experience of my entire life. Walked in looking for a specific kind of shoe and was helped right off the bat by Gerald. He was so knowledgeable was so quick with getting me in three different pairs and two different sizes within maybe four minutes? Walked out with such a good feeling walking show that it makes me wanna walk more at the store and again shout out to Gerald, the amazing team member that helped me

Staff is nice and let me try on all the shoes. Still ended up buying the wrong size and they helped me swap them out without any shame or problems. Definitely great time.

Great location to visit if you want shoes that last. The staff was really nice and helped me try on shoes to figure out what would work best for me. I ended up buying a pair of white cloud 5 coasts! Took them around the world backpacking through 12 countries. They have held out beautifully. Good for beach trips on the sand and easy to clean. They were perfect for my needs. I recommend finding an associate if you aren't sure where to start on your ON journey! I haven't had a pair fail me yet!

Gerald is the absolute best. Second time back in a month, training for NYC marathon (27 days baby!). Gerald literally helped me with each shoe, finding the perfect fit, kind, friendly, patient, great dude, made the experience 100%. Goin back to the store today, he was a legend. Do not buy your shoes here. If you buy online or at a department store and find the shoes uncomfortable,, they will accept returns or exchanges. Not here. I am not sure if they are a franchise or how they are separate from the on line store, but they apparently do not stand behind their product. I bought The Roger Center Court-the more expensive and "comfortable" of the two yesterday. Today I walked in my neighborhood about 10 blocks. Sometimes you just can't tell how comfortable a shoe is going to be until you wear it for a bit. I have a ton of other OC running shoes that I swear by, but this style didn't work. When I called to ask about what they could do, they informed me. that they didn't take returns or exchanges on shoes that had been worn, I told them next time I will be sure to buy from the on line or department store. The response was "ok, great". They could have cared less.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. Sales people totally not helpful and give out wrong info. I was told I could return shoes if needed by calling On and they would send me a return shipping label. I asked if I'd get a full refund and was told yes. I called to get a shipping label and was told I could only get a credit. I spoke to the store "manager" who apologized and said they are still working out kinks between stores and online. She assured me she would get the issue fixed. Never heard from her again. The people who answer the phone in Portland (no way) don't know what they're talking about either. Complete lack of customer service and DISHONEST. Never again...

We bought our first pairs of ON shoes here. Loved the store! It's great to see actual products and put them on. All the employees were helpful and knowledgeable, will definitely be back next time.

I was super excited to go to a flagship store. However, it was a extremely disappointing as the employees mainly just talked amongst themselves as opposed to assisting the customers. The person who helped me wasn't able to tell me the differences between the shoe models. I'm glad I was able to figure out my size but otherwise, nothing else positive to note about my experience.

I ordered a pair of shoes on the 27. novembre, until now (21. decembre) i did not get them, they are not shipped up to now. I don`t think I will receive them, so it seems to be a very bad shop to order online. Never again!

Super streamlined shopping experience and cool space. Tyreek was a huge help in finding shoes that will prevent shin splints for me. He greeted my mom and I right away and helped us find the perfect shoes for each of our individual needs. Plus, I'm super excited about my cute new running shoes! Great experience - Thanks Tyreek!

Love the shoes but costumer service is not there, zero interest in helping, they look at you like if you going to ask for free things, I left the store with no desired to go back in there. So sad because I love this brand
