One House Bakery

10/10 all around! This was my first time to the bakery and I loved everything about it. There is plenty of seating inside, outside and upstairs! Lots of small groups but also families were there. The food was sooooo good and I genuinely cannot wait to go back! I highly recommend! Seems like a very popular spot since there was literally a line out the door when we first arrived but it went by so fast. This honestly gave us time to look at the menu before having to order which was actually perfect!

Oh, man! So good! The ham and cheese croissant may have been the best I’ve ever had. And the bacon cheddar scone? Delectable! The sourdough bread and the raspberry tart and cupcakes… all worth trying. Everything was so impressively delicious.

One House has always been my go to bakery for the last 3 years. Unfortunately they have been disappointing me for this last year. As much as I spend in this place it has not been worth it. The blueberry filled brioche donut was literally 3 bites and costed me $6. The chocolate brioche donut was the normal size donut but very dense and nothing special to it for $5. My chocolate cream tart was packed in a hurry and the top was sliding off. The ingredients are fresh, local, and organic but for that price you would expect something that stands out. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION. Like I said in the beginning this was my go to bakery for years and this is the first time I needed to do a review. I will try again next weekend but if I receive what I received today I will probably stop going there. The atmosphere is great for pictures though. Great for social media.

It is a very busy place, very fast paced and little stressful to make the order if it is your first time. Our party had 4 adults and 2 children, luckily we got a table upstairs. The only one there that could accommodate all of us. The food was well prepared, the pastries were good, except the chocolate croissant (really disappointing very poorly filled). They offer a refill for black coffee, but only the first one was good, the second tasted like old coffee. It isn’t a place that you feel that you can eat relaxed, all the time there are people looking for tables and carrying things around. It is very noisy too. Overall it was a good place to have a family brunch.

This is a gorgeous bakery that also serves lunch. We dined in and I got the pearl couscous salad with chicken, and my husband got the pita sandwich. Both dishes were super flavorful and delicious. The atmosphere was gorgeous, they have a back patio that’s shaded with lots of plants. We sat under the bougainvillea flowers 🪴 the staff are super friendly and the coffee is great too. 10/10 recommend

Every Halloween they have a Benicia competition and One House Bakery has one of the most unique displays! This year was a Labulabu made out of bread. One of the nicer coffee shops with both seating inside and outside for the whole family. Great pastries, coffees, and items to eat too. Located in the heart of Benicia, there’s street parking available and the staff are nice and friendly!

Tried the polenta with beef/veggie topping. So delicious. Yum! Ordered 2 desserts to go, including lemon meringue pie and chocolate roulade. So cool.

Great baked items, sweets, and breads. I like how their operation is purposely on display for customers to observe.

"Risked it all for the breakfast sandwich--and I'd do it again." My mom's been telling me to come here for years, but I dragged my feet because I'm a GF girlie. Well--plot twist--it's my new favorite spot. The community love is real (shoutout to the epic Halloween displays), and the patio? Straight-up dreamy. Like, "eat a scone and journal under a tree" dreamy. I risked it all for a bite of the breakfast sandwich and have zero regrets. Can't wait to come back for lunch and live my best treehouse café life.

One House Bakery is a charming addition to Benicia. I really enjoy the space--it's a lovely building with a thoughtful layout and great outdoor seating, especially on a beautiful day. I've been coming here on and off over the last couple of years, and there's definitely a lot to like. That said, on my most recent visit, I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the passionfruit raspberry tart, which was around $8. While I was excited to try it, it ended up being mostly raspberry Chantilly cream with barely any passionfruit curd (if any at all). For the price, I expected more flavor balance and a better tart-to-cream ratio--it felt more like a whipped cream dessert than anything else. On a brighter note, I also had the focaccia salami sandwich, and that was excellent. The bread was fresh, the carrot tapenade was a nice touch, and the flavors all came together really well. Enjoying it outside on the patio was definitely a highlight. Overall, I still think One House Bakery is worth visiting, but with rising prices, I'd hope for more consistency--especially when it comes to the desserts. I'll be back, but probably not as frequently as I might be at other spots in town.

The shop itself is gorgeous! First time I ever went inside! I think the last time was some time around Covid so I waited forever in line but never got to view a selection from the glass or step inside the store...Lemme tell u! Huge difference! I finally walked inside and it's a masterpiece. Beautiful. Hard working individuals that create literal edible art. I'll have to go back a few more times! Coffee was good and more reasonably priced than some places. I'd much rather support l a shop that puts out good quality and good prices! Common sense! Coffee profit margin is already 50-70% so keep it that way and I'll keep sending everyone I know! ( no one likes being ripped off) I got two pastry items and a coffee on this visit. I also had the honor of tasting many items at the croissant competition in SF last year I think it was. In the running for the best croissant in the entire Bay Area... soooo this place is worth a visit for sure!

Hands down the best bakery in town! My ultimate favorite place. My family go there every time we are downtown. Ordering 1 item is hard. I once went in there to solely get coffee, but couldn't resist on ordering some desserts, pastries, and sandwiches for later. I have yet to order something I didn't like. I truly don't think it is possible. The ingredients are high quality and fresh. Other than stopping in when we are downtown, it is a family tradition to get a spead of our favorite desserts for our birthdays. Love the vibe. Plenty of seating and depending on your mood, upstairs for a view of the kitchen or outside in their beautiful patio space - you feel at home. It is truly a hidden gem!! Front of the house can be better, specifically the cashiers. Never really greeted when I reach the cashier to pay. No hello, no smile, no thank you... but it still doesnt stop me from coming because I do enjoy everything they have to offer. It would just complete the whole experience at the register if it was a friendly encounter.

Arriving at One House Bakery at 11:30AM in the morning and there was a line out the door already. Come here early if you're looking for a specific pastry! We decided to do outdoor dining and ordered online on their website. Pickup took about 25 minutes at the little window outside of the bakery. We ordered a variety of items including the chicken pot pie, spicy chicken sandwich, Arugula pesto chicken sandwich, Passionfruit raspberry coconut tart, almond and chocolate almond croissant. I personally had the chicken pot pie which is a must get item here! The pie crust was soft and flakey. Once you break the crust, it was filled with roasted chicken, creamy sauce, carrots and celery. It was delicious! My hubby and friends enjoyed their sandwiches and tarts. This is my second time in Benicia. What a cute small town to have lunch on this beautiful summer day!

Good food and good ambiance. The service could be much better. Seems almost like they're so busy that the customers are made to feel like a nuisance. It's not the worst service, it's just not what I'd consider good service. Prices are high but with the quality of the food, it's justifiable imo.

Wow! I love this place and I'll be coming back. Fantastic baked goods and delicious foods. I got the polenta with beef. The polenta was savory and creamy. The beef was okay. We took our food upstairs to eat while over looking the bakery/kitchen. Service was really good. Nothing special but it was definitely busy! There's an amazing garden/back patio eating area too. I almost wished I had seen the different levels of back patio seating before settling down upstairs.

I took my Mom to try this restaurant for an early Mother's Day brunch. When we walked in, I will admit, we were confused. This was our first time, and we did not know that you have to order right away and then find your own seating. They have paper menus to look at while waiting in line, but it was still very hectic and busy. We felt a bit rushed and overwhelmed, but we both settled on trying the recommended all-day breakfast sandwich. We didn't see any drink menu options until we reached the register to order. Again, we felt rushed and overwhelmed, with the line behind us growing. My mom decided on trying a mocha drink, and I ordered my usual: an iced espresso with a pump of mocha and nonfat milk. We were then given a paging device to let us know when our order is ready. We walked toward the back and finally reached the back deck area. Once we opened the door, it was beautiful! The seating area is gorgeous, and the weather was perfect. I can see how you would have to time it perfectly to be able to sit there, as there is very limited seating. When you walk through the doors, it's a noticeably calm, quiet, and lovely change. The pager buzzed just as we sat down; it was for our drinks. I was a bit baffled by how my drink order arrived and didn't like it at all. I didn't drink much of it, but my mom said her mocha was delicious. Within a few minutes, the device buzzed again, and I had to go back inside to get our food. I dislike the process of receiving food and drinks, as this seems like a nice restaurant. We were both hungry and couldn't wait to try the breakfast. We thought it was delicious! It was very flaky, but the texture and taste were amazing. The sandwich was so huge I was not hungry again until late afternoon. While the back area seating had a beautiful ambiance, I would not dine inside again. If I were in the area, I would consider ordering takeout. The coffee was not good for me, but the food was excellent. I would also like to try their baked goods, as they looked delicious.

Have been here 3 times in the last two weeks, and every time the experience has been exceptional. A bit of a line when you enter, but it goes by quick. There's also two lines, one for in-person dining, another for pick up. There's plenty of seating and things to look at! Outside front seating, balcony seating, seating toward the bakers, and patio seating. You can sit near the windows to watch bakers make the next batch. There's two rocking chairs at the lowest level outside. So many picturesque places, with different vibes for silent reading, light conversation, etc. The caramel latte is pretty good, and so are the baked goods. Plenty of boxes, paper bags, utensils, etc. to make the stay enjoyable. Staff is also super friendly and knowledgeable. There is a 2.5% charge if you use credit card. Top favorite cafe outside of the Bay Area. Walking in feels like I'm in Cupertino or Palo Alto again. Love coming here, and will always bring guests with me.

One House Bakery is pure magic! When you enter, you see counter and roastery, but the hidden gem is a secret garden down the hall--complete with cushions, quilts, and seating under trees. Looking for a table is part of the fun! On my first visit, I enjoyed a latte, raspberry roll, and a taste of my friend's peanut butter cup--heavenly pastries and a perfect afternoon beneath the trees. On my next trip, chilly weather kept us from going outside. But we saw a cozy loft upstairs, offering great views of the café. I savored tiramisu with a latte and grabbed a chocolate croissant, morning roll, and bread pudding to-go to savor later. Service is warm and efficient, with minimal wait times. While street parking can be tricky, luck favored us both visits. If pastries are your passion, One House Bakery is a must!

For the last year, I have ordered online almost weekly, before I drive from Concord to my office in Benicia. I almost always order the egg croissant sandwich with bacon. I always ask for LESS egg. Today is the fourth time that I've asked for less egg and the cook didn't pay attention to my request. Please read the requests carefully. Other than that, I love One House. Y'all do a great job!

Love this place! Great coffee and baked goods, as well as foods like sandwiches. Must try: any baguette! Service is friendly and really quick even when it's busy inside. There is tons of beautiful seating as well, inside, outside, upstairs, and a big backyard (2 floors) as well. Lots of options for seating.

Food is awesome, coffee is good. Customer service is lacking. The gals that work the drink and food pickup counter have 'ttude. This place gets busy so they try to move things along quickly which results in issues with orders at times. On two separate occasions i asked for help and was given major attitude. They tried gaslighting me into thinking the issue was my problem. The first time the buzzer didn't buzz and the girl argued with me that I was not paying attention. Not true, I had the buzzer in my hand. The second time i ordered and paid for a vanilla latte and they didn't add the vanilla. There was no sweetness at all and my boyfriend confirmed this. When I brought it to the gal's attention she had to tell me they weigh out the syrup and it had to be correct. Nope! Maybe they weighed the syrup but that doesn't mean it made into my cup. The issue was remedied but only after an awkward back and forth. There are other great bakeries in the area that I will give my money to the next time I visit.

Great atmosphere, chill crowed, able to accommodate party of 12 if you arrive early and be patient to wait for the tables. The food and everything on the menu taste delicious. You can see all the baked goods upon ordering at the counter. Even took home fresh plain and almond croissants which I ate after dinner at home and made Sunday brunch next day with the croissants. 4 stars bec they don't have table service. You have to line up and can be 15-20+ mins of wait.

WOW!! is all I have to say about One House!! Was drawn here by pictures of the outdoor seating and the vibes did not disappoint by any means. This is a place perfect for getting some studying/working done, catching up with friends, reading a book, or bringing the family. And the cherry on top ... The mocha I had here was one of the best I've had, period. Needless to say, I'll definitely be returning often and would highly recommend.

WOW! This bakery has it all. Ordered a lavender oatmilk latte and muffuletta sando with egg. Absolutely delicious! Fresh daily donuts and bread. You can take your coffee upstairs or out back on a multi-level deck with a beautiful canopy of plants and vines. The service was wonderful and an employee came and wiped down a table and chairs for us after it rained. I would definitely come here again and so should you!

I don't venture enough to know what is considered a great sourdough bread! However, I did enjoy what One House's offers and practically could have it all to myself. It's one of my favorite stops on 1st Street due to the fact they have outdoor seating. My dogs are welcome to join me and take a break in between their 3-mile walk. Their coffee is legit! Nothing negative I can say.

Such a great place! There are so many amazing aspects to One House. Not only does it boast a large menu of delicious bakery items, but the space itself is excellent to stay and work, hang out, relax for awhile. Great outdoor seating patio, upstairs seating, and fun seating if you want to sit and watch anything being made. Staff was friendly and helpful even though they were very busy. Really enjoyed everything we ordered! Sausage roll with a runny fried egg and parmesan on top? Yes, please! Their homemade biscuit was also one of a kind and super flaky. I wish I could have ordered one of everything, including some of their salads and other items. Absolutely want to go again when in the area!

First time here and ordered the burrata salad with beets and chicken with the chicken soup and almond chocolate croissant, which was really delicious! Enjoyed all the items but the boiled chicken could have had a little more flavor.I would definitely come back here again if I'm in the area.

This bakery in Benicia we tried was outstanding. We stood in line for a bit. Line moves a bit slow but definitely worth the wait. Food and drink comes out relatively quickly. The pastry selection is very good. I got a cafe o lait which was tasty. The breakfast croissant egg and cheese and bacon is outstanding. The BLT was excellent as well. The cherry tart reminded me immediately of the pie from the Traverse City Pie company. Soooo good.

The food was great but pricey. The service was so-so I could barely hear the cashier and it wasn't as busy. The bakery was quite appealing and unique. I love the loft seating. The price though for just a ham breakfast sandwich at nearly $20 is quite expensive. Great sandwich but I did not give the 5-star due to the price. Overall, if I was in pinch for breakfast I'd go here. This would not be a regular go to spot because of the price. Restaurant bakery is good and I'd still recommend to friends and family but beware of the sticker price. You've been warned.

What else is there to say that hasn't already been said? One House Bakery is the best breakfast in town. Whether it's coffee, pastries, or even lunch- They crush it every single time. Whenever someone asks about "must eat" places in Benicia, One House is always at the tippy-top of the list.

On my way back from Jim Boy's Tacos in Fairfield I decided to make a slight detour and stop in Benicia so I could try some treats at One House Bakery. I have been wanting to visit the bakery for awhile but it is a bit of a drive from my house. I bought an almond croissant, pumpkin cheesecake with caramelized pumpkin seeds, oatmeal cinnamon cookie, chocolate chip cookie and a caramel drizzled apple pastry. The almond pastry was pretty good. A little different than most croissants. The filling didn't taste sugary or artificial, the croissant itself was more dense than light and fluffy but overall it was good. Dense pumpkin cake/bread surrounding a cheese filling not sweet, a unique pastry. Oatmeal cookie was healthy probably better with tea or coffee. The chocolate chip cookie was perfect, little crunch around the edges, a little chewy in the middle and right amount of sweetness. Apple caramel drizzled pastry after it was heated the croissant was dense but the filling was more saucy and sweet so the apple flavor didn't quite come out. I liked most of the pastries I bought and will stop by again if I am in the neighborhood to try some of the other baked goods. Nice staff, wide selection of pastries and food if you aren't looking for pastries. I was told they are more known for the breads so I might get some baguettes along with more pastries next trip.

It's an adorable place in downtown Benicia. Great area for walking around by the water and grabbing some snacks. Some locals suggested one house, bakery, and told me to order online instead of waiting in line. I took their recommendation and suggestion, easy to order online. When I went to pick up my almond milk latte, you go to the pick up window, and that is when they will process your order. They will not process it before hand that way it's not waiting around too long. They have a lovely outdoor bench area to sit down Don't be surprised if there's a long line, it's very popular. I was not able to try any of the pastries, but they looked amazing from what I saw people enjoying.

One House is simply beautiful. It's a cafe for some of the best coffee in the Bay Area. It's a bakery for those of us who cannot resist yummy, REAL ingredients and it's a spot to have some of the most unbelievable conversations with your best friends on the multi-level back deck. It's a dream atmosphere. And as a bonus, the staff is warm, friendly and genuine. One of the best places to visit anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.

Lovely place for a quick bite or afternoon visit. I had the couscous salad, vegan cookie and guava passion fruit in house sparkling drink. All delicious and barely had to wait for the food to all come out. There is a garden in the back and if I had more time I would have loved to have taken my food there to eat.

One House Bakery is notably my favorite cafe for its warm people, fairytale landscape, and mouth-watering baked goods. The scrambled silk eggs in the egg croissant had my eyes widening with each bite and along with the additional bacon (bacon is a must here), I was in shock at the dance of the rich umami flavors that coated my tongue. The outdoor space immediately transformed the experience for me, with vintage European decor scattered throughout the two levels connected by a resiliently rooted tree straight from Pixie Hollow. If you're here for vibes or good food, One House Bakery does both like no other!!

Let me start by saying this place is delicious! I don't live out here, but always stop by before I leave. I would have given 5 stars, but today almost everything I wanted was gone. I don't know it's the day I came or time, but it's weird I've gone on a busy Saturday when an event was in town and no issue. Today it wasn't too bad so I thought I was good, but was pretty disappointed by the choices. So good luck and don't get your hopes up. I promised my son and family pastries and didn't come out with much.

Ummm. I ordered a mimosa to go and was told they couldn't add ice to my orange juice. Really? Such a small ask.

One house bakery is a spot not to forget! Went on a busy Sunday morning with lines out the door. It seemed that people had just come from hiking or outdoor activities and were enjoying some pastries, coffee, and breakfast foods (they have it all!) the line was out the door with so much excitement and eager faces to get their fill of whatever this place has to offer. We spent around $160 for a family of 6, ONLY because we love trying thing and got a ton if pastries, breakfast sandwiches and drinks. Although still on the pricier side, it was all delicious ESPECIALLY their croissants. I had it with their all day breakfast sandwich and it was perfect fluff, buttery-ness, and flakey all in one. I ask for my matcha latte sweetened and unfortunately i think it was missed, but regardless matcha was good with good temp, foam, and that delicious matcha flavor. They have an EXTENSIVE outdoor patio, completely dog friendly btw, with plants, trees and shade everywhere. The vibes were truly immaculate Will be coming back again soon!

My friend suggested we meet here for lunch one day. So I ventured over to Benicia to their very cute downtown. Luckily we were eating on the earlier side so parking was easy. One House Bakery looks cute and quaint from the outside. It may appear small but it's actually quite expansive with dining upstairs and on two levels out back. The menu is simple but filled with yummy things including some specials. They make you walk past the pastry display on your way to ordering. The pastries looked so good that it took everything I had not to buy a bunch of pastries and forgo my lunch. Luckily my will power was strong and I made it to the register. Super friendly staff. I ordered the grilled cheese with ham. And a caramel latte since they make the caramel in house. We wound up sitting out back. It's so peaceful back there and a lovely place to enjoy a meal. The food and latte were delicious. Perfectly crafted and made me very content. Also everything was reasonably priced! I definitely felt I got what I paid for. One House Bakery is amazing. Delicious food, friendly staff, reasonable prices, all in a comfortable setting. I will definitely be back!

One House never disappoints! I particularly love their chicken Romenesco sandwich. And those pastries are awesome.

The spicy chicken ciabatta sandwich - perfection. I have never found any other ciabatta bread this good. It is the ciabatta and chicken sandwich to which all the others are graded, in my book. Healthy, shareable, perfect. I do believe in local businesses so I say this because I want them to sustain their success - I agree with the unfriendly demeanor from the staff. I came Saturday morning and didn't hear any single "Good morning" or friendly smile. When I finally was buzzed for my food, the staff handed the food to me with no hi hello how are you or genuine care in the world. In front facing service/hospitality/food business, service and personality matter. Especially in a small town. This is a callout to management.

Second time visiting this place. I like how you can see the chef do their thing! Also everything I tried so far is great. The cashier was a little grumpy and not in the mood though she even forgot to add the sauce on my pudding. I'd be back again!

As expected from a former national baking champ and Bouchon baker, the goodies were exceptional... You can ask all the people that came during lunch too--never ending line out the door! Can't believe it took us this long to finally visit. My favorites from this first visit: sticky toffee pudding, bread pudding, arugula peso chicken brie sandwich, morning bun, almond croissant, original (not your artificial red) velvet cupcake... omg, might've been everything we ordered lol Can't wait to go back for the other creations I missed (tarts, babka, etc)! And the place itself... (slow clap) what an amazing job by their family to build it up to what it is today. Good layout, industrial yet home-y vibe, can see all the kitchen, cool seating spaces--back patio is vast, upstairs loft where you can overlook the kitchen, street parklet... oh, and my/kids favorite, sitting by the observation window looking into the bread making room!

I called One House Bakery to order a birthday cake for my niece. The staff on the call were extremely helpful and walked me through the online ordering process. It was great that I called in advance bc she asked me a couple of questions and checked to make sure they had what I needed. Unfortunately, they didn't have enough devil's food for a 9" round cake so I settled for a 6" round ($60) which was fine (my partner just bought an alternative dessert option to make up for it). Other than that, the cake was made on time and tasted delicious! I ordered chocolate butter cream (+$5) and roses on top(+$10) extra so the total came out to $83 including tax. It's definitely a pretty penny but worth it! My niece and family loved it!

I'd heard so much about this place from friends nearby, and I'm so glad I finally stopped in. The vibe is awesome, the menu has great variety, and the seating is super cozy. Everything I tasted was spot-on--especially that bacon-cheddar-chive scone . My only snag was the service: the staff seemed distant, my drink order wasn't right, and even after asking for the scone to be warmed, it still came out cold. Because of that, I'm dropping one star. That said, the food is so good I'll definitely be back--fingers crossed for friendlier faces next time!

The food here is simply the best. My favorites are the braised beef over polenta and the chicken pot pies from the savory side. The baked goods are all tasty but the almond croissants and the lemon meringue tarts usually call my name. The people are usually friendly and upbeat and the ambiance is nice-esp on the back patio. A couple minor cons, the front counter area is congested and parking is often problematic- but nothing bad enough to keep me away!

Found One House Bakery while walking down 1st street and wanted to try a pastry. The cuban meat pie caught my eye and they heated the pie for me in their oven. For the price, I found the cuban meat pie to be on the smaller end. The layers were flaky and soft, but I wish the pie was bigger with more meat for the price range. However, overall the cuban meat pie was tasty and I will be back to try more of their selection!

I suffer from a sweet tooth...so I had to control myself today and stick to getting only two things..which turned to five...under the guise of buying for someone else!!! One House Bakery is quaint feel good small -town bakeshop in Benicia. Located within first few blocks of 1st street, the thought of yummy warm goodies will draw you in...the homey ambiance will make you stay. Service was pretty quick, but I can see if there is a long line you don't want to linger to long in ordering. Do your research and pick rhe stuff you really wanna taste cause it can get pricey if you fool around. Ciao for now......

OMG this place is legit! There was a line but it moved quickly plus it gave you time to figure out what you wanted. I got the almond chocolate croissant, blueberry lemon curd Danish, strawberry cream cheese scone, and oatmeal cookie. I don't like really sweet things so these were all just perfect. The almond chocolate croissant had like a cocoa powder finish which I prefer over tons of chocolate and it had a bunch of sliced almonds on top. Besides baked goodies and breads they also sell food which I will have to try the next time I'm on Benecia. Extra plus for dog friendly patios out front and in the back!

Such a cute place! Got the oat milk latte and caramel latte, both were great. Also got the lemon meringue tartlet and oh my goodness...to die for. Workers are nice, love how you can see them making the pastries and bread near the back.

A very nice friend brought me an almond croissant from here and dropped it off. Doordash style except no tip or money involved. I measured it 6.5 inches long. Crunchy and every bite had almonds. It smells wonderful. Wow. I'm so glad I don't live close to there. I might need to up a size to my clothing. Thank you wonderful friend.

One House is one of the best local gems in Benicia! I typically go here when I need a place to study away from school or want a good pastry or drink. While it's located in a busier part of town, it's well worth the journey. When you enter the very large and spacious bakery, you're hit with the aroma or freshly baked goods and the sounds of chattering groups. The venue has plenty of seating - upstairs, bakery level, out by the street, and two levels of patio space. When alone, I like sitting in front of area where you can see staff baking; when with a group, the patio is the way to go. The vibe has a soft industrial aesthetic, and the space is good for groups of all sizes. Staff work quickly and efficiently, splitting tasks of orders between baked goods as you enter at the main line and ordering drinks and meals at the register. My favorite things to order here include the toffee pudding, chocolate almond croissant, and iced lavender latte. The toffee pudding is the perfect amount sweet with a soft and chewy texture. The croissant has an amazing crisp texture to it with a semi-sweet chocolate and plenty of almonds. Of all the drinks that I've had here, I would say that the lavender oat latte is superior -- it has that nice floral tint without erasing the fact that milk and coffee have their own respective flavors as well! To be honest, One House is, in my opinion, among the best bakeries and cafes in the Bay Area. It offers a good place for productivity and socializing, and they also go beyond just pastries and coffee/teas (they offer meals and alcohol as well!) I highly recommend One House if you're ever in the Benicia area!

One of our favorite spots! So good, it's one that you want to gatekeep. I love the blueberry scone and chocolate tart (you really can't go wrong with any of the baked goods). My husband and the kiddos are OBSESSED with their chicken pot pie. It is delicious and is super popular. The place itself looks small, but right outside is the cutest 2 floor patio. There's also seating inside both downstairs and upstairs, and by the front entrance. They keep their bathrooms clean too which is great. It's pretty pricey and gets very busy especially on the weekends, but I feel like they have a solid system in place which helps with wait times. Friendly staff, delicious food, and a great atmosphere.

My favorite bakery in Benicia. They have such a wide range of options from bakery items to pizzas, and sandwich's. Their outdoor patio is so beautiful. The quality of the food and service is amazing!! I love to get their iced matcha with lavender and their chicken romesco sandwich!

everything here is delicious! tasty and beautiful to look at. chocolate chip cookies couldn't be better. patio in the back is amazing, built around a wonderful tree. - they even supply what looks like handmade afghans to keep you warm on cool days.
