The food is sooooo good! I usually get the house special, braised beef and it’s consistently delicious (this time I got the house noodles with chicken topping, which was also delicious). My mom and sister love the numbing spicy noodles with intestine as well! The staff is always nice, but my most recent visit was particularly pleasant! Ying Ying was EXTREMELY attentive and genuinely friendly. She was the type of person that you can tell genuinely cares about other people. She even gave us super cute hello kitty stickers that she made herself. She made my mom and I’s visit memorable and special. I LOVE ONE MORE

I’m not all that qualified to give a thoughtful review on Chinese food, so I’ll leave it with this: The noodles were incredible and the broth had so much flavor. The beef chunks were perfect. We’ll 100% be returning here. I got the braised beef noodle soup. Out of this world. Portions were huge too.

I recently had the chance to try One More Noodle, and wow, I’m hooked! The noodle dishes are incredible-super flavorful and the portions are huge. Everything came out quickly, too, which was a pleasant surprise. I have to mention their Spicy Numb Braised Beef is definitely a must-try! Just a heads-up: the “numb” part is real! I had a friend who thought it was just part of the name, but the ingredients actually give a numbing sensation which took him by surprise (lol). But don’t worry, the dish is delicious once you get used to it. I can’t wait to go back and try more!

Got the spicy braised beef noodle with flat noodles ($1 upcharge) and broth was flavorful, beef was tender, and noodles were not soggy. Ended up bringing home leftovers and it reheated nicely. Will be back to try other noodles

👍🏻Sour Hot Pot Beef $11.99 👍🏻Braised Beef Shank Noodle $11.99 Both of the noodles we ordered tasted good! My favorite part of their noodle is how hot they are when served. Steaming hot takes the soup to the next level!! I also love the free hot tea they offer!

One More Noodles House serves up incredibly authentic and flavorful Chinese noodles. Fresh, perfectly seasoned, and full of comfort - definitely a hidden gem worth revisiting.

Google
We had the best time here. The noodles are so good and a decent price. They give you such a big portion, and if you can't eat it all, they do have to go containers. The lady working the counter was so friendly and helpful. The cold noodles do come with a broth, but it's a nice change of pace. The little sandwich is amazing, and the numbing beef noodles were our favorite.

Google
First time come here. The girl to help you to order is very nice and friendly! The noodles are awesome and the size is good as well. I usually eat a lot, but one noodle is good enough for me. You could as additional noodles with 2 $. The price is very reasonable here. We ordered 红烧牛肉粉,酸辣牛肉粉,酸辣肥牛粉 and 担担面. They have plenty of meat which is awesome! And my friend said the 酸辣牛肉粉 is very spicy, so if you could not eat too spicy, could ask them to do less spicy. The interesting part is we ordered 肉夹馍🥙. But it comes out like a dumpling 🥟, very interesting 🤔 We ordered 海带丝 and sliced cucumbers 🥒. Not highly recommended because they are both light, especially 海带丝,we left plenty in the end. Good service overall, but the 海带丝 and cucumber 🥒 makes us took 1 ⭐️ out, but I wanted to give 4.5 actually. Anyways, definitely come again if I have a chance.

Yelp
Mouth-numbing cold noodles on a sweltering June day. I kept going in for another bite despite the torture. The waitress (who speaks Cantonese because she is from Guangzhou, she informs me) told me the spice level was a 3-4. It was probably a 6 for me. The beef was marinated well and flavorful. I also tried the niuromein - fresh hand-pulled noodles with rich beef broth. This place is the real deal. Tea in the back. *located in Salt Lake Chinatown, this is one of the few "Chinatowns" that is just like a strip mall and developed in the past decade. Their establishments reflect China today - so you won't really find small businesses run by longtime immigrants ("lo wa kiu") here but rather folks like our waitress who speak primarily Mandarin since that is now the official language even though she understands and speaks Cantonese since she hails from Canton / Guangzhou. Back in the day, immigrants spoke just one or the other.

Yelp
Spicy comfort food in Chinatown! If you're not looking for a soup-like dish, definitely try the Dan Dan Noodles with beef! I even enjoyed adding some of the house chili sauce and devoured the bowl. Peanuts added some satisfying crunch to the spicy noodles. We also got the spicy numbing pork noodles, and everything was just the right amount of spicy and balanced. Quick service- order at the counter and didn't wait too long before our food arrived. The main difficulty is that menu items aren't listed with all their ingredients, so it's a bit of a mystery what will be in each dish. But, I got the impression that it's hard to order the wrong thing here. Will especially keep in mind for colder days.

Yelp
Look no further for authentic noods. The place was packed on a Saturday afternoon which I think says enough about how good it is. Regardless of the amount of people there, our food came out very quickly! We were very pleased with the whole experience. The broth had a rich complex flavor, the noodles are chewy, the beef is soft and delicious. We look forward to coming back and trying other dishes!!

Yelp
Good portions! I got 2 meals out of the braised beef noodle soup. Good broth. Bouncy and chewy noodles. The beef was tender and not too tough at all. Are the noodles hand made here? It seemed like they were. I enjoyed my soup!

Yelp
This place is relatively small, and the only time I saw it very busy was for weekend dinner (looks like it's a popular post-ski dinner spot!). For sides, we got the couple's choice and the pork and beef sandwiches. The couple's choice was salty and spicy, and it consists of a bunch of different cuts like beef shank, tendon, and tripe. The pork and beef sandwiches were pre-prepared and warmed up right before serving, so they were a little soggy but still flavorful. I liked the pork more, but they're both pretty good. We also got 3 different spicy beef noodles (comparison below). We liked the thick noodles a lot, but their normal hand pulled ones are good too! I'm not sure if it was a bad batch, but the rice noodles were overdone and kinda gummy. Sichuan beef: least spicy of the 3, and the beef was in hot-pot form. Numbing spicy beef: this one had the most juicy and tender beef by far and was my personal favorite! Numbing spicy shank: the beef shank is braised and cut into slices, so it's tastes leaner.

Yelp
Always a banger! They serve huge bowls of soup made from scratch. It's my favorite place to get fresh noodles, and orders always come out quickly. I've never had a hard time finding a seat and the place is kept pretty clean. This joint is a keeper!

Yelp
FOOD:  The sweet/sour pork noodles might just cure any cold you catch during the winter, they were absolutely delicious.  One of the best bowls of noodles I have had in the U.S. and ginormous portions, easily had enough to take home for a full other meal.  Plus the noodles are clearly all homemade and hand pulled.   There are very few places that have the quality of these noodles.  And the sweet/sour pork was falling off the bone tender.  It was a full body experience.  The cucumber salad as an appetizer was alright, it didn't have the same crave-worthy flavor I've had in other cucumber salads, it might have been too heavy on the salty aspect and light on the vinegar flavor.  So maybe just skip the cucumber salad and you'll have an excellent meal.    LOCATION: Great location in outlet of Asian restaurants and stores.  We had a fun time walking around and looking at the other stores.   SERVICE:  These noodles came out unbelievably fast.  Very friendly employers.

Yelp
A wonderful place to go. I was doing a delivery for them. I was greeted and offer water for my wait. The host even given me a piece of candy for my wait. I would recommend anyone to go there.

Yelp
Honestly, I was a bit skeptical coming here because the restaurant had a HUGE menu with so many options. You cannot possibly be a master of making all of those dishes?! Anyway, the 2 dishes we ordered came out sooo delicious! We loved the fresh noodles. The restaurant is casual, counter order, and fairly priced.

Yelp
The parking here is not ideal but there is additional parking in the back behind the marketplace. You'll just need to walk a bit farther. We got the beef noodle soup and cold noodles. For the beef noodle soup, the beef tasted nice with good texture and it was pretty interesting to see it served with cabbages for the vegetable rather than the usual baby bok Choy. I still very much prefer bok Choy and the flavor of the broth was pretty bland as well. I had to add a good amount of chili oil in it for it to taste better and more of how the dish is supposed to taste. For the cold noodle, there was not enough peanut flavor to the sauce. It was also kind of bland and kind of watered down. There was also a bit of numbing effect to the sauce which was unexpected. There's definitely way better cold noodle places out there than here. I don't think I would come back here again. It was rather disappointing in my opinion since the flavor of the dishes were not there.

Yelp
I went here randomly on the recommendation of some friends who remembered this place from their trip 3 years ago; it was so memorable that they had to come back. I got a giant bowl of spicy numbing beef noodles for under $15 that was so good I ate it at all. I actually wasn't hungry but it was so warm, hearty, and delicious. I tried a bite of the meat bun my friends got and that was also very yummy. Would highly recommend post-ski :)

Yelp
definitely a 6 star experience! I go there at least once a month for the numbing beef noodle soup. If you like chinese soup, this is the best in town! the beef is very tender and tastee and the broth is to die for. I always get it to go because the serving is a 2 meal size.

Yelp
first time trying out one more noodle house, we got takeout. let me tell ya, i'm extremely pleased with the food!! i got the numbing spicy pork noodle soup & my fiancé got the dan dan noodles. the proportions are quite large for how affordable they were! i was worried about my dish being too spicy but it was perfect. everything is so flavorful and they took care of our order very efficiently!

Yelp
Very fresh noodles and veggies. Service with a smile. The restaurant can seat about 30 people and is clean in a "Chinese-ish" sort of way. Take this as a compliment. We will come back here again.

Yelp
The noodles were incredible- obviously homemade and delicious. The broths were so good too. Only complaint is that the menu was overwhelming and sort of messy and confusing.

Yelp
Y'all. I didn't think I would find legit, authentic beef noodle soup in Utah (originally from the Bay Area). Delish and perfect for cold days. Service is fast. You order at the front counter, find a seat, and within minutes they will bring you your dish. Huge portions! My husband and I were able to share a bowl. Located in Chinatown in SLC. Lots of other yummy looking places near by!

Yelp
Get the B10, thank me later (seriously, I had it twice in 5 days)! Though everything is good here.

Yelp
2024 update: the menu is on a blackboard now instead of hand written. Be sure to ask for upgrade to 'belt noodles' for $1 extra hand pulled fat noodles. My top 3 recommend: B1 Braised beef noodle 红烧 B6 Dan-Dan beef (Don-Don) 担担 B10 Sour & Spicy Fatty beef 酸辣肥牛

Yelp
Definitely a hidden gem. Absolutely underrated and a very good authentic taste. You can tell the great quality of noodles, flavor and ambiance goes extremely well together. Talk about an amazing whole in the wall. Very good food, very good prices and the people are very friendly. Will absolutely go there again.

Yelp
One More Noodle House has become a go-to for my noodle fix. I'm a huge fan of the house made noodles, it gives this place a leg up over other noodle places. The food tastes like high quality home cooking. It's a favorite after a long hike or if I'm needing some comfort food that is actually good. The service is great, quick, and consistent. I usually grab food to-go but I enjoy dining in every once in a while. The restaurant is quaint and everyone always seems to be enjoying their food.

Yelp
DROP EVERYTHING YOU ARE DOING AND GO! One more noodle house was the experience I didn't know I needed. The numbing spicy beef bowl was probably the best noodle bowl I've ever had in Utah. The broth was so rich and had the perfect amount of spice. The beef was insanely tender. I literally cannot say anything bad about it. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely a little bit of a hole in the wall place, but I feel like it added to the experience. Can't wait to visit again!

Yelp
Noodle pretty good. Service okay. The traditional beef stew noodle is good. Their 夫妻肺片 is a little bit too salty.
google avatar

Yelp
One More Noodle is located in the Chinatown area. There is parking available in the shared plaza. However, I went around noon and found it difficult to find a parking spot. As for seating, there were plenty of tables available at the time. I ordered the Dan Dan Noodles with pork and it was within 10 minutes. The ratio was a generous amount. I did expect the dish to be more spicy and have a numbing spice to it as well, but it was on the lighter side.
google avatar

Marlina L.

Yelp
This place is amazingly authentic! Delicious noodle with friendly service and inviting ambiance. Thumbs up! Thank you!
google avatar

Yelp
Writing this review based on a door dash order not so much based on the restaurant itself. The flavor of the food was pretty good. Nice spice and the noodles had great flavor as well. The problem was, they just didn't travel well. The carry outs were packed in containers that were too small for the portion size and as a result, the noodles congealed into one big clump of noodles. It was impossible to separate individual noodles. Had to hack them out of the mass blob of noodles. They were tasty but not easy to eat. If you're considering eating here, go the dine in route not the take out.

Yelp
Went down the hill to SLC to stock up essentials from Caputo's (Italian) and from Salt Lake Chinatown. Fantastic market but I will leave that for another day. Saw the sign for One More and realized that it was the perfect day for some noodle soup. Hole in the wall, kinda dumpy, walk up and order and they bring you the food. You also bus your own dishes at the end which helps keep the staff costs down. They have a solid menu with some appetizers and sides but you go there for the noodles. Fantastic selection to choose from. Wifey had the braised beef noodle soup while I had the Sichuan beef noodle soup. Both dishes were spot in terms of the flavor. Rich, chewy noodles wife plenty of meat, cilantro, cabbage and broths made in heaven. The braised beef was rich and fatty on the tongue while the Sichuan had plenty of heat, both in the meat and in the broth. While they had plenty of Sriacha HOT chili sauce around I did feel any need to "kick it up a notch" and loved it as it came out of the kitchen. In the neighborhood and looking for some good noodles - this is the place to go.

Yelp
Like you, I scan comments on this site for restaurant tips. Some have become favorites. I often find the best to be one-off businesses, often tucked away in a strip mall or on a residential street. Someone recently commented on 'One More Noodle House' as having those earmarks and raved about the homemade noodle bowls. I pulled up their menu, then went to their shop to try it out. They offer beef, pork, chicken or lamb served atop homemade noodles, with or without broth. The meat selections and preparations are extensive. I started out trying the braised beef and egg noodle soup. It was transporting. The broth? Soul enriching. The beef was chef-braised and generously piled atop the perfectly chewy noodles alongside fresh scallions, cabbage leaves and herbs. I found myself making involuntary moans after every bite. A week later, I went back for the braised pork noodle soup. Stunningly good. Both soups were the best I've ever had. Which leads me to the purpose of this post. This restaurant is tucked in the newly remodled Chinatown Shopping Complex on 3370 S. State Street. They can be easily overlooked. But this is my turn to pay y'all back for your great restaurant leads. This place deserves to thrive and grow. Go try. You'll know why. One More Noodle House: http://www.onemorenoodlehouseut.com/

Yelp
If you're craving for Asian food in Salt Lake City One more Noodle House is the place to be. They have many different noodle soup options both hot and cold. It is located in a plaza with other restaurants/ markets so parking is relatively easy. At this restaurant, you order at the counter and clean up your own table. The people there are kind and will help you if you have any questions about the menu.

Yelp
Delicious noodle house that makes different noodles sizes! The broth is amazing, the beef is super tender, and the noodles are long and chewy. I came here with a group of friends after skiing and it really hit the spot. It's a self service noodle place which I think is very efficient because the food comes out pretty fast.
google avatar

Shirley Z.

Yelp
I'm constantly craving the numbing beef noodle soup. It brings me back to the flavors I grew up with. From the rich gelatinous broth, the tender beef, to the hand pulled noodles, this makes a hearty meal that will give you warmth and spice. The space is perfect, it's not too big or small, and should seat enough people. I've never had to wait too long in line either. I've brought plenty of friends and they've all enjoyed the food here!
google avatar

Yelp
Yes plz! If you want some Chinese noodles come thru I got some Sichuan spicy noodles with the pork, the spicy Dan Dan noodles and a sichuan chicken noodle All 3 bussin bussin Fa show you right on Keith Lee style "God bless you. Have an amazing day. Y'all be safe (two finger peace sign)" K bye

Yelp
Im so happy to have found a noodle house here in SLC!!! We ordered the braised beef and beef shank noodle which were all very delicious. The portion is big and affordable for its price! There is enough meat and lots of noodle as well as some veggies. The soup is flavorful and I love that they garnish with fresh scallions and cilantro! The staff are very friendly and gave us some recommendations when we were indecisive. It does get very busy sometimes so there may not be seating, but the staff told us that you can always order and they'll only bring out the food once you are seated which I found to be super convenient. You pay and order at the front and then sit down with your food. The restaurant itself is quite small, but it's very cozy and has tables for groups. There's also solo seats for if you want to dine alone! It's located in the chinatown plaza so there's a parking lot for convenience!
google avatar

Joyce T.

Yelp
we had the popular Braised Beef Noodle Soup and Sour Vegetable with Beef Noodle. $13 each and big portion the beef is not tender enough, the beef soup is a bit lack of flavor, but overall it's not bad. located in SLC Chinatown, open till late 9pm ish.

Yelp
This place is so good. The food tastes like it is made with love, just like mom's cooking. The portions here are huge; I was eating these noodles for days. I ordered the beef noodle soup and dandan noodles. Beef noodle soup was meaty and not overly salty. Excellent when paired with some of their chili oil. The dandan noodles had just the right amount of prickly ash powder to give you a slight mala numbing feeling. I cannot believe how affordable this place is. Great bang for your buck, and the lady who takes your order and serves you is so kind. Seating is limited; I came alone so I dined at a communal long bar-style table. Bus your own dishes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone craving authentic Chinese food!!
google avatar

Ron R.

Yelp
Fantastic!! I was not expecting to find some authentic and delicious noodle house. I really like how many different combinations you can choose from. Today I had the Szechuan belt noodles with lamb! It was great! The spices and belt noodles were on point. The only issue I had was with how bony the lamb was. In other words, too many small bones of lamb when I was expecting either a shredded braised lamb or chunks of lamb meat. The service was great. The person behind the counter was really nice. She explained the menu and made some recs. The ambience is no frills or thrills. The restaurant is modest and is serving up excellent soups. Visit for the food and not so much for the decor.

Yelp
As a Chinese who came to the states 10 years ago and has traveled to many places, I must say I got amazed by the authenticity here. This is my first time visiting SLC and I really didn't expect I could find some homey flavors here. The Sichuan cold noodles is basically what my grandma would made for me (but she would add some ground pork for me haha) - spicy but very flavorful and refreshing. Perfect summer dish. Hubby's braised beef noodles is served hot and is also flavorful. The beef on top is not dry at all. The noodles are chewy. We didn't taste noodle dishes that are originated from other provinces / areas in China on the menu so we don't know if they could still do so well. But that notice of a noodle dish that got popular this year due to a super popular TV drama in China really shows this restaurant knows how to do noodles in a Chinese way haha.
google avatar

Yelp
We were sightseeing in Salt Lake City, not expecting to find the best Asian food, and I can definitely say this is one of the best noodle spots of all the restaurants I've tasted in the Bay Area, San Diego, and even China. The broth is complex and delicious, and you can tell they use a lot of different spices. At the same time, it's not greasy at all, so you can drink the entire bowl after you eat the noodles. I got the braised beef rice noodles both times I visited, and even my husband, a Chinese native, was impressed by the broth. The restaurant is small and homey. Service is very fast, and you are expected to clean up after yourself (so no tip is expected). I recommend getting here early and/or during off peak hours because it can get pretty busy--especially on weekends. Parking can be tricky to find during rush hours.

Yelp
Yummy yummy yummy! While in Utah for a hiking trip we checked out this place on the way to the airport. We were craving some yummy, flavorful food after a week of sandwiches and burgers lol And this place absolutely delivered! Amazing noodles, amazing broth! So much flavor! I 100% recommend this place if you are in a mood for some great Asian meal!
google avatar

Helen V.

Yelp
For the price, they serve a decent amount with lots of noodles. The broth was flavorful and not too heavy. The beef pieces were soft and tender. They make you bus your own bowls at the end to keep the price of the food lower.
google avatar

Amanda C.

Yelp
I think this would be 4 stars for me if I tried a diff dish. Liked that they have a huge menu with variety of Chinese noodle dishes. Considering this is one of the few places to get a good bowl of noodle soup in the area, you should definitely try it! I ordered the chef's special braised beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodles. Enjoyed the chewy texture of the noodles, plenty of tender beef, but felt like the soup was lacking in depth - not much beef flavor! My friends enjoyed their lamb noodle soup and spicy pork noodle soup but wish there were more veggies. Order first at the counter and bus your own table. They were nice to help make suggestions to try as well if you're undecided!

Yelp
Delicious, fast, and cheap As someone from Los Angeles, I didn't have high expectations for Utah's food because there are too many Asians there. However in this China town, I found very nice Asian food especially this place. The service was fast and we served ourselves, limiting amount of tips and lowering the cost of the meal (around $13) The portion is fairly big with many options. I found it difficult to choose but would like to suggest the intestine bowl of noodles. My basic braised beef noodles were flavorful as well, without the need to add additional spices and sauces except for chili to increase the spiciness level. Bathroom was clean too. Water was self served. I would totally recommend this place. Way cheaper than those in West LA where I live.
google avatar

Leroy F.

Yelp
Im going to keep this short. The Noodle dishes here are Great! Choices of Noodles, Flavors, Spices etc. All Great! Service is unbelievably FAST! It's not a big place but this is not a Coffee Internet bar type place to hang out. Get your Noodles and Get out. Don't you have things to do? A lot of people get it to go. Either way, it should be on the top of your list.
google avatar

Yelp
Small Chinese noodle shop in the Chinatown plaza. Went on a weeknight and most of the tables were occupied. No frills, counter serve restaurant, and they ask you to clean up your table like a fast food place. They have a bunch soup noodles on the menu. Mostly northern Chinese style. I got the Northwest beef noodle. Received a big bowl of noodles and beef, with some cilantro and bean sprout. The noodles have a bounce to the bite, and there is a lot of it. Soup base was okay, and a decent amount beef. Not super familiar with northern beef noodles to judge the authenticity, but it was a big bowl of hot soup noodles for $12, and on a cold winter day it really hit the spot. Pretty good for an inexpensive bowl of noodles.
google avatar

Rick S.

Yelp
The price range is $10-15 per bowl roughly (I think the majority is $9-12 however, but factor in tax and tip and it's probably $13-16), which isn't bad in 2023. It's counter service ordering and self-seating which can be crowded/busy and tough to find a seat. However, because it's noodles and soup as the primary menu items it's fast service and fresh food, because it is theoretically as simple as scooping up boiling hot soup, adding noodles that heats up and putting in some of the toppings (protein meats and fresh vegetables). The soup is flavorful and if you order the beef (stewed) it's tasty and tender with minimal tendons and fat, trimmed nicely. This is located in a Utah Chinatown Plaza, so isn't the easiest to find parking compared to most of Utah, but is achievable and not too bad in their private parking lot of a complex that has a lot of Asian (primarily Chinese) businesses, including a massively impressive supermarket along with bakeries, deserts and restaurants.

Yelp
Awesome noodle spot that I look forward to trying again. It was good, but maybe not as incredible as I was hoping. I had the spicy numbing beef rice noodle, the broth was great, not too spicy, my only knock was that the beef was pretty fatty. Next time I might try the braised beef. We also had the cucumber salad, which was simple, yet good. We shredded pork ears were a bit too adventurous for your taste.

Yelp
Delicious beef noodle soup!!! A perfect meal after hitting the slopes! The noodles have a nice bite and beef is super tender!

Yelp
I absolutely love this restaurant. What you see is literally what you get. Delicious Chinese noodle dishes. You order at the counter and your food comes out to your table when it is ready. After you're done with your meal, you take your dishes to the specified area. I love the braised beef noodle soup here and usually get it spicy. Not once have I not loved my food here. Such a gem.

Yelp
Chinatown in SLC is amazing and so under rated on Yelp, definitely plan a visit here. One More Noodle House is fast, friendly, filling and fantastic! The food is top notch and ready in a flash. The service is personal and very friendly. Eat here. My wife lived in China for 3 years and loved to see the HUGE variety of items available in Chinatown Supermarket, take a walk through after your meal.
